Im not gonna bash, because I know what the industry is struggling with with....what u will do is tell you to give them an extra 15-20 minutes, understand you may get the wrong pizzas, so check them before ta go. These people are trying hard, and learning to swim while drowning. I still have faith in ya Dominos!!!
Horrible. Rude waited over 2 and a half hours for a delivery tgat never came. I called the restaurant and they let the phone ring for over 20 minutes and when I got there the manager was sitting in the back on hisbcell phone doing nothing while the phone was ringing. Offered no compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience and basically told to go home and wait for the delivery guy.
Ordered delivery online and waited 3 hours. tried calling and no one answered despite waiting 30min on hold. Went to the store and explained how long I had waited only to be met with passive aggressiveness and was told my order was set to arrive to my place in another 2 hours. this place is only 2 miles away from me. at least I got a refund this time. last time when I waited 2 hours, they refused to give me a refund and just gave me a brownie with my order. those two girls who talked to me rudely had been sitting in the back doing nothing when I walked in despite the manager practically begging them to do anything. I went to the store at 8:50pm on December 5th. go to the Rochester dominos instead they are so lovely there and are shockingly fast.
OMG! Had the worst experience today. I placed my order for delivery around 7 and literally waited for 1 and a half hour and the worst part is the store doesn’t even update my order and unable to even reach them at all. I would literally never want to order from this place ever again! Wish I could rate this below 0 😡
I will never order take out from this location ever again. I ordered bread twists with dip (a new product), Boneless chicken, and a pasta bowl. I ordered online and waited for delivery. The driver was friendly and my interaction with him was completely normal. I was eating my chicken and all seemed well until my wife showed me her pasta bowl. There was about 12 noodles, 6 pieces of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of bacon bites with virtually no sauce. The tray that it was cooked in burned on the sides. Anyone with common sense would have known not to deliver that trash. The dip for the new product the website roped me in on was about a 8th of an inch of melted cheese that you couldnt even scrape out of the pan it was served in... a joke.So naturally I called to see if I could get a refund or redelivery of properly cooked food. After 5 minutes on hold in frustration I packed up the food and decided to drive it back myself. I never disconnected my call it lasted over 17 minutes with no answer.When I arrived I asked to see a manager, I asked her if the food I was delivered was a joke. Once I showed her she immediately apologized and explained she has been training new people. In regards to the dip she stated that was how Dominos sells it and nothing was incorrect. So my advice... do NOT buy their new dipping products. When I inquired as to why no one answered the phone she said theyve just been busy. However, out of the 4 people in the store only 2 of them were working on a food station and the other two just stood there and looked at me like I was some art exhibit.To be fair, in the end the manager offered to make me a fresh order. I wasnt interested in that and simply requested a refund which I received. As I was leaving she also offered to let me keep the food which I found a bit insulting. All in all just a terrible experience.
Ordered on the phone. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got there (25 minutes later) I ended up waiting another 20 minutes as it wasn’t even made or in the oven yet. I know it’s not his fault but they had only one person working at 1 pm on a Saturday which is absurd. The phone was ringing off the hook and there was a line of people waiting to order. If I hadn’t already paid and ordered ahead of time, I would’ve left. Considered asking for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
Im a health conscious person. I ordered a small Pacific Veggie pizza for delivery and what I received was a doughy pizza with a ton of cheese and a light offering of veggies spread out and drowning in the ton of cheese. Gross and disgusting. I did not ask for extra cheese, a moderate amount wouldve been fine. Or at least balance the amount of other toppings (veggies) with the amount of cheese you piled on there, otherwise, it just tastes like a cheese pizza. Not what I ordered. A waste of my money. My first and last time ordering from this location. Dude get a clue, if a person orders a veggie pizza, then that should be the prominent ingredient, NOT cheese. Dont make peoples pizza according to your gross, unhealthy eating habits. You need to be retrained.
I ordered a honey bbq wings accompanied with 2 more items. i received my 2 other items abs the wings but the wings came with no bbq scalar on them!!!! i payed for them and the wings came dry and sauce less! i tried to call them and i was and still am on hold, for almost 30 minutes! customer service is horrible and they can’t even put sauce on my wings
I ordered for a 12 medium Veggie Pizza online yesterday @6:53pm for 8:45pm store pickup. When I headed to the store at 8:50pm, the pizza was still not ready despite the fact that there were 3 staffs at work. One of the representative told me that the pizza will be ready in 5 minutes and 5 minutes later another staff asked me if I had ordered pizza. The third representative was watching some videos on his phone. I went back to my car and waited for about 15 minutes. I came back and asked if my pizza was ready and they asked me again on what Pizza I had ordered. All 3 staffs were very irresponsible and very lethargic. I cancelled my order. The store looked ugly as well, this location is undoubtedly one of the worst Pizza providers. Another customer was at the store to pickup Chicken wings and she was served Pasta instead. Very poor service, please do not visit this location! I wasnt able to post this review unless I select the star rating (1 out of 5) otherwise my rating would have been 0 stars for their service.
Twice this month I had to had to drive myself out to this location after I ordered a delivery order from them.First one was on 12/4 where I placed order online to have nothing done on order for over an hour and a half. After the order which was said to be delivered at a certain time was not and was over an hour late called them and no one picked up so after about 20 minutes like this I drove out to the location where they never started my order and werent going to anytime soon. I was still on hold at this time so after being on the phone and them not answering the phone for over 45 min and going out there decided to cancel my order. They said they were calling all online orders to ask them about it but I never received any phone call nor communication talking to me about my order.Tonight (12/31) ordered online and set it to 7pm for delivery. Checking order status as of 6:47 order was in quality check. After 40 minutes of it not moving from that phase I called where someone picked up and said they needed to put me on hold as there was 2 people in the store they needed to take care of first. After 15 minutes started driving there to ask about order in person. Got in lobby and waited in line to talk to someone and hung up phone after total time being on hold was 30 minutes. I got to the location at 7:45pm and finally talked with someone at 7:55 and when I talked about my order they told me they cancelled it themselves at 7:40 and didnt bother to call me or send me any form of communication that my order was cancelled.After having issues with order 2/3 times this month I will not be coming here for food again.
I recently started using the online ordering method and its great! I originally tried using the phone ordering and wasnt happy, bit now Im very satisfied with the entire process. I love the up to date process of the status of my pizza! Thanks alot, I love Dominos again!
As I sit in the lobby waiting for my order that should have been ready 25 minutes ago...I wonder how this place is even open still.The phone has rang consistently the entire time. Nobody has bothered answering it. Theres 4 or 5 employees here but nobody has a clue as to whats going on.I can hear more conversation being made than I can see pizzas being made. After today I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to another city to get my food when its suppose to be ready...not when your employees feel like making it.Edit* I finally got my food. 40 minutes after and the order is completely wrong.
Absolutely despicable, I wish I could leave zero or negative stars.We placed our order at 9:30 pm and were told 52-62 minutes for delivery, bit longer than expected for a Tuesday night but we’ll live. By 10:45 when the order hadn’t even left the store yet, I called to cancel as it had been way longer than expected at this point and I wasn’t even hungry anymore. After 15 minutes of sitting on hold, the call was answered but no one actually spoke into the phone; instead we listened to the sounds of the restaurant for another 10 minutes. At this point, the pizza had left the store, but we have ZERO desire to eat pizza that has been sitting for god only knows how long. We had to DRIVE TO THE STORE to speak to someone and actually cancel the order.This is not the first awful experience I’ve had with this location, but it will be the last. We will never be ordering from them again.
Ordered curbside pick up last night. Did as the app stated, pulled up put our hazards on and waited. The staff keeps looking at us as if they were confused. No acknowledgement at all. Had the alert my pizza was done prior to arriving so after waiting a couple minutes I went inside where they told me my order wasn’t ready yet. I told them I got the alert it was and the woman claimed they were short staffed and behind. There were like 6 people in there and only one was wearing a mask. I’ve worked in food so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, i understand the short staffed struggle (though they did not appear understaffed) she said she’d bring my food out once it was ready. We waited maybe another 10/15 minutes and I watch a young guy grab my pizza from the bottom rack it seemed and bring it out saying “almost forgot about us” I put the pizza in my lap and it was barely warm. We got home and the center of both pizzas were dry and burnt. I don’t know what happened but it was terrible, we pay extra because we like the pan pizza and we got the outside of the pizza pan and the center was burnt and barely thin crust. It wasn’t even edible. It’s a shame. This place has went way downhill and the fact all those bodies were in such a small space with no masks had me even questioning eating the pizza. I don’t think I’ll return.
My neighborhood Dominos .... great place.... the staff are friendly and only occasionally have I had an issue with a mistake in my order ... each time they have bent over backwards to make it right. Ive missed them over lockdown but now with the curbside delivery I can enjoy their pizza again! Thanks for all the great service guys! See you again soon!
Wanted to give a no star as it was a nightmare! The folks working at this location knows nothing about customer service or satisfaction. The website showed that takeout order will be ready in 30-40 mins but when I reached to take my order I had to wait for 2 Hours. After repeatedly checking with the staff, they agreed to work on my order and handed over a partial order. When reached home and opened the box, found that an X-Large Pizza box had no pizza in it! It was handed over to us empty!! What a terrible service by Dominos Team. I have stopped ordering from Dominos post this incident.
You know usually I don’t do reviews at all. I just don’t return as a customer. Placed an order tonight at 11:43. Store closed at 1am. Simple order medium one topping for me and my overnight buddy where I work. Opt’ed to pay in person because delivery drivers got it hard as it is and I wanted to tip him or her well. Order was confirmed and was said to be being made my Lakisha.. never received order. Was really looking forward to it as well.
I wish I know how to escalate this issue further with Dominos, I hated this incident so much and this is not the first time with this store in Auburn Hills, I kept trying again and again, every week a new store manager, but the quality remains same. I order a Chicken Alfredo Pasta, pizza and make sure the person understood that I want double Alfredo in pasta over the phone. The store manager continuously abrupted while taking order and seems not interested in listening what I require. I went to pickup the order and showed him there is not enough Alfredo even after paying for the double. And manager was so rude while asked about this, even after multiple requests only thing I could hear from him was good night. bad food, bad service. They continuously say they follow corporate orders, but why the order doesnt look same everytime if they are following the orders specified.I am never going back, and store manager needs to be trained well in assisting customers please.
I ordered online and was at the store when it was ready for curbside pickup. I followed the instructions but no one came out with the pizza. I waited for 50mins with my hazards on. Called the store and was on the line for 35mins but no one picked up. Some people working do not wear masks. Whenever someone enters masks were put on and as soon as they leave masks are off. I put in a complaint online for a refund and am writing this review as I am driving away from the store to buy pizza from their competitor, who pick up the phone and has better ratings.
Absolutely terrible customer service among a laundry list of other things. I ordered a pizza and was told to wait 30 min. I arrived about 25 min later and was told to wait another 20 min. I waited another 20 min in my car and went back in. They hadn’t even started to make my pizza. The original girl I spoke to turned around and didnt even say sorry or anything when they realized their mistake. A guy did come up and refunded me and said sorry. Looking at these other reviews it seems like other people have had a similar experience. I seen a help wanted sign on the window and agree they need all the help they can get.
Was hosting a holiday party so we ordered pizza & sides for our guests at 9:30pm. Our order was in “prep “ from 9:30pm - 12:30am, although our confirmation email said it would only take about 35-45 minutes for delivery. After calling the store around 10:30pm to see what’s up, we received no answer and hung up after 5 minutes of listening to their auto phone message BS. Around 11:30pm, we received a called from dominos asking if we still wanted our order because their store closed at midnight. To that we said “well I’ve waited two hours, so what’s a half hour more”. Dominos responded with “well we have a few orders ahead of yours so it’ll be a half hour”. They never apologized for taking two hours to make our order or the fact that they didn’t answer our initial phone call. Our order, delivery charge & tip were already paid for. I will be disputing this charge first thing and will NEVER order from this store again.
Used to be pretty good but today I placed an order at 11:45am and I still have yet to get my food. It’s easily enough food that takes at most 12 minutes to produce. Here it is 1:30pm and I still have yet to get my food or even hear why it’s taking so long. Worst experience I’ve ever had only reason it gets 2 stars is I know I can call dominoes corporate office and get my money back after they finally get off their butts and deliver my order
I never received the pizza I ordered online. I waited 20 minutes over my ready time and they didnt have pineapples but was never told. So whoever did my quality check failed.Clarence made excuses that he doesnt work at this location and would not refund my money therefore, I will cancel the transaction with my bank and will never purchase Dominos pizza again. Other customers were asking for their money to be refunded as well. You have very incompetent personnel working at this location now and I was a long time customer.
Very highly disappointed if I could I would give them zero stars, i ordered my pizza and it said they were preparing it at 9:37 and here it is 10:57 and now it says they started preparing my order at 10:30 this is ridiculous will never order from this store again, also spent 20 minutes trying to call the store and nothing!!!
Placed delivery order 30 minutes before close. after order went through I got a call saying that theyre done delivering? working for Dominos I know that we deliver until close, but its cool. next time Im in Michigan Ill avoid this franchise; just hoping I get my refund in 48hrs as stated -_-
Bad experience! I understand that Saturday nights are usually busy for pizza places. However it shouldn’t take over an hour for a car side delivery. Based on the tracker I waited my time in the car and than checked with the store if my order is ready. The store was understaffed and had many orders pending as expected. One employee told me that it will take another 20 mins as they had not even started with my order. I waited for another 20 mins and went back in to find out that still they have not started with my order. Dominos should look into this and if possible change the management so people don’t have to wait for hours to get their pizza. Won’t be ordering here again. Also, no masks!! Buyer Beware!!!
Ordered at 7:45. Waiting for the order at 9:15.There are three females inside, only one of them is making pizza, other one is talking over phone, other one is sitting.None of them is wearing gloves, have long nails, touching all the surfaces possible and interacting with customers without washing hands.Its my first wedding anniversary today and Dominos has disappointed me to the core.This location should be closed permanently.
I usually get my food delivered from here. The only reason this is not a five star is because I do have to wait a bit long for the food to be delivered and 1 out of 2 times it arrived so cold the cheese had that frosty gray tint cheese gets when its cold, so I had to reheat it. That being said, the delivery people are wonderful! They do a great job hiring drivers who smile and look happy to deliver your food.
This is the worst service from a dominos that Ive ever had to deal with. They dont answer their phone for hours and when they deliver, they never seem to get it right. They always forget something and I always get my pizza two hours later and cold. Im honestly done with this, Im going to take my services elsewhere. There are definitely better pizza restaurants that would serve better in do better. Im surprised that this location is even in business. This is the most frustrating service that Ive ever had to go through. I advise a lot of you to take your services elsewhere too, they dont deserve our money.
Paid for Pizza 2hours later was promised a refund, but no refund was made Crystal and manager just hung up on me calling me stupid and insulting me.Let me start off by saying I am a fan of Pizza and have worked in this industry a ton. From delivery driver and taking orders over the phone to working opening and closing, I worked my way through my younger years in the Pizza industry.Armed with that knowledge I knew yesterday when I was ordering pizza that the combination of snow and the Super Bowl would increase the time to make the pizza and possibly the time to deliver. I ordered the pizza shortly after 7:00pm. @ 8:15pm I called the store to see what the progress was and asked Crystal if I could just pick the order up. She informed me that her driver just walked out the door with our food and would be there shortly.We live about 5 - 7 minutes away and I would have happily dropped by to pick up the pizza, I was polite and understanding, thanked her and began waiting. At 9:15 I called back, one hour later and 1:30 minutes after my food came out of the oven I called to ask for them to remake my order because my food would be cold by the time I arrived. The person on the phone put me on hold and Crystal came back on the phone and aggressively started asking me what I thought would happen on a day like today. She then told me that the app had a message, which I truly didnt see, at which time she told me I was stupid and couldnt read.She said she would ask her manager if she could remake the order. After being talked to this way I said I would no longer be interested in the food and asked that the order would be canceled. She again said belittling things to me and told me that she would refund the money and hung up the phone. Because she was so loud my Wife and Daughter heard her and no one could believe how rude this person was.I called back and asked for a manager, when the manager got on the phone he asked what I wanted, I told him about my experience with his employee and he was really rude and told me to call corporate, when I asked his name he hung up on me. At no point was I disrespectful or raised my voice.So, I guess they had a bad day? I could forgive that, but there is no reversal of charges. I called my bank and the charge went from Pending to received. I have not gotten refunded and may be out the $40 for food.We did get Pizza from Hungry Howies, which I picked up, and we all ate at 10pm a solid 3 hours after we ordered food. I have been a long-time customer of Dominos, I hope that they figure out how to fix this as it is a customer service nightmare!!
What is going over there? I had to order online over an hour ago cuz they left me on hold for ten minutes? The pizza tracker shows it’s still in prep mode, they’re open till one am why can’t someone answer the phone ? Placed order at 7:45 received order at 11:45 , I don’t blame the employees at this point it’s definitely bad management bad upper management on the corporate level. No one is going to work and do a good job for what employees are probably making there. 1984 we avoided the noid, 2020 it is the noid. I will never order from dominos pizza again. Was not a contactless delivery. Cheap labor isn’t good and good labor isn’t cheap
Extremely dissatisfied.I ordered a couple pizzas and waited over 2 hours for the delivery. 1 hour in, I called and asked if I could just come pick it up. The woman said no, because the pizza was on its way already.After the 2nd hour went by, I asked if the pizza was going to be re-made so it would be fresh, and she ASSURED me it would be fresh. Finally the pizza gets here, and its cool and hard, as if it had been sitting around in a box for the last two hours. When I called to complain, she credited my account with 10 bucks, less than half the total price I paid for the 2 pizzas.Needless to say, I would not ever recomend anyone order from this location. I understand staffing issues, I understand its not the delivery drivers fault, I even tipped him well for his trouble. But the fact that the manager(I assume, because of the account credit) so casually lied to me and so thoroughly under-delivered is what really put the icing on the cake.
DO NOT GO HERE. The employees were not wearing masks while preparing food or working the cash register. We ordered online and arrived a few minutes after we got the notification our order was ready. We waited in the car at first, as we were supposed to, for about 20 minutes. When they still didnt come out, my boyfriend went in and stood there for another 10 minutes when the order was ready the whole time. A lot of fellow customers were also waiting this long.
Ordered from them a few times since moving here, no masks on anyone, not respecting contactless deliveries or just taking over an hour to deliver my food after its cold. One of the worst Dominos Ive ever had the displeasure of trying.Stick to local places and small chains, they need your help more.
Delivery time was a little bit long, pizza and bread was hot. But my big complaint, and its a pet peeve, they did not cut the pizza all the way through. This drives me nuts. And its not the cheese melting back together, its the crust that isnt cut all the way. I shouldnt have to cut my own pizza once I have it delivered.
Not organized. Very bad experience today. Placed a carry out order. Arrived at the store in 30 minutes and only one person was in the store. He said hed start making the order and deliver in 10 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and he didnt start making the order. We asked him how much more time and now he said should I go ahead and cancel your pizza or start making it. Basically telling the customer that theyll get a pizza when they get it, no time estimate. 1 hour 15 minutes and still standing outside the store.
2 girls catching the food coming out of the oven didnt have masks or gloves on. I sat in front of location and watched as they both touched their hair, scratched their scalps, touched their faces as they were pulling the food out of the oven. Worst dominos in my area for sure. Then got attitude from the manager for cancelling order and I know he didnt discipline the girls as he didnt even listen to the complaint. 0 outta 5 stars. 000
A couple of months ago I ordered and they totally messed my oder up food was nasty and service was worst. This time very different experience looks like a different crew. Way to go still feel like they owe me for the awful experience but they seem to have fixed the problem. So Im good. Try it.
Asked at time of pickup if the extra sauces that were paid for were in the boxes. Were told yes. Unfortunately they were not. Called the location and was told they could give me a credit. Informed them I didnt live locally. Then they wanted me to give my credit card information over the phone to cancel the transaction and re run the updated amount. Absolutely unheard of service. Wont return. Save your time and go elsewhere.
I ordered from here at 8:31 pm on 12/20/20 and never received my order at all. I tried to call 10 times with no answer. I had my wife call from a different number before someone finally answered then the manager hung up on my wife. I called back myself requested to speak with the manager and I first asked for a refund she was rude about it then I asked why she or no one else answered the phone she said her general manager told them to take it off the hook. Then I asked for her managers number and she refused to give it to me then slammed the phone off. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever seen. If I could give a lower rating I would.
I ordered a pizza at 10:58 PM. I was told 35-40 minute delivery. At 11:47 some ghetto dude called and said the driver had the wrong pizza. I confirmed that he had the right pizza. Now it is 12:22am and still no pizza. No charge on my card either. Store is closed. No answer. Last time I order. Ever.
My family was staying at the Comfort Inn suites. We ordered our dinner at approximately 10:52 p.m., we did not get our food until almost 1:30 a.m., my chicken parmesan sandwich was burned, and the rest of the food was cold, no napkins, plates or silver wear, honestly inferior service even on the drivers part...no apology or anything just that they had a 2 hour delivery time and we should have expected it, we were 1.4 miles away, according to Google maps...4 minutes...we went with our order online. It will never happen again. Id post a picture if I could, i am extremely disappointed in this...I love dominos pizza but this just disappointed my whole family, we will be going with another restaurant next time we are here on vacation. Even so...I should have looked at the other reviews first, as there almost as many one stars as there are 5 stars, it says something about the business, Ive been In the restaurant business for 16 years, and that is terrible.
On 7/21 I places an internet order and was given a 88 to 98 minute delivery time. Two hours goes by and I called the store. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I drove to the store to retrieve my order. When I went into the store I was greeted and asked if I wanted to place an order. I explained I was waiting for my order I placed 2 hours before. The manager then tells me that he was closing the store but could make my order now. I told him I had already waited over 2 hours and if he couldnt fulfill my order I should have been notified earlier. He said yea, that would have nice. I just decided to close the store. I will be ordering from other pizza places in the area as this one lacks basic customer service skills.
I was worried about service, after reviewing all the negatives because I had worse experience from dominos at other area. As soon as I got delivered the right delicious food on time with big smile guy (Brendon ?), all worries turns out all the happiness.I hope everyone have a same experience with this store just like me.
Dont order from this location! Wish I could give ZERO stars. My last experience here was horrible but I decided to give them another chance. I ordered delivery at 8:36 pm. I watched the tracker and it said that it was out of the oven and being double checked at 9:00, then didnt go out for delivery until 10:22. Then the tracker said that my delivery had been delivered.. NOPE.. thanks for nothing..updated: I just received a call at 11:15 pm from someone at the store asking if I placed a delivery. I said yes and let them know that almost 3 hours ago and then they said that the order was on its way.. SERIOUSLY...
I ordered my pizza, online, around 8pm. The perfection check was done at 8:15. As I right this, it is 9:19 and no pizza. I have been on hold for about 20-30 minutes. No one is answering the phone. My recommendation: do not order pizza or anything else for that matter, because you will never see your food.
I have probably ordered from here 3 times in the last 6 months. Every single time, it has take over 2 hours to get my order. Each time Im told there are no drivers. Today, is the last time Ill order Dominos. I had ordered at 1130am, and get a call at 1245 that there are no drivers and my food will not be delivered. HIRE DRIVERS OR SHUT IT DOWN!
I would have given zero if I could. Today evening I ordered cheese and spinach bread for carry out. The tracker said it was ready and I was sitting in the shop. People in the shop told it will take more time. When I checked after 15 min, they didn’t even start preparing the bread. They looked around and suddenly gave another package as if it was ready and what I got was jalapeño bread with meat which I didn’t realize then. When started eating after reaching home only we realized that it was meat. My wife was a vegetarian and I can’t explain, How bad a vegetarian will feel, if they come to know what they were eating was meat. Worst experience I ever had from any joint. I will never recommend this shop.
For the 3rd time I have had an issue with Dominos delivering my food to me at night. There is always an excuse. Tonight was, oh, I sent my driver home sick. Last time was we dont take orders after 11:30pm ( which was untrue), & the time before that, I had an employee pretending to be a manager, smh. I’m sure with the things that we are experiencing these days that most people are not even eating out and if you decide to eat out every once in a while, hopefully that restaurant is being more cautious and taking several precautions when it comes to handling customers food. This is what I had hoped but my experience with this Dominos on University Dr. did the exact opposite of what I stated above. Since I was pressed for time, I called in my order as I was heading in to work so I could retrieve my food on the way. Since Covid-19 hit, I am not one to eat food from a restaurant just yet and I was quickly reminded as to why. I drive to Dominos, I go into pick up my order and I’m greeted by one lady who was looking for receipts for other orders. I give her my name, she looks me up and grabs my order. As I am at the front, I notice another young lady coming from the back with no gloves on and proceeds to touch several different things like utensils, door knobs, silverware, etc. The young lady then proceeds to pick up some pizza dough, starts to kneed it and starts making another pizza. This is all without gloves, so her bare hands is touching the dough. She also never washed her hands after touching things prior to making the new pizza. I asked the cashier who was helping me “do you all not use gloves when handling food?” Both ladies start to explain to me how they are supposed to wash their hands several times and the oven will kill any germs that may have been on their hands. Okay....absolutely NOT! I immediately told them I did not feel comfortable taking my food knowing that it had been made with bare hands and no gloves. If you have eaten here....your food has been made the same way. Please be careful if you care about your health.
In the past, I have had horrible experiences at Dominos. Today was the second time Ive ordered from this location, and I couldnt be happier!! They got my pizza out to me in less than 30 minutes both times, and both delivery drivers were wonderful. I dont remember the drivers name from a few weeks ago, but Carlos, who delivered today, was very nice.Keep up the great work, guys!! 😊
Ordered over an hour ago, order never showed up. Although I placed the order 10 minutes before they closed, I was assured they would deliver even after they closed. I ordered at 11:50pm, and was given a time between 28-34 minutes for delivery. Now it’s 1:00am, and still nothing. I called the store and no answer, of course, because they are closed. My debit card has been charged. I’m heading to bed and will have to deal with trying to receive a refund tomorrow.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a bottle of pop at 9:28. The pizza tracker wasn’t moving. I tried to call the store to see what was going on. In the midst of waiting for my food for over an hour and being on hold almost the whole time , my order was cancelled randomly. Was on hold for at least 45 mins til someone finally answered around 11:00 saying they were closing because they were under staffed. Are you kidding me??? I thought the whole purpose was to make money, not tell people they can’t have what they want when they’re giving you money. Switching back to hungry howies. At least they actually answered their phone, even though they’re busy , too. Working in customer service for so long, I sympathize. But this is ridiculous
I had never ordered from Dominos. I guess all the recent commercials got to me. The ones stating they will replace pizza even if you trip and fall after you get home! I ordered pizza and bread stix. The pizza had NO pizza sauce on it at all. I called to speak to manager, Crystal. Not only rude, she was not interested at all. She said shed have to speak to someone. Never called me back. Short story, called back next day and the young man who answered sent new pizza. Same exact pizza - no pizza sauce! Obviously, they dont really care. However, in fairness, the bread stix were very good. Only reason for two stars.
My order was messed up and delivered to somebody else. Had to wait for another 30 mins to get my order even though I was at the store 35 mins after placing the order. No curbside delivery available, even though that was the option I picked while placing the order. God save this store. Never ever will I come here.
Just left this location. Customer Service AWESOME until I got home. Looked at the pizza and the thing that bothered me was that they actually thought it was okay to give this to me. I asked for Double Pepperoni and they gave me double cheese... I did not move my pizza while driving, but everything was in the middle of the pizza..didn’t bother to call and complain because there’s no reason to go back.
I placed an order at 10:20 pm and the woman who took my order ,spoke with a southern accent, only pretended to take my order for delivery. Because when I called back an hour later wondering if the driver was on the way yet ,she stated that there wasnt an order for my address. I am extremely disappointed! She doesnt need to be employed anymore.
I went to this store several times in COVID situation. Even if Dominos official website says that they follow mask rules, but in this store this is not the case. No employee in this store wear mask. So i stopped ordering pizza from this store. Really frustrating that the brand named pizza store is not following health protocols.
Normally I have great experiences with this dominos, always prompt, friendly and great food. Tonight I was highly dissatisfied. I ordered pizza, bread and chicken from here at 9.50. My order was shown complete at 10.06, was not notified till an hour later at 11.06 that my food was on my way. When it got here at 11.15 I sat down to eat Luke warm bread, cold chicken and cold pizza. Lost my appetite as soon as i bit into the pizza. Super unhappy with tonight and with the service. Probably wouldnt recommend this place anymore seeing as they cant make sure their customers are happy. Will be waiting on a call if not corporate will be hearing from me about this.
Two times now I’ve ordered pizza for pickup and no one was even in the store when I came to get it. Tracker online says pizza is in oven yet when you get there there is no one around.Ridiculous!Especially when it’s during a lunch hr.Never again will I go to this store!Highly suggest they figure their stuff out or close their doors!Can’t even give me a call to let me know it won’t be ready or that they won’t be there.
Just so everyone knows, this is the best chain pizza place Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. On time, waited less than 30 minutes for delivery. Driver was amazingly nice and very friendly. I will never order from that other place again. Dominos is definitely my place. Thanks guys for such a great job!
The 4 times I ordered they sent my order to the wrong address, every time I tell them to change the address that they mistyped and they say they did but they didn’t. My food is always cold and takes 2 hours to get to my house which is right around the corner. People on the phone are usually very rude and don’t really like to take customers orders, which is what they’re supposed to do because it’s a pizza place. I usually order because it’s the only one opened past 11, but it’s really not worth the stress
The absolute worst Dominoes pizza store I have come across. Do not order pizza delivery from this place. In the past order was placed money was charged but we never got a pizza. Nobody in the store ever answers calls. We gave the delivery another shot after 6 months today. After an hour of the pizza being completed for perfection the pizza was not delivered, no one at the store would ever answer calls and finally picked it up in person.DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!
Ordered at the register, one employee brought a tray of dough, moved her ponytail back with her hand and proceeded to make a pizza. Meanwhile, the employee helping me took my order at the register, gave me a pen to sign the receipt, picked a label from the label machine to add to a box then walked over to make my pizza. Two employees in the span one minute made pizza without washing their hands. I took my money back and walked out, I will never go back.
I am considering deleting the app and the store itself. After placing 2-3 orders a WK for nearly a year, I was mostly 4 - 5 star happy. However my last order about a WK ago took 54 minutes to get here from the time Tracker notified me Austin is double checking to make sure you pizza is made to perfection It arrived cold. I almost purged them from my contacts then but thought perhaps this was an anomaly. So I try again today, and again my pie was having the perfection test at 7:00 p.m. 30 minutes later it still hadnt left the store, so I called to politely cancel my order, and the gentleman said please hold for my manager Austin who then got in the phone and asked what my problem was, as I proceeded to explain he rudely interrupted me and said I just cancelled you order then Slammed the receiver in my ear. Called Jets and took 25 min from phone call to door knock with my pizza, and BTW I ordered the same thing from both.places, and Jets was $2 and some change cheaper. JS
Absolutely terrible. Didn’t get our delivery for 2 hours. Wanted a refund wouldn’t give it. They sent us no plates or napkins knowing we were at a hotel. And they didn’t cut our breadsticks. They seriously sent us one giant breadstick. Chelsea the manager was rude when I called and didn’t care that we were waiting for 2 hours for our food.
Awful. Ordered delivery and they told me 30 minutes. Called after an hour and they told me my order had already been picked up. Obviously there was a mixup, so they offered to make a new pizza and have it out in 20 minutes.40 minutes later, they arrived with 2 pizzas. One was the newly made pizza, the other I was told was the original that wasnt delivered. It was just some random that wasnt close to what I ordered. I was charged for both. Never again.
Customer service terrible theworse i had ever. Try to hurry up off the phone not even finish with my order.. Repeated my order twice to make sure it was correct. Order wasnt correct like i figured it wouldnt.. Call to tell them bout it instead of apoligizing . he told me he cooked it and its correct.. Which im cleary looking at my food with no cheese and ground beef. He says he will give me a 5 dollar credit.. The food cost 10 though and its going to the trash... Delivery driver swear he knew how to find my apt. Rushed off phone then call back 30 sec later not know where to go finally get to door bangs on door .. Have a door bell. then brought the food nor inside there Dominos bag snow all on it
Horrible experience at this location now! I am a regular customer and order at least a few times a month. I love their food and all the people are so nice.... except the new manager you have! She is rude and doesn’t care about customer service! I had such a horrible experience the way she talked to me and because of that they just lost a great customer that eats there.
No exaggeration. When it comes to getting GOOD and SPEEDY service this location exceeds my expectations. I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders and if I get something delivered it’s to my location, it seems, as soon as it’s out of the oven! Friendly staff at the store and friendly delivery drivers. 👍🏾👍🏾
I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is the worst. They don’t answer the phone at all, ever. If you try to order from this location online it says the order is in the oven but it NEVER arrives. No one will answer to let you know what’s going on with your order. Luckily I clicked the option to pay cash so I didn’t lose my money and chose to order with jets instead
I havent had Dominos for years... I ordered my pizza (ultimate pepperoni) and it was awsome , the crust was soft with a little chew, pepperoni had great flavor, the cheese was cheesy and the sauce tastes fresh. This place is clean and the workers are polite and prompt.
Pizza took 2 hours to arrive and was cold. When we called they said they were short on drivers so they had our pizza under a heat lamp for 45 min while they waited for a driver which resulted in a very unappetizing pizza and boneless wings. Was only offered a $5 off coupon for next time. Zain was very rude. Not ordering from here again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else order from here either.
If I could give this place No starts I would! As I read several reviews its no secret that so called manager Crystal is bringing that place down! After being told to shut up as well as being hung up on not once but twice, I called corporate only to find out this location is a franchise store so they probably dont take these reviews or complaints seriously but Shes contributing to them losing customers, if the owners dont care then they shouldnt be running a business! I will never order from there again & everyone I come in contact with I will tell them not to go there!
Ordered from this place week ago, took them 1 hour & 30 minutes to get here. Tried to call them again today they just pick up the phone and hang up. I get your they are under staffed but this store should be closed down if they can’t handle to business or can’t hire a driver. Even tried to contact corporate who relayed the message to the store, terrible corporate image and no responsibility on behalf or corporation.
I ordered only a pizza and bread at 9:45pm, it did not get delivered until 11:10pm(we live 7 minutes away) I called the store 4 times with no answer just to see if something was wrong and one of the calls they picked up and immediately hung up.... When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold and stale, we had to reheat and tune it up, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Horrible customer service. The manager was as rude as one can be. Yes, I made a mistake on the computer but she had no intention of fixing the problem and just told me to purchase another pizza. That was a complete waste of my time and money. I hope the owner of this of this franchised location does something about the customer service that is provided there.
Worst experience ever.. i eat very spicy and asked for some chilli flackes, the server only gave 2 packets. I asked for some more, she said we can not give more. Not that I was not willing to pay extra but I was not given option. Dominos should change their policy for people like me who eats really spicy.
Every time I deal with this Dominos its like an acid flashback where normal reality just doesnt make sense. Im pretty sure the employees all live in the same group home and are bussed into this Dominos for some type of weird social experiment that has nothing to do with pizza. Im all for them learning to integrate better with society but not all at the same time and during the same shift. The pizza comes out decent but youll leave the store wondering what the hell is going on in this Dominos. I think you should order just for the experience. Its quite unique.
Do not order from this dominos store...I would give zero stars if I could... no one answered the phone at all after waiting an hour for our delivery... drove to the store to see what was going on since no one would answer the phone... the girl behind the counter had an attitude and said they had no delivery drivers, the order was not made and they were busy... no courtesy call to say they couldnt place the order or anything... The app said it was made but they girl at the counter said it was never made... just asked for a refund... too bad I cant get the time back though... will be contacting corprorate...
I ordered online and they said they said they were on there way at 11:02 , now its 11:45 and Im still waiting so I decide to call and see whats going on . I get a Im sorry we canceled your order because we couldnt find your house we called but no answer . It will be another 45 min to an hour to remake your order and have the nerve to ask me what streets where by me and I told the first girl and she hung up , then I get another lady who tells me the same thing very rudely btw and I keep telling what streets Im by and she acts like she doesnt understand me and I very angrily told her dont you guys have a gps, thats what its for use it. Worst dominos to order from, they take a long time to make your food, and they make orders wrong then tell you that you can’t get a refund for a mistake they made by making your order wrong, they want to get loud over the phone when your being calm to them, I showed them the pizza was wrong then threw it away outside I was told I couldn’t get a refund because the manager didn’t see it when the cashier seen the pizza was wrong and saw the pizza get threw away
I used to order from it and it was go0d .. but today they gave me the wrong order ... and when i opened the box the pizza was not done ... like its should be baked more... plus the employees were not waringgloves.. ....i will never order again .i throw it in trash .... tasted like nothing no flavores !
This dominos has been terrible for me... Ive order carry out online and they have told me my order was ready and drove 10 minutes to pick it up to only wait 20 more minutes cause they hadnt made my order yet and as they were making it a larger white guy and black male were just talking and messing around the whole time... Ive also recently order delivery recently and they took 2 hours to deliver it... I live 10 mins away...
Online sucks and if you talk with Crystal its like talking to a wall. If you order online from favorite does not work and you have to reorder they will not give to points and crystal does not understand or care. Do not waist your time with people like this. Very rude and dumb female.
Terrible experience redeemed a free pizza and added a salad and wings, the salad and wings arrived never got the pizza then they decided to not pick up they phones waited on the phone for almost a hour still no pick up never got my pizza and now I have to spend more money to get back my point don’t expect good service from them at all

2022-02-27I should have read the reviews about this location. Ive ordered from here twice and both times Ive been disappointed.Today, I ordered online from this location thinking my order might be ready in a half-hour or so. The online status indicator showed it was in prepping mode for the half-hour I waited at home. I then drove to the location to see what was, but the door was locked. The delivery driver was sitting outside himself. I asked the driver what was up and he said the manager left for lunch and would be back, then took off. I waited another hour and nobody showed up.I understand how difficult it is to find workers right now to do this job, but if you cant fill the location with people, let your customers know, whether through the web site or contacting them. Now I have fifteen dollars that Ive paid to Dominos that Im not sure I will ever get back for no pizza whatsoever.Im never ordering from this location again. Never again am I making that mistake.

2022-06-23Horrible experience! I placed an online order, the previous day, to assure plenty of time for a large order to feed my coworkers during a lunch meeting. I received an email confirmation that my order was received and a pending charge on my credit card. The next day about 45 minutes before I was to pick up my order, I started watching the order tracker. Eventually it updated to say my order was being prepped. I then drove to the location because they didnt have any delivery drivers and when I got there, the door was locked. I knocked on the door, I tried calling, I even went to the back door and no one answered. I looked inside and could see the monitor screens on, but no one was visible at 11:45am on a Thursday. I called and and no one answered the phone either. I checked the Order Tracker again and it still said my order was being prepped. So here I am at noon, in the middle of a lunch rush, trying to find a place to feed 20 of my employees who are waiting for lunch to be served. Thankfully the awesome Dominos team at the Waterford location on Elizabeth Rd came to the rescue. It still put lunch behind by two hours, but at least they saved the day. Two hours later, my order at the University location says cancelled with no one calling, but at least my card has been refunded. I dont recommend if you are planning ahead to feed a group during a busy time.

2022-03-13Food was good, but the service was a little cringe. When I placed my order the tracker said it was ready. When I got there, I was told my pizza was still in the oven. I wasnt upset about that. There was a line of people and the employees pretty much pretended like the customers didnt exist. I wasnt the only one. There was a guy who I can tell was irritated, and a lady who walked out after an employee was cursing out loud saying F them about a customer while children were present. Like I said, no complaints about the food, just the vibe was not good on the employees part. Ive have had great experiences here, its just that the service tonight was unacceptable. On the bright side, I will give this place a second chance in the future

2022-03-12The worst experience ever! 1.5 hours wait for a pizzaThis is ridiculous! It will be the last time for me. It better to order at hungry how and pick up in 15 min than dealing with this. Came to the store and been told my order haven’t even made to the oven yet? This is not the way to serve, if you guys busy please care to update estimate time online or close the booking, but saying 45 minutes and in 1.5 hours haven’t made to the oven yet? If you are hungry or making plans for dinner this is not the place to go.

2022-02-09Where to start? I placed an online order at 5:51 on Saturday 2.5.22. No word from the store for an hour and a half. I called to find out what was going on... sat on hold for 30 minutes. Then I drove up there. 5 people in the store. They found my order but simply couldnt explain why I had waited so long for my order to arrive (up to 2 hours waiting by now). No apology, no effort to make things better.I stopped by little caesars on my way home. Finally got a call from the driver, Waleed (the only professional person on the crew from what I can see) at arpund 9:45. 4 hours for pizza delivery with no courtesy call? Pathetic.

2022-02-21I was in from out of town over the weekend and ordered a pizza to be delivered. It got to the hotel around 11:20pm and the whole order was completely wrong. I called back only to be left on hold for 45 minutes. When they finally picked up the phone (after midnight), the worker said they had my pizza and would deliver it. I waited up until 1am (their closing time) and the pizza was never delivered. Worst service Ive ever had.

2022-05-09Not sure what’s going on with this Domino’s, but it isn’t good. First of all, good luck ordering. Their phone system is set to cycle and no one ever picks up so you can’t call in an order, and online ordering is always closed. If you go into the store, it’s a mess and the employees always say it’s over an hour wait. They don’t even turn their open sign on - they actively are trying to prevent people from ordering.If the store is so short staffed they can’t fulfill orders, the owner needs to cut their losses and shut down temporarily. Right now, the way the store is run is embarrassing to Dominos and wasting customers’ time. Downtown Rochester Dominos’ still rocks though!

2022-07-08Was curbside pick up. After 15 minutes, went into store and NO ONE greeted me or asked if they could help. I read other reviews that stated how bad this franchise is and yet I tried it. Domino’s should be embarrassed. We will never return and I really beg people to believe the review. Disappointed beyond.

2022-04-25Don’t do it.I know you want to order from this specific Domino’s. The product is good. Domino’s has done a good job reinventing themselves into what was typically my favorite chain pizza. Whatever you do, do not order from this location. Anywhere else, sure. The Domino’s in downtown Rochester is awesome.This location is a dumpster fire. Just don’t do it.

2022-05-04Good luck ordering from them, they dont do online orders and dont answer their phones. Tried calling several times only to be on hold for long periods without anyone answering, and tried using the app several times with the same message that the store doesnt accept online orders.
