Great experience. Called with symptoms of sinus infection. Was able to schedule virtual appointment for same day. Dr. (Practitioner) was very nice, he called me, he was very thorough, asked lots of questions and gave lots of good information and then sent a script to my pharmacy. I didn’t even have to leave my house. They were very efficient and helpful.
I brought my granddaughter in because I was concerned about her congestion. I was taken in immediately after completing some brief information. The front desk woman was kind, efficient and reassuring. The Dr. came in and did a thorough exam and asked questions regarding my granddaughter’s disposition. It was determined that her lungs were clear as well as her ears. Her heart was fine and there was no fever present. The Dr. said it was a common cold aggravated by her teething. He gave us an at home treatment plan and assured us she would be fine, and if we needed anything to give them a call. We were dismissed and left. The entire experience was flawless! The facility was spotless and everyone was masked.I highly recommend this facility for Urgent Care.
Clinic is brand new, super clean and staff are very caring! Easy to find and close to home! Will definitely return back when needed and refer my friends and family!

I had a rapid test due to covid symptoms. Test was done immediately upon arrival and I received my phone call as promised within 15 minutes. Staff is kind and considerate. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
The Staff at the Southfield Office are the best! They really care and the listen which is rare these days. I have made them my regular Doctor!
After visiting another urgent care facility twice in one day and waiting over an hour for a PCR Covid swab we decided to leave the other office and come here. Great decision. We were done with everything in about 10 minutes, if that. We were treated pleasantly and professionally by both Chelsea and Luke. Didn’t need to get out of the car so can’t comment on the inside of the facility. All in all, an excellent experience.Edited to say that second visit was as good as the first. This time I went inside the facility. Very clean and lots of space for social distancing.Once again treated pleasantly and professionally by both Luke and Victoria.Another excellent experience.

This was my first time here at this particular urgent care. They were fabulous! The doctor (I do not remember his name) that checked me in on the phone. The nurse was great , very friendly and knowledgeable about the rapid and PCR COVID TEST; test were quick and simple. No pain at all. Drive up was fast and the result time was quick for the rapid test ( same day 5 minutes wait time) PCR result had the next day not even a 24 hour waiting period.The doctor told me what kind of OTC meds to get just in case the results came back positive, what symptoms to look for as well. The meds he told me to purchase are the ones he use at his home with his family. Soon after my test and results, I went to the pharmacy and purchased the meds and placed on my dresser.I passed there number and address on to my family and friends and told them these are the go to guys. When you have minor emergency or need a COVID test. You make an appointment over the phone, they schedule a time for you to come in, they email you; then you attach your ID and insurance card to the email.That simple. My son wasnt feeling well and with his pediatricians office full we went to Doctors Urgent Care. Wait was only about 20 minutes. I was so impressed the check in as well as the PA we saw. He was patient and kind and told my son what he was doing step by step. Highly recommend this place.
They were one of the few places that could get us in for testing when travel requirements changed at the last minute. Process was fast and efficient. I just wish they wouldn’t answer the phone if they don’t have staff to handle the phone calls. I was left on hold for 25 minutes and then disconnected. I drove there to get assistance. I understood and wasn’t upset but would prefer not to be left hanging.
Loved the idea of not waiting in the cold in a long line for covid test. I called in the morning and got a same day appointment. Only complaint l have is they forgot to call me with results. I had to call them several hours later.
Went for a Covid test , it was fast and convenient pulling up to their drive thru window for the results. Also nurses were willing to answer questions and very sweet. I will definitely go back if we need urgent care..
Ive been on the hunt for a new Urgent Care and this place is it! Super kind and efficient service. Granted I only had a Covid test but the person collecting the sample did a great job. It was fast and easy- they called me within 15 minutes to tell me the results. Next time Im sick or have to go to an Urgent Care this is the place!
This urgent care is fantastic!! Its very clean inside and the staff is super friendly & helpful. Ive gone here several times to COVID tests, both rapid & PCR, and the process is quick and easy. You check in and then wait in your car for them to test you curbside. The staff is skilled as it is painless! I highly recommend this place!
The Southfield Urgent Care facility was very clean and organized. Service was prompt and professional. My test was done very quickly and efficiently. My OA who administered the test had an excellent “bedside manner”.If the need arises, I will be utilizing the facility again, and I would highly recommend it to others.
The clinic is always clean, the staff is nice, and the service is fast. The doctors call you, then come to your car to provide any necessary services. They call to follow up with you, and see how youre doing. For an urgent care, they really seem to care for the patients theyre treating.
Came to get a Covid test and the staff was amazing! Super fast and raven at the front desk was amazing with getting our info from our car as well as PA Luke Denzer was great with my 2 years old and was super sweet and gentle. As for the results they were super fast and it was such a relief to get them within 24 hrs!!
Came around 8 pm and they weren’t taking patients. Unbelievable being turned away for care when I had a knee injury and could barely walk.Go to Berkley Urgent Care right down the street, they took me right in and provided excellent service.
I had a very poor experience at this clinic. When I went in for a COVID test the receptionist was extremely impersonal, bordering on rude. He told me to wait in my car for a call to let me know when the doctor would be ready, but did not tell me how long the wait would be. There was one person going into to see the doctor when I arrived. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I went back in and to find how much longer it would be. He said that he couldnt say. When I asked for a ballpark figure, he once again said he couldnt say since I would have to wait for the doctor to finish with the patient ahead of me. After another 15 minutes, the doctor called me to ask me questions about my symptoms and then came out to the car to administer the test. The doctor was very courteous and helpful. That was the only reason I gave two stars instead of just one. Unfortunately, the poor service continue after the appointment. I never received my results for my PCR test. I was directed to check my test results after registering on their website. However, the results never showed up on my profile so I had to call back for my results after four days.
After a series of unanswered phone calls to schedule an appointment for Rapid Testing from 8:30am-9:30am., I gave up. However, I called again at 10am. and someone answered. She was very apologetic about the situation and scheduled my appointment. The community can benefit from their Urgent Care Service, I hope their successful.
Absolutely the best service! Upon walking in, I wasnt able to be seen immediately but was given an 8:00 appointment to return. Once I returned, I completed paperwork then serviced immediately by the two awesome medical professionals that were there. I would definitely go back.
I visited last night and this group is top notch. I appreciate their quick service. Raven, the receptionist is so professional and kind. The PA is also very good. Thank you guys for your kind caring service. I sent my office staff to go get tested there as well.
They were awesome, I was in and out quickly, the front office staff was very friendly and inviting, also informative. The doctor was very friendly and welcoming, also very informative. I will be back should I need to. I found this place from trying to go to my usual that was over crowded and this was nearby but the experience was much better so this is my new go to.

Took my daughter here for a sports physical, service was fast and friendly and efficient. No long wait time and the waiting room was very clean, there were even snacks!! Highly recommend.
The staff was friendly and efficient when I went to get my test. I went in to have my insurance card and ID copied then went back to my car and waited a couple minutes for the technician to come and do my swabs. I did call after 24 hrs since I had not recieved an e-mail yet ( they did instruct me it may be 24-48 hrs) on the results. She put me on hold briefly and came back with the results. Not sure how long they had had them. I was told I could stop in to get paper results. A day after the call I never recieved a verification e-mail, I guess I was just expecting that. Over all very positive experience.

Very friendly staff, Cheryl (Chesterfield office) was more than helpful. We were called back by the Dr from Southfield with in 30 mins of contacting them for our Telehealth appointment and were seen in the Chesterfield office within minutes of arriving. Dr. Luke and the entire staff were professional, caring, and warm! Unfortunately, I had to seek medical attention, but Im glad I found them too care for me. They were friendly and very accommodating.
The funny thing is are used to visit the urgent care right down the street but it was extremely busy and I was very sick I didn’t know that this location existed. While driving down the street I just happen to drive by and see it and decided to go in and I’m so glad I did. It was clean it looks safe and the people were extremely helpful and nice I would most definitely make this my go to urgent care thank you guys for doing an awesome job!!!
Excellent service. Professional, polite and fast. Treated me in the office, called my meds in and made sure I was ok before leaving. I was there maybe a hour in total and that’s because I received a breathing treatment in office. Glad I came here instead of going to the ER

Fantastic! The world is so insanely hectic trying to find covid testing and this team couldnt be kinder. They tested my entire family on Christmas Eve, so that we could be sure we were healthy, and they continue to be my go-to place ever since.
Took my daughter for a PCR test. The first thing they made us do was leave and call from the car since they “can’t have anything COVID related” inside even though there are 10 signs on the lawn and easement advertising COVID testing. Receptionist was wearing a mask below her nose, test results are taking 24-48 hours. Lots of bullet proof glass on the desk. The whole operation looks sketchy. Left and won’t be back.
I did COVID testing both Rapid and PCR. The staff was friendly, there wasnt a long wait time. They came out to the car and swabbed me and then brought my results out in less than 15 minutes.
This is a great urgent care office. The doctor we encountered and other health workers very professional and very pleasant. The office was efficient and we were promptly seen. I would definitely recommend this place.
Quick ability to get tested with appointment but once I took test, said it would be 15 minutes, waited 55. They forgot I was outside. Otherwise did good for dealing with 100’s if people all day long

New discovery! I took my son there and was treated shortly. I love that it is still new and not full. Then I had to go back for Covid tests for myself and son, then ended up sending several family members there for their tests. Raven at the front desk is fantastic!

No wait ..let me say it again NO WAIT! I stayed in my car the doctor came out the see me. I was treated in less then 20 minutes. The staff was nice and so informative. Saves me a $65 dollar copay.
Should not have receptionist who had partner test postitve for Covid and says she was all up in his face and she is fine and working so she be quarantined and have to what a few days then be tested herself before coming to work.also wanted to see a doctor but didn’t have one on staff. What kind of urgent care doesn’t have a doctor.

We have gone there at least five times. We will be going back for HS sports physicals in the future.It is clean, efficient, and professional.
Thankful for a quick appointment and great care from P.A. Luke. He took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a plan to get me feeling better. A couple days later and I feel on the road to recovery.
My first PCR test was lost, I had to take a 2nd and was told it would be a rush on the results 36 hrs later still no info! Total of three days plus and 2 tests with no results in.
I went there with symptoms of bronchitis and all that they wanted to do is a covid test. I had to ask them to check my lungs because I was having trouble breathing, never checked my temperature or any vitals. I would definitely not recommend this place.
Went in on way to work this morning and was in and out in 15 mins!! And they even do appointments!! I love the fact that I can set appointments for my lunch break or before/after work and not have to wait!! This is definitely my new go to for issues !! Not to mention the staff is really down to earth.

They lost my daughters PCR test. She took but it wasnt put in. $90 and only revceived one of the two test needed (which was negative). Unfortunately i could not send her back because her twin tested postive and i am quarantined with her🤦🏽♀️😠🙄. They offered a free one whenever i could get back.😒 Way to go!

Staff is very professional. The only problem I experienced is that they didnt call us with the test results as promised on the two occasions that I was there. I had to call then and ask for the results.
I was assigned at 10:30am phone interview and the dr never called. I sat in the parking lot from 836am until 10:45 and never got a call was able to get in and see my own dr.
Would recommend...he even pronounced my confusing name on the spot

I tried to get a covid test here and they said that they no longer take insurance for them and it was going to be $180 out of pocket

Would give 0 star of possible. Went in for stitches, ended up leaving with a glove glued to the wounded with it ripped open worse than when I got there and was attempted to be charged for it.Go down the street to Berkley, its worth it

2022-04-28Incredibly attentive and friendly staff. I was in and out quickly, with a diagnosis and treatment. I was even able to pick up my medications on the way home from the clinic. The doctor actually listened to me, asked detailed questions, and took into consideration what I had to say about my body and how it reacts to things. The young lady in the front was so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be back when necessary (:

She gave me the necessary feedback about my issues and what my next steps should be regarding my care. Yes I would definitely go back to this location for care in the future if necessary.

2022-03-01I can NOT give enough praise to Doctor Luke, Raven and the ladies that work at this office. I came in with a very unique and quit honestly sort of embarrassing issue and they handled it amazingly. Not only were they beyond professional they made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. I dont know much about this company but I can tell you with everything going on in the last few years the workers here deserve a raise and a bonus and an extra week of vacation.

2022-04-04Fast and easy. I didn’t even have to go in because we did a tele-medicine appointment. I had a sinus inflection and described my symptoms and they were able to get me together immediately for the most part. I was incredibly relieved after they gave me the meds. I will definitely use them again.

2022-02-07The staff was so nice and friendly from the time I checked in all the way to Dr. Luke everyone was VERY professional and treated you like a human being. Most urgent cares are treating everyone so terrible due to Covid-19 no care or concern. However the staff here were AWESOME I will definitely be returning if I have any urgent concerns. Lastly the office was very neat and clean. Thank you all again!

2022-01-24I had a very debilitating issue with the lower area of my back, this particular Urgent Care immediately helped me with a pain relieving shot and a couple other meds. The Dr was very caring and concerned about me and I want to “Thank her” because she was professional and knows her stuff. When you have an issue and can’t get to your own Dr please visit this one. I referred a friend there and I hope her experience was just as great as mine was. Great job Dr ……and I’m doing much better.

2021-10-23I have been to a handful of urgent care centers and this one is, by far, the best. The person I spoke to was the most wonderful woman, Althea. She is kind, friendly and very helpful. I had to call her three time before my visit and she was so nice each time and didnt get bothered from my multiple phone calls. I saw the P.A. Luke and he was, also, great! Very knowledgeable and answered my many questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before I left. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I highly recommend going to this facility! He said he would call me with Covid results within 20 minutes and it was, even, quicker, than that!

2022-01-30Called and got an appointment for rapid PCR within a half hour. I didnt have to leave my car and was there and gone in under 5 minutes. I received the results in less that 24 hours. Staff is very courteous
