My car looks brand-new and its 3 years old. Thank you Dr. Detail. (Unfortunately Dr. Detail doesnt appear as a provider in my HAP health insurance plan)
I had less than an hour to get my car detailed and washed. The detailing guy worked with my time frame and met my price needs. The outcome of the car was amazing and fresh. It smelled better than that new car smell and I was very pleased with the car wash done by hand (which is better for the car). I would 100% go back to Dr. Detail.
I didnt think I could love my car more! The attention to detail, the fresh (not overpowering) scent, and it looks like a brand new Car! Eric was my detailer and not only did he do great work, he was friendly and professional. My husband and I will be returning!
Run, run.......RUN a from this business!!!!! Had a medical emergency which caused me to cancel my appointment. They took my deposit of $250 for doing absolutely nothing. I understand charging me for canceling but $250, seriously?! Yet another example of the epic and systemic great American money grab! This should be illegal!!!
How disappointed?! Dropped off my truck to get an interior/exterior wash, w some extras I was happy to pay for. Got my truck back after 4.5hrs & it was still disgusting. Not fully vacuumed, pet hair every where & didn’t even clean the extras that I asked to be added. Paying almost $20 extra for each thing I asked to be done & not have it completed is very disspointing. Very deceiving staff, don’t waste your time or your hard earned money!!!
Did a superb job at cleaning our mini van after a 20 hour car ride with two toddlers. Now it looks brand new! Will definitely be using them in the future!One thing they can work on though is the awkward entrance/connection thing they have going on with their window tint shop. Dont wait around in the detailing side, no one will help you, you have to walk over to the tinting side for any services.

The car detail was good, but they forgot to clean the interior (Third row) completely. They also never pick up the phone. Other than that i had no issues
Dont go here unless you expect to pay more than what they tell you. I got the deal on Amazon and first off they hit me with a $30 excessive stain fee that was not mentioned on Amazon anywhere. After showing the guy that it wasnt listed on Amazon he still charged me. On top of that when I went back to my car the entire panel next to my driver side door was full of dirt and my passenger seat looks dirtier than when I brought it in and my driver seat still has the same coffee stains on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Its too bad Google doesnt allow us to post pictures in our reviews because I would love to show everyone how poor of a job they did.
Not bad. The outside wasn’t that impressive but the inside was nice. I definitely have new scratches on my car since dropping it off there. I wish I took photos before.
Detail was not exactly detailed enough to my taste. Bought a Groupon to save money while checking the place out and was forced to upcharge or sacrifice either my interior or exterior detail because shockingly my car was actually in need of a detail and I on a dog who occasionally rides in my car.
I am so impressed. When I say that there was a ton of dog hair in my car and I wasn’t sure it could even be done... I was wrong. Matt did a superb job. The car is spotless. I’m never letting my dogs in it again because I’d rather not ruin it.
The car was really dirty and they did a fantastic job. Especially the interior. Well worth the money. Also very nice people.

Went in for a spot cleaning for the carpet in my car. They went above and beyond and cleaned all my carpeting, seats and all my windows. Excellent service, highly recommended!

2022-06-15My mom purchased this deal from Groupon and it was no deal. They immediately told her there would be an extra charge of $50 because of excess dirt and pet hair. My moms truck wasnt that dirty because she hardly drives it and there has never been an animal in her truck. We were told it would be done by 6 when they closed, which gave them three hours. They started calling at 5:15 and saying it was done and we told them we would be there by 6. They called again at 5:30 to remind us that her truck was done. We werent happy before we even got out of the car because you could see the windows were still dirty. After looking at the truck it appears that they only sprayed the bed down with water because its still got dirt, rocks, pine needles and dirt visible. The dirt on the seat from a plant was still on the back seat also. They again tried to get her to pay more money for work they didnt do. I contacted Groupon and got the money refunded for the other car that was supposed to be done.

2022-05-12I know i was treated differently because how i lookedMatt customer service is beyond trash!Matt called me with horrific language and told me to take it up with Groupon and called me dirty and said my car was hazard that would never touch. He wanted me to pay an extra 400 to only do the interior.

2021-11-18Absolutely loved my experience here. Matt detailed my car, did an amazing job, was extremely nice, personable, and professional. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this place is great! My car looks and smells better than the day I got it from the dealership years ago. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back myself.

2021-06-18The actual car turned out very nice... however Matts customer service is beyond trash! After leaving I discovered that the door panel on my car was missing. Instead of taking note of it on the report, he proceeded to argue with me that the car came in that way. He finally admitted he forgot and was trying to leave not before he hung up on me when I said I wanted to get a deposit I paid for a future service back.-Once I return Matt then threatened me using horrific language. The customer being right mantra has gone out of the door. Matts behavior was beyond horrific and he even said hed offer me (unsolicited) 2k for the junker.-This service was gift to me from friends who had used them before. Friends that were on FaceTime and saw and heard the entire exchange. They booked one service then was called by Matt and told they need to pay more. They talk about a worker shortage... I can totally see it if Matt is able to be manager of anything. I now have a broken door and the manager didnt even have the courtesy to offer a solution for it. Please dont use... Youll be better off dealing with the self service option at Kroger that machine at least says thank you.

2021-09-01My son recommended this place to me...they are GREAT! I was so embarrassed, my Expedition was so in need of detailing and wax, these guys made it look like a brand new SUV. Make an appointment, youll be really pleased!

2020-10-11Jake did a really great job on the interior of my truck! It was really dirty and smelly, but it looks and smells awesome now. The paneling, the carpet, the leather seats all looked almost new when they were done. I bought a Groupon and theres an additional $30 fee for SUVs not mentioned by Groupon. So a little more transparency on pricing would have been nice but not a big deal. This was my first detail but Ill be here every 3-4 months moving forward.

2019-10-23Took about 4 hrs for just an interior detail but the job was well done. They didn’t do the trunk which isn’t a huge problem but would’ve been nice to know that they weren’t gonna do it. I had gotten an interior and exterior detail on Groupon but when I got there they said I had to pay $30 extra to do both interior and exterior due to the dog hair that was in my car so I ended up not paying the extra price and just getting the interior done. I understand way they do this but be careful about the Groupon. Overall great customer service and a good job. Would recommend just plan to be there for a very long time.

2021-05-06Have a black impala and they cleaned it really good looked so much better they talked me into buffing out some scratches and restoring my head lights and they did a really good job! The staff is super nice definitely check them out!
