Comment: The location is convenient off the freeway, it is a really wonky driveway, at huge slants, with really small parking spaces.The rooms are okay, not as clean as they should be, doesn’t seem like vacuuming is a priority here. Also, the glassware was dirty. Looked like there was a blood stain on the carpet in the room.It is not a very quiet hotel either, if you aren’t on the 3rd floor, you will hear everything above you.The adjacent restaurant is good, the food was nice. And the staff was nice.

Comment: Im a Hilton Diamond Member and had made reservations for a particular night. I had communicated with the Hotel previous to me checking in that my Drivers License expired and that I hadnt received my new one as of yet, but I would add the person that was staying with me to the reservation. I was told by Shanti at the front desk that the person being added to my reservation needed to have a copy of their drivers license and a credit card to check-in, which that person had. Upon arriving to check-in, I was refused service because I didnt have my ID & I explained to them that the party on my reservation, who was with me at check-in had theirs. I was still refused service even after following the instructions of the front desk person who was there upon my arrival. I was forced to find another Hotel in the area which I find absolutely appalling.I have never been treated like this St any other Hilton property... I filed a complaint with Hilton and was told today that there would be no compensation made & thats it. Apparently being a Diamond Member means nothing - I will never stay at this location again & I recommend neither does anyone else.Youre in the hospitality business... well they were anything but hospitable and maybe its time I switch to Marriott Properties.Disgruntled Consumer & Diamond Member

Comment: Ive been in this hotel couple of times and unfortunately I had very bad experience last time. I had 2 night reservation and couldnt have a pleasent stay even for couple of hours! The front desk was not honest to help me out with my needs and if I brought my complains to the back office 2 times, I expected to see the issue was resolved, but I had to call myself again to check if the room is ready or not. The furniture are dirty, with many scratches and I think the management had changed over past year, since new staff needs training on how to treat a guest.

Comment: Overall great value & a hilton property. Looks like they are renovating. Rooms are standard, dated, but works. Not the quietest hotel, you can hear rooms next door and above, and that old house sound. Breakfast was just coffee… decent views. Friendly staff. Love using the hilton app, can they add a parking pass option on the app? Save paper and time.

Comment: I stayed here for Anime Impulse LA for the weekend, it wasnt a bad place and it was in a convenent location, plus it was one of the more affordable hotels in the area. The breakfast they had was pretty good, the room was clean and the beds were pretty cozy (except the flat pillows). My one issue was, the check out process was a little irratating cause they got my reservation mixed with someone elses, but this was fixed at the end of it all. Otherwise, I dont have any complants. If I come back to Anime Impulse LA or if theyre doing it again next year, Ill definately stay here again!

Comment: This hotel was nice to stay at, the add on restaurant was also nice. Per usual customer service at double tree was top notch. They appear to be renovating so some of the ceiling single didnt look the best. If they try to give you rm110, ask for another room. It adjoins the elevator so you do hear the elevator engine every time its used. Also because the waiting area for the elevator is right above the room youll hear conversations and alot of steps. Didnt bother me while sleeping, so thats nice.

Comment: Horrible people work here. I stayed here after my wedding a few years back, tried to have a little fun in our room and was told by security to be quiet. They cant understand and wouldnt try to understand this was our special day and we were enjoying ourselves. They kicked us out into the lobby and told us we could make noise there. We complied. The whole time out there they told us to be quiet, security standing around us antagonizing our guest with looks, attitude and intimidation means. Dont plan on coming here and having a good time. Pay money to be told to shut up. I will never go to another double tree or Hilton.Thanks for ruining our night. Much worse going on in the other rooms than a wedding party having a few drinks.

Comment: All is excellent, except these room are not discounted because there is no longer service to the rooms. Towels accumulate, trash builds up and overflows tiny trash bins, there is a coffee machine but after the first day no new cups or coffee to make.Chasing after the workers to get new towels, empty the garbage or getting new cups, glasses and coffee is just too hard.I do not understand why it is not automatic every second day of the stay, service the room. I do not see that they are charging less for the room rate, why have significantly less service?

Comment: Fairly clean room. Good location. Little things in the room is why I didn’t mark this a 5 star. There were drain flies and a few metal fixtures that were loose. I will always wonder why hotels think everyone likes feather/down pillows. The bed was comfy, just wish I didn’t need to buy a pillow when I travel. I loved that there was a 7 eleven right next to the hotel to get my jumbo coffee. Staff was courteous. I did not see any room service during my stay as well.

Comment: My husband and I just moved our business to Chino and have been trying different hotels when we stay in the area. Most of them have been OK, but not great. All that changed when we found this DoubleTree in Pomona! The staff here is fantastic, the hotel is modern and clean, and the bar/restaurant is gorgeous!We had some great food during our stay, both for dinner and for breakfast. When I hear breakfast buffet I cringe, thinking of the watery powdered eggs, limp bacon, unripe melon mixture, and stale pastries. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the beautifully crafted stations with two types of fresh, fluffy scrambled eggs (one with tons of meat, the other with tons of veggies) loaded homestyle potatoes, crisp bacon/juicy sausage, a fruit salad with berries, pineapple, melon, dragon fruit, and figs, a big green salad, freshly-baked pastries, and more. It was one of the best breakfast buffets Ive ever seen, and for a reasonable price.At dinner you can choose from steakhouse-style or Italian dishes with a variety of price points. Everything we ordered was hot and delicious, all with an amazing view of the mountains as the backdrop.For the negatives, the pool is small and the hot tub jets dont work, but both were clean. There was only one clean pool towel, but luckily it was hot out :-) The bathrooms are also pretty small, but we had a standard King room, so thats not unusual.Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at while visiting Pomona. Enjoy!

Comment: Overall stay was mediocre. We reserved a 2-bed room but were given a 1-bed and had to wait over an hour for a new room. We were told that since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia), our reservation isn’t “guaranteed”. We have booked hotels through 3rd party websites numerous times before and have never had that issue. The first room we were in was cleaned poorly; it smelled musty and the shower looked used. The second room had sticky counters and no spare sheets for the pull out in the closet. The next day we come back to an uncleaned room (with a ROACH on the floor) even though we requested a cleaning the night before. The food they have in their snack bar is spoiled, and most if not all of the frozen food is expired. My family and I have never had a bad experience with Hilton until this stay.

Comment: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, the fitness was good but lacked towels. Also, I would suggest at some point to reposition the treadmills to look outside at the pool area rather than face the wall. On the rooms, the bathroom was spacious, the shower curtain bars slightly curved to offer more space when showering and I really appreciated the full size body lotion and the quality of the lotion, body wash, and shampoo. First rate.

Comment: My visit was cut short, so I wasnt able to experience all amenities or the restaurant next door. The hotel is on the nice side of Pomona. Paid parking and parking in front fills up pretty quickly. The front desk was always polite and helpful. The interior is bright and airy. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. If ever in the area, I would definitely stay again. Also, yay to the return of doubletree cookies.

Pillows are great and climate control worked flawlessly. Showers have great pressure and FOR ONCE the provided shower gel and shampoo was actually usable quality. I didn’t even use my own!These was parking for us and our small trailer so that was also a bonus. Never had to fight for parking.

Has an Italian restraint but very expensive but good.Won’t stay again though for one main reason they only have one charging station with two connections. Right cord isn’t working and they charge as well for it. Most nice hotels have a bank of chargers and it’s free and especially when charging parking. Hilton garden inns or some of the Marriott’s will stay next since it’s free for EV drivers and have more then one working cord

Comment: Pleasantly surprised with how wonderful our stay was. Staff is 5 star. Extremely kind and helpful. When we needed extra bedding, coffee, water, they were super fast! Room was clean and spacious. We had 2 queen + sofa bed. Very nice and spacious lobby area to hang around in, water and cookies on arrival. Location is right off hwy 57 which was so convenient. Starbucks 2 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.

Comment: The hotel itself was nice, the restaurant inside was really good, alittle expensive but thats to be expected.The reason for my rating is because of the room itself. There was a mask on the floor when I arrived to the room, that was the first thing. The shower had very little pressure, and when I woke up to leave I was making the bed an noticed a stain on the sheet. After removing the sheet I noticed there were stains that penetrated down into the other layers.I removed all the sheets an comforter an left then folded on the ground with the stains facing up so staff could address this when room service cleans the room but I dont see myself staying at this location again.

Comment: I stayed two nights this week while in the area on business. The hotel is a mix of pros and cons.Pros: clean lobby, room, and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Great air conditioning. Great restaurant for dinner. We’ll equipped fitness center.Cons: thin walls- able to hear neighbors. Lumpy and creaky floors and halls. Breakfast at the restaurant was a Buffett with extremely limited options and nearly zero service. The fitness center was only open from 8a-8p and had no towels.Overall, not a bad stay. I will stay again if in the area as the pros during this stay outweighed the cons.

We take advantage of the digital key and it never arrived in my app. At the check in desk you then have to go through the check in process which is inconvenient. I am not sure why this happened at this property. My experience with other Hiltons has been great. The lobby is nice and the views are spectacular but the room itself needed a lot more care. There was grime around the faucet, and the vents were dirty. Not what I expect from a Hilton.

Comment: My daughter is a Hilton team member. The stay was not bad. But compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our vacation, DoubleTree by Hilton Pomona was the least accommodating. We asked the help desk at 1am for a luggage cart and were told none were available. I went to get my bags then came back. When I passed the help desk one was right around the corner not ten feet from her. The next day we went to breakfast and like usual we went to the buffet. When we got the bill we expected a team member discount, like we got at all the other Hilton Hotels. We were told that because the restaurant is not owned by the hotel they could not extend team member benefits. If I had known that we would have stayed at a hotel that does show its appreciation. Like the Embassy Suites in La Jolla CA. By the way, the buffet was good but not $35 per person good. Stand alone it may have been good but compared to others they just fall short.

Comment: I will never go to this hotel again. They checked me in and as I get on my floor a cop told us maybe like not be here. Go to elevator. A minute later 2 cops walked by with guns drawn. Apparently it a homeless man got in armed where you need a hotel key. The security is terrible to let a homeless man in like that. For the hotel check in lady to not warn us we cant even be on that floor as she was taking our money to buy the hotel room is ridiculous. This hotel isnt safe.

Comment: While it will always be known as the Shiloh Inn to me, this Double Tree is much nicer than I had anticipated. We booked it because of its proximity to our family and because its a Hilton property. Knowing the area, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and even though we were near the restaurant which was booked with parties both nights of our stay, the room was quiet and comfortable. Since we are former locals who still have family in the area, we will absolutely stay here again when were in town.

Comment: We had a 2 night stay here (July 21 & 22, 2022). We used keyless entry / contactless check- in to gain access to our room without having to go to the lobby to do so. It was easy and painless to do it this way but I missed the interaction with the hotel staff. I only went to the lobby once, and that was to get ice our first night. There are only 2 ice machines in the hotel (so I was told) and they were both out of ice on the morning we checked out so we went to the gas station right across the parking lot and bought a bag. We also had to request towels as only 2 sets were left in our bathroom and we were a party of 3. The front desk had them brought up to our room in less than 15 minutes . The hotel was nice, clean, furnishings in the lobby and our room were modern, comfortable, clean, and well kept and the premises were well maintained and pretty. We couldn’t hear any of the other guests through the walls and judging by the full parking lot, there were many. The rooms have mini refrigerators and microwaves. Rooms are spacious. We had dinner one time at the Italian Resturant located inside the hotel and it was very good. This Double Tree is an easy 2 miles from UC Cal Poly Pomona . We’ll be in the area often from now on and this will be our place to stay.

Comment: Nice place, but then again, most D-Trees are. The in hotel restaurant was what finally pointed me to choose this hotel over others in the area. The Vita Restaurant did not disappoint. A little over priced, but most hotel restaurants are. The large square bar is a nice size and easy to find a seat. I was only there a night and having a good place to eat without travel is a great option for road warriors.

Hotel shares property with nice Italian Restaurant (and parking).Staff at checkin and checkout were very friendly, professional, and polite. Friendly front desk staff.Cons: main elevator out of service, parking lot is narrow and hilly. I recommend parking further away from the front entrance, because my coworkers rental car was dinged by someone cutting a corner too sharp.****The worst con is, no daily room cleaning.**** It got disgusting in there. People were leaving trash bags and laundry in the hallways, making it smell like stale food, and well, garbage. Using COVID-19 is not only a poor excuse to not provide daily room cleaning, its also the complete opposite of what you want during a pandemic. You think the airlines would get away with telling their travelers, sorry, we only clean our airplanes every other day? On top of that this Pomona and Claremonts hotels were *packed* because of college orientation weeks and full of families helping their college kids move. So imagine how many trash bags Im talking about here.Hilton is usually better than this, so Im really disappointed. Just as a point of reference, Hiltons sister properties outside of LA county clean rooms daily. Theres just no excuse for this.

They even put a seal on your door to show you that your room is clean for covid. But what about basic housekeeping. When theyre black little hairs in your sink that really makes you wonder how good it was cleaned. The shower door kept opening when taking a shower. Looks like they just recently did a remodel that had roller shower doors but they would not stay closed either way you put them. The vent above the toilet was just almost hanging there you could see light on the other side as if they put one in that was too small.

The rooms are large and comfortable, with a living area, nice mountain views and a desk as well as an updated bathroom, plus a small fridge and a microwave. Also, the door had a seal on it when I arrived verifying it was sanitized for COVID-19, which gave me peace of mind. The restaurant was in operation for lunch and dinner, and their food was among the best Ive ever had in a hotel. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is that they dont offer breakfast and they failed to locate and provide a copy of my lunch check despite my having spoken to the restaurant manager about it in person.

Comment: Beautiful hotel with extremely comfortable bed and seating area. Great bathrooms and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Ice is available in the hallways. A wonderful restaurant is attached and it has a great menu with individual pizzas, tomato-eggplant soup, salads, and delicious sides such as cannellini bean ragu and mashed potatoes. Its possible to dine in at the restaurant while seated inside or on its balcony. Each location provides beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides. You can also place orders for room service. And of course the Doubletree in Pomona, California has warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts at the front desk.

Comment: This is the second hotel that I called and I have the same experience with the first hotel I tried to reach out for emergency booking.I called the hotel today at 12midnight since our area has a power outage and needed a place to stay. Especially my 2 children has an online school and needed an internet for their class.I checked my app and it shows that theres available room to book, so then I called the hotel to see if we can check in right away.Guess, what did the night audit say you cant check-in because we are sold out for tonight, even if you book it I wont be able to check you in. Since we are sold out.Mind you I explained her my situation and still insist that this place is sold out.I used to work as a night auditor or front desk for 5+ years. If the system is sold out it will automatically update or if the hotel has negative rooms to sell the manager will update the system to close the online booking system. To make sure no reservation can be made. For the morning shift the front desk will check how many arrivals and available rooms are good to sell for the entire night. And if it the hotel is in negative status the manager will close the reservation online. AnywayBut in this case I assume the night auditor doesnt want to make a sell and accommodate a customer. The front desk personnel then asked me, in front of other guests, What medical need I have for a service animal? - mind you this is none of their business and way out of the range of questions they should ask, especially in front of other guests. I obliged and told her what needs I had for him.As if that wasnt embarrassing enough, the next day I was walking back into the hotel through the lobby and I was approached by the (Im only guessing because he didnt tell me his name or if he worked with the company) general manager. He proceeds to tell me that they are not a PET friendly hotel, so I informed him that my animal is a registered SERVICE animal and sorry for any confusion. He proceeds to ask me (just as the front desk personnel did) What medical need I have for a service animal and because he didnt like my answer of Thats not your business, all you need to know is he is a registered service animal, he then tell me that it is not possible because of the breed and level of energy my dog has. Mind you this is in front of several different guests...To top it all off, I check my bank account today and I see an extra charge of $250. I called to get to the bottom of it all. The general manager, Sam, would not take my call and kept forwarding me to voice mail.I waited a while and he wouldnt return my call, so I called the corporate offices.Bottom line is, he has no right to tell me that my dog cant be a service animal because of his BREED then charge me a $250 cleaning fee.Dont stay there if you have a service animal! They will charge you the cleaning fee!

Comment: Front desk staff was very rude every day I was there, the hotel had a smell to it, not a pleasant smell but almost a dirty mop type of smell, there were fruit flies throughout the property flying around inside and in the room, and the temperature in the room was locked and regulated at 74 degrees. I also found out the rate provided for the event I was attending was not really a discount rate so don’t be fooled by that tactic, do your research. This property doesn’t offer much and there is not a lot readily around to eat or entertain. Find another property to stay for the rates they offer.

Comment: Young lady at the desk was rude and short and appeared to enjoy telling me that my room wouldn’t be ready for hours. She didn’t even offer to take my bag while I waited or to explain there was a wonderful restaurant right down the hall. I highly recommend the Vita restaurant. Amazing service, nice atmosphere and happy staff. They should duplicate these folks at the front desk.

Comment: I must give 5 stars. The hotel is in the middle of no where and you dont really expect anything that good.I was there for a business trip. I was hungry and they directed me to the restaurant and assured that they would take care of my registration after I ate. Then they opened a drawer and gave me 2 warm cookies after the registration. Theres a warmer in the drawer that keeps cookies warm. Also 2 cookies mean Double Tree. Thats the tradition.It was my first time at any Double Tree hotel. It had energy efficient lighting and the hotel looked new. My rooms was also nice.

Comment: This is a great place to stay especially if you get one of the top floors. Which makes you feel away from it all. And their breakfast is great, loved the crispy bacon. And the orange juice and tea was perfection. Wish it was complementary though. Overall pretty classy stuff here.The only two things that bothered me while I stayed here were. The little flying bugs coming from the shower drain, it was just those little nats nothing really to fret about or deter you from staying here. Just keep the bathroom door closed.The second thing may not be in their control but Im going to mention it anyways. When walking in the hallway it smelled really bad like marijuana. So bad my eyes were stinging and I felt little dizzy. I had to hold my breath to get passed the aroma whichever room it came from.Overall this is a good place to stay if you got the cash or points.

Comment: I have no clue where to even start with the Double Tree by Hilton Pomona. This place is awesome. From the front desk people to the bell boy guys and alk the rest inbetween they were so nice. Im looking for an excuse to come back there again. The cookies are nice and warm upon check in. I really felt like a queen in this hotel. In the room i had a nice view of a nice green mountain, microwave, coffee/tea maker and a mini fridge. Spacious room had a desk a sofa sleeper along with 2 queen beds and a chair with ottoman to relax in. So many great things to say about this hotel. No I do not work here or have any interest in the hotel. I was very impressed with it overall. Defiantly will stay here again.

Comment: This hotel is very reason I continue to stay at this chain of hotels. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. This is exactly what I look for when I approach the counter at any hotel. The fact that they make a solid effort to make you feel welcomed says great things about the establishment. The room was fantastic but the complimentary breakfast could have used some help. Most of the food was cold but at least the staff was friendly. I was extremely amazed by how clean the lobby, the restaurant, and the restrooms were.

Comment: I was an over night guest at the Doubletree Pomona the first week of January 2019. My room was paid for by a corporate company for one night, I had to put a $50 deposit that was to be refunded upon check out. I checked out the following day, desk clerk asked how my stay was and proceeded to check me out. While she was looking at her computer, she mentioned I had room service, to which I replied she was mistaken and I had not ordered any type of room service and to please look further as to who did because it was definitely not my doing. The clerks looks somewhat perplexed and almost incredulous of my statement but within a few seconds of my protest she removed room service fee. I was meeting up with my lawyer that morning and I mentioned the situation...without skipping a beat he proceeds to tell me this could be a possible bogus charge because the hotel is able to see that a corporate company was footing the bill and the extra charges would probably go unnoticed had the clerk not asked if I had ordered room service. Upon my return home the following day, I checked my bank account I see that Doubletree Tree charged and removed the room deposit and added a $26 unknown fee twice. I am not very pleased about double charges and I will follow up if they are not credited back. The chances of me staying at a Doubletree again are slim to none...although I didnt pay for my stay at Doubletree Pomona, I dont appreciate scam like tactics or discrepancies of the sort. The hotel is very visually appealing but the bogus room service and double charges was enough to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Comment: The stay was good, everyone was pleasant, but no continental breakfast, so bring some sandwiches from the store and other goodies. They do give you a cookie and warm one when you check in. If u want more make sure you order ahead before you leave. The bedroom was clean as well as the restroom. The beds were okay, a bit lumpy for my taste, but its a clean bed with clean sheets. They have a restaurant next to the hotel, not much around the area but a gas station, so will have to drive a bit for other restaurants, Starbucks is near by though. Besides that, the stay was good, they had a tv cable, heat/AC, small fridge and microwave for small things. Good.

The location makes this a business hotel for those who are not looking to lounge by the pool or have nice views of the nearby mountains. The pool is over the under ground parking so cars have to drive right next to it. And my view of the gas station outside my window was less than wonderful. If this hotel was in a better location I would have given it a better rating. But for a quick business trip it wasnt terrible.

Comment: Attended a conference at the Vita Italian restaurant, but I didnt stay overnight. The restaurant has great service and amazing food. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend the salmon dish and pork pizza. The rest of the hotel looks great after it was completely renovated in 2017.

Comment: Hotel doesnt look like much from the,outside. You sort of feel like you are going through the,Wendys drive thru while find your way up the front door, which is around back. Once inside it is surprisingly nice. Good restaurant and an amazing covered outdoor patio. Super high ceilings and heaters. The view isnt spectacular, but spent a lot of time out there, eating and working and shocked no one was ever out there, during the day or night. Okay by me.

I love that they split the rooms waste bin in a spare aesthetic so that you can sort your waste! Appreciate that sustainable thinking in a business. Warm cookies at night was a sweet welcome. Comment: We are Hilton Honor members and I have to say, recent visits have left me pretty sad. We checked in and I was unfortunately sick. Got to the room and the air conditioning and the refrigerator was not working. The maintenance department tried very hard to get it working without success. He brought in a portable air conditioner and refrigerator. But after an hour and a half the room was still hot. My husband talked to maintenance again and he really apologized. Put us in another room and that room had the same issues. But after moving to the other room, at least this portable air conditioner worked a little better. Not fun when you are sick.

Comment: Had a wonderful experience! We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday at raging waters and since we were traveling 2 hours away, we decided to get a hotel. The original hotel I had found wasn’t too pleased on the reviews. Then I landed on this hotel! When we arrived it’s a quick and easy check in. The room was on the first floor, next to the gym AND an entrance to the pool as well. With having my daughter and niece, this was very convenient. It was a beautiful room and was very prompt on requests. Hope to stay here again soon! Thank you for the amazing service and such beautiful hotel! Hope to be able to come with just my husband so we can try the restaurant for a little getaway.

Comment: The parking lot is my biggest grievance. It was a little difficult to find the entrance (same entrance as the Wendys). The parking lot itself is on a big hill and is extremely bumpy and has many parking spots on extreme inclines... So its not ideal. VITA is a beautifully designed restaurant located inside the hotel. They proudly serve beers from the local Cal Poly Pomona brewery and many of the ingredients are also sourced from their campus. They have a pretty nice outdoor patio overlooking the surrounding cities. Its a nice atmosphere but be advised it does come with a bit of a premium.

Comment: We celebrated a friends birthday with dinner at Vita Italian restaurant. We sat in the patio area which has plenty of room and they even have patio style couches and TVs. Someone in the tech Dept needs to adjust the screen zoom on the screens because they are not insync. Anyway, one less star because they didnt honor the dineLA menu. Another less star because the food was ok. Wife and I shared beets citrus salad which was tasty. However, the spaghetti and meatballs (additional) were lacking in flavor.

Comment: The hotel is right off the highway but not close enough to be noisy. They have free parking and a nice bar/restaurant. Youre able to check in using their Hilton app and you really dont need to go to the front desk. The rooms are cozy and well remodeled. The televisions are up to date. The televisions are really great if you want to play Nintendo or PlayStation 4 while traveling. The work out room is clean and has the basic hotel equipment. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. On a side note, I left my laptop charger in my room. I contacted the hotel front desk and they stated would attempt to located it. My charger was found by housekeeping and was 2nd day aired to me through UPS. I really appreciated this as the charger was $70.00.

Comment: The staff is friendly, and the location is very convenient to the Cal Poly Pomona campus. The hotel is nice, although there are some minor workmanship issues I did not expect to see in a brand new hotel like this one (little stuff like gaps in the tile grout, which I probably only notice because Ive worked in the construction industry). My one real complaint is that Ive yet to get the WiFi to work properly; I can connect just fine and the signal is strong, but the speed is slower than 3G. Hopefully this is just a bug that will get worked out.

Its called Vita,and had 2 of the worst meals of my life here. 1st was a dinner for 4 that we all had problems with, then decided to take advantage of the free breakfast (for Hilton Honors members) and again were met with disappointment and found ourselves in the Wendys drive thru out front about 10 min after our breakfast here.... Never again!

Comment: Fun happy hour with a sunset view! Local brews on tap from Cal Poly, produce, dairy and some meats all locally sourced! Crispy polenta and wings are a MUST! Finally a local place with quality ingredients! We will be back! ;)
