Spectacular service! I will never take my car anywhere else when I have an issue regarding tires. Every single gentleman in the establishment is nice and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of correctly and in a timely matter. Just for context. I had gone there for tires a few years ago and it was kind if a hassle and ended up paying more than I wanted to. Even though they were good tires. Because of that I avoided coming here for service. Recently went in for a repair Because they were the only place that could get me in, and Micah was so helpful and friendly. They were really busy and still did great work efficiently. I was really happy and grateful for the entire interaction. I Plan to come here again for any other tire needs I have.

We hit a pothole on the freeway and blew a sidewalk and were able to limp to Discount Tire. These guys were awesome in helping us get new tires located, new lug bolts and getting us back on the road. Everyone was friendly, professional and kept us informed. They even loved on our dogs who were on our road trip with us. Can’t recommend them enough.

This Discount Tire was a life saver! I had a flat on my way out of Michigan for the weekend, and they were awesome! I told them my situation, and even though they were running behind that day, they were able to install my tire and check the others in record time! The employees at this Discount Tire are clearly hard workers who care about their clients. I am so grateful for them being at this location.
On a family trip and got a large chunk of metal in my tire. Was able to make to this Discount Tire. This team was amazing. Pulled me, my family, and my Dog into a service bay immediately. They repaired the tire at NO COST and had me out in 30 min. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend this Discount Tire!
Worthless they asked you to wait 2 hours to get a patch I could see waiting that long to get new tires but not a plug I also have been calling since 8:00 this morning for nobody to answer the phone when I showed up in the store I waited in line for 10 minutes before anybody said anything to me and all I said was I needed a plug in a tire and they said I had to wait two hours you will never have my service again
For my ex-wife she is taking care of our grandkids went there with an appointment for 4tires to be installed on her vehicle after paying for the four tires and sitting there waiting for 1hour past our appointment time . they hadnt even pulled the car in yet. So she asked the guy how much longer will it be,when he said another 30 to 45 minutes she got upset , my question is this why do they have appointments without no kind of explanation why you might be sitting there for 1 hour and your vehicle sitting in the same spot. Lets do estimate on the time 1 HR wait+ another 45 minutes waiting for work to begin + 45 min to change four tires. Thats 2 1/2 hours to complete. She said lets go and Albert get your money back.So I did after speaking with the manager and we left. They replaced a faulty tire sensor on our Honda minivan with the wrong part. It wiped out the entire system and we had to take it to a Honda dealer to fix everything. Discount tire paid for their parts and labor which was the proper thing for them to do. I wont be returning but the customer service was surprisingly excellent.
Had to get the tires rotated and this is the place to go. I always buy my tires from discount. They are helpful and honest about the condition of tires. Now they are taking appointments only which is great because you no longer have to wait in those long lines they used to have. Great place to go if you need new tires or tire service. They sell wheels as well.
Good experience. In 15 minutes I had 2 new tires installed. The scheduled appointment was great -on time and fast. I asked to take one old tire with me to make a spare. They protected the trunk with a plastic bag to keep it clean - thanks! The one thing I would change - an insurance for the new tires was included on the bill without asking me if I wanted it. If it is optional, please ask me if I want it before charging for it. I asked and it was taken out. If not for this, it would be a 5 star rating.

After a pothole ate a chunk out of our tire, this place saved us when at 530 on a Friday evening, they had a very hard to find tire and were able to add us to an already long work queue. They were still working on their backlog when we left long after they closed. Nobody else had that tire in stock.
I waited 1-1/2 hours to be completely finished and that was after paying for and making an appointment online. This is unacceptable to say the least. I would come back because the people seem knowledgeable but I will know next time to plan on being there 2 hours even with an appointment.

Congratulations on taking service to a level rarely seen today. Saturday afternoon, hauling equipment, cut a tire and you got us in and out without delay. Professional, courteous, pleasant service! Very very slow for the amount of employees working. 4 hours total from start to finish. Truck should be lifted with jack under rear axle. They lifted truck by frame and shock mount. Right front tire came off ground when they jacked up rear of truck! Good news is they replaced the tire.
Only took a year to get a tire replaced. Best service ever. Oh the didnt have the same brand had to settle for a different one. Basically they gave me no choice. Done at discount tire.

These guys go above and beyond every single time. After having a TPSM replaced it was not registering on my vehicle, they did not stop until they found the issue and didnt let me leave until they saw the light go off and problem fixed. In my time waiting I witness phones ringing off the hook and endless customers. Despite how busy they were, I saw polite and top notch service given to each and full attention to the person at hand. We worked thru the issue together and I am so grateful for their expertise!
Ive never had a bad experience in all the years Ive gone to Discount Tire in Benton Harbor, but today was an even better experience. Not only did they change a tire but they changed it at closing time and were still extremely pleasant about it. I know what is like to have that customer that shows up right before closing time. Youve worked all day, your tired and youre more then ready to go home. I appreciate the extra time you guys spent at work because of me. If it hadnt been an emergency I would have done the right thing and made an appointment. Kudos to guys working there. I wont go anywhere else.

After being denied by two other tire repair shops for needing a quick repair while traveling, Chase and the crew at Discount Tire quickly offered to inspect and repair our tire and got us on our way in under an hour. I highly recommend their service.
Called in the morning, got an appointment in less than an hour. Got in and out with my brand new tires in under an hour. Couldnt of had a better experience on a count of the top-notch customer service!
This place is fantastic. The customer service is outstanding and I would recommend. I was passing through traveling and had a tire issue. Belle Tire would not help because it was closing and I felt they were pretty rude. Although they were closing Discount brought me in and took excellent care of me. I am grateful and was able to get right back on the road.

Sat in lobby over 25 minutes while truck sat untouched on driver side. Then sat additional 20 minutes while truck was done and parked at end of parking lot. I was a customer of 15yrs. Each yr gets worse....!
Recently had 2 new tires put on. There was a mistake on the work order which caused me to have to wait around for another 30 minutes but Chad, the assistant manager called later that day to apologize and provided me with a refund for my time. I left pretty annoyed but understand mistakes happen and the fact management took responsibility and made it right is all the difference. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend giving them a chance!
I have had an absolutely great experience with Discount Tire. While getting flat tires is never fun, this establishment has made it as painless as possible. Twice now, they have worked with me and my schedule to get me a replacement tire at the best price possible. I have worked with Daryl, Chad, and Chase and someone else I cant remember. But they all had great customer service. There is also free water and snacks, which was nice.When I got my first flat, I thought I was being talked into an insurance I didnt need. It was somewhere in the ballpark of $40. But I was glad they convinced me it wasnt a scam because the next flat I got, they replaced it for just the price of labor. If youve ever bought a tire, you know its way more than $40. Ive dealt with a lot of shady businesses but this isnt one of them. I will say the wait can sometimes be long, but if you call and schedule an appointment before you go, it makes things way quicker. I dont see any need to use anyone but Discount Tire for the rest of the time Im in the area.
A person waiting while getting tires done changed her mind about tire disposal and asked to keep her old tires. A younger worker behind the counter quietly asked an older manager what to do about the tire disposal fee. She overheard but mistakenly though she would be charged for keeping her tires. After a bunch of whispering and walking in and out of the lobby ignoring her the younger worker finally came back in and told her oh no you dont have worry about any charges your okay to keep your old tires She was relieved and happy to hear that she could keep her old tires and went back on her phone. No one explained to her she already paid tire disposal fees.
3 times I have stopped to get my tires checked and waited 10 to 15 minutes just to ignored all 3 times

Discount Tire bit me hard so for years I refused to do business with them. Recently the wife and I had to take the boy away to college in Maryland and because time was an issue, i had discount tire put on 4 new tires. They were quicker than I remember and very satisfied with the service. They may have won me back, Im not sure yet

During this pandemic Discount Tire has continued to provide excellent service! I called and made an appointment. I was able to get my tire checked and changed without leaving my car. Very courteous staff! Give them a call for all your tire needs!
This location did a great job. Chase was extremely helpful. I hit a pothole while on a road trip in Michigan in my Tesla with my wife and kids. Teslas dont have a spare tire, so I was in a bit of a jam. They were very kind did not take advantage of the situation and got me on the way quickly. Thanks so much guys!
I’ve known most of the employees for over a year now, it seems like Chase likes to have most of his employees under his thumb at all times. He seems like being fair to his employees is rocket science and has the mindset as if he treats them bad if they don’t want to work for him that it will magically make them want to stay and work for him, sorry to say this isn’t a fairytale!
Been taking my cars there since my dad told me about them when I moved to Michigan in 1988. This is 2021. I prefer Discount Tire for their friendliness and efficiency. Excellent.
Great customer service and quality tires at a decent price! One of the writers, Dave, was able to quickly replace my tire for my trailer so I could get back on the road and on my way home. There was a long wait but he went out to the shop himself and managed to get it done very fast so I could get my infant home in time.Make sure to see Dave next time you have tire or wheel needs!
Recently I realized I needed tires on my vehicle. After having a bad experience at another local tire shop I decided to go to Discount Tire on Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor. I found the online appointment service very convenient and easy. I was greeted with a handshake and a smile and was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The young man that assisted me was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my questions and answered those questions with great knowledge.(thanks Jonathan). Even the store manager spoke with me which I found very impressive and not something you find very often in any type of service environment, must be the excellent training that is provided to the employees of Discount Tire. And I also was able to speak with the technician that did the work on my car and he explained everything that was done. I was very impressed with the professionalism that the team at discount has for its customers. If you are in need of wheels, tires, or even trailer tires and wheels stop into Discount Tire you will probably find exactly what youre looking for at a great price! The next time I need tires or wheels they will be purchased at Discount Tire.
Chad was great. I ordered some tires online, and because I dont know anything about tires, I ordered the wrong ones. He was very helpful, and not at all pushy when selecting the correct ones. The bill was adjusted without issue, and they also replaced a sensor for free. Total time: 60 minutes.
Usually busy, but I get why! They are kind, helpful, and efficient. It’s hard to keep up with the demand but they’ve always exceeded my expectations. I don’t go anywhere else for any of my tire needs. :) Get through faster by making a super easy appointment online.

Called yesterday around 430pm & Chad set up my appt for today at 330pm Wed May 5th, I had a customer rep that Im not sure of his name & the tire tech had it done within an hr & actually put my wheel cover back on & put my spare under the truck. Im not sure which 1 was named Chase, but all 3 of yall rock! Cant thank you enough at the Benton Harbor location. Made it stress free, drama free, quick & fast & btw, I was like 20mins early for my appt & again thanks to the crew of gentlemen who helped me get things set up. ~Brandy Anglin
No one likes an emergency tire situation, but Discount Tire really made it as enjoyable as possible. VERY friendly and knowledgeable staff. I waited a bit, but was supper impressed with how timely they handled the masses. I will definitely go there again!!

We buy tires from Discount Tire in metro Detroit consistently. We got a flat tire on the west side of Michigan while driving to WI for Christmas, went to this local Discount Tire and received kind, quick, efficient service. Every person we interacted with was warm and friendly. We called on our way there and they checked us in over the phone so things were expedited. They quickly repaired the tire (FOR FREE!!!!) and even helped us unload all of our Christmas presents from the truck to get the spare tire back into place. Plus they were nice to our two dogs 🙂 I cant say enough about how wonderful our experience was with this Discount Tire.

The place was busy and 2 hours before closing was informed that they should be about to have a loose tire installed. Got back at 20 minutes til and checked on the status I was informed that they was working on it. 1 hour later told theyre just started working on it. Come to find out it was done 5 minutes after coming back by the store. The assistant manager was no help but the manager Logan was a great help on the matter.
Friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Chad goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of.

Ive had a broken belt in my van tire for a few weeks, but couldnt afford to get a new tire. Of course, the bulge decided to finally burst through at the most inopportune moment as I was working an event that involved driving between multiple cities. I was just going to throw my spare on, but to my dismay one of the lug nuts was stripped. I was able to pump the tire up just enough to hobble over to this Discount Tire location. I explained to Chad that if they could just get the tire off and put my spare on that I would be on my way. However, he was extremely concerned about my safety driving too far on my spare. He explained that it would be a lot safer for me to get the tire replaced. I was already extremely stressed out and explained to him the financial burden Ive been under recently, and that affording even a cheap used tire would be extremely difficult. He said he would do what he could to help me during the situation. And he absolutely did! The team at Discount Tire was able to take my practically non-existent budget into account, because they were extremely worried about my safety. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and for their genuine kindness! They really do care about the people who walk through those doors. It was so unexpected and kind of them that I literally cried in the shop. Thank you to Chad and the team at Discount Tire for caring about my safety and helping me out in a stressful situation!
I have purchased 2 full set of tires from Discount Tire in Benton Harbor. I have always found them to be the cheapest for the same tire as local competitors. On top of their low prices, they have exception customer service. In the past year I have gone in for 2 flat tires that needed to be repaired. I was fully expecting to pay for the repairs both times, but they did not charge for the repairs and simply thanked me for my business. I do not have the warranty on my tires either. This is what true customer service looks like! Today I worked with both Matt and Morgan, who were both very friendly. Thank you for a great experience.
We had just bought tires 3 days before one went flat, the day it went flat it happened to be a bad snow storm (needless to say I was really upset). I had to drive and pick up my wife and we went back to discount tire to let them know what had happened. I let them know that I was not happy, the people at the front desk (Chad) kept his cool and made sure we had fast service. Once they took the tire off, they showed us a piece of metal in the tire that completely ruined the tire. (I was sure that something else was wrong). They serviced the tire even though they didnt have a match, just to get us back on the road and will order us a new one at no charge. I would like to thank everyone at discount tire that kept their cool and got us back on the road in a timely manner while they were helping everyone else too. Oh yeah did I mention that all of this was done after hours.. Customer for life...
5 Star customer service!!! I was on a 300 mile trip from Chicago to East Michigan when I had a flat tire near Benton Harbor. When all other Tire shops turned me away, Chase from this Discount Tire store gave me his word that hell put me back on the road if I wait a few hours. I cant thank you enough Chase, I think youve converted me into a loyal customer.

Just want to give a shout out to Discount Tire in BH for the great service, friendly attitudes and respect they have shown me the times I have bought tires there. Chad, Jordan, Chase, the Manager were very helpful and respectful to me, I give Chase Five Stars also because there was a little glitch in communications between myself and the service dept on an issue with replacing 3 of the TPMS sensors, to which I wasnt expecting and wasnt told about. Chase went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied and thankful customer that day.Keep up the good work you guys.

I came here this morning with a tire that split last night in Allegan, Michigan. I drove 57 miles at 55 mph fearing a blowout. I recently went through a brutal divorce, unemployment, and relocation from Kansas City, Missouri to Saint Joseph, Michigan. I came in this morning with one spare 14 years old and $37. I actually had three tires ready to pop. Instead of sending me on my way forcing me to miss the job it took three months to find, they loaned me FOUR USED TIRES! Lucky for them I have around a thousand dollars finally coming in between Wednesday and Sunday so they’re getting all my tire business. Now and in the future. These people actually care about people and not just pushing tire sales. Everyone just come here. They’re good honest people that care and will take care of you. I think this review speaks for itself. Just do tire business here don’t question it.
Arrived at 1:45 for a 2pm appointment and didnt get my van back until almost 4 pm. Set up the appointment so it would be quicker. I specifically asked how long it would take because I have kids waiting at daycare...
They gave me an Excellent deal on the Michelin Defender T Series. Great warranty as well! Theyve got my business for now on.

It helps when both parties are on the same page I already know exactly what I need the price and I call to schedule an appointment. Bought the wife a new car hit a pothole or ran over glass or shard of metal. Note the previous owner bought these tires in January or February and they are replacing the tire prorated. On a 30k mile warranty tire at $66 this will be a cheap replacement for sure.
These guys have pretty good prices on tires and are very helpful. I dont really have any complaints. They get busy when the first snow storm hits so make sure not to be as delinquent as I am when it comes to getting tires for the winter. Do that and you will be just fine.
The staff at this location is entirely made up of rockstars. Ive been going there for years, and every time they do a great job. Theyre always crazy swamped, theyre good at their jobs, and they treat the customers so well. The BH store could easily double the size of their facility & parking lot, and Im sure it wouldnt be enough, but I still wouldnt mind because I know theyll take care of me.

Just walked in and showed them a deal on amazon .They price matched it immediately as quoted on the website !Not to mention Great service too !9/25 update —bad experience —- I am reducing from 5 stars to 1 star . Just after I made the payment I went back to work and got a call back that both the tpms sensors were bad and will have no choice but to replace them as they already opened the tire ...I know my sensors were good and I also know the bad one was on the rear tire as I had it checked before ..so I asked him will the tpms light go away if you replace ..he was not sure ..so basically he tried to recoup the price match by giving a false information on the sensors ...fine I went ahead with it thinking I will get the old sensors and have them checked ....when I went back to my surprise all the old sensors were cut in half ...so I won’t have a way to check any more ...Amazon was giving the same tire for 93$ and discount tire was for 124$ ..he sold me total 3 sensors and told me he will take care if one of them .....I support amazon everyway after what I have dealt with ..learning from this ...always stay when your car is being worked on ..and if they find an issue ask to see physically ...if you don’t stay expect a call back to cough up some more money
Great prices great service. Even though a massive Belle tire opened up down the street, I still like going to discount tire instead. Even though discount tire is a franchise it has that more mom-and-pop feel to it. Like supporting a small business when a Walmart opened up around the corner.
I purchased their highest recommended tires for my perfectly operating 2017 Subaru, only to find that the moment we drove away there is a new persistent shudder as if the tires are bad or they warped the rotor. I went back after a day, they removed and re-balanced and now its even worse. Rather than being willing to swap out the probably defective tires, they want me to get a mechanic to check the vehicle first, with no indication that they will take liability if it is determined the tires or installation process was at fault. They will replace the tires if diagnosed as defective, but one would imagine they could have figured that much out.Both visits also easily exceeded 2hrs waiting.Updates to follow.
The staff is friendly and helpful at this location. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and there is also complimentary coffee, water, and wifi. My experiences there have been pleasant, and I reccomend Discount Tire whenever I can.

They have gotten to be very slow & rude!! Sat in the air check lane for about 25 mins without even being acknowledged, then went & asked if I could get my tires aired up, please!! Someone finally came out & said sorry but they only had 9 employees working & everyones busy. There were only 2 vehicles in the bins at the time & 3 cars in the parking lot! How are all 9 employees so busy? These people just dont want to do their jobs!!! I think I might just start going to Belle Tire after this last experience, because Discount doesnt seem to care about their customers anymore!!
Went to replace both rear tires. The next day my TPMS light comes on. Went back when I could and told them about it. They checked all four sensors and could NOT get a reading on only the rear passenger tire (one of the recent replacement). They stated it could be dead battery, or an old sensor that needs to be replaced. They also stated it could be an install error so we set an appointment to check it out. Came back for the appointment, checked and it was an install error. They replaced it at no charge.Businesses makes mistakes. For a business to correct a mistake whether they did or at times did not do, will keep me as a loyal customer.
Have got a full set of tired and multiple repairs to other tires here. They staff is friendly and works quickly. They do get very busy so make sure you either get their early in the day or call ahead to get an appointment.
They were very helpful had ordered two of the wrong size tires 🙄 they gave me a good discount and I was able to get all four tires put on my grandson car today .🤗 I am so happy thank you Discount Tires
Low tire pressure light came on. Went in for service. Had to wait a while but got us in same day. Fixed tire puncture for free. Friendly and helpful.

I broke my valve stem (stupid aluminum air pressure sensor valves) and was quoted $95 by a local repair shop and it would be 3 days to order the part. Discount Tire fixed the broken part of the sensor for $8. I trust these guys. Have been back since to get tires all around. Great place.
The service was aweful. Was told it would be a two hour wait (no problem) and said they would call me when it was done. I ended up calling them three hours later and they said it was done... Still no big deal. The problem was that they did even do any of the work to it. Nothing was done. How do you mess that up? Last time at discount in Benton Harbor.
Jordon was the main one that I delt with. He was nit pushy at all and answered each question I had. After that I bought 4 new tires and 4 new rims. Each individual that I delt with at discount was friendly and helpful. Thankyou Discount 😁

I still feel mad about getting new tires and new tire pressure monitor systems installed a few weeks ago, and 3days later I got a flat tire in my driveway. The new tpms piece they had just replaced cost me another 60$less than a week after they replaced it. I should have went to belle tire.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. A few years ago I was getting 4 tires changed and witnessed something great an employee did for a customer. A gentleman who looked to be going through some financial hardships was getting a few tires changed and this employee, which I was I would have gotten his name, came out to tell the man that one of his tires was about ready to blow out and would need to be changed as well. The customer mentioned that he wouldnt be able to afford another tire so the employee left to finish the job. The employee came back in to tell the man that his truck was about done and that after talking with his manager they put on the other additional tire for his safety at no expense to him. Needless to say after seeing this it made me a loyal Discount Tire customer for life whether if I pay a little extra or have to wait a little longer in line. Something like this isnt something you see everyday from corporations.
Been going here since I got my license and I dont feel like going anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, polite, and they get to know you as you come in every time. Very good service and work place
This place is in desperate need of good customer service oriented employees, especially your store manager. He was not able to own up to the fact that they made a HUGE mistake that almost caused us to have a horrific crash as the new tire we bought blew up in 10 minutes of driving it. When going back after having a tow truck pick us up from this incident he did not even have the audacity to apologize. We were stranded on the highway in a dangerous spot for over 2 hours. Our 5 hour trip to Chicago from Michigan turned into 12 hours due to ongoing mistakes caused at this dealer. I can go on and on about all the things that were done horribly wrong but Id rather tell my lawyer. $400 spent due to a mistake done by this horrific place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Discount tire has the perfect customer service. The people who work here are engaging and helpful. I do not have to worry that I will be taken for granted or upsell unnecessarily.

Friendly and timely service. Be sure to make an appointment. They accept walk-ins, but appointments take priority. In busy times the wait for walk-ins can be 3-5 hours.
Called, talked to Morgan, and was told they had a tire in the size I needed for $92.97 mounted and balanced. Get there, after I left work early, and was then told someone sold it out from under me. I call bullshit. Then he proceeded to attempt to upscale me. A male, that is not nieve. Will not be recommending Discount tire to anyone.

Discount Tire in Benton Harbor fixed my flat tire a few weeks ago (Dec. 2014) by putting on a new used tire -- TOTALLY FREEand the line was really long but they still helped and did a great jobthese guys are awesomethanks Brian!

A guy name Morgan waited on me you could tell he didnt want to be there at all by his demeanor. I brought in a cracked rim for a BMW so I asked him if he had a rim or wheel for a BMW . With out even looking at the computer he got a little snippy and said we dont have a wheel for a BMW. I went to Kalamazoo and behold they carry wheels for BMWs no more going to dicount tire in Benton harbor and hello to Belle tire.

Took my car to get to new back tires. Something had punctured one of the tires. Instead of selling me two tires, they fixed the tire four no charge. I did not purchase the toes there originally not have I ever in the past. Its the only place I will go in the future.

I been going hear for years I dont get my tires from nowhere else never had a bad experience here but today it wasnt so pleasant I have the warranty on my tires but I ended up paying some money for a tire i have to order another Rim for my tire because mines is bent but thats not really the problem its just that I wanted to keep my old spare tire just so I can put my Toyota sign back on my car just til I can buy another spare he wouldnt let me keep my own tire i dont see why I couldnt it was only so I can put my signing on my car he would not give me my tire back at all the service was not how it usually be when I come in there

Even when an appointment is made you wait a long time . The assicotes are late and they do not have a clear line or enough associates. People frequently cut in the line. Not having enough associates too means you have a long wait.

I called ahead of time to get the price on the tire and the tire was more expensive waited in line for 30 min sat there for almost 3 hours after being told it wouldn’t even take 2 they tell me its done after sitting in the store and they tell me they didn’t have it in there system that they needed to put the tire on the car once the tire was on the rim and had to wait yet another 30 min for them to put the tire on the car

2022-06-26We had the best customer service from this Discount Tire in Benton Harbor. We are from out of town and employees here went above and beyond to help get us back on the road! One person in particular took their time out to pick up the tire we needed from a different tire shop which was an hour away! Everybody was extremely nice and very professional! We highly recommend!

2022-06-23Customer service is always on point and the workers are very efficient and friendly. Trent Harrell was my tech on my last visit and he did an exceptional job. They take the time to wire brush the wheels, rotors and studs. Tires are pricey but I buy them elsewhere and only 22$ to have one installed and 3$ charge for disposing of old tire. Really not bad price at all for someone without a tire machine. They will try to sell you lug nuts and tire pressure sensors so be sure to let them know they are in good condition or they charge you 50$ for lug nuts. If your lugs are beat down or corroded they will round from the aggressive impacts they use. I suggest buying a set for 10-15$ off Amazon prior to the visit just in case if your lug nuts are in bad shape. 50$ for a set of nuts is absurd if you ask me. Other than that, the place is awesome and I trust them to do solid work.

2022-02-11I went there to get a flat repair and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Ive not seen this level of professional service for a while. The process of making an appointment was smooth and really a good idea. I had a 9.30am appt this morning, got there, checked in with someone name Mike, and my car was taken in immediately inside. While waiting, I was handed invoice for my repair that was $0.00 to my surprise. Within 15 mins or so another employee came up informing me that there was a nail in the tire, its taken care of, checking other tires for air pressure, and he would be bringing out my car in next 2 min up front. Talk about promptness! Before leaving the store, I checked with Mike if there was a mistake in $0 bill and he assured me that flat repair is free because customers safety comes first. Mike also informed me that my tires are pretty close to when I need to consider replacing, but no pressure to buy. With such positive professional experience, I would be taking my cars for tire needs to Discount Tires in Benton Harbor. Thank You!

2022-05-20My back passenger tire goes down to 25 every week so I went to Discount tire after taking to a place that would only put air in my tire and not check it to see what was wrong .and Discount tire checked it and found that it had a screw in it and plugged my tire foe me for free of charge ,Im am so pleased because Im a senior citizen and live on fixed income, the employee s where very nice and didnt take long to do their jobs.rhank you Discount tire ,I will take my S U V. to you from now on.
