Joe (Manager) and his staff were top notch. It was packed in there due to all the pot holes wreaking havoc on everyones tires, but they were very speedy in their service. I went in for new wheels and was in and out in around an hour. While there, they serviced at least a dozen other people fixing their flat tires. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided to me. I would highly recommend this location.
I went there cause I made a mistake and they took very good care of me. Made no fuss just put me in the line, full of people I waited my turn, and they took care of me I appreciate these guys. And will be back and so will my BIG family 😊

Worst tire service i have ever had to deal with, front/ office staff are the most unorganized people in the history of sales. I made an appointment to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced for a8am Friday when i showed up they did not have me listed as an appointment my truck sat there from 8am - 5pm still was never even pulled into the shop. I bring it back Saturday morning at 8am and it took until 6 pm to get it done on top of this it was not communicated where to put the wheel weights so they wouldn’t hit my rotors. I watched them put them in the wrong place they heard them hitting my rotors looked at their screw up laughed and parked out front. Called me when it was done. I walked over spoke with the manager explained every tbh inf that has happened and the guy was full of nothing but excuses and then had the shop employees fix their screw up. I will never be back here. My company and the companies that i work with will no longer do business here. Complete lack of communication and hack job service
Got screw in my tire, replace all 4 tires was supposedly better all season tires then stock, spun out first snow fall, told them the story twice they didnt care, told them a 3rd time and the guy told me to come back black Friday for 15% off plus a not satisfied with my previous purchase discount, I said ok.Month later snow is due so I go ahead and put brand new snow tires on and these rims are $400 each and they all scratched up now ...Never had this before been going to this discount tire years, even my dad goes there all the time. Im not going back anymore.

I have made 3 different appointments here to get tires done and each time I walk in they are absolutely packed and don’t even address me. They don’t even have room in the shop to take In and work My car at the appointment time. All of the writers are taking calls scheduling future work while 5 paying customers are standing in the lobby just staring at them have conversations on the phone with no sense of urgency once so ever. It took 10 minutes to even be addressed by an employee saying it would be a while until they got to any of us. At that point I walked out. They ignored paying customers with appointments, some of which already ordered tires, to answer phone calls and produce quotes. Not a good way to run a business, deal with the paying customer in front of you first, always. There is a good reason getting tires done there is cheap, you get what you pay for and apparently customer service and general business acumen isn’t part of the bill.
I thought I had ran over something because my pressure in my back tire dropped to 25. They check all tires and put air in...he said they sometimes loose air in cold weather. He thought the tire was okay, told me to just keep an eye on it. Nice to deal with an honest company!
Great place.Only problem is the wait time is absolutely horrible whether you have an appointment or not. Bring something to do. Waited over 2 hours for tire rotation and high speed balance. It would be good to have someone drop you off if at all possible. But they are efficient and would highly recommend 😉.
Brought my vehicle in for Rotate and Balance and got it back with a large scratch running from front wheel arch to the door panel. After asking me for a quote they declined the damage of around $800. Stating we do not work around this area even though they rotated and balanced the tires? They require you to have proof of the vehicle prior to service.I would recommend NOT to have your vehicle serviced at a Discount Tire Store or at the very least take a before and after picture of your vehicle. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else.
Great Discount Tire. I always go here for service have been for many years. They are always fast (despite being busy) and professional. They also dont try to up-sell you on things and often you can ask for a reduced price--Ive never been told no (within reason, obviously.)
We had a nail in the tire of our work truck. Discount Tire fixed it free of charge. Nice Job!!
Were visiting from out of town and picked up a nail in a tire some time last night. Torrential rains in the area knocked out electricity for thousands. I showed up before the store opened to hopefully get in for an unscheduled repair. Mark greeted me, told me that they were without power for lifts and that their computers were down - but they would do whatever they could to help. Ryan took my info on paper, and Alan jacked up the car and performed the repair. I was in and out in 30 minutes. This was the closest thing to a small town tire shop VIP treatment Ive ever experienced, especially downstate. I highly recommend this shop and I am very grateful the team there made me feel welcome and valuable. They went above and beyond for me and several other walk-ins. Good job!
Bought a brand new set of tires two months back. My tpms light on the car would not go out. Found out today that the one sensor is bad. They are replacing it. Great service
Made an appointment for tire rotation on 2/22/2022. Nick said I should be able to get out of there in a half hour. Got there and they said it would be 1to1 1/2 hours before I might be done. This is as bad as going to the Dr. And u dont get seen for 1 to 2 hours. Why make appointments makes no sense!!!! Will not go back there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted time.
This Auburn Hills location really helped me with my BF Goodrich KO2 tires. I needed to run really low air pressure for Silver Lake sand dunes and needed an extra step of applying an adhesive to the bead of the tire before seating on the rim. They did this messy step no problem. I highly recommend this Auburn Hills location for any difficult tire situation.
I used to love this place for reasonable prices and good service until they just mounted new tires and warped my discs in the process. They deny everything even though the problem did not exist until they mounted my tires and the vehicle has less than 18k miles on it and lives in a temperature and humidity controlled garage. Will not be trusting them with any vehicle in my fleet again.
Made an appointment for 2pm. Checked in at 1:50pm. Car still wasnt in a bay at 2:45pm. Was told they are short staffed and that the wait will probably go into 4pm.I understand being short staffed, but they could have told me about the wait when I got there instead of torching almost an hour of my time before I had to ask what was taking so long.My advice: dont take appointments or tell the appointments how long the wait ACTUALLY is when they get there.
This is a great place to go. Theyre friendly and have great prices. To save a bit more go to there website 1st, and order it there. If youre a veteran you get an additional 10% off. Only online! Plus youll be able to see all the rebates available at the time. Also the tire prices are the same online or at the store.

I made an appointment at 1030am, didnt get seen till 1145. Whats the point of making an appointment if its not honored. Im not rich or well off. But I have to work at 1pm. So cutting it close. They dont need to overbook times.
Very nice people. I got new tires from them last year and had a low tire alert this year. I stopped in and they checked my tires and they were fine, just a little low on one tire because of the cold. Checked all tires and filled to optimum pressure. No problems! No fee! Great people!
Today the guy of this store help change my 4 sets of tires with rim free of charge. It is a big surprise as I always paid 20$ in Honda dealer during past couple of years and even one time $50 in Costco. I had visited this store twice before to get the new tire in 2017 and 2020. All the services are awesome. Thank you again!
Dont go here unless you dont have any other obligations for the day. Even scheduling an appointment does not guarantee timely service, especially if the service required is covered under their lifetime tire warranty. Fair prices, not so great customer service, awful wait times.

I called and made an appointment for a leaking tire. When I arrived, my car was taken in on time. They found a nail, fixed it, NO CHARGE, is the best part. I always go to Discount tire for tires or service. I never have to pay for tire repair. They truly are service with a smile 😁!

Awesome place and very helpful, went in to get my tires balanced and left with no charge. I have never bought tires from them previously. Egder was an awesome spokes man and workers Austin and Mark got the job done quick. Most definitely will be coming back when work is needed!

Got a great price on my tires staff was friendly. A little bit of confusion about appointment time - I had speciality valve stem covers on my car and they got lost. Some on the floor, one in a box. Took them awhile but they did find them.
I needed a tire repair from a nail. Have not been a discount tire customer for a couple years because of the area we lived in. Pulled up, was greeted very well by professional young men, the the truck was immediately taken in the shop. 15 minutes later, I was driving home with no charge for the repair. The wheel was also balanced at no charge. Made a lifetime customer for us. Awesome!

I went to this Discount Tire for the first time today and was helped by Joe. Even though they were super busy he took the time to look at my truck with me and answer all my questions. I didn’t feel like they were trying to swindle me out of more money, he was trying to find the cheapest solution for me. Which happened to be FREE, with a tire repair. Their customer service (and comfy waiting room chairs) have one themselves a loyal returning customer.
The guys were great. One meet me out in the driveway to check in. They even helped me out with a full size spare instead of my donut. Always have and always will go back. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Had a screw in the tread of one of my tires and was able to get an appointment for first thing the following day to get the hole plugged. These guys are great and always super knowledgeable/helpful.

Called in this morning needing 4 new tires before work, they got it done quick and with time to spare. They even patch and fix most tires for free! Even when the tire isnt from them. I went into the Auburn Hills location earlier today when my front tire went from 36 psi to 27 psi. I assumed I had run over a nail or something and I was 3 hours form Home. It was corrosion on the wheel which was causing the leak.The issue I had was that two of the three employees that I came into contact with tried to scam me out of $811. They told me I needed to replace the whole wheel. Luckily I didn’t go for it, but after I left I called the Ford dealership. I was told that the solution to the corrosion problem is to clean the wheel, not to replace it. Discount Tire did clean the wheel as a temporary solution but pushed hard for me to commit to the replacement. Why are they trying to convince me to replace it?I also heard the same employee trying to convince a woman to replace a whole tire for $200 when a new sensor for $45 was sufficient.Don’t go in here if you are a woman. They will attempt to up sell you for hundreds more than necessary.Lastly, when I got back on the road I noticed that my tires were now filled to 47psi. For a Ford Explorer! They should have been around 35psi. I’ve had good experiences with Discount Tire in general, but this location did not have knowledgeable staff to say the very least.
Got a flat tire and they got me right in and changed the tire super fast! My appointment was at 2:30 and I was back on the road by 3:30. Very polite and efficient staff.
These guys are great. Somehow my valve stem came off of one of my tires (thus letting all the air out). Drew explained to me that it can happen as tires age (mine are about 5 years old now) and the rubber wears down.They fixed the tire in need, and suggested that I get the other 3 fixed, as they appeared to be in similar condition.Total out the door cost? $4.24. Thats right, less than a value meal at Wendys next door. Absolutely incredible.Ive always had great experiences at Discount Tire, and have been using them for about 20 years now, with the same experience no matter which location I go to.Ill definitely be using them in the future for my tire needs! Im not easily impressed by businesses, but these guys really know how to take care of customers and are in it for the long-term customer relationship.
Incredible customer service. First, I made a mistake and bought the wrong size tires online (I entered the wrong trim package in their online tool). Discount Tire guys found the issue right away, suggested a right size tire in stock and for the same price and quality and the issue was resolved. THEN, they called and said my TPMS was broken but could be fixed for $120. I said “no thanks” but when I came to pick it up they had replaced the broken sensors FOR FREE. They definitely earned my business from now on. Thanks guys.
I had a great experience here. I easily made an appointment online the day I needed to go in and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. The guy came out and looked at all of my tires with me and was so patient with my complete lack of car knowledge. He gave me options for which tires to buy to replace my incredibly worn out rear ones and I didnt feel pressured at all to go with the better/more expensive tires. It took only about 10-15 minutes to replace my tires and I was on my way. The price was very reasonable as well!
I LOVE this place. I went in thinking my tread was low on all 4 tires, so I asked to buy 4 new ones. They could have done it since the customer asked for it. But instead they advised me that the tread on 2 of my tires was basically new, and that I only need to buy 2 tires. That saved me a TON of money and I am forever grateful. These guys really have my best interest at heart. (And theyre super nice).
Within a competitive market you have to set yourself apart, and they definitely did at this location! The staff were incredibly personable, and they introduced themselves with a handshake to every person who walked in that door. The waiting room was clean, and organized. They answered all questions thoroughly and worked to meet the customer where they were at to provide the best experience, mine included. I will definitely be going back to this location for my future needs.
Don’t go to Discount Tire without an appointment. And if you do make an appointment make sure to call daily to make sure your appointment doesn’t magically disappear. “No problem” I was told, we will get you in about an hour and a half as it’s not too busy... 2 hours gone and past and I’m still staring at my vehicle in the lot untouched. Pretty obvious that when I said I only wanted my “free” tire rotation and balance for my $1500 tires and wheels you bought from them, I got moved to the back of the line. They also tried to tell me a balance wouldn’t do anything and that my tires with only 35k miles instead need to be replaced (they are rated for 50k and have plenty of tread). 2.5 hours later and most of my morning wasted watching people come and go while I sit waiting for my turn. This place is a joke. Unless you are spending money and giving these guys their commission, they could care less about you.
Installation of online tire purchase went very well. Installers were very efficient in completing the installation as scheduled. They contacted us to let us know of a schedule availability the was more convenient for each of us. No issues afterwardrd with either the spin balance ofr replacement TPS. I will definitely work with this business when needed.
I have nothing but praise for this Discount tire store. We were driving back home and thought we had a brake issue and it turned out to be 4 loose lug nuts. Not only did they save us from driving 3 hours home with a tire that could have potentially fallen off, but it was an hour after their closing time. They were all so very nice and gracious! All I can say is Thank you so very much! You went above and beyond of what you had to do.
Ive been going to this location for well over 5 years - theyve always done a great service and worked with me to get a good price for the value and are honest about whats needed. Sometimes theres a wait, but I always see them working, not slacking, so I dont mind. And theyre accurate on the time estimate when I get there. Always pleasant and friendly. On my second set of tires with this car from them - 130K miles!

Ive been buying tires from Discount since 1988. The last visit to this store, they broke the plastic center to my wheel and didnt put on one of my wheel locks. The manager said they would get me a replacement center and its been over a year and still nothing. They also swear they would never forget to put on a lug nut (my wheel lock) but when I got home it was gone. I had to buy a new set of 5 (I have a wrangler with a spare) so I dont have to carry around 2 wheel lock keys. I wont be going back.
Came in for 2 front tires. Jack Dodge was the man. Service was quick and friendly. Came back again the next day for the back 2 tires, and Jack was there for me again. Wonderful service and great products. Highly recommended.
Michigan roads of course required me to get 2 new tires put on. Andrew, Kyle, and Jordan and the rest of the guys were awesome! Super nice guys and explained everything to me. Andrew put tires on hold for me to arrive and purchase them. I had no appointment but they had me in n out within an hour! Great work at this location keep it up and I will be back for winter 2018! Highly recommend.
I had an appointment to get snow tires on the day after the snowpocolyps and they were incredibly busy. Their parking lot was full and so were the businesses next to them with all of their customers. They were still able to get my tires on within an hour. They were telling other customers without appointments they were staying until 1 am to get everyone’s tires on/fixed. They all were friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with Discount Tire.

They work really hard. I went twice there. Both the time service was good and they repaired both times free of cost. First time I had a issue with bend wheel flange and second time small leakage from another tire. They fixed it quickly like in 30 min. I went little late that it was almost 6 pm when they generally close. Still they waited and service for me. Thanks a lot to all of them. I would recommend to go here for any tire issues.
I came in for a blown out tire due to a pot hole. Mike Grimaldi, the assistant manager went above and beyond to not only help me with a new tire, but and also informed me that my other tires were nearing the point they needed replacing as well. He went through all of my options thoroughly, without making me feel pressured to purchase 4 tires. I’ve been here before and had good experiences each time, their customer service is top notch. I’ll be a returning customer.
Made a appointment to get tires mounted and balanced that I purchased online. Was told it was not a problem. When reviewing the tires with the guy at the counter it was pointed out they are re-treads. Still shouldnt be a big deal I was told.1 hour of waiting, assuming my tires were being worked on, I was told they cannot do it. Big waste of time. I understand if work cannot be done, but let customers know in a timely manor, and have every one on the same page.

Unbelievably, 21 years (i was 19 last visit, 40 now) later from friends putting tires on my car, After so much time in Bolivia and Miami,FL...i forgot they existed. But what seems like light years ago, is is welcoming and very nice to know some things never change. Different location, different time, same Discount Tire...absolutely 💯 % awesome experience!!! I would have given this store 0 stars if I could. I ordered tires for my vehicle and made an appointment via their online appointment system. When I showed up a week later for my appointment I was told that while they showed I had an appointment my tires had not been ordered. This would not have been a problem for me. I would have said then lets get them ordered. However, the man at the store made it sound like it was my fault for making an appointment before the tires had come in. He also said that there is no way the computer would have let me make an appointment if the tires were not in. I showed him my confirmation number and the email Discount Tire sent to me stating they would contact me if the tires did not come in. He argued with me until I said I give up and went across the parking lot to Costco. Ive used Discount Tire before, but not this location. I can assure you I wont go back to any location after this treatment. I understand losing the business of 1 customer wont hurt them. However, I wanted others to know what type of treatment I received.
First stop was belle tire to get tires on my trailer changed they said they couldnt do trailers. I had two flats. Went to discount tire and they got them done. Way better customer service here. Ill never use belle tire again, Discount has my business for life!
Utter garbage of an experience. Quoted an hour for a tire rotation with no balance. Having worked in tire repair in the past, I figured that was a smidge long, but decided to wait regardless.An hour and 45 minutes later with my car still not having been touched, I went to the desk and was told it would be an additional hour and 15 minutes before they could get to my car. A grand total of 3 hours for a 20 minute tire rotation.Needless to say, I went to Costco tire service which is almost in the same parking lot. My tires were rotated in less than 30 minutes.I understand that you have appointments prioritized over walk-ins but that seriously needs to be addressed in your initial estimate. If they had told me it was going to take 3 hours initially, I would have made my decisions accordingly. Instead, you have wasted my time and made a potential customer turn into an disenfranchised customer who not only will no longer come back for future purchases, but will actively point others away from your business. Congratulations?
Easy and pleasant. A fellow named Conner at the front desk was so nice and helpful. I had a flat and they plugged it up for Free! Belle tire charges 20 bucks just for the plug!

They tried to add on $133 for their warranty without asking me or showing detail on my purchase of four $207 tires, until I asked for details. I had them remove it. Also, I had a noon appointment but still stood in 15 minute line as they took others before me and took 2 calls. Good prices but unfair not to disclose unnecessary charges before asking me to pay.

The staff is always friendly and helpful in selecting the right tire. They run an efficient shop, and get you back on the road as soon as possible. Recommend an appointment if you can, as they get a heavy stream of walk-in business. They offer coffee and water, and free Wi-Fi while you are waiting. There are also a couple of businesses in walking distance too, if you dont want to wait there.
I love this place. They have great prices, have taken care of me everytime. Even when I didnt have the money to buy a replacement rim, the manager gave it to me so I would be safe. This place treats you like family and not like another sale.

Tires were a good price. I was aware the other two tires were low on tread, but, I did not appreciate the hard sales push to buy the other two tires that day. They also seem to not know how to hang a flag on the wall!

Because the location was convenient and the service was excellent. I was service not more than 5 minutes upon entering the store. Paul was very informative about the choice of product and pricing. Very Satisfied all the way around. They will call me when they are done .
Made appointment on line, showed up and they had me pull in, took care of my tire (had a nail in it) and sent me on my way! No Charge!!! What a great place!!
Came here for 2 new tires paid 450 only to have them steal 100.00 from my glove department, thieves would not trust this place I know for a fact I had a 100 dollar bill there and it was gone when I was returned my vehicle.
Dont order custom wheels from this storeI was told they were on backorder and it could be 4-5 weeks.It has been over 10 weeks, no updates, no phone calls, no follow-up of any kind.
Took my 2007 compass in for a flat tire repair. I changed the tire to the spare myself. The guys took my tire off of the rim. Found two issues. Funny how that works. Than when I decide not to purchase my tires they were nice enough to put the tire and rim inside my trunk but they did not put the tire back on the rim. I told them i was going to patch the tire myself by the way. Not sure how you keep business when you offer a service like this. I fully expect to be contacted about this issue by upper management and my tire to be put back in the same order it was when i walked into the building. I will tell EVERYBODY I know about this experience. My friends, family, doctor, every form of social media. My work order numer is1802019.
Workers are nice but they dont have any time management. I have worked on tires before and a fifteen minute job took them over two hours. There is no reason for the slow service really reconsider coming here in the future.
Had my car come in for 4 new tires. Same as usual get them replaced. As I come back they say they cant put my hub caps back on. Its apparently aftermarket rims. They got 3 sides on and theyre all the same rims. Never in my 5 years of owning the vehicle that has happened. Also I lost a hub a few months later because it wasnt properly mounted. Now I have two that arent on there. It wasnt busy there either.
I was extremely happy with their service. Im particular about keeping the condition of my rims prestine and I asked them to be careful during the removal and install. They delivered!!
I have never in my life experienced true customer service by a sales professional that fully cared. Paul Snay doesnt just live the slogan youll get taken care of but he actually makes sure that you are cared for. The difference is all in the heart of the matter. My family is now life long customers. Give that man a raise, better yet give that man a CEO title.
Fixed my tires for no charge ..had 2 nails in them
I purchased a new set of tires from here on May 19th. And after driving around for a couple weeks I notice this clicking sound coming from my back left wheel. It got so bad I got out to inspect to realize the tire was NOT bolted all the way on!!
First-time experience it was a little rough but they made sure that I was okay It was the manager I really dont know his name but he make sure that I was satisfied so I just want to thank him and I really appreciate him for that

Always take new cars to the dealer, even if its for a tire patch.Took in my 2017 camaro SS, payed through EasyCare that I bought through the dealership, the person who rang me up seemed so bothered by the fact I was paying through EasyCare, but I wasnt about to pay $320 for a new tire out of my pocket. I checked to make sure the tire was the same as the others after I received it, and it was. A few days later when detailing my car I noticed that it had several scratches from the pry bar tool they used to remove the tire when replacing it. Thought I could save me an hour trip to the dealer by taking it to a local shop, but needless to say, Ill never take my cars to anywhere else but the dealership from now on.

These guys made so many mistakes handling multiple issues I had with a set of wheels and tires. I had to play middle man with the supplier to get my wheels in order which took over a year to get right. They expected me to pay shipping cost cause the wheels were sent back and forth to the supplier 3 times. When I refused to pay for shipping I had to call the regional manager of all the stores in the area to get my wheels without paying. So now I need tires for another car, so I went to a different location they refused to install them for me. I never would imagine a business turning down money especially when they messed everything up.
Great guys they got me in at 4:56pm, closing at 5:00pm on Saturday, and free. CHAZZ & RYAN very profesional and courteous. I’m picky so they were extra careful not to scratch the wheel.2015 Jaguar F-Type.
I dropped my car off for 2 rear tires. That comes to 600 dollars after all there extra fees. Then he says are you going to hang around or take off I stated I will hang around 3 hours later he said it may be another 2 hours. Dont come here unless you have a minimum of 6 hours free and at least 600 bucks. Never again
The staff here is great. Always helpful and fast. Try to go on off times. They can get super busy on weekends especially after snow.
We had a tire blow out a little over a month after it was installed here, but the customer service was *Excellent* and they quickly got a new tire installed.
Just a tire rotation today, but as usual they were fast, friendly and professional! Discount Tire is the best in the business. Whether I go to my local Fenton store, or an other store i.e. Miller rd. Flint, or Auburn Hills, they always get great service!
As of January 2018, this location needs improvement. Not terrible service, but it isnt as up-to-par on the other DT locations Ive been to and had the pleasure to work with. DT is usually VERY good, but my experience here has been one in that it seemed like they just wanted to get me in and out.I dropped off two wheels that had tires on them, along with another set of wheels, on my way to work. Easy request and I was in no hurry. The instructions on which tire to go on which wheel were incorrectly written down, even though I had carefully clarified them and also asked to make sure all was understood. To which I got a quick yes and its all on the form. Feeling unsure, I left and went back to work. I was greeted, a little over an hour later, with a tech questioning me about the write up, as it did not make sense to him - the person who wrote the order listed the opposite of what I wanted (which also made no sense).I later got a call stating the work was completed and I picked up the wheels/tires after work. Receiving them, they were VERY dirty. Mind you, I delivered these wheels and tires 100% clean. I get that it was January and some things might be a little dirty, but my stuff was plain FILTHY. I was less than impressed, but figured that as long as they did the work, whatever. Also, as I have never had an issue with DT (in general) before.When I get home, I find one tire leaking air slowly. This is a vehicle that I do not drive in the winter, so it was in my garage. Searching around, I found no puncture(s) in any tires. On a closer look, I found one of the TPMS sensors barley tightened down. I double-checked the torque-spec and tightened it down. The leak remained, but lessened significantly. I also want to note, upon cleaning off my wheels, from the grim that DT put on them, I found a bunch of tiny scratches all over both wheels...Since there was a clear day, and that I had put the wheels back on the car, I decided to take the car to this same DT. I had them replace the TPMS hardware, re-balance and put the wheel back on my car. No problems. Done... I get back to work and find a wheel weight falling off. So, I had to go back once again. Turns out DT changed their sticky-weight supplier and the adhesive wasnt as good as the former company. Not their fault.I am writing this because DT has served me well in the past and I hope someone sees this and improves their performance. You pay a premium for this expert service. DT has delivered on this in the past, for me, except this one time. I am pretty disappointed and wont be going back to this location, even though it is one that is convenient for me.
Discount is a very fair place to work with they checked my tire which was low very quickly very thoroughly and did not charge me at all. If you make an appointment ahead of time youre good to go very quickly.
I received excellent advice to extend the length of my tires by waiting to have them rotated. I explained to him that my new vehicle was used and he came out to check it out to provide the best advice.
Here at 10:30am for tire rotation. Was told 2 hour wait or more. Not so bad but theirs no power resource for plugins for cellular devices. Could update for costumers.
Last week I got me air checked and I couldnt have been more satisfied with my service by Uno. He was really friendly and efficient. I definitely will come back whenever I have a problem.
This was my first experience with Discount. I bought a set of duratracs for a good price. Had them installed and balanced. Well a few months later I got a chunk of wood stuck inbetween the sidewall of the tire and the rim (no damage to the tire). So I brought in the tire and rim off of the vehicle for them to debead the tire and remove the wood and rebalance like a tire technician should do. Heard the guy talking saying I need to learn how to fuc**** drive but ignored it. Then when I got home I discovered that the old sticky weights on my rim were still there and that my tire was not balanced. I brought it back and asked for a manager and he said that it shouldnt have to be balanced since only one side of the bead was removed. I asked them to balance it for a second time and he said hed have a tech do it. An hour later I got my one tire back and sure enough it needed the weights changed around. None of this wouldve happened if the original tech wouldve done his job in the first place. Just got a new set of tires and discount tire was not even a consideration. Will never buy from them again.
Stupid expensive, but good service. Im consistently quoted significantly higher labor costs here than other places ($100 more is not uncommon). They do good work, but you owe it yourself to shop around!
Got a flat on vacation. They were packed, but squeezed us in and got us on our way in under an hour. Jack was terrific and really hustled to keep everyones wait to a minimum.
Even though I did not buy my tires from them they checked my low tire and filled it with air at no charge.
Solid meh. They work slow. But they are very lenient with their starter box, and they were very nice. The wait was awful though, had to go to Best buy to get a portable battery charger to keep my phone alive

I had a price in hand from Belle Tire. I called Discount Tire to ask for their best price. Gave me a price, higher than Belle, but refused to do anything but match Belles price. I refused to show my hand and I asked why wouldnt I just go to Belle? And, can you simply give me your best price? Well match Belle was the answer. Thats retarded because as a buyer youre obviously not getting their best price.

Dropped my car off and tire change was just fine, I’m satisfied with that, unfortunately they killed the battery in my car and I had to ask multiple times to get a jump pack, I understand that it was a Saturday and they were short staffed, but I even offered to jump it my self, I just needed the jump pack, took about 30 minutes before they had someone come jump it
Due to covid causing under staffing, wait times are long. But everyone there was working hard and getting customers taken care of.
Refused to fix a nail puncture because a previous repair had been done (which they said was not to manufacture recommendations, which was repaired at Belle Tire). They did however push my wife to buy a new tire (damaged tire had 10k miles on it). Took it to Belle Tire, who fixed with no issues. Never go there again.
You make an appointment and still wait at least an hour to get the service.

2022-02-27Getting the tires was pretty hassle free. However, I asked for the spare tires back (as they still had a bit of tread left) and never got them. I could look past that but about a month later my car was “totaled” and I attempted to get my aftermarket wheels/tires off and the lugs were stripped or so tight there was no way to get them off. If there was an issue with my lugs I would have had them add better ones to the car. Lost a brand new set of tires and my favorite wheels that day and it’s roughly 1800$ for a new set. Very disappointed

2022-04-23Called and got Myles and I explained I had a nail in my tire and he graciously offered to fix it for free. Went in and he walked outside and in 2 seconds said he couldnt and I would have to but a new tire. Great hustle Myles. Went down the street and paid 20 dollars at bell tire and told them the story and they laughed and said they get people in there all the time with the same story. I get one day off a week discount tire and I dont appreciate being lied to, ripped off or my time waisted. And also I am versed in Google reviews and every positive review is fake and paid for by discount through an outside service. Do better Myles and discounts

2022-06-01Great store the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was had an appointment at 9a.m. got there a little early and they said my appointment was at 930. Still didnt get my truck back there until almost 10 and didnt leave there until after 1130.

2018-12-01Ive been coming to this Discount Tire Location for over 10 years. Their customer service is always the best and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They will also give you great advice over the phone. I always purchase the Warranty Certificates because theyre more than worth it. Ive had to use them a couple times and it beats paying for a brand new tire. I always schedule my appointments in advance and havent had any issues.

2022-06-18Needed an air check in work van, was worried since I was on a spare enough to get home. Waited for 20 min for no one to air check me, Wendys next door had better service. Employees just swearing left and right at each other didnt look like a great place to be.

2022-01-16Not a great place to have your tires replaced. I was looking to buy some new tires. So I went online to buy a set. On their website, they had old set of P7 Cinturato 1 and they also had the new set (P7 Cinturato II). I just went ahead and bought the first one since I didnt see any difference between the two. Eventually got a call from them saying this set of tires was discontinued. Why the heck do you have it listed for sale on your website then?!?! Whatever.On the day of my appointment, I go in and the guy there tells me that they wont be able to see me right away. I end up having to wait an hour till they work on my car. Did I make an appointment to wait for my car to be seen?! Eventually, they replaced all four wheels. Fine.However, Im kicking myself a little for not having checked my rims, because, when I got home, I noticed the paint on my rims has gotten chipped by the lug nuts. Recently I had gotten my wheels refinished. So as you can imagine, this was an unpleasant sight.This place is not only unorganized, but they clearly dont care about your car. At least the paint chips on my wheel are small and unnoticeable from far away, but this is not something you would expect from a real tire shop. Very unprofessional. I wont be returning the next time I need my tires rotated or replaced in the future.

2021-12-26These guys try hard and are basically doing the best they can, but for whatever reason, they never seen to gave the capacity to provide prompt service.They wouldnt schedule an appointment. Come in before 2pm and well try to get it done same day. My problem was a leak in a tire they sold me and which had their extended warranty. They completed the work on my car and others about 4½ hours later, after closing.So more people? More shifts? More bays? I dont know the answer, but I know the problem.

2021-11-12Great customer service and staff. Was in and out the door at a GREAT price for a dismount and mount. (Had my winter tires mounted). Everyone was nice and updated me frequently. Simply leaving a low star as they were not so nice to the wheels and left them pretty scratched/banged up. I would be less upset if they were not expensive wheels. I would recommend you come here if you have cheaper wheels and don’t mind defects on your wheels. I would not recommend taking high end wheels here though!
