This is the best place to buy tires. Ive been buying them from Fenton for years and the service just keeps getting better. Camerom is one great sales person. He s help me over and above great service and has the talent to not only pick and recommend the tires I need but also the best price. I made an appointment and was taken care of within 30 minutes of it. Keep up the great work!!

Always good service. I was a walk in hoping to get my tire plugged. The puncture was near the sidewall so I knew it was questionable as to wether or not it could be plugged. They sold me 2 new tires and had me out of there in a couple of hours. Better than the answer I received from their competition, 36 hours before they could even look at it. Thank you Discount Tire.
I have used Discount Tire for 25 years and have always been happy until now. I have made two appointments for a tire rotation and was told that my tires were wearing evenly and did not need one, I even offered to pay for the rotation. I was always under the understanding that tires should be rotated ever 7500 miles, If I am wrong please educate me. Its been a year and 18000 miles
Cant say enough positive things about Discount Tire! They offer outstanding customer service and fair prices. Consider getting the tire insurance. $25ish a tire but they replace it for any reason and weve used that feature a few times to save us hundreds of dollars on a new tire.
Theyre so busy that I did have to make an appointment, but I pulled into the bay right on time. I like that youre able to stay in your car while they do the work. Theyre always friendly.
Had a tire that was leaking every 24hrs. Brought in the car, they fixed the corrosion on my rim that was causing the leak and didnt even charge me! Very professional and Ive always had great experiences at the Fenton Mi location!
I recently came into this store with my boyfriend. They always give us great service but this time was different. Valarie was extremely unprofessional and even made jokes to my boyfriend about him wanting her phone number. She made me feel very uncomfortable and like she was trying to seduce my boyfriend into buying tires. I know more woman have been seen working at discount tires but I strongly feel like woman like Valarie should not work directly with men. If shes this way with customers I can only imagine how she is with other employees. Extremely unprofessional and trashy.
Their check-in process is very fast and professional out in the parking lot. I appreciated that they fixed one tires slow leak AND rotated my tires at no cost even though I did not buy those tires from them. For several prior vehicles of mine and my sons, I only used Discount Tire. And today, they reinforced why they are my Go To tire store. Great people to work with.
I used to like discount tire. I made an appointment for a flat repair. After waiting half an hour past my appointment time, they brought me in, removed the wheel needing repair, noticed the load range on my tires wasn’t what they thought it should be, after removing the offending nail, they put it back in the tire, remounted it, and sent me on my way. This will not happen twice. To Hell with the lot of them.
I like discount tires and they have pretty good prices and good service and then I go over there in the winter usually to get my tires filled.
Discount Tire in Fenton, Michigan can be very busy this time a year as folks want new tires to take on winter weather. I bought the tires I wanted online and made an appointment online as well. I am glad that I did. When I arrived the parking lot was just about full. They had a check-in station manned in the parking lot. They entered my name and said it would only be a few minutes until they took my vehicle in. I gave them my keys went inside the lobby and took a nap in one of their comfortable chairs. I woke up to James, your truck is done and you can be on your way with your new Michelin Defender LTX MS tires. I jumped in to my sons Silverado and the old pickup felt like a much better ride then before with the old off-road tires. We bought him the tires as an early Christmas present. This Discount Tire location has always given myself and family super service. The tire prices are usually the best around as well.

Been doing business with them for 30 years. Recently found out I can use my fathers military discount online. My only wish aside from always being first in line, would be that they had a free outdoor air pump like Belle Tire does.
Bought a new set of top of the line Michelin Tires two weeks ago. Price was very competitive. The staff are VERY professional, organized and very good customer service. This morning I came out to go on a road trip and one of my tires was partially flat. I filled the tire and ran up to Discount to have them check it out. I was assuming wrongly that it was an install issue...turns out it was a screw lodged in the tire. I would like to thank Travis one of the managers for being so professional and calm as I was being impatient.
Friendly and fast service. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and he said it would take 10-15 minutes. It took them 15 minutes to get the job done. We will definitely be going back. It was nice that there are sidewalks close by to go for a walk while my car was being serviced.
Very impressive the entire staff were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to fix and change my tire. They checked all 4 of my tires and put my spare and jack back into place. Friendly and fast service. I did have to wait a few minutes in line, but the shop was also very busy when I arrived. The staff (mechanics included) was well-dressed and performed like a team. And, I will say, although they frequently mentioned better- possibly more expensive- products, they didnt pressure their customers into making the bigger purchase which is VERY nice. Definitely a top-of-the-line tire shop!
LOVE Discount Tire in Fenton!! I was able to buy my tires online, set my appointment online, drive up and get my brand new tires in no time. While I was waiting in the lobby one of the guys at the front desk suggested adding protection on my tires and was so helpful and informative. Ever time I get tires or any sort of service for that matter, at this location, every staff member is always so helpful, polite, insightful, and never pushy! Which means a lot to me! As I said, the service is 10 out of 10, but unfortunately in this place the tires are expensive. We Blew a tire on our trailer today, July 4th weekend. Couldnt find a tire anywhere! Had a couple hour wait, but service was awesome, friendly staff and not a bad price. Even done 30 mins earlier! Not disappointed! Lost a lug nut and they even gave us 5 new ones at no charge! Discount tire in Fenton rocks!

They fixed both my tires that were leaking around the rim...for free. They also will replace valve stems at no cost as well, unlike Kan Rock who told me theyd charge me $20 a tire. Thank you Discount staff, you all were great. I will be coming there next week to get my new tires for sure!

Please refer to my previous review of the discount tire on Court Street in Burton, Michigan.I decided to not go back to that location as I felt the staff was unprofessional and rude. I grew up in Fenton and have typically gone to this location. I’ve continuously heard great things about this location since moving.My tire light had been on for three days since I purchased 4 new tires and sensors from the Court Street location. I decided to not bother with them anymore and drive to Fenton to see if they could get it to reset. This store was insanely busy, but I was greeted kindly by Don who juggled checking people in and swiftly helping me with my leftover issues from Court Street. As Don worked with me he was also simultaneously checking people in and when he stepped away from tending to my vehicle, Michael was filling in. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly and kept me up to speed as to what went on with the new tires and sensors.I was there less than a half hour before they fixed the tire indicator and had me on my way. THAT is the level of customer service I expect anywhere. On a side note, I felt the staff was following guidelines to keep everyone safe and I did not see a single employee without a mask. Court Street location employees were another story.Thank you for taking care of me and your other customers so promptly and professionally.
Great people in Fenton store. While I went in for two new tires and a puncture, I left with four new tires because the puncture was unpatchable and they came up with a very good price on four.
Excellent!! I have been in many times to have my tire air pressure checked/filled. One tire seemed to have a slow leak so I made an appointment. Chris checked it out and the other guys brought it back.I noticed how quickly people were able to leave and how happy they really seemed. My difficult tire just had a nail in it and they repaired it at no cost. I will definitely return when I need to buy new tires!!
Excellent customer service! I needed a new tire, I was told it would be at least 4 hours ( they were crazy busy). They told me it would be $230 for one tire, but when i picked my car up they told me they had found one for $53 😁. It only took 3 hours and all the guys were great and really friendly.
Update 2/20/18...scheduled a rotation/inspection for my company vehicle. It was time for 4 new tires. Quickly helped and service was excellent...as usual!!Great place. Been coming here for 30 years!UPDATE: 12/29/17...Continued great service. As a copilot I was able to redeem my coupon via email from headquarters. Simple and complete. Tires were here as promised as well.
I had a really excellent experience today, I was served by nick and tim to patch my tire. They got me in and out without appointment, saved me hundreds by repairing the tire with a screw in it, instead of replacing.Will definitely come back to discount tire.
One of my tires kept losing air slowly, and when I took it to discount tire, they took care of it swiftly. They also didnt charge me anything. I am very grateful for their service and their professionalism. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Ditched my car the night previous and the steering system was shaking as I would go down the road. I got Eric on the phone who told me to come on down and they would take a look at the wheels. They blew out the built up snow, tended to my low air tires and sent me on my way. Super nice people, I have no reason to go anywhere else for my tire needs.
Ran over a nail, needed 2 new tires anyway, but they helped me last minute on a Saturday, 1 1/2 hours before close when they werent taking any more for the day. Got my car done same day! They saved me some money and gave great customer service!Will be back for future services. 🙂
Been here a lot for tires, I own 4 vehicles and all have tires from discount. Always the best prices and will match and give a better price than others. Always friendly and truthful. I will not use the competitor down the road, seems like they always want to nickle and dime you there. Go here for honest advice.
Best experience with a business since COVID 19 began. I had a low tire, almost flat. Turned away by another business and called them and they checked me in, had me pull in, took care of me, and was courteous the entire time. I am buying my tires from here from now on. Thank you so much!!!

For new tires Ive only gone to Discount Tire. They treat me good enough so Ive had no reason to try others. 20 years ive gone to them. Just recently, I ordered new tires, lugs, tire certificates, and storage for winter tires. Before they got installed my car died. They refunded me 100% no questions asked. I was worried Id be stuck with tires I couldnt use. Ask for their opinions, they know what they are talking about. I researched for hours and went with my choice and was disappointed. They warned me before hand. The discount tire credit card is also worth it. Ask for Nick if you read this soon after posted.. they dont work off commission. Very happy.

They found me a set of tires that were just a couple dollars more then what I wanted, but was better so around. From the time I pulled in for my appointment, till the time I pulled out of the driveway was exactly one hour. Tell me if anywhere else that can do that.
Currently under covid conditions there is a drive up check in. Which at first look, looks like quick tire pressure check to sell new tires. I dont need either. So I pulled into a parking spot and went in. Couple salesmen inside one said be with you in a sec. Then asked if I checked in, I replied no I just need.....He quickly exclaimed go check in. Not very customer friendly. Other than that the techs do a good job and get you in and out. The salesmen could take some pointers.

I had a problem with Discount Tire back in 2000. It was a bad enough experience that I switched to Belle Tire. Well I decided to stop at Discount Tire in Fenton for a price on wheels. Don the manager was great and it was a great experience throughout the whole install. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire at this location.
This Discount Tire is the best place to get help with your tires. The guys are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when you have questions. I feel the they’re honestly is helpful when making purchasing decisions. I trust them enough that I can send my wife or kids there and they’re not going to get ripped off. I highly recommend this store.

Just got two new tires on the back. Was able to make an appointment and pick tires online witch was really easy. When I got there the guy suggested I get new front tires witch I agreed but could not afford at the time. He didn’t pressure me or anything witch I love. So many sales people are pushing. I gave him my keys and 30mins later I had two new tires. Quick easy and cheap. Highly recommend this location.

I was greeted just as I pulled in by Jacob who happily and kindly greeted me took my car. Then once inside. finished the sale of the 2 tires. offered me extended warranty..very kind and very effecient business .I had 3 different people one named Andrew who also was very professional. He ordered. My tires that I would need, made an apt for thursday at 10 am (then a Mike called me to confirm my tires arrived on wed) . I arrived at 9:55 my car was completely finished and parked back out front waiting for me at 10:23. !!! WOW!!! absolutely awesome experience. Everyone was happy very professional and kind... Will HIGHLY recommend this business to all family and friends and continue to do future business with them. Thank you gentleman Andrew Jacob and Mike. I paid for my tires online and made an appointment so on black Friday when the wait was 3+ hours i was able to get right in. Great service, and the new no questions asked tire replacement is amazing too!
Don’t tell me it’s an hour and take more than an hour and 40 minutes. After an hour you said 20 more minutes then 10 more! Heck I spent $800 on new tires! Just be honest! I would have come another time and been a happy customer! I won’t be back.
For decades now they have taken care of my familys tires... good service. I drive past other tire places for 25 miles to do business with them.
When the wheels I ordered became unavailable they gave me an incredible price on wheels off the rack plus another $130 rebate on the wheel/tire pkg. Great staff took less than an hour but try to time your visit to avoid long late afternoon lines.
This Owen Road Discount Tire location in Fenton is superior to ANY tire replacement/repair facility. I am an expert in Collision repairs and Insurance Claims. My sister needed help with a wobbly front end on the left side. She had purchased 4 new tires from them last year and had less than 2500 miles on them. We are moving her from MI to AZ, and; I needed to be certain of where to begin my diagnosis. These guys (all of them, but in particular; Don) were diligent, honest, and; had the same diagnostic passion that I do. After purchasing a re-Conditioned wheel (to alleviate the first possibility of what was wrong), Don approached me and said that he wasnt happy with the tire. He suspected that the tire had a bad spot on it, and; put a brand new tire on to make sure. He was correct. I now have every confidence that this low mile (14,140 miles) Chevy Impala will now make it safely back to AZ... where we will integrate my sister into my family in AZ. Meeting and working with honest/diligent people is a rarity in what I did for a living for almost 35 years, and; this crew is in another category reserved for only TOP NOTCH people... who care for people and their safety. I am done with discount tire. Unfortunately, because nothing bad happened litigation isn’t possible. I bought two tires, even though the sales man, Mike I think was his name, was firm first stating that they had to sell them in sets of 4 and then allowing me to get two but continued 3 more times to say “we’re not supposed to sell only two” and stated that they would only put them on the rear because of “handling characteristics”. I said fine because I can change them to the way I want later. He again mentioned the “handling Characteristics” and encouraged buying two more. On the way home, the car swayed and didn’t handle as usual giving the impression of, “man I wish I would have gotten all four.” So being mechanically inclined I found that both tires were seriously under inflated. One tire being so would make me think, oh well a mistake. But both tires were the exact same pressure indicating it was intentional. Adding that to the fact that they didn’t want to sell me two tires adds up to they did this on purpose! So after two decades of buying tires from them on six different vehicles I’m done. If you do buy from discount tire beware of the type of employees that are working the Fenton branch.

They take the time to explain the details and work hard to save you money!! I thought I needed new tires but with a simple fix I was back on the road for nearly two years before I needed new tires! Honest place with good management. Been buying tires from Discount Tire for years now. Moved to the area and they helped get my snows moved to their location. Determined the other Discount Tire didnt include the TPMS sensors so added those since they were paid for already. Everyone is friendly at this location even on the most brutally busy days for them.
My daughter who is 38 weeks pregnant & I were on our way to get food when we got a flat tire. Ryan who fixed our tire graciously offered us to take his truck to go get her some food while we waited. He made sure we were in and out very quickly. He definitely made our experience at Discount Tire a great one.
Don, Nick and the crew at the Owen Rd (MIF-25) Discount Tire are awesome! Nick set up my appt for a Saturday. I pulled in, was greeted promptly and Eric (he’s awesome, too!) wrote me up for a FREE rotation and tire balance. I was in and out in about 40 minutes on a busy Saturday morning! Why even bother with any other tire store?
Exceptional service received by Tim at this location. Will be bringing my future cars here. My car was in at 530pm and had 4 new tires mounted and was on my way by 6pm. Fantastic service and even more so was the customer service. Great job!!
Excellent customer service! When I walked into the building I was greeted by a gentlemen that asked me a few questions and listened to my answers very well. All the staff seemed very courteous and talked with customers cheerfully and took time to listen to what customers said. Store has free WiFi and bathrooms are decent. The waiting area is very clean and there is seating available outside. There are eating and shopping places close. The parking lot can be accessed from two points of entry which is good since there is an intersection close to the east entrance. I was very satisfied with the work done on mine and my wifes vehicles.
Bought fresh new tires from here. Normally I would not allow myself to be up sold on getting a store credit card (that works at other stores besides discount tire) but I opted to this time as it allowed me to get better tires cor the safety of my family. I was shown many options but not pressured to spend outside my means.While my tires were being changed it was brought to my attention one of my pressure sensors was bad. The tech offered to replace it, even knocked the price down a bit to help me afford it but was understanding when I told him know and I felt zero pressure from him. I was given a full overview of what was done when my car was ready and sent on my way with a smile from the service tech and myself.
I gave discount tire a 3 star rating because I purchased 4 new tires there and they were the middle of the pact as far as quality goes not the cheapest but not the expensive tires and I had nothing but issues with the tires I was not happy with them at all. After dealing with leaks and the tires not holding correct tire pressure for about a month I went back to get new tires under the warranty I purchased and because I didnt have the reciept with me they would not honor the warranty and they said they couldnt find it in their computer. They did however give 2 used tires and repaired the other 2 for free. I wasnt happy but the tires I left with that day have held up so all in all it worked out but I miss the days when people knew you when you came back to their shop and they took care of you and valued your hard earned money that you spent at their shop.
Don helped me with my purchase of 4 new tires. I got a great deal and he was very informative. I know nothing about tires and I felt like he genuinely wanted me to know my options. Definitely no pressure.

Took excellent care of my car and got everything done in a prompt manner. They only deal with tires/rims so they cant try to sell you a bunch of un-needed parts. Had two new tires put on and was in and out within 40 minutes.
They helped us with our trailer, hadnt tires on our tt, only about 5 months old and 700 miles on them. No other Discount tire had them, got us in last minute and got us back on the road.
Good service and reasonable prices. Ive had an emergency tire replaced and new tires installed on two cars. Theyve always got cold water and hot coffee while you wait. I highly recommend them.
Thoroughly satisfied and pleased with Discount Tire last week. My tire had a huge piece of metal which caused it to drop air within minutes. Tony stayed AFTER CLOSING TIME to repair my tire, which was above and beyond what was required of him. Fantastic service and customer care. I came in because of a flat and was treated like a paying customer even though I bought my tires at Costco. No Charge for the repair I will buy my next set of tires from Discount Tire...btw Costco couldnt even see me today...they are great at selling but poor in service.. Discount tire puts them to shame.

I have been a customer of discount tire for many years. Most recently (the past 3 years) I have been going to the Fenton (Owen Road) location. I have always been treated great! I have had both of my vehicles tires replaced there, air pressure checked and filled, tires fixed..etc. Every single time the staff has been friendly, smiling, knowledgeable and efficient. Even while I wait, I hear them working with other customers (phone and in person) and they really do seem to treat everyone very nicely. They get two thumbs up from me =)

Took my truck there because I ran over a screw. They saw me promptly and were able to repair the puncture holes. Unbeknownst to me, they didnt charge for this valuable service and got me back on the road. They earned themselves a lifelong customer today!
Had a bubble in my tire from hitting a pothole, took it in, they gave me a prorated price to replace the tire since we purchased from them originally, told me 45 minutes and it was done in a half hour. Great service, friendly people, couldnt ask for more.
Tried to get air for a tire in my trunk. FREE AIR CHECK means even tho there is no line, no hose, someone comes asap, there will still be 20 minutes and multiple people involved trying to sell you tires you dont want. Never would let me have air in the trunk tire. We dont service older tires - Didnt want it serviced, just air. Let me know up front youll be holding me sales hostage and refusing air hose.
With out a doubt, the best tire store around. Discount is a great chain, the Fenton store has to be the best of them all. These guys are always kind and courteous. Free coffee and water while they fix your flat or rotate your tires for free. They are off road friendly, all my Jeep tires are purchased here.
Once again, the Fenton Discount Tire has proven to me why I no longer shop tires anywhere else.I had a flat on a tire that did not come from there. I put on the spare and dropped the tire at Discount late in the day. They promised to have it ready the next day. It was ready in an hour. They even put it on the car for me.All this was no charge and no hesitation. It is simply a service to earn the trust and loyalty of a customer. They have earned that time-and-again. When I know that I will need tires in the future, I research the options, choose the tire, wait for the sale, and make the purchase. Ive been doing business with Discount Tire since 1989! Ive gotten three sets of tires from the Fenton location over the past 13 years along with regular rotation and repairs from the odd nail or screw puncture.Many of the staff have been there for years and I know them by name. Customer service is top notch. I have recommended them many times. I will continue to do business only with Discount Tire of Fenton in the future. Thanks guys.
Came in at 10:15 in the morning due to picking up a nail and decided to get a new set of tires. Paid for the new set by 10:30 and was told it would take two hours because they were backed up (just before the 4th of July so I get it). At 1:00 my vehicle was still in the parking lot. So I asked one of the employees why it still hadnt been brought in 2 and a half hours later. He told me they had a bunch of appointments come in. While I was waiting, I counted 3 people come in for tire repairs. Im assuming they were walk-ins as well. 3 hours to put a new set of tires on, and they put me at the bottom of the priority list. Friendly and intelligent staff. I would have rated them at 5 if I didnt feel like they put me at the bottom of the list.
I stopped in to get air in a low tire...while a very nice young man was getting it up to where it belonged ...he discovered a nail that I had picked up...fixed it right then..no charge....such good service and considerate treatment....
Fixed my issue of having a slow leak in one of my tires, ended up being a faulty valve stem. No charge and now i dont have to worry about slow leaks (at least for now)
We swap our snow tires here every year. The guys are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We mentioned we were thinking about buying another set of wheels to mount on snow tires to make swapping easier. Turns out they were having a sale on wheels. We saved a lot of money. You also get free coffee and water while you wait. Not that I drink coffee. 😀
Whenever I have been there, it has always been great service. They have gone the extra mile to earn me as a customer numerous times. I would highly recommend them for tire needs.Wait time is sometimes a little long, but I havent found a good, busy shop whos wait time was really short yet.

This place is like all the rest, good good great but the wait time is always horrible. I just bought A tire and its 1:43 now, I was told about 3:45 is when the can get my car in. Last time it was 2 hrs.
I set an appointment and got in alittle quicker. I bought my tires online at the Discount Tire site so I knew they had my size tire and manufacturer.
Ive bought my tires from various Discount Tires since I have been able to drive. I always get fair prices with great service. This particular location has always been extremely helpful. I highly recommend for tires and wheels.

Thank you, discount tire in Fenton. They removed a screw from my tire, repaired and balanced the tires for FREE, on my new car that has never been there before, on a tire that is not their tire! It took an hour of work for free!This is not the first time they have repaired our tires for free! They will always have our business for all 4 of our vehicles!

Very attentive staff. Very quick tire rotation, balance, and tire sensor replacement. They answered any questions that I had and calmed and worries that I brought up and made everything go very smoothly to me.
Unless you plan ahead to spend an entire day without your car, I suggest going somewhere else for your business!For example, they told me it would be at least 3-5+ hours for a simple tire rotation.Absolutely ridiculous!

Used to be good. Last time i was there i bought a rim from them to mount a tire on i bought previously from them for a spare. By the time i got home the wheel weights fell of and were in the protective bag they put tire in to transport it home in my other car. Extremely disappointed they cant spray alil brakeclean on the rim to get any residual oils off before they put wheel weights on. I used to be a loyal customer but im going somewhere else. If they cant do something this simple who knows what else there messing up.
Its a discount tire. You can get tires here. Expensive? Maybe a little. But its good quality service. Not to mention free air checks and air ups/downs for your tires.
I had a doctor appt an hour away. Got to my car and noticed a flat tire. I usually go to Belle Tire but they could not help me in a timely manor so I tried Discount Tire right next door. William Karpovich got my tire fixed right away and I made it to my appt on time. I will be using Discount Tire from now on. Also since this happened and I have talked to numerous people who say they always use Discount Tire. Prices are much better than competitors and the service is amazing! Thank you Discount Tire!
I used to buy all my tires from This location. But not after my last visit. Went for a rotation and balance on fiances car. They forgot to torque lug nuts to proper spec 35ftlbs. Supposed to be 110. (all 20 lug nuys) I understand mistakes happen. I called them for a reminder /concern there should be a safety check and was basically told by employee (Chris) that he would like to see this In a rude manner. As If I was lying & Suggesting to drive a unsafe vehicle back. Moral is if you must visit this location bring a torque wrench To check lug nuts yourself. As discount tire or this location truly doesnt care about safety of customers they send out of their door.

Where else can you go and have people run out into the parking lot so you are not carrying something heavy in? I used to price shop every tire purchase and ended up Discount Tire Fenton. I dont bother checking anymore, I just call them and tell them what I need.Update: Customer service hasnt changed, still awesome.
12 customers in waiting room and I walk in with an appointment. Rotation was completed and l was back on the road in 30 minutes. Thank you Discount Tire for actually honoring the appointment...not many places actually do that
Four years ago I took my Eldorado in for tires. First thing in the morning, winter, dark. After waiting a normal amount of time they said my car was done. But the installer said that my hubcap was broke and that it came in that way ( practically impossible)! He was holding it in both hands and showing me a tab that was broke off. But at the same time he was holding his thumbs over the two newly broken tabs and basically lying about breaking it, and blaming it on me somehow!.. So I quit using Discount until last week when I went in for two tires on my newer Deville. I got there at about 10:30. It was busy and I was informed that it would be a one and a half or two hour wait. No problem but I needed the car by 2. Plenty of time they said. So I went to the Panera Bread across the street and waited for a friend to get out of work and give me a ride home. At 1:30 my brother was leaving work and gave me a ride back to Discount, where at 2:00 I asked for my keys because I had to go. The car wasnt even in the building yet!!! My whole day wasted on these guys all because they feel they have to lie to do business! Never again!
Ive bought 3 sets of Michelin and Bridgestone tires over the years from Discount Ive always received great service and competitive pricing. As with any tire place ive been too its best if you can drop the car off and come back when its ready.Dave G.Fenton MI

I called before I went in to get my Tire Valves replaced and asked if they were busy & was told at the time they werent, I had asked if I should get A Appointment made & was told they dont get busy until after 3:30 when everyone is getting out of work, so I go in and it didnt seem busy at all 4 People sitting and I figured it wouldnt be to long of a wait , so Im NOTICING People coming in and getting their vehicles right in before mine & I said to A Customer did you make a Appointment & was told yes that he always does, I go to counter after sitting for a half hour and was told I had several Appt. Cars ahead of me that it would be 2 hours before they got my car in !!!!! Needless to say at this point I was Furious !!!!😡😡😡 My Husband arrived told him what was going on, he walked in & got my keys !!!! They need to tell their CUSTOMERS that if they didnt make Appointments, tell them how Long of A Wait they would be waiting for and not just say Nothing to them !!!! MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO !!!!!
Discount Tire provided great service. My car had recently been in an accedent, and when I asked to have my bead reset and the wheels rebalanced, they did it for free. I also asked if they could check for play in the front suspention, and although they admitted to not having the certifications to do anything professionally about it, they gave me their honest opinion. The rebalance was top calibur, as well. It made a world of differance, all at no cost to me. The staff were all very courteous, and I would go again, and will go, to buy new tires.

Was in and out in under an hour and because I had bought my current car tires here the repair was free! Would highly recommend and I am definitely coming back the next time I have any tire trouble!

2022-03-02I have been dealing with Discount Tire for over 20 years. They match any price, are honest and do good work. Their road damage coverage for tires cant be touched by anyone else. They have replaced tires for me that I didnt even expect. I only failed to give them five stars versus they get do busy that wait times canTake quite a while. But then they are busy because they are a quality provider.

2022-05-27I swapped the tires on my 2500 Silverado on 5/25, and these guys and gals were just great. Valerie was super helpful in helping me set up my appointment and ordering my tires. They came in the next day and she called to let me know they were in and would be ready for my appt. I wish I had caught the names of the gentlemen who helped me the day of the appointment. They were phenomenal. Got it done quickly and done well despite being a busy Wednesday morning, and they had no problem taking the time to help me out and answering my questions. They never acted like they were too busy and never pushed me to get things that I didnt need.This was my first time going to Discount Tire and definitely will not be my last. This will be my go-to tire place in the future.

2022-06-23Here is a little shout out to Discount tire in Fenton, but more importantly to many other servicing businesses. Phenomenal job out of the Fenton store. Myself and family use them for all our tire needs and they go well above the seemingly “normal” standard these days of sub par customer service. From greeting you in the parking lot, quick service, polite and professional, bringing your vehicle to the front door and of course the complimentary service after the sale. Very well done guys and gals and as I stated.....other businesses should take a good hard look at how a tire shop treats it’s customers!

2022-01-11Good service at the Fenton location. Had an issue and they diagnosed the problem same day. Ordered the tire and installed it really quick and professionally. Nice that they also have a team member who checks the air and fills the tires free of charge 👍
