Fast service they were able to replace my wheel quickly that I brought to swap with my bent one. One star docked for no charging outlets in the lobby, but I didnt have to wait long and it was clean.
The guys were great very nice. Got me right in on my appt time and only took about 40 min to put on a new tire and rotate my tires. Thanks guys
I have visited your store 30642 Lyon Center Dr. New Hudson MI 48165 for a simple flat repair that I made an appointed over a week ago.After keeping my loose tire for 3 hours, I had a call from Justin who presented himself as the manager of the store who stated that my tire was repaired. I came to pick up my tire finding out that they never fixed my tire but later stated that there was no leak found.Justin and Devon lied to my face in front of all the customers in the waiting room that the tire was fixed. I plugged the tire myself at home in order to avoid ruining it. Later to get it to your store for the plugs that I have trusted over 20 years. Since they seal the tire from the inside.Justin and Devon, is a face for your company They represented the company at that location. They need to be retrained, this situation could have been easily corrected by taking a look at the tire internally, instead of lying to my face. These two individuals turned and walked away from me into the shop while I was trying to talk to them.I have been a customer of yours for over 20 years, and it is very disappointing that such a great tire company is represented by these two individuals.
Why make appointments if you can’t keep them for your customers? Waited forty five minutes until after my 1:30 time and additional time to pay.
All excellent except one thing, once job was done l had to wait in line 20 minutes just to get my keys back because I went across street shopping and was not there when the paper work came out from the back. Got electronic notice of being done which was nice. Would have been nice if they would just have a completed counter and you could just pickup your keys and go.
Been sitting here for over an hour for a low tire. Other customers that arrived after us have come and gone. Not happy. We have been to other Discount Tire stores and gotten great service. We will not be returning to this one.
Long time discount tire customer. Over 10 years. Bought 2 new all season tires for my work van. When I brought the vehicle in for my scheduled appointment I requested the 2 rear old snow tires be placed on front and the 2 new tires placed on the rear. The employee told me that was fine and it would be done as requested. After the 2 new tires were mounted they informed me that they would not be putting the new tires on the rear. Discount tire you just lost a long time loyal customer. There are plenty of other places that sell tires
I’ve been to this Discount Tire location numerous times over the years and even though it’s not the closest location to my house, I keep coming back. Pricing is always comparable but customer service at this location has been outstanding every time I’ve been here. Most recently, I had an issue with a set of tires that were ordered for another vehicle, paid for but never picked up. Though considerable time had passed since the original order, Devon and his team took care of it with no problems and applied my prior purchase to a new set. I was concerned that I would simply lose out on the prior purchase but that wasn’t the case at all - and this was done all without any haggling. Plus, they pulled my vehicle in literally within a minute of my arriving for the appointment. Simply excellent customer service at this location.
Very busy but very high quality of work. Went in there just to get my tires filled up after I couldn’t find a pump that works, and they didn’t just fill it up, but replaced the valve stem and balanced it. That’s how customer service is done!

I had a leaky valve stem. Dropped the wheel/tire off 15 minutes before closing, expecting to pick it up in the morning. They fixed it before I left. No charge. Brilliant.
Needed and emergency one-tire only change that was touch-free with no upsell. Called and even though the tire I needed was out of stock, Chris made sure it was delivered and installed within a mere few hours, same day! Could not possibly be more pleased with his service, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Only thing I needed to hand over was my key — 100% touch free, safe experience (and I don’t say that lightly). 😷
Great shop, filled with genuinely good and knowledgeable people. They have gone out of there way to take care of my mother after my father passed away and have earned my trust and business for a lifetime, as well as everyone I reccomend go to them. I will never do business with discount tire ever again if I can help it. They broke a wheel stud and they dont fix them. What?!?! Refer you somewhere else and they will reimburse you. So I have to go and find someone to replace it and then go back to get reimbursed. They are the only ones that have touched my wheels. They were so nonchalant about it. Not even a sorry for my inconvenience. I asked to talk to a manager and he was upstairs and never came down to talk to me. All they can do is send me to a shop that is busy and the next day as well. I was also told it was safe to drive with only 4 lug nuts on............this is so embarrassing
This place truly defines what great customer service means. I do not go anywhere else, even if I live 2 miles close to another location. The team was very helpful and on point when I had any questions. This will be my go to place for as long as I live around that area. Greatness all around!!
I totally recommend the New Hudson Discount tire store. Today I went in due to one of tires not holding air pressure. The tech, Logan, service my vehicle with complete thoroughness and competence. He was relentless in finding the tiny nail that was the culprit. He repaired the tire and even replaced the valve. He was courteous and efficient and made sure I knew what the issue was.My husband and I have been buying our tires there for years and find the crew here is always reliable. Logan is a prime example of what good, honest and reliable service should be!Thank you Discount Tires for keeping me and my family safe over the years!
Justin and his staff are top notch here. Ordered some snow tires that were supposed to be in on a Friday but due to a system glitch when they ordered them, they werent notified of the delivery. I called the following Monday and he and his staffed stayed WELL after close to make sure that I was taken care of before the snow due to fall the next day. Everybody greeted me with a smile, treated me like my issue was the most important issue, and went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure I was driving safely. Great job.
Time and again, they have had the best customer service since I started visiting this location. Justin the guy i who took care of me today was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Discount tire in South Lyon does a great job. I’ve been a discount tire customer for more than 30 years. There was a problem with The electronics on my vehicle after they changed up my winter tires and wheels to the summer ones and they immediately took full responsibility for it, no arguments whatsoever. Highly recommended.
I just left there with no tires, NOT because of a bad experience, but a wonderful one. Kyle was assisting me, and told me my tires weren’t as bad as I thought. He even went out and showed me with the tire depth gauge. I greatly appreciate his honesty. I will definitely be back when I do need the tires!!!!
My girl had a tire emergency, during a snow storm (still going) they had literally just opened, but had her car inside in minutes. Turned out, her rim was bent, but she also needed a full set of tires. They fixed the rim, and gave her a great deal, on a full set of new tires, all in less than an hour. Excellent service! 👍👍
Needed to get in and out quick first thing this morning, for a tire plug on my wifes spare tire for her Jeep, before a road trip she and my daughter were taking. The guys at Discount Tire squeezed me in quick and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice from start to finish... this kind of service is what will make me go straight to them for any tire needs I might have. Thanks to the crew for helping me in a pinch!
Outstanding customer service! I went here to get a tire replacement and everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a bunch of stuff in my trunk but they managed to get my spare out and on my car since they had to order the tire. The next day they had it on the rim all ready for me to arrive. Gavin spent a while on the phone to make a claim with my tire warranty place and I had to do nothing! Im very pleased with their service!
I recently had an issue with the TPMS sensor on one of the tires of my Lexus. I went to Discount Tire in New Hudson and was assisted by Mike G. Mike did a thorough analysis of why the TPMS sensor was not reading the pressure, and was able to resolve the issue. However, the issue resurfaced a week later. I went back to discount tire, and Mike immediately replaced the sensor for no charge. I am very impressed with Mike Gs customer service.
I tried to do a walk in and get a tire monitor fixed. I was told they are only doing appointments because of covid so I had to make an appointment. Thats cool. I made an appointment a few days later. I got to my appointment a few minutes early and tried to check in. I asked how long the wait would be because its a pretty simple job. The guy said around two hours. They have over 30 cars in the parking lot and only 3 technicians and blah blah blah. So two hours even with an appointment I asked? He responded, yeah the appointment is just to get an estimated time cause we arent doing walk ins. It doesnt really mean anything. Im sorry I dont have 2 or 3 hours to sit around because you dont have any people working here. Hopped in my car and left. Appointments used to matter. The good news is they are so busy they just dont even need my business. They have too much as it is. If you have all day to sit around and see if theyre any good, then by all means go ahead. If it takes them two hours for a tire monitor, I can only imagine how long to replace tires or do any major repairs.
Ive taken my cars here since it was opened many years ago, but today I was blown away with the amazing customer service and level of detail that they treated my new vehicle. Living in the area on dirt roads the mud had managed to go into my wheels and cake up so much that threw them out of balance. I scheduled my Expedition for service the night before and showed up for the next day at 8:30 and was immediately greeted and my vehicle was taken back. After working in my vehicle, Jayme came out and told me about the build-up and what he did in order to get my tires back safely running on the road..Mud and salt mixed with snow built up made for a horrible mess. My car now drives like the day I got it. Thank you again. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION! Thank you again!!!
Had the best experience today at Discount Tire in New Hudson. My tire pressure light was on and Kevin told me to come right on in. He found a nail in my back tire and took excellent care of me and my car. I appreciate good customer service and Kevin didn’t disappoint. I’d give him an A+ today! I think he’s the supervisor ..... he was making sure everyone was taken care of and helping out employees as well.
Got a flat with one of my new tires i just recently purchased and when i first tried to call the Grand River store first thing when they opened... No answer... Left a message... No call so i call again. This is all around 8 am and no answer. So i drive on my donut up there (TO GRAND RIVER STORE) and i stand in line with my receipt for at least 15 minutes before i was acknowledged. I was then told it would be a few hours because the motor home that pulled up 10 minutes after me was gonna take a while.So i call the New Hudson store, the gentleman that i spoke with... I wanna say Bob and Im hoping Im not wrong... Was the most pleasant and helpful guy in this frustrating moment.They get me in and out of the store in less than an hour and they were so nice and professional.Definitely check here first 🤘
The guys at this location are always friendly and extremely helpful. I made my appointment, and my car was taken in right away. The work was done quickly and I didnt have to wait long. They informed me of some issues and fixed the problem for me. I always go out of my way to come to the New Hudson, MI location because of the great service I receive!
Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at discount tire off of Milford road! We stopped by just before close to add air to a tire. It was too low to just fill...the guys put us in pulled the tire and checked everything out. They remounted the tire (bad valve or rim leak fixed) filled all our tires and got us back on the road. Thanks again for the great customer service at discount tire😀

Over the last 8 months Ive had 2 of my tires punctured by metal/nails. Every time I go to Discount they are very friendly and promptly fix the tires.
Justin is the man - just an honest hard working guy. Ive never gone to the same place for tires multiple times until I started coming here. These guys are respectful and personable even when theyre standing outside and its 20 degrees. The worst problem Ive ever had is a wait longer than expected which is the least of my worries when having my car worked on.
Had to get new tires in July. Picked up a chunk of metal in the sidewall. Needed to replace tire. Good thing I bought their certificates. Free replacement. Appointment was at 12:00. Showed up at 11:45 did not get tire looked at until 1:20 but they were busy. Dealt with other tire shops in the area and had negative interactions. This place is always professional and their crew shows alot of hustle.
These guys are patient and professional. I had a set of tires put on that I kept having problems with. They re-balanced them for me 3 separate times and were fully supportive when I asked to get a new set due to the issues. Their patience was much appreciated. In addition, having spent a few hours total in their shop, I witnessed their interactions with many other customers and was very impressed. It is nice to see a shop taking the high road in an industry where people get taken advantage of far too often.

I will give Discount Tire five stars. They were very helpful. Im an older person I dont drive a lot. They didnt try to sell me tires that I didnt need.They fit my budget what a great place to go. I would recommend Discount Tire to everyone. They even had pizza fantastic. Love you Discount Tire
They have really good customer service. The person who helped me (Brock) was really informative and made sure to explain everything to me in detail (because I honestly don’t understand anything when it comes to cars). They also seem really honest, not like they’re trying to nickel and dime you, which as a female I really appreciate because that’s not always the case when going to places for car maintenance.
Had a fast leak in one tire and a slow leak in another, so I had to bring my vehicle in on a super busy day. Alan answered all my questions over the phone, and he was professional and friendly in-person, as well. I thought it may take four or more hours, but everything was done, including a new tire plus a repair on another, in about two hours. Awesome service, and the price was more than fair!
Service is Great. Tom, one of the associates always is very helpful. Went in once to get a seasonal tire swap. Was expecting 30-40 service fee. They gave me an invoice for 0 dollars! They said just come back when you need new set of tire. I did and do come to this location for all my wheel and tire needs. even though this location is 45 minute drive from home.
I went to discount tire for a flat tire and I talked to Marvin, he told me my tires are at 6 and 7 and told me I need to replace them with Michelin tires. I have the same tires on my car that he recommended and I told him I didn’t have time for it. Before I left the store I looked more at the tire board and my tires were in the green area, not even at the recommended number he was very unprofessional, playing on his phone and being rude. I usually get great service from this location; however, next time I will be sure to ask for anyone other than Marvin.
I have been using Discount Tire in New Hudson for 15+ years. Their knowledge and service are excellent. Since I have been a customer for so long I have noticed that their best sales are around Independence Day and Thanksgiving. You can typically score a triple discount. The first from Discount, the second from the tire manufacturer and the last from using the Discount Tire Credit card. I will almost always replace my tires during these sales events. Hope this suggestion helps.
They ordered tires for my older vehicle and got them in quickly. I stopped by 1st thing in the morning and got right in. They cleaned the wheel/tire contact points and had me on the road in no time. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Have never had a bad experience with this place. They are my go to place for anything tire related.

They were friendly and quick. I made an appointment for 4:30 and I didnt show up until 4:40. They balanced all 4 tires and had me out of there in 30 minutes at no charge. Cant ask for any better than that.
I came in to see about getting my tire plugged, because I had a nail in it. The tire was too far gone to fix, and I did not have money for a new tire. Alan did not feel comfortable with me driving on the tire so he gave me a used tire. I am so thankful and feel so blessed. I was really leery about driving on that tire. I will be in to pay for it in a couple of weeks even though he said dont worry about it. Thanks again!
I took my moms car over. She had a leaky front tire. The guys (especially Charlie) were wonderful!! All very polite, caring and patient with my mom who is elderly and hard of hearing. There was nothing in her tire but the rim was a tad corroded. They cleaned the rim, replaced the valve stem in a very timely manner. They charged us $0.... Zip..... Nothing! They have our business forever and anyone else I know that I can referrer there. Thank you Guys! See you in a week for new tires!! Keep up the excellent customer service and thank you for treating my mother with such kindness and respect!
This place is a joke. I purchased 4 new tires for my Daughters car on line and sent my wife and daughter to have them installed while I was working. The sales men told my wife that one tire on the car was in good shape and tried to talk her into just getting 3 different tires for the same price I paid for 4. Ofcourse my wife refused. Then the sales men asked my wife if she would like to donate the 1 good tire to people who cant afford tires my wife said yes and he proceeded to put the tire in his car.. The worst part is they did not balance the new tire we had just bought.

Tire got a small hole. We were losing air while trying to get to Brighton to return a rented trailer. We went into Discount Tire because they were close but also we have dealt with them before and always been satisfied. They were a half hour from closing and very busy. Despite the fact that this is a chain, the service at this location is absolutely top-notch. This store came highly recommended to me after I visited a major competitor for a nail in my tire (to be told after waiting 3 hours that it was not repairable). The guys at this store immediately assessed my tire situation upon my arrival and helped me in the selection of a new set of tires (of which I really was in need of). I felt zero pressure to purchase and Grant helped me make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. These guys are courteous, professional, and exceedingly helpful. I will make the drive out of my way to come here for service again, and will gladly refer them to people who need routine vehicle service.
They have the very best staff. They are honest, caring and understanding. They take care of their customers and make sure you are getting the best price for the tires you need. I had my very loved and babied 2016 Mustang GT (performance pack) taken there after going to Firestone in Novi (they were open on Sunday). I was told the tire was REPAIRABLE and a replacement tire would cost $499.00. Immediately called AAA to have it moved to Discount Tire in New Hudson. They FIXED the tire and I will be ordering 2 new rear tires for $193 each. THANK YOU EVERYONE YOU ARE THE BEST
I was very pleased with my customer service experience today! I came in during our first major snowfall and knew it would be incredibly busy but everybody worked through the line very quickly. I was assisted by Marvin who was extremely pleasant and professional during a busy time.
This morning, I had a flat tire and I thought I needed a new one and hence went to Discount Tire. However the guys, after analyzing my tire, told me that the tire only needed a rebalance & minor flat repair. They did the necessary work & after 30 minutes they where done. They did it free of charge. This was great and I know most places would of charged you at least $30.00 or whatever. Its hard today to find good/honest people but here you definitely have them.
Ben and the crew are awesome. Car was in and out with no problem. Because I purchased the tire here, the repairs were covered. I needed a new wheel sensor and they had it in stock. They fixed me right up. Thank you....

Ordered 4 new tires made an appointment to have them installed only took 1.45 hours I am very happy with their service and product thank you. If you buy tires make sure you get an appointment other wise it will take up to 3 hours to have the installed
Tire was low and would not take more air. I was on a road trip on a Saturday and stopped at the Walmart Auto Center up north to get it patched or check options. They said it was too worn for repair and that I would have to buy new tires. I had them put the spare on and headed back to the Discount Tire in my home town of New Hudson.The tire was fine and not even worn to the mandatory replacement level. The rim was dented causing the leak. Discount Tire repaired it for free. Which is why I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.Thank you, Benjamin C, for treating a customer right.
When you go in to purchase 2 tires they try to push you into buying 4!!!! Then they try to tell you the new ones need to go in back. Have you ever drove through standing water with bald tires!!! Your going to hydroplane!!! Even with good tires you still have that chance!!! No thank you!!!! Just put them on how I tell you!!!!!!
While I have always appreciated their staff, their service and prices, I must say this recent winter weather surprise in early November certainly highlighted some opportunities which upper management hopefully addresses.MISLEADING WEBSITE INFO: The website misled me to believe that my tires would be available for pick up the next day. 2 days later after ordering, they were still not in stock and ready for pick up, and no one can give me a solid estimate as to when the tires will be received.LACK OF PHONE/WEBSITE SUPPORT: I could not get through the phone. Only when I decided to just call and wait, it took 45 mins to speak to a live person. When I did get a chance to talk to someone, all I was told was that they were very busy and I had to come in if I wanted anything resolved.EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE: I showed up at 7:15am and got in line at the front of the store in 25 degree weather (store opens at 8am). Waited for 45 mins untill the store opened. Once I was greeted by an associate (Marven), he greeted me and just took my keys and had me wait at the 1st computer, while he went to my car to do whatever it is they do when they are going to service a car. After he went to my car and did what he needed to do (about 5- 7 mins), we met a computer and discussed my situation. I told him I had ordered online and the tires had not yet arrived, so I needed and alternative option. I told him I was opened to a different set of tires, as long as they were similar in price and quality to the ones I had ordered. After a few options were given, I made my decision. I picked a set of tires that ended up being slightly cheaper than the ones I had originally ordered online. But when I saw the total on the credit card reader screen, I realized the amount was actually higher than my original order (online), so I questioned this, since it should had been less (remember, cheaper tires than the ones ordered online). At this point, Marven stated that in order for him to give me a breakdown, he would have to back out of the order. Once he backed out of the order and provided a breakdown, there was an additional $20 on a service related fee that I had not agreed to purchased (and it was optional). I was never given the choice. Since this was a bit frustrating, I opted out of buying the service. At this point, he proceeded to tell me that because he had to back out of the order, and it took me longer to make the final purchase, other cars had already been booked ahead of me and the wait would be even longer than originally discussed. This was critical to my decision , because I was the 2nd person to enter the store (I needed to be somewhere by 10am), but because Marven decided to go to my car 1st, before he even knew what I was there for, and then slammed me with a fee or service that I was unaware of, and then had to back out of my order, and explained his added fees. I decided to leave and not argue. There was at least 15 people waiting in the lobby and escalating the matter would probably only prolong things.I decided to give this rating 2 STARS because in reality, I have always had an excellent experience at Discount Tires. But this is certainly an issue that needs to be addressed.SUMMING THINGS UP: you have a great company with mostly helpful, friendly and savvy staff. But you must up your game when it comes to sudden and unexpected climate changes that affect your business. Lack of phone or online support is critical during these times. Also, SLAMMING customers is one VERY easy way to spread the bad word. Im sure Im not the 1st person, Marven slams, and him assuming that I would just take it, made it not just worse, but ultimately it made me questioned my previous purchases at Discount Tires.

Ive been going to this Discount tire for also most a year, I usally go to get my winter tire taken off and switch to my summer tires. Well I went in to get my tires balanced yesterday (May 2ND, 2016) and shortly after I drop my car off I got a call that one of my bolt got stripped and the other wouldnt come off. Need less to say I know they messed up something because I helped my dad put those tires on the day before and they were just fine. They even still charged me for balancing three of the tires and had the nerve to give me two lug nuts instead of fixing the problem. $100 dollars later and my car will be fixed, a great way to really screw people over. Unfortunately I wont be coming back to the store again, as the guy made it sound like this was my fault and had no problem still taking my money.
They are always there to help. Cannot say enough about them. Had a tire with 900 miles on it that could not be repaired, they found one to get me through until the one they ordered came in. GREAT PLACE !!!!!
They always take great care of me and i’ve been coming here the last 10 years. i have horrible luck with my tires, running over nails and other shrapnel causing multiple fixes a year. i would never go anywhere else!

Friendly staff, though somewhat slow at times (when they are busy). They are very attentive to people waiting, and process as fast as they can. Sales seem to be very low pressure (tire joke, haha) in my experience. I have visited this location multiple times for rotations, summer/winter changeovers, new tires, quote on classic car wheels/tires, and trailer tires, all with good experiences.
Normally this place is great, they always take care of you right away especially if you had a flat tire, but not today, I was there this morning when they opened with only 3 people in front of me, the man said they were take care me shortly and I said thank you!But then 10 people came in AFTER me get to go in ahead of me, So after 1 hour of waiting, I ask hey whats going on? Why 10 people came in after me go in before me?Mabey cause I didnt but all new tires, I dont know.Anyways its should always be first come first serve, all I wanted is to have my Mothers tire look at, but Im not waiting 3 hours just to have a tire look at!I told them I waited 2 hours just give me my keys, I think it was unfair!!! Excellent tire store! 100% recommended!! They always go above and beyond...repeat customer. 2nd set for my car from these guys (Id buy more often, but I get high mileage tires). Always willing to work with the customer, too. Cant complain.
I went here because Walmart told me I needed to replace my TPMS and they stopped carrying them. I walked in telling them I needed it replaced, they said they would double check before doing anything. Turns out I DIDNT need it replaced, they filled my tires, sealed it and balanced them for free and sent me on my way when they could have easily took my money. I will definitely go back for any future problems because of the friendly staff and honesty.
The guys at discount tire made it happen when Belle tire across the way drop the ball. This place will forever have my business from now on! Cant think the technicians enough for getting our van back on the road and driving safely!!
They have a great selection of tires. There prices are very competitive and they will always give you a good deal even if there isnt a sale on the particular tires you want. They also offer a very reasonably priced road hazard warranty.

Wow, now thats customer service. As soon as I pulled up, one of the guys came out and took my tire in. I barely got out of the car. Not only were they great with me, Fast, up-front and friendly, I noticed they were great with everyone. Other companies should use these guys as an example to learn what good customer service is all about.
I got to discount tire around 9 am after I dropped my son off at school. I have a nail in my tire I need fixed before we travel for the holiday. By the the time I got to the counter it was 930. I told them I just need my tire plugged, they told me it would be 1 hours I said ok. I need to leave at 1130 to pick up my son from school. He said it will be close but we can get it done. I said ok and went to walmart. I returned at 1120 to find my vehicle had not been brought yet. I got back in line to get my keys. I had the same person I dropped off with. I said I need my keys because I need to go get my son and you havent moved my car. Then he tells me it would take 15 if I could wait after I already waited 2.5 hours. Thanks for the service. I had to go somewhere else.

Always go here. Hate to do it because it gets expensive but at times they have gotten me some good used tires at a lower price. Just call ahead and ask they are always helpful.

5 min late because traffic so they made me wait till last . So I sat till closing to get 1 tire and I know from personal experience that its only like 13 min to change a tire if You no what You r doing . There wasnt but 2 bays filled and 2 cars, counting mine. And it still took yall 2 hours. I understand getting behind but its just becoming absurd with everything lately

6:55am my right front tire was destroyed by a lovely Michigan pot hole. By 9:30am my tire was replaced, all tires rotated and I was on my way. These guys were great! Friendly and fast!

I’ll be honest I stopped at bell tire in Waterford first as I noticed leaking tire on Dixie hwy right next to them. I was pulling an enclosed trailer and the staff in bell tire was so rude I walked out air that tire up every time I could so I could make it to this discount location. I called on my way and not only did they have my tires I wanted they could have it finished by the end of the day (I called at 2pm) I will be returning no doubt!!!

Pot hole season took out my tire on the front passenger side of my car. Tire was changed with no issues and took my car over to Discount Tire to purchase a new tire and have it mounted on the car. I watched as a young man with a hydraulic wrench started to take the the lugnuts off my car.All the lugnuts on my car have locks on them. I asked my salesperson if he needed the key to unlock, reply was no. A few minutes later I was approached by another guy who said my lugnuts were cross threaded and he could not get the donut spare off. This guy continued to tell me that the person who put the donut on was the culprit who cross threaded the lugnuts.I watched when the tire were changed out by hand. There were no problems.Watch out for these guys, their pirates!! I am now looking at possibly $400.00 to get everything fixed, on top of the $150.00 for a new tire.
Services was very good, and fast for my tire rotation. My family has used them for years and it has worked very well with the extrafull maintenance warranty service. I highly recommend them.
I have been a customer of various Discount Tires for years. I needed a repair and this one was close by. Stopped in and they took care of me quickly and with kindness. A great location.
Unhappy with first come first serve. 3 people bull rushed the door and were serviced before me. Also, this was noticed by workers who did nothing to see that customers that arrived first should have been called for service first. This needs to be addressed by corporate. Come up with a ticket system outside the entrance door. Rude customers took cuts!!!

I have air leaks in my van so I asked if they could fix it I was told that I would need 4 new wheels and tires the new wheels would be aluminum as are the original ones if aluminum wheels leak why would I replace with what I am having problems with have always had good experience with Discount nobody fixes they replace at that approach doesnt make a lick of senseThey lost me as a customer

2022-06-02The service here is great and all the employees are friendly. Steve even took time out of his day to come out and program a left front tpms sensor, that I had installed down the street at Feldman Chevy they charged me 75 for the installation and they told me they could not even program it for me because I have a aftermarket rim, they even told me to go down to discount tire and have them do it. I could have just gone to discount tire buy the sensor there and have them install it completely for free. Because the mechanics at Feldman didnt even try to programmed the tpms it probably would have worked but they were probably lazy and wanted get my car out of there quick as possibly.So Steve programed it all for free without charge and it didnt even matter that it was a aftermarket rim. The light on the dash was getting very annoying and he made my day!! Thanks Steve I will definitely recommend friends and family to come to this location

2022-04-01I had to get two tires replaced a couple weeks ago and I believe it was Justin R who helped me, and I had an amazing experience!! as someone who knows little to nothing about cars and tires, he made it really easy to understand what needed to happen and even easier to get it done. He ordered a new tire for me and talked with me the entire time I was getting one replaced. Everyone at this location has always been so helpful, but Justin is what made my experience great!! I recommend this place to all of my friends :)

2022-06-23Not too bad customer service but average experience. “New” tires put on were almost 2 years old from manufacturing date. Since I go by year on the tire rather than tread count this doesn’t help to have new tires that are already 2 years old. Also tire was overinflated by 8psi than recommended when cold, most likely won’t be back. But it was the best price I could find for the tires I wanted so I’d give a fair rating.

2022-05-09No pressure sales with fast service. I made a reservation online, paid for/ordered tires. I was two minutes early for my appointment and they met me in the parking lot, took my keys, checked me in when I got inside and had me in and out in less than 35 minutes. Great customer service.

2022-04-11I recently purchased new tires for my daughters car here and after a little over a month, the tires were just not right, the car was not stable at highway speed. The staff here worked with me and allowed me to swap the tires for a different brand and model and I only had to pay the difference in cost as the new tires were more expensive. Excellent service from all the staff here. This is where Ill be buying all my tires in the future.

2022-02-06Friendly staff was booked for the day but squeezed me in to check a tire that was low on air. They were done within an hour and didnt even charge me to fix the nail puncture they found in the tire. I was speechless. I left there feeling so good and they will always get my tire business from here out.

2022-02-23They helped me out so much! My tire suddenly kept trying to come off my car so after using all my might to tighten the lug nuts AGAIN, I made it there. I spend less than 2 hours there which I didnt mind at all because they eventually figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Evidently there was a problem with all my lug nuts and they explained everything to me. They fixed everything and NO charge!!! They saved the day AND my money! Thank you guys!

2021-06-22Kevin and Charlie were great. They know about the tires they offer there, can state specs, warranty info, real customer feedback and other online use cases, or quickly research it if they dont. They helped me decide on a set of 4 tires for my boat trailer. Charlie even further discounted a far superior tire brand and model over the one I was going to buy, that was no longer available from the day before. While most other tire stores I called said they either didnt balance trailer tires or it was optional, Charlies response was why wouldnt we?. I even had a couple of stores tell me they either couldnt do my trailer because they didnt have room for it in their parking lot, or I would have to dismount the wheels and tires off of my trailer myself at home and bring them in and they could do the work. Walmart surprised me the most with this answer. Why bother selling trailer tires if you cant mount them (@Walmart)?!?!I dropped the trailer off in Discounts parking lot around 10:00 am Sat and they had it done by 11:00! And the weather was rainy (trailer stayed outdoors while there) pretty much from the point I dropped it off until they finished it.Lastly, they offer a 10% Veterans discount year-round, not just a couple of times a year like some businesses. This means a lot to active and vets as every little bit helps. Thanks for a great experience guys!
