Apparently you must cancel 5 months before the 5 year contract is over or they renew without your consent. Do not recommend, they scam people into another contract for 5 more years of terrible service.

Absolutely horrible business, they have businesses sign contracts that makes it nearly impossible to get out of. I tried to cancel my service, I called a year in advance and they told me to call in 6 months, I called in 6 months and they told me to call a month before. When I tried to call a month before they told me that the contract automatically renews 6 months prior and they need a notice in writing. When I called the manager to tell them about the situation, they said they dont care. Theyre now trying to charge us thousands of dollars. The company is super outdated. Always late and never brings the right stuff. There is better companies out there, that are way up to date and do things the right way and way cheaper!

This company did me so bad when I was working there. From the employees to the boss. I was pregnant at the time too! I had to walk out. Different bosses telling me different things than get mad when I don’t FOLD how they want me too! I should reapply now that I’m not as sensitive and speak my mind on everybody who called themselves trying to pick on someone for making a living!!!

Terrible service they dont show up the day they supost to and takes 1 or two weeks to show up terrible costumer service plus they charge me for the days they dont show up anyways the send me the Bill and when i tray to cancel the say I have to pay 4000 dollar because iam breaking the contract be aware dont use them

Highly unprofessional havent showed up in a month call to cancel and they wont take no for an answer showed up today to bring more towels and matts. Manager was unapologetic and could care less. I would cancel my contract if l could they make it pretty much impossible to cancel even though when we signed they told us we could cancel at any time

Do not waste your money or time with this company. They make great promises during the sales pitch. Everything is down hill after that. The linens are horrible. Aprons come stained, discolored, broken strings, holes and tears, some had shoestrings tied to them for straps. The good white towels left lint all over everything, and often had an odor. The blue shop towels were never clean, tattered and stained to the point of embarrassment and questionable to even use them.If you order tablecloths through them, they come folded in a 8 square the size of a napkin, not pressed or cleaned. Many were stained. I had to spend a week getting 23 tablecloths pressed and drycleaned AFTER getting them from my LINEN company before I could use them for a wedding... that doesnt make any sense.The one-time rental for those tablecloths then showed up on my bi-weekly bill for over 7 months before they removed it, and they refused to actually pay me back. I am in the process of trying to cancel my contract now because Ive been in with them for 18 of 60 months of the contract and we havent received 2 consecutive deliveries of linens that were correct the entire time. Something is always forgotten, dirty, overcharged, etc .We get a single door mat for the front door. It should be 3x2. Its nearly a different size every month. Sometimes its 3x5, 4x6, who knows! Its a gamble. Its almost a fun game to see what size the mat will be after the delivery comes (but not really, the door doesnt open correctly if the mat is too big, so...)Our account manager, Mark, was supposed to meet with us to discuss our horrible service and overcharging of our account in July. He stood us up, didnt contact us until an hour past the meeting time. we didnt hear from him for another month. Coincidentally, we also went without service for nearly 6 weeks after this (supposed to get service every 2 weeks). Yep, WHILE our account was being reviewed for poor service our account manager stood us up AND our driver skipped our building twice. Know what they didnt forget to do though? Send the invoice and bill me for those weeks.Cancelling service seems to not be easy either. I have made multiple requests now for this to end, I feel like Im talking to a wall. I just cant wait for this nightmare to be over so I can just get back to something that should be so easy... just having some towels and aprons dropped off every two weeks. Thats all I really wanted, thats all it really should be.*editTo the reply from Domestic, I have stopped answering phone calls because what I’ve been told on those have become frivolous to my issue. I am tired of trying to be sold on further service when everything I’ve experienced so far has been garbage. I am in the food industry and rely on solid, reputable partners to make my gears turn. I have an email chain going with my account manager to which he’s stopped replying in, all I want to do is cancel my service and I’ve asked what the next steps are and no one will give me an answer.

BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!Do not get a contract with them under any condition!These people are crooks. You will be locked in the contract for years. They have AUTOMATIC CONTRACT RENEWALS, they will extend your contract without your knowledge. If you want to cancel the contract, you have to send a CERTIFIED LETTER to them during a certain TIME PERIOD otherwise, surprise surprise, you just got renewed for another 60 months!Another issue, getting in touch with the management is impossible. And when you complain to the manager, even regarding poor service, they will tell you that they only work there and not the ones who make the decisions.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!And i sincerely feel sorry for you and understand your pain if youre their current customer.

SERVICE SUCKS! 5 YEAR CONTRACTS THAT ARE HARD TO GET OUT OF AND YOU BETTER MAKE SURE TO SEND IN YOUR LETTER 6 MONTHS BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT ENDS THAT SAYS YOU DONT WANT THEIR SERVICE OR YOU CANT GET OUT OF IT - THEY CANT DO UNIFORM COUNT CORRECT AND OVERCHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND MANAGEMENT IS WORTHLESS - ALL TALK NO ACTION - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
