My experience was very positive. I was able to communicate via email which worked best for me, considering that I am very busy with work. I didnt think that I would be able to get a new car, but they worked with me and I ended up with a 2020 Chevy Trax! I love my new car and I would definitely recommend Dominion Chevrolet to any of my friends, colleagues, and family!

We towed my white truck in for repair. Dominions mechanic told us he couldnt fix it. We prepaid another towing charge, to tow my truck home to New Buffalo mi area. I have been waiting 2 days now to get my truck back. As now is the hour Dominion repair closes. I wont see my truck for day 3. I am considering, calling my local police for advice.
We were just browsing through the lot, and ended up with a new (to us) vehicle! Thank you Joe and the rest of the guys that helped to make this happen!!!
Service agents were fair and responsive to my needs and completed the repairs quickly.
Their customer service was limited to a Bad Chevy Dealer in Hayward, Wis. Don Johnson refuse to cooperate with Dominion with our Traverse. We had extensive repairs done days before in Hayward ( Timing belt problems, engine line always staying lit) over $3500. They helped as much as they could but in the end I changed to a JEEP. Never buy a Chevy again. Bad service departments & mechanics in Hayward, Wi.
Absolutely great service in the repair shop, the service manager is the man.Have had a few minor hiccups here but they have always made things right. Lou is great and willing to make a deal and they will go above and beyond to find what you really want. I accidentally left a 3 star review with no comment, but, I have bought my last 5 trucks from Lou plus a few other vehicles... Will go here again for my next purchase.
We visited from South Bend to see a specific car. Despite having called ahead earlier in the day, the vehicle was not ready for us (they didnt even know where it was). The car, while used, had a cracked tail light and some scuffs that were not visible in the pictures online. There were cobwebs on it, and there was a partially smoked cigarette behind the fuel door. The people there didnt seem that interested in selling us a car. We were ready to buy, and would have bought that car if those minor, correctable issues were resolved. The gentleman we were working with (I believe he was the owner or GM) didnt ask us to show him the spots where we concerned, just said that he would look at the next day and call us. We never received a follow up phone call. As stated before, we would have purchased that car had they put maybe $300 of prep work into it, but they didnt seem interested. To be clear, this wasnt a dispute over price. We didnt even get that far.Bottom line, I wouldnt go back. I give them two stars, because the location was easy to find, and they had the car on the lot. They werent rude, just disinterested. The decor of the shop was very dated and looked nothing like you would expect a modern dealership showroom or office to look like. If you are looking to purchase a car, Id consider other dealerships in the area before making a visit to Dominion.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable service center, great deals, and excellent free WiFi. Servicing my car at Dominion is never stressful with the comfortable waiting area and very fast WiFi that allows me to work remotely.Also, Lou and his team are always sure to give a fair deal behind quality vehicles!
Brooklyn was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and understood our needs. Being able to test drive over the weekend allowed us time to see if our Suburban was right for us. It was and it was in Lancer red. Perfect. :)

Do not go here for anything!! My bf and I bought a truck with a dead battery, it was supposed to be replaced before we took it home for some reason no one did so we both missed work because the dam thing wouldnt start, let me just say there wasnt a lot right with the truck. We traded that in 6 months later for a nicer newer car. It had new tires on it but when the associate drove it to go get gas he came back with a gash in the tire and rim which we didnt notice til we got home and when we called they said we did it. The car needed an oil change two days after we bought it, the associate offered to do it for free, cool right? No! They put the wrong flipping oil in! Now thats on top of filling our paperwork falsely for another state, wanna know what they said? Drop your insurance, switch it to that state then change the paperwork at the bmv then drop that insurance and go back to the other. That is illegal if you didnt know. So again, never go here for anything! Im sure Im missing stuff they did, they should not be in business

This places service department is honestly the best- I cannot say enough about how above and beyond they have and continue to go. They have been my go to for the last two years every time I need something done on my Tahoe- and not once have they ever done anything but go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of both as a customer and as a person.
We found our Chevy Silverado on line and bought it from Joe through text messaging and phone. He even delivered it right to our house what a great guy. We will definitely recommend Dominion Chevy to everyone we know. Keep up the good work Joe!!!
Nice enough people in the service department. But I brought my car in for the same problem four times and have yet to have it be actually fixed. and still get charged the same fee for them just to look at it even though they never fixed it the previous times.
Joe Rhew was kind and knowledgeable. He truly cares and isnt just looking for a sale. He took his time and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely recommend not only Dominion but also Joe in the future.
Updated review - 12-9-2017I have dealt with Dominion for years. Always a great experience... This time I wanted to say some things. I have a 2013 Equinox that is still under drive train warranty. There were a couple problems that required major work... I took it in on Wednesday and had it back on Friday. UNBELIEVABLE it was done so quickly. It was even cleaned up inside when I got it back!Thanks Louie and the gang!!

Bought my truck here a few years ago Lou gave me a more than fair trade in offer and treated me like a king. After the nightmare experience we had buying her a car at another dealership (LeValley) I will be looking at Lous lot when its time to trade my truck in.
Owner is super down to earth chill relaxed no pressure attitude and doesnt judge ppl based on looks or credit history. Highly recommend, Ill be purchasing when Lou or Mike find what Im looking for.
A post today from Facebook 4/17/2014: I had a TERRIBLE experience this week at Lou Dominions in Bridgman. I went in to have my oil changed and noticed the next day that they put a license plate holder on without asking me, this rubbed me the wrong way and when I return to have it removed the mechanic mentioned that his boss,Lou Dominion, told his employees to put stickers and a plate on every car that came through. Thats when I noticed that they also put a sticker on my car paint. I was furious! I didnt buy my car there, I just came in for an oil change! I asked that Lou call me and when he did, he gave a half hearted apology but wouldnt say that he was going to change the policy. He also told me that if I was this upset about something so small he didnt want my business. I was blown away. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Be cautious of this establishment or your car may be doing free advertising for this less than reputable businessman.

A few more than back, I came in for an oil chsnge, first time here. Well the service tech had a n accident, and damaged the tail light, rear bumper, and damaged the back quarter panel. Don(service mgr) and Jeried, they went above and beyond. They made a appointment to a body shop, gave me a rental for as along as it took to repair the damage. Took my car in, within a week I had my car back and in perfect condition.ThIS is what I call a WOW Moment. I cant say enough what these two did.

2022-07-05We would like to tell you what happened to us we were told we had a 10 year or 100,000 mile warranty when we bought the truck so when something went wrong and we took it to the dealership to fix it they said that there was no warranty. They said it was because they were trying to get the payments lower but never told us that wasnt a warranty on our truck. So as far as Im concerned I will never tell anyone to go there and buy anything from Dominion Chevrolet. So we ended up paying four hundred dollars to get are truck fixed something that was factory fault

2022-02-12I didnt actually have my truck serviced here but had an emergency late on a Friday. Called Saturday when service wasnt open but they were so willing to help and even when they found the piece I needed wasnt in stock offered to have one dropped off same day.I appreciated it so much!

2021-10-05I have never been treated so badly after the sale. Louie Dominion cussed me and my wife out after my truck broke down and I tried telling him he blew the issue off a few days before. If you dont mind being disrespected just go there. I wouldnt even leave a one star review but I have to leave something. I will never go back there. Oh yeah while we were getting cussed at his employees were standing around laughing about it. This is not about the truck breaking down. I understand that those things happen. I left a review on here, one on Yelp,and one on BBB. They all pretty much say the same thing I will leave one review on other outlets as well that is what they are here for. I have never been back at Dominion Chevy since the day I got cussed out.

2020-06-17The Wife and I took the 2017 Camaro to get serviced. While we were waiting, we decided to see what was in the parking lot. We seen the 2021 Trailblazer and decided to take it for a test drive. Wife said now that we have a Grandbaby, the Trailblazer would make more sense to have. Going just for a service ended up trading in and coming home with a nice new vehicle. Very Pleased Again on how we was treated at Dominion Chevrolet. THANKS!!!

2020-12-10I had my vehicle serviced at Dominion Chevrolet today and, like my previous visit, it was a great experience. All the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. They began working on my vehicle right after I dropped it off at the scheduled appointment time and it was ready when they said it would be. Their prices are also very reasonable and competitive. I would definitely recommend them for any service and repair needs.

2021-08-09Lou is extremely disrespectful and rude. I was in the lobby and and overhead him screaming at some customers that had recently purchased a vehicle. Apparently this vehicle had broken down shortly after their purchase. After hearing the conversation and him screaming at his customers I decided to take my money somewhere else. Would not recommend especially after hearing they way he speak to people after spending a decent amount of money with him. No customers service at all.
