Price it out everywhere so they give you the best price, I had an appointment they did not start the appointment on time and took 2 hours over the appointment time, for rotate and balance. Don’t state a time it will be done or schedule people for jobs if you cannot commit to it.
Good people here. Special ordered wheels and tires and without prompting, matched the best price I found on line. And in only 3 days.
Got there at 430. They closed at 5 and swapped all 4 tires before they went home. They didnt want me driving on my wrecked front tires any further. Great crew up there. Everyone should go there.
They told me my tires were worse than they actually are. Quoted me almost 50% more for the tires than anywhere else. Then, proceeded to talk bad about another shop (with a higher rating) in hopes that I would just stay and buy from them.This is unethical and frankly not the way most Discount Tires act. The sales staff at this location should be ashamed.
Highly wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re going here to get cheap tires, I asked for the cheapest tires and still came out to $800 and tried to say that all my tires are bad
Great service I went in to have a screw taken out of the tire. They did great work and was able to get me back on the road.
I went there for a flat tire. There was a gash on the side so it had to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment for noon and called to see if I could get it in any earlier since I work an hour away at 1:30-2.They got me in 15 minutes early and we’re done with it ten minutes before my quoted time. Even took care of my pressure sensor light. Definitely coming back here for my tire needs.
I have been using discount tire for years across the country. Anthony and Kris make sure that their customers are taken care of no matter what. They werent able to order the tires to warranty my current tires out so they went ahead and let me change my tires altogether at a greatly discounted price since my tires werent near the end of their lives by any means. If you want guys to treat you like one of their own, youve found them here.
This place is incredible! They have the air station where you just pull in & they check your tires. NO questions asked. The other place you pull in & they dont even want to acknowledge you. Discount Tire is the best! I pulled in the midst of that huge storm the other day & he still helped me! And they were SO busy. Amazing place! Thank you! So glad you came to town.
Everyone there was very helpful got my car in and we were done in no time. Your technicians were very knowledgeable and shared that with us explaining everything to us. Very helpful and professional staff. An employee was being berated by a customer for selling a specific brand of tires customer wanted. Employee explained he could order for him customer was pretty belligerent and rude and employee handled it perfectly.

The staff here were great! Especially the guy at the counter. He really took care of me and my car. I had an appointment today for four new tires and they were crazy busy with the snow, but they still got me in and out in under 2 hours and honored my appointment. He even gave me a discount because I was polite. Remember the golden rule people!
Fairly quick on there times. Tried to charge me 6 dollars more for the same 2 tires I bought 1 month earlier. I showed them the previous bill and then they charged the same.
We are camping from out of town. They were fast, friendly and efficient. We were in and out within 45 minutes with 0 charge. Very pleased!

I’m still in disbelief....my tire got a nail in it, and I brought it to discount tire. In a half hour, they fixed it. I asked the nice employee where do I pay, and he said it was free. FREE?!?! I’m speechless. What a good experience, and I will be buying all new tires from here moving forward! Thank you so much
I have always had great service with all my vehicles. The staff from manager, sales and installers are with professional courtesy and very friendly. They have excellent knowledge of what they do. When I knew a of a single mom that needed help on a tire they were right there to work with me to keep her safe on the roads. Thanks
All u have to do is pull up to the side of the building and they will check your tire pressure and will fill ur tire up with the air it needs. Excellent service and always friendly! Never have I had bad service! And always with a smile!! Just because of this, next time I need new tires I will definitely use Discount Tire!
I needed a set of tires for 06 Buick LaCrosse last fall in 2019 I am retired so money for can be very tight at times!. The at the Adrian MI store manager bent over backwards to help to find a set of tires that not only fit my car but were a set the I liked whether a great tread for Michigan all around and very unpredictable weather year round!. I have been driving on those tires since last fall and were great this last winter in the snow and on ice!. Then over the passed few months the tires would lose tire pressure I would have to keep pumping them up every 4 or 5 days needless to say it was a real hassle!. I called the Discount tire store in Adrian MI were I bought the tires from thinking there was something wrong with the tires or valve stems. They got me in rite away to look for the problem and they found it, it was my rims, they were OEM rims and had corroded on the inside edges were the tire and the rim meet air was leaking out that way. My only options were to buy new rims or try to fix these since I didnt have the money for new rims I had to try and fix these. The store manager was a huge help!. Knowing I didnt have very much money he had his people take the tires off and clean up the trouble parts of all 4 rimes and remount and balance the 4 tires at no charge!. You just find that kind service very often these days!. I am a very picky customer and hard to place but I have to be that to make my money go as fare as I can, these guys at this Discount tire store in Adrian have won my business for as long as I can drive!!. These guys are awesome!!! I live out of state, and everytime Im back in town and need a tire service (always on such short notice) they ALWAYS make sure to squeeze my car in as soon as possible...the last time they stayed till after close to make sure it was taken care of. Ive done a lot of local research- and they always give the best prices too. These guys are always my go to, and HIGHLY recommend them!!
Terrible experience. I went in for a low tire pressure light. They told me all of my wheels needed to be replaced. I couldnt afford that so I asked for the 2 most urgent tires. They charged me for 2 new tires and rims that dont even match my old rims. And they didnt even tell me the style would be different. After all of that, my tire pressure light came back on so I went to a different tire shop who replaced the actual tire that had low pressure and they told me my rims jut needed cleaning not replacing. Ive been going back and forth with Discount Tire for months now and still havent gotten my original rims back. They never return my calls when they say they will. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.
These guys are always very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, honest, understanding, and treat you like family. Theyre not pushy and let you take your time. Tires are an important decision. Ive purchased 3 time from them and will continue to go back. They also have the best prices around, especially if you purchase during a holiday sale.
Clean facility, friendly staff. Steve is the best! I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to cars or car care, so when an issue came up while changing my tires Steve offered to call my husband and straightened everything out. Didn’t feel taken advantage of or cheated. They even offered me a half off discount for my troubles. 100% would recommend :)

I was out this morning doing some running around with my 1yr old and my 4yr old. I noticed I had a flat tire at one of my stops so I put some air in it at the gas station and went over to discount. I was met in the parking lot by one of the guys who quickly saw my tire had a nail in it. I unloaded the kids and he pulled the car around to the garage. I was in and out within half an hour and the best part? They didnt charge me a cent to repair my tire and send me on my way. Thanks discount! You guys have never done me wrong. 😊

Staff was awesome. They worked with me to pick up a flat tire on my lawn tractor and fixed the inner tube, got the job done in no time, and I was back to cutting grass later that day! Thanks to all who worked with me. I also appreciate all the staff had to be outside the store as I cannot go inside because of allergies. Great Job! We will be back!
At closing time when they went to put air in my tire found a bulge in my tire. They stayed open and changed my tire when officially were closed. I had the swollen Ford lugs you could not change on my tires. They were courtious, friendly and never had an attitude about working late. I made an appointment for Monday and had them change my lugnuts. Again employees were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend discount tire.

Outstanding service from these guys!!! Had a tire puncture on my 5th wheel TT. Brought them the rim and they changed the tire out in less than 20 mins! Then brought my entire rig to their shop the next morning and they swapped the spare out for the rim and tire they just replaced at no charge!!! Will definitely stop here again if I have tire troubles while in the area!!
Has definitely gone downhill since it’s previous manager left for Traverse city. Stopped in today to get a quote for tires and get one of my tires filled up and possibly buy four new tires, and they told me that they could not fill my tire because it was too low. So essentially they won’t fill your tire unless you’re going to buy a tire when it’s too low. Then I stood in line for five minutes while the people working there took phone calls from people not in the store. Watched someone come in from the shop, turns out he was the manager, take a phone call, and walk back out to the shop while I still stood there still waiting to be helped. So I pulled my phone out called the shop he comes back out and takes my phone call. So I asked him why they take calls from people not in the store over people standing in line and he said they’re doing the best they can, which I vehemently disagree with. Just go across the street like I’m about to, because it least they can do alignments as well. Good grief what a cluster. Read a book on customer service please.
I went here because this is where my late father went to get his tires. A couple mess ups but they did everything to make it right. If you need air in your tire, you can just pull up and they come out and take care of it for you for free and if you ask, theyll also check the condition of your tires.
I will never go to discount tire again. They took advantage of a older lady, and didnt honor their warranty. Ladys look out. Take your husband with you and get your old tire back. I got two new tires back in mar 2018. Got another one Feb 1 2019. Guess what. Im driving around on a donut. And they tryed to sell me 2 new tires cause they said I needed 2 new tires on the front. Had my receipts. Bad bad business
Poor. Was very disappointed. Needed a valve stem, due to age of the tire, they told us they werent able to help us. Our only option was to buy a new tire and or rim. We went elsewhere and were on the road all fixed up in 10 minutes. Unfortunate, but atleast they told us upfront and were honest with us, instead of getting it up taking it off and springing it on us. I appreciated that part.
I have been using discount tire for years but i have to say this last visit was disappointing. Sales staff was great but for a tire rotation i ended up waiting almost 3.5 hours. They were busy but i think way to long on this visit. Need more staffing or something.
This is what Ive found on this place. good at selling tires and have a decent choice, the salesmen try to get you in as fast as possible. the bad..service ! SLOW,SLOW, and SLOWER. One would think, once you buy tires that they will take care of you especially after purchasing the warranties. oh they honor the warranties BUT you just have to wait forever and a day to get anything done because selling is the moneymaker and they would rather sell you new tires and give you x amount of credit for the old, than do any type of service from a previous sale and the servicemen well ..its ridiculous that you might have to wait a half hour just to have your air checked a couple months later, let alone anything else. this is poor management and communication on their part so its good to compare other tire dealers in the area that put the service first because if you need anything during and after buying tires, its usually going to be service.
Just had a great experiwnce at this discount tire, been coming here for years for all 3 of my vehicles. Just dealt with Chase the store manager and he went above and beyond to make sure i was satisified. Guys here are awesome and ill be a customer for life.
I stopped there for a price on a new tire and to get my flat aired up. They wouldnt air it up because it was too low and wouldnt put on my spare that was brand new( they wouldnt even look at the spare). If they would have taken the time to help me and air it up then they would have seen the hole in my tire. Since they wouldnt help me i went to TIREMAN. They had no problem whatsoever airing up my tire and because they were willing to help me even if they werent going to make a sale they found the hole and I ended buying a new tire. I will never go to Discount Tire again. They dont truly care about helping people. Its all about making money to them. TIREMAN has a customer for life.
Fantastic store and awesome manager! I recommend anybody to come to this location specifically and see Anthony! He will undoubtedly give you the best deal out there. Everybody is extremely nice and helpful and the experience is wonderful from start to finish.
Went in for a black Friday sale and ordered a set of BFG KO2 tires. They had to be ordered in which was fine. I was told they would be there in about a week. I called after one week and they had not arrived yet and they had said they would be sure to call me when they showed up. Another week passed by so I called again...tires were in they just forgot to call me apparently . I then had to wait a week to have the tires installed. When installation day finally arrived and I showed up to drop off my truck they had no record of me having an appointment for that day and time. I was quite upset but they did manage to get me in. Installation took around two hours which was actually faster then I expected due to the volume of customers in there. But overall not that great of an experience. Two stars for getting me in when they had no record of an appointment but thats it.

Everytime I have went in they are very friendly. They go above and beyond. They dont try to get you to buy unnecessary things and will work to get you the best price they can. They stand behind their work. The only downfall is they are usually busy so you may have to wait an hour or so. I personally dont feel thats too bad for quality work.

I was there this evening. I had a nail in my rear tire. The technician told me I had to replace all four of my tires, which had done recently. Very dissatisfied as I went directly to Tire man and the nail was removed for 10 dollars and my tires are great, so please be careful, this is a situation in which I would of been taken advantage of if I would not of second guessed it . They carry a choice of Good, Better, Best Tire selection. I take care of the maintenance on the 4 cars in our family. The last 3 sets of tires I purchased from Discount Tire. Included with the purchase is lifetime Balance & Rotation - a $40 service (I rotate & balance approx. 8 times during the life of a tire, so a $320 savings). Our daughter will be leaving for Florida soon and there is a Discount Tire where she will be living, so she can continue the lifetime rotation & balance on the set of Michelin Tires (who else could of offered that?). These guys are often very busy (and for good reason) but if you pick a day during the week you can get in & out quicker. Also, I was able to p/u a spare rim from them as my new car Did Not come with a spare! I had them put one of my old tires (3 yr old orig tires) on the rim as a spare - now Im good to go.
I purchased 4 new tires from here. When the technician went to reinstall the wheels, he broke one of the wheel studs completely off. Discount Tire does not have the ability to fix this, and they refused to reimburse me for the repair I had to have done elsewhere. Also, they left another customers keys in my vehicle, and I had to return to the store to take back the other customers keys. Finally, the tire balancing was not done satisfactorily as I had vibration between 40 and 60 mph. My old tires had no perceptible vibration when I took the vehicle in. I elected not to have them rebalance the tires as I was afraid of what other damage they might do to my vehicle.
The guys are friendly every time I go in there. I made an appointment, which was wise and I recommend, especially for a Saturday. Even though they were running a bit behind, they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Called for a tire, was told it was 35 bucks and they would slap it on for me, I get here and he says its 68 bucks, tried chargin me 30 some odd bucks for lifetime tire service. Ended up settling on 42 bucks for a single trailer tire. Pay attention to the screen when they present the price to you.
Ive purchased tires at this location several times for a few different vehicles. They have always done quality work.For the reviewer upset about not getting a single tire, If you have a 4x4 vehicle they will not mount a single new tire running with 3 old tires because the diameter difference will wear out the drive train components and will also cause your vehicle to pull to one side. They refused to change a valve stem on a trailer tire for me because the trailer tire was 10 years old and was somewhat dry rotted. They did break the tire down so I could do the valve stem myself. Had they changed it and the tire blew and someone was injured as a result they would be legally liable.
I was a little irritated today because I had an appointment at 11:30 and it took 45 minutes for them to even take my van back. I didnt get out of there until 1:30 just to patch my tire. Well, they didnt charge me anything. Thanks guys :)

Good price. However I took my csmaro in Adrian. Michigans store no bead sealant so my tires leak air no sensorors . getting tire alerts. Marked up the outer sidewalls with marker. Could of done it inside. SHABBY WORKPro comp 2 on an SS CamaroMade a mess out of a good set of tires

I am so glade they refused to work on my suv with tpms sensors i need a vaulve stem replaced they said it needed a 60 dollar sensor and couldnt help me unless they replaced the part. I went straight to Wal-Mart.....and they were awsome not only did they replace the valve stem and reprogrammed the tpms all for less then half these clowns wanted for one sensor so go walmart they are the best.....oh discount tire thank you for not helping me

For the second time in four years they face balanced my wheels after me telling them not to because of the damage it does to chrome clad wheels.I wont be back....this place just doesnt listen to the customer.
My only advise is to schedule an appointment so you wont have to wait as long! The last time I was here, I had to sit in the waiting area over an hour. Scheduled an appointment this time and was only there for 15 minutes!

2021-08-09I made an appointment to get a new set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced. I showed up about 30 minutes prior to my appointment and they got me right in. Took them about an hour to do the work which I felt was very reasonable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

2022-04-06Great service, but watch your bill. It was higher than the quote I got over the phone. They tagged on a tire warranty for about a $100 bucks without asking and I had to ask them to take it off.

2022-04-02I had a slow leak in my tire I was getting worse so I wanted to go somewhere close by.My son had gone to Discount Tire the year before and told me he had to get all new tires which I thought was odd because his looked good.So when I went into the store I was greated and nicely by someone and he wanted to go take a look at my tires hear it when he came back in he took me over to this chart and proceeded to show me that all my tires were basically in the danger zone and that they really need it to be replaced and they have a great financing option and that the cost would be a little over $600. I told him I just had the tires put on a year ago and I cant believe that they were that bad already. He proceeded to tell me that I must have got used tires and then I really should get new ones as soon as possible. So I decided to go to local mom and pop shop.I walked out of there a couple of hours later with a patch Tire and oil change or under $70.I asked the gentleman there how my tires looked and if I would need to replace them soon and he told me they look just fine and no I should be good for a while. I post all of this to a local Facebook group and several people said they had the same issues. Totally unacceptable.

2022-03-095 starts for this store and especially the crew. As high mileage drivers we tend to go through tires. I personally feel that tires are not an area you can skimp on. Discount Tire -Adrian always takes care of us. From our seasonal changeovers from summer to winter tires to rotations and new tire purchases we are always happy with the service and prices here. As an example, I called around for pricing before our most recent purchase. Another local store (across the street) told me the tire in the size I wanted was discontinued. They could find two here an one there and the last one somewhere else. Then they suggested a tire that I have not had good experiences with. The big box store had them. Tire Rack had them, Discount Tire had them also. They price matched the big box store, got our tires in one day and made an appointment for Sat. Sure, I assume you can find cheaper tires or a better deal on the install, but I dont think you will find a better group of folks to handle your tire needs.3-9-22 update. We continue to have great service here. Brian and crew are always helpful, kind and courteous. They got us in and out quickly with zero drama and gave us more than we expected. This is a great group here and we continue to use and recommend them.

2021-01-18Brought my 2020 wrx in for a winter tire change. Vehicle only had 4k miles on it at the time.One of my wheels was damaged by the prybar while changing tires over. Would not recommend anyone go here if you care about damage to wheels.
