If there was a negative star I would of gave him.The doctor didn’t even bother to call me post surgery. Every time I call I say I want to meet with the doctor in person, they say we can’t cause of the pandemic and that’s bs. I told him what I wanted and he didn’t even do what I asked for, I am very not satisfied with the results .Very unprofessional.
From the first phone call to the office I felt so comfortable. The staff and Dr. Roche are nothing but informative, kind, honest and just overall wonderful customer service. I had a breast augmentation and could not be happier with the results. Any time I have a question post op they are there, such a great staff he has. I would absolutely recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a professional who knows what he is doing. So glad I didnt go with any of the other doctors I met with. Thank you all so much.
Why I chose Dr. Roche is because he has worked on people who have suffered serious trauma to the face and was able to bring their confidence back. From my first phone conversation, I appreciated his honesty about rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. My noes, lets just say was flat with a drooping tip. Being African American I wanted to know if their was a possible fix. Dr. Roche knew exactly what to do without hesitation, I was very impressed!Breast Lift and Augmentations, he is a pro and very well known. I just trusted him! I wasnt expecting perfection but it was literally perfect! My results left me speechless, my breast are AMAZING! After having a baby, my breast needed work. Words cannot express my gratitude!Honestly this was my first time having any surgerys after being prepped, he came into the room, Dr. Roche showed me patience and explained everything fully so that i understood and felt comfortable. The entire staff is wonderful and full of energy.Dr. Roche is patient, kind and caring, he has succeeded all of my expectations. I had been wanting to get breast augmentation surgery for a very long time. I researched many doctors over the years. I had read reviews about Dr Roche that were both good and not so great. I decided I needed to go to the office and speak with someone to make my own perception of them. I’m so glad that I didn’t let the bot responses online deter me from having my surgery done with Dr Roche. The office staff was so helpful and have been there for me to help make the process less scary. After multiple conversations, I felt comfort having Dr Roche perform surgery on me. My breasts look and feel amazing. The healing process has been so smooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! People always think a positive review is a fake one, but I can assure you I am a real patient. I’m so much more confident in my body and I have Dr Roche and his amazing staff to thank for that!!
A big thank you to Dr. Roche and his lovely team! They are very thorough and helped me understand a lot and answered all my questions. I had fat transferred to my jaw and lips, I’m two weeks post op and they look great! I’m very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone!! 10/10 Thank you so much I’m very pleased with my results.
Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and polite. I never felt uncomfortable; even on my first day there during the consultation. Dr Roche was very informative and made me feel even more confident about my decision to get Lipolite. I will definitely send all my friends and family to him. I love my body more now and I feel even more confident at the gym because now I just get to work on maintaining and tightening. Thank you to Dr Roche and his wonderful team!!
Better than I could have even imagined! After seeing all of the press about textured implants, I decided to have my implants either removed or replaced. After two consultations, I went with replacing my saline textured implants with the gummy bear silicone and I could not be happier with the results. I had previous nerve damage but after my replacement augmentation, the normal feelings are back and I love the natural look and feel of my breasts. The staff are all so kind and caring. Dr. Roche took time to speak with me twice in person and another time on the phone answering all of my questions and dealing with my concerns. I cant recommend him enough! You will be so glad you went with Dr. Roche.
Great experience with CO 2 laser surgery for face and neck, some stem cell and my skin looks and feels so much better. Very comfortable surroundings for their private surgical suite. The facial products are very helpful.The aftercare was professional and compassionate as there is always one more question.Happy to recommend Dr. Roche and his friendly helpful staff. It’s 5 ⭐️ ‘S.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Roche and his office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Roche did a perfect job on my breast augmentation and three of my girlfriends. I had my surgery 12 years ago and at my last mammogram they told me that my implants are still in great condition. Definately recommends Dr. Roche
I first came to Dr. Roche seeking help with a bungled procedure that left ugly scarring. He listened to my concerns and was able to correct it, making such a difference in my life. I have been so pleased with my experiences with Dr. Roche. and his staff that I suggested my husband seek treatment for an issue that had been bothering him for a long time. We are both very happy with what Dr. Roche was able to accomplish. If you are looking for a professional, talented, innovative and caring individual Dr. Roche is your man. They offer you to text you for appointments and consultations but never calls you back and when you call the office the front desk people are very nasty to customers and very rude also they website and they are listed as they accepted certain insurance but coming to find out they don’t but they won’t update there information with better business bureau I’m confused now I see why they have reviews and complaints good luck everyone
Dr. Roche and his AWESOME staff have literally changed my life for the better- Dr. Roche performed my breast augmentation surgery 3 months ago and the results are FABULOUS! My breasts are fuller, just the right amount of volume to match the lower half of my body. Outside of my sister- I have not shared the fact that I had a breast augmentation with my family. Interestingly, I am getting non-stop compliments on my workouts, diet, etc but no one realizes it is new breasts! This is a testament to the skill/experience that Dr. Roche brings to the surgery table. This was literally my first surgery and they made it comfortable, educated and informed me every step of the way, and answered all of my questions/concerns at the office, via email, and on the phone. My recovery was easier than breast feeding (I have 4 children) and left me feeling less sore than many of my upper body workouts. I highly recommend Dr. Roche and HIS STAFF for their professionalism, friendliness, attention, and skill.

Dr roche and staff were amazing through out the whole process. I had my procedure a month ago. Recovery and healing process went well. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to dr roches office. Staff made my process so smooth and easy for me especially with Covid restrictions and everything. Tracy, Jenny, and Jeannine were very very helpful. I loved how I can just text them anytime I had a concern or question and they will answer me within an hour the max. I went through a lot of mood swings and was very emotional during recovery which they prepared me for before surgery but they still were very patient with me and tried to make me stay positive. I’m already happy with my results but I still have more time to heal so I’ll wait for 3 to six months for final results.
I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.
So I called today to make an appointment for a consultation for lipo. The receptionist told me that the dr will do a consultation over the phone that’s going to cost me $30. I don’t mind paying the $30 or any amount for that matter if it’s an in person consultation. She also told me that a lot of the dr’s do that now. I’ve been to a few in person consultation, so that’s a lie. Then she proceeded to tell me that I would take pictures of the area I want treated and send it to them so the dr can tell me how much it would cost me. Physical interaction is way better then pictures. I’m sorry but I prefer in person. Thanks but no thanks
I would like to start out by saying that I have had an amazing experience with Dr Roche and his entire staff , especially Mimi and Tracy . I had many consultations with several surgeons prior to Dr Roche , and after my visit with Dr Roche I just knew that he was my surgeon . I was so afraid and had so many questions , I can honestly say that Dr Roche and his staff answered all of my questions , made feel extremely comfortable and Dr Roche himself told me that everything would be just fine and he would take care of me, and he did. .I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling wonderful. I amazed at my results so far. Dr Roche truly exceeded my expectations with his work especially being so early in my healing process , my body has been transformed . I cannot wait to see the progress over the next 3 months . I believe that Dr Roche has been blessed with a gift and it shows in his work . I am writing this review for my mom, she doesnt have a gmail account. From the minute my mom and Dr. Roche had there consultation to after her surgery a few days ago, she feels terrific. He listened to her wants, needs and reasonable desires. It has been full of compassion, kindness, and amazing results. My experience with Dr. Roche was delightful and a great one. I am 5 days post op from having LipoTite, BodyTite, and Liposuction. I chose Dr Roche based on his credentials, experience, and modern techniques. Finding then that he also has an amazing staff was a bonus. From day one everyone has made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and gave me realistic expectations of the procedure and recovery process. I was nervous the day of surgery and Tracey and Amanda put me right at ease. Janine has been beyond helpful and never made me feel like a bother with my texts of random questions I thought of. Jenny was so supportive in post op. And at only day 5, I feel Dr Roche should add “Magician” to his credentials because I am amazed at the results I am seeing so far and I am only going to keep improving. I also really respect that he adds homeopathic options to aid in recovery. I highly recommend the IsoDerm Neuro Support cream! My first time trying a CBD product and it allowed me to recover with only needing extra strength Tylenol. I am so thankful that I made the call, and placed trust in Dr Roche.
Whatever you do, do not see Dr. Roche for breast surgery. I had a consultation with Dr. Roche for a breast reduction and lift and he completely shamed my body & left me in tears. Ive never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. Speaking of unprofessional, the picture I attached shows just that. The only reason that he has a good review rating is because he makes you sign a document that you will not post or publish and defamatory remarks about my treatment and threatens to sue you if you post a bad review.Additionally, I stressed to him that I was not interested in implants and just interested in a lift. He continued to bring up implants after I continually told him I do not want them. When he sent me the quote, implants were included. If you look on Yelp, there was one woman who went into surgery for a breast reduction and woke up from surgery with implants.He asked me 0 questions about why I wanted this done nor did he even mention my name. He was not informative at all and the entire consultation took no more than 3 minutes. Overall, I felt a great amount of unprofessionalism from Dr. Roche and felt as if he was shaming me into getting this surgery done.Now, Im one week post op of a breast reduction and lift from a different plastic surgeon. My experiences were night and day. My doctor was so informative & I couldnt be happier with the results
I recently had an consultation with Dr. Roche and it was amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The office was very nice and easy to find right off 1-75. I was super nervous and the staff made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I had known them for years! Dr. Roche is so comforting. He answered every question and concern I had and I didnt feel rushed. He really takes his time. I will definetly have my surgery there. I highly recommend this facility! Their excellent!!!
All I Can Say Is Wow!! I Had my Surgery For a Breast Augmentation at The End of April I Went Up Two Sizes from a A to Full C and I Couldn’t Be More Pleased With How I Look. My Scar is Small, The Bruising Was Minimal If Any At All. I Was Sore and Needed a Few Days Rest but Was Back To Work The Next Week. I Can’t Wait To Show Off My Summer Bod! Dr. Roche and His Team of Wonderful Ladies Made Me Feel Very Comfortable and Answered Any And All Of My Many Many Calls and Gave Me All The Answers I Needed! Thanks Again I’m So Geeked!
I had a breast augmentation done June, 2015. I cannot day enough about the doctor and staff! Dr. Roche spends time with you and helps make the decision with you! Three of my sisters has previously used Dr. Roche and i knew i would use him as well. My Best friend just had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Roche as well. We all LOVE him and the staff. Looking into this Plastic surgeon was the best thing I ever did!!! I was so surprised that Dr Roche spent so much time with me during my first appointment, he was present and I didn’t feel rushed. My life was forever changed when I went to Dr. Roche nearly 3 years ago. After going to multiple consultations, I knew I was in the right place the moment I stepped in his office. My particular procedure is known to be quite painful, however; I experienced very minimal pain and downtime. I was feeling confident and bikini ready within weeks of my operation and have never felt better since being completely healed. I consulted with Dr. Roche today about a procedure I have been contemplating for some time, and after seeing him I know it is going to come out just as amazing as my first operation did. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Roche to anyone and everyone because he and his team are the best of the best in the field of plastic surgery!
My wife had a breast augmentation done a few months ago and the staff before the surgery and after have been top notch. Very professional and carrying. Dr Roche did a great job on her new breasts. She has more confidence than she has ever had. Her new breasts match her body perfectly.
I do recommend Dr. Roches office because my experience was very positive. First impressions - the whole office is pink! Its like Betsey Johnson decorated! Very comfortable environment. The staff are very nice, professional people. I loved Amanda. She answered every question I had and was such a sweetheart! I did the 12 Zerona green Laser treatments and I really was surprised how affordable the treatments were. In one month I lost 20 pounds, 3 inches off my waist, 4.5 inches off my hips and 1 inch off each thigh. Its been about a month since my last treatment and I am down another 10 pounds and continuing to lose weight. I am so happy with my results and I would definitely go for another round of treatments.
My first visit to see the doctor was amazing. I was comfortable and I was very pleased with the plan he made up. I had a traumatic horrific accident that has left my body looking absolutely deformed. It has left me feeling depressed and hopeless. Within the 45 minutes I spent with Dr. Roche and his beautiful assistant made me feel so much better! And when I see a glimpse of hope shed on my situation it means the world to me. I believe in my heart Jesus led me to his office and into their hands to make me feel normal again. I believe he led me to them to be the person I was meant to stay and be.His assistant was soft,sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable even though I know I look hideous. And Dr. Roche didnt seem intimidated whatsoever by the many procedures he has to do to me to get me into the best I can look. I had the opportunity to meet his wife too and she was very sweet as well. I am beyond excited for him to work on me and I give their office 5 stars for the way they treated me and how comfortable I was and for the way he told me exactly what was going to be done and how easy it seemed to him to fix. Plus he is beyond experienced❤
Today 1/7/2020 I went into the office for a consultation and I must say I LOVE THE STAFF. They are so sweet and energetic. They are also nice looking which is a plus because I judge everything when searching for the perfect doctor for my surgery. If the staffed looked WERID or out of shape I probably wouldn’t have went because that means they don’t trust the doctor so how could I lol. Dr. Roche was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I’m so looking forward to having my surgery with him. I will keep u guys updated. So far so good I will soon become a RocheDoll 🥰
Very warm and inviting place and the staff esp Amanda and Tracey go out of there way to answer your questions and concerns. I always felt safe with Dr. Roche, he is very personable and professional. He listened to me when I said I would love to be smaller on top where the last surgeon didnt. I cant wait to all the bruising from the liposuction goes away for the new look. Everyone in the office is very nice. Tracy is who did my laser hair removal and diva treatment, she did an awesome job! Shes so sweet and was very patient thru the process, because the hair removal can be a little painful. I love my results! Dr. Roche did my g spot shot was painless and fast with great results also!
I’ve been researching on how to help my urinary stress incontinence, or USI. I came across the Diva. Reading the reviews people had great results with the Diva Treatments. Gynecologist approved! Four weeks ago was my First Treatment at Dr. Gregory Roche office. The staff was amazing! Mimi, the gorgeous consultant was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns, loved her! Tracy my practitioner is the BEST, she made it very comfortable and relaxed my nerves. Results are amazing and get better with time. Looking forward to my Second Treatment!Highly recommend it.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! He 100% messed up my breast augmentation surgery. After several calls/visits, he made up a plan to fix them (blaming the issue on built up scar tissue), which would of consisted of MANY more office visits over $100 a pop and ultimately another surgery by him - costing thousands more. After getting a second opinion and a mammogram to confirm, it was determined that he placed 1 implant UNDER the muscle and 1 OVER the muscle. His surgical notes state that BOTH were placed under the muscle as they should of been. After discovering this, I attempted to reach out in order to get reimbursed. As you can imagine, his office ignored the letter. My new doctor, as well as attorney reached out for records; and those requests were ignored. The attorney sent multiple letters for settlement/reimbursement, and his office ignored all of them. The attorney advised that it would cost too much in court costs, and therefore it wasnt worth taking it any further as my statute of limitations approached. Unfortunately, doctors like him know how to avoid making things right with their patients and this type of unethical practice doesnt catch up to them. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else.

I moved here from Seattle, WA and have lived in West Bloomfield, MI for a few years. With that being said I was in search of a Surgeon who was well known for dedication, education and perfectionism. Dr. Gregory and his staff have class, empathy, sincerity, knowledge and so much more! I had breast augmentation and I look and feel fantastic! There are other surgeons out there, however with my thorough search Dr. Gregory is triple board certified and comes highly recommended. After a very disappointing surgery by Dr. Michael Gray, I went to Dr. Roche for a re-do. I cannot express my gratitude and how thankful I am to have found him and his staff! They all are extremely knowledgeable with every single question you have. They treat you with the utmost respect which I did not receive at the previous surgeon. The final result was beyond my expectation as I thought I could never be symmetrical again! I would highly recommend Dr. Roche for any surgery you are considering! Since my last review I’ve had a few rounds of Botox and Restylane. Dr. Roche, Tracey, and Mimi were so so amazing to me, they took the time to explain to me each different injection and what it was good for. I am so pleased with my results, they are even better than I expected. It was Mimi who told me about Botox and suggested that based on what I told her about the lines that bothered me, Botox was my best bet. She was right and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Roche and Tracey are always so patient and caring and always take the time to answer any and all questions I may have. Dr. Roche is phenomenal at what he does, and he honestly cares, I could never thank he and his staff enough for what they’ve done for me.

Very nice staff, all my questions were answered and I got the treatment I wanted the entire time and still now. Dr. Roche, Tracy and Bonnie are who I mainly talk with and they are just the best. Everyone else that has helped in the office during my surgery and after is very nice as well so far!
First I would love to say Dr. Roche and his staff are amazing. MiMi was the main staff member that I worked with. She was always friendly, and helpful and made sure that I got everything that I was suppose to get before my surgery, by The Man is what I call him Dr. Roche. My surgery came out great he did a wonderful job on my arms, back, buttocks, and flanks. Im still in the healing process considering that I just had my procedure done a week ago. But so far its looking wonderful. Tracy was his assistant and she did a wonderful job as well. I have to be honest reading the reviews off the internet did have me a little shaky but Im glad I made the decision that I did and choose Dr. Roche and his staff (I hope I dont offend anyone but MiMi was my favorite staff member, and the rest were really nice and sweet) I felt like I was at home. Im so Happy with my results Thank you again Dr.Roche for giving me the confidence that I once had and lost but regained it back. You guys are the Best. I cant wait to show all my friends and refer them to this office. An may I add I am an African American female and he knew exactly what i wanted and where to put it. Im only a third of the way through the BBL process, but so far Im having a good experience. There was a power issue at my first appointment that was not their fault at all. They were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate my appointment, which I really appreciated since I dont live near their office.Tracy was very friendly and professional during the BBL application, answering all my questions. The office staff was also great throughout both of my visits so far.Ill update after the process is complete in a few months.

Dr. Roche is hands down the best cosmetic surgeon. I truly cannot say enough about his talent, his compassion, and his commitment to making me feel comfortable before and after. He had no problems spending time with me and answering all of my crazy questions. I had upper and lower lipo of the abdomen with bodytite and morpheus 8(for the stretch marks) lipo inner and outer thighs, lipo banana roll, lipo dorsal roll. I think thats it. The roller coaster of emotions with having any cosmetic procedure is no joke. I thought I was prepared for that. The emotions can be worse than the pain. Thank God for his amazing staff Tracy, Jenny, and Janine they have been my saviors these past couple of months! They are the most professional and caring staff that anyone could ask for. I have been extremely pleased with my results from Dr Roches new BBL and SkintTyte laser treatments! I have had the area under both eyes treated as well as my stomach. After 5 treatments, there is a significant change in the firmness under my eyes and tightness in my stomach. As always, Dr Roche and his staff are professional and caring; I highly recommend Dr Roche for this treatment.
The following is my wife’s experience with Dr. Roche and his staff.I had an awful experience with Dr. Roche. I would not recommend him to anybody. The following is my experience:I went in for a consultation March 2016 and was amazed at how wonderful the staff was. They were all so kind and very helpful. I went in for lipo of my tummy and back. They gave me a price of around $9,000. I mentioned I was thinking it would be more around $6,000. She left and came back saying the dr really wanted to help me and added in my inner and outer thighs and the new price was $6,400. I was ecstatic. Although, I didnt think my legs needed to be touched. I figured he was the doctor and probably knew best. So I went along with it. Scheduled my surgery for 3 weeks out. I had to pay in full that day per their policy.I had my surgery. 3 months after things were not healing as I had hoped. I had some very deep and long divots in my legs and tummy. I called their office and they brought me in. Told me that I would not see full results for up to a year. I did come back after 6 months and things had gotten worse. Dr. Roche and his staff agreed that I had some disfigurement. I was told I could have the surgery redone. I would only have to pay for anesthesia ($1,800). I thought that was a fair deal.Prior to my 6 month visit I had written a review of my story to that point. It was not negative or positive. It was just the truth. Before my surgery would be corrected Dr. Roches staff asked me to remove my review. It took me some time to figure out how to remove it, but I finally figured it out and did in fact remove it. Also, at this point they had my $1,800. At this time I had also requested a copy of my records. I was charged $75.00 for that and never received my records still to this day.I was then told I had to come in to schedule my appointment. That seemed unusual. I came in though. I was ambushed (for lack of a better word) by Dr. Roche and his staff in a very small room. I was told that I had lied on the very first piece of paper I had filled out there regarding what medications I was taking. I did not lie and I had the proof to disprove why they thought I had lied. But, at this point they did not want to deal with me at all anymore. They had my $1,800 and my $75.00 and had no intention of returning it or doing my surgery.I was then told the only way I could get my money back was if I signed a piece of paper saying (essentially) that I would never write another review about Dr. Roche, I would never come back to their office and some other absurd requests. I consulted with a lawyer as to if I had to sign this to get my money back. I was told no. Although, I had no other recourses to get my money back.To this day I have not received my $75.00 for my records I did not receive or the $1,800 for the surgery they never did.I have however gone to a more reputable doctor and had all the damage done by Dr. Roche corrected.
Dr. Roche and his team have been amazing. I have lost 170 pounds. Loose skin unfortunately comes in places you cant fix by just working out, trust me, I try daily. They were informative, professional, and extremely encouraging. Everytime I called, which has been a lot, they have answerred my questions in a positive and helpful manner.
Dr. Roche and his staff make you feel like you are a part of their family. During my appointments I feel so comfortable with the staff. They take the time to fully explain all of your options in detail to make sure you understand. I would definitely recommend Bloomfield Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center.
All was well until I paid. There’s a character limit, so I can’t list my full review (you can see it on RealSelf) but I would urge you to stay away. I was talked into procedures I didn’t necessarily need & left worse off than I came in and for a giant price tag & no answers as to how to fix it. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after frustrations of not being responded to I did some digging and found out that he’s done this to many people... so I figured the more stories out there the better, hopefully our real life tragedies will help you avoid one of your own. I had liposuction and lipotite (they would not do liposuction without lipotite) and was left with a very lumpy abdominal area and pinned in looking thighs. I’m still having to wear my compression garment almost a year later because you can see it through almost any shirt I wear. Again, I don’t have enough space to leave all the details, but I encourage you to read through all the reviews before going anywhere near this office.*UPDATE* - the response received from their office a YEAR later is false, they’ve not gotten back in touch with me after I sent the photos they requested, or after the many calls/emails I’ve sent. Obviously they do not care about how their patients are left feeling with their results.
I really LOVE this office! I’ve searched so many offices for Lipo, BBL, and dimpleplasty and this office does all three. I went in for a consultation back in June of 2018 and I was treated like a QUEEN! Very nice staff. I was very scared about my procedure so MImi went and got the doctor for me. He took time out of his busy schedule to come in and speak to me and inform me about everything from A to Z. They also gave me a price that bet the rest, their always open to answer questions and really CARE about you and not just your money. I purchased the Zerona treatment and came in for 9 treatments. During my treatments I was pushed around like cattle. Barely acknowledged as a patient and treated as my questions were annoying and I was wasting the nurses time.I completed by treatment with no visible results. Now Im not a heavy person, I was looking to tone and firm up for a trip I was taking. When I expressed my displeasure the dark haired nurse told me I needed to purchase more. However, later the blond nurse told me not to come back and to go to another office because this office was not a very good office and the treatment didnt work. She didnt even get her filler injections here, she went somewhere else. The nurse didnt even believe in the services!I do not recommend this practice due to personal experience and the lack of professionalism by the staff.
I went to Dr. Roche for my procedure because of all the positive feedback that I saw online. I had my procedure done last week with my follow up appointment today. Everything went extremely smooth and there was hardly any wait times, the girls in the office are super friendly and answer any questions that you may have.
DR. ROCHE BOTCHED ME! Please stay as far away as possible! This is the biggest mistake Ive made in life, my body is deformed and I will need an additional surgery to fix what Dr. Roche did to me. Dr. Roche promise me he could achieve the results that I wanted, he talked to me for an hour and made me feel like I could trust him. On the day of the surgery he had his assistant (with no formal education) mark up my body, how does she know where to mark your body at? Now I have to pay another surgeon to fix what he did to me. Please save your time and money, and RUN!!!

This man is the most intelligent physician that I’ve been too, he seems to know everything!I went to him a couple of weeks ago as my hair is falling out. I have two patches on my head that I’m having a hard time covering up.Dr. Roche looked at the first one, and said it’s fungus. I almost choked :)I went home and read an article about fungus. Most people have it in their toe nails, and I have it in two of them. I read further that it can grow all over your body and end up in your heart!This is not the first time that Dr. Roche has discovered something with a family member. Don’t forget he was a very famous ENT before he switched over to plastic surgery.A true Gem of a doctor.
We cant say enough GREAT things about Dr. Roche and his staff. My wife started searching for a Breast Augmentation surgeon about 8 years ago. We started with a different office before we seen Dr. Roche and his outstanding and wonderful staff. We just walked in the door and new this was the place to be and the surgeon to preform a life changing procedure. The staff was over the top, (even with all the question I had) now being the husband, I was blown way. So now 8 years latter and after having children, my wife wanted to have the surgery done again. We did not even have to think about where to go. The way Tracey treats you is like family and the time Dr. Roche takes to help you make the best choice (size) and answer every question (even the ones you may think are weird) and I have to say it is very hard for me to feel comfortable talking about my wifes body parts, however you dont feel that way with him. He makes everything so comfortable. Now his wonderful assistant, Tracey, we cant even begin to say enough about her, other then she is the best, and most down to earth and trustworthy person you could ever want. She helped decide a lot of things that will effect my wifes appearance for the rest of her life and we didnt even give it a second thought. We just had the surgery done this past Friday, and everything went as they said it (again) and Tracey even took the time on Saturday to call us to make sure everything was going good and to see if we needed anything, on her own time and I truly believe if we did need help, she would have done anything to make sure my wife was ok. Now I dont know were else you could ever get this top of the line, professional, friendly, courteous service. All I can say is Dr. Roche and Tracey, as well as the rest of the staff are outstanding. After a paid consultation I was disappointed because the doctor seemed unenthusiastic with little practice of the surgery. Every question I asked him he didn’t seem to know the answer or was to annoyed to answer. He didn’t even take the time to explain the surgery to me he just asked me if I had any questions. They will only give you a price quote after a consultation which a clear money grab because during the consultation the doctor initiated no conversation. They didn’t have any before and after photos of the procedure I was looking for. They also didn’t advertise it on their website but then confidently said they could perform it which didn’t add up. And finally the prices were extremely inflated in comparison to other clinics in the area.
I was a Patient 10 years ago my experience was fine so when my Daughter wanted to get them done it was a no brainier well I wish I could turn back time because her breast implants well I cant say Horrible but they they dont match up she is tiny framed the same size was used when the one should have been a different size...... I remember when my surgery was done I was still out of it my Daughter on the other hand woke up in Pain when I said something I was told they gave her plenty of pain meds he was Very RUDE!!!!!!!I picked her up in the back we went home she was in alot of Pain it wasnt a good night either the next day she was waiting for Tracys call to see how she was well she decided to call Tracy instead all she got from that call was Dr Roches Wife being rude......So I called also and she was rude to me !!!!!!!When it was time to go back in a few weeks I went to and I said look at her breasts they look HORRIBLE when she was getting them done Dr Roches is the one that looks at the patient so you would think he would have seen they didnt look right!!!! All she got told was oh they are just Swelled dont worry they will look PERFECT!!!!She had many reasons why she wanted them she cant even wear a Normal Bra because they are not the same size and for $ 7.000 Dollars you should back up your work he doesnt things have changed so much including the service!!!The reviews on here that are BAD ARE TRUE!!!!!!! So take these reviews serious go check out a few Drs do your research Im in the process of finding someone to fix this BOTCHED MESS!!!!!!So much has changed in 10 years and when a Dr wont back his work should tell you that is not the person you want to do your Surgery you want someone who you can TRUST!!!!!!!!

Discussed breast augmentation and liposuction for the concerns I have, the staff was kind and thorough. We covered a lot of material and I am planning on taking steps needed to improve myself while resisting the aging process. I wasnt rushed and the staff genuinely listened to my concerns.
From start to finish the team at Dr.Roche’s office was very accommodating and professional. They made sure I hade everything I needed post procedure and the results were above my expectations. I would definitely recommend.
I wasnt going to post this review but after almost a year, and Dr. Roche not reaching out to me, I think its time. Last year I initially prepared for a mini face lift. I didnt like my jowls or nasolabial folds. I unfortunately chickened out because I wasnt ready for something quite so evasive. I called the office and informed them that I could not go through with it. I had a consultation with Dr. Roche and he informed me of a procedure that worked just as well as the mini lift without having incisions. I trusted him and I had the Facetite procedure. The Facetite procedure is a skin tightening procedure that uses radio frequency energy to tighten skin and melt fat. Dr. Roche also mentioned he would do a fat transfer. He took the fat from my abdomen and injected it into my face. At first my face was swollen and that was to be expected. Im quite a worry wort so I was worried about my face being swollen. After a few weeks the swelling did go down. Unfortunately, I didnt realize what this procedure had in store.I can only say my face looked youthful for about three months. It looked full and the jowls were not prominent. But after that, the fat injections began to subside. To make a long story short, a procedure that was suppose to last for up to 5 years, lasted about 3 months. I used to have nice cheeks but they are now gone. If I wasnt overweight I would have a seriously gaunt look to my face. My jowls have returned, nasolabial folds even more prominent. Believe you me I have cried many nights. For a procedure that I thought was going to make me look younger it has done the opposite. I expressed my dissatisfaction on several occasions. The worst part about it is I paid almost $10,000 dollars. I made one final appeal by calling his office just last week. No one cared enough to even call me back. I know that I care about people because it took me almost a year to write this post. I am currently seeking counseling because I am trying to cope with how this procedure has aged me. I am in disbelief that such a reputable Dr. would not reach out and find a resolution. In other words he basically takes your money and hes done with you. For those of you with good experiences, you are fortunate. In the meantime, I have to find ways to cope with a choice I made that I have to deal with the rest of my life.
My experience with him and his staff started out great ... they try to lure you in with all the pretty thin girls. They are all horrible, sneaky, manipulative people. I felt robbed after my procedure from Dr Jekyll, I mean Roche, he didn’t offer to fix HIS MISTAKES at all. The place is nicely decorated to cover up the rest of the bull.

Literally horrible!! I Voiced my concern shortly after my surgery and issues that I was having with the areas that I have got done my life first action was completely botched he missed so much and left me a very bumpy and lumpy my fat transfer is that were very very uneven you can completely tell just looking at me at one of my hips is higher than the other my breast implants are absolutely terrible I had to have other doctors look at me and it is a completely agreed with everything I don’t even think that Dr. Roche did everything that I paid for I was in surgery for less than four hours and got a nose job breast in plants, liposuction, fat transfers, face fat pad removal. It was horrible Now I am out $30,000 it was such a waste and I’m never going to get it back and now I have to pay someone to get these issues fixed I need to find myself a good lawyer so I can see you this office these people don’t even how much they ruined me. And then I reached out to them and I’m being asked to pay $150 to come in the office and have them look at me after they ruined me!! I want to get my word out there do not go to this doctor!

BUT HIS STAFF JENNY, JANINE AND TRACEY ARE HIS SIDE CHICKS THAT KNOWS HIS MINDSET AND THEY DELIVERED LIKE NO OTHER. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOOOOOVE DR. ROCHE AND HIS STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL THAT DAMN COMFORTABLE FROM DAY ONE, HECK FOR A MINUTE I THOUGHT WE WERE BLOOD RELATED 😂. MY BREAST AUGMENTATION WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AND CHERISH. Four months postop from having a fatty dorsal hump removed and a little bit of shape action going on I am very happy with my results thus far. Follow post op directions and have realistic expectations. The staff has been great with postop care and checking up on me. I would absolutely use them again should I ever need something else.
I wish I would have spent my money on a gym membership instead... its been over a year, and i still dont look right........in response to the general statement posted by the good dr ( after they deleted the original from the nurse, who called me the same day i originally wrote this), you supposedly do what you can to ensure results, and some outcomes are out of your control.... PLEASE! My stomach is horrible! It looks like the dr gave up halfway through. I will never be able to wear a 2 piece. And my thighs dont look like anything was done (i have the marks, but as far as i can tell nothing was removed.) I gave you a TON of money! A small fortune, and all i got was additional scars, and bigger breasts. If i want to look normal, i am going to somehow have to save up the $ to pay someone ELSE to fix the doctors mistakes. The staff is sweet enough for sure. But dr roche needs to retire. Hes very past his prime.
Great experience I had at Doc.Roches Office !!!!His staff and him are very understanding and comfortable to talk to and ask questions.This was my first big surgery that i have had.The moment I will never forget and that sticks out in my mind is the moment when I was lying in the surgery bed with the oxygen mask on counting down to the moment I will be asleep and mind u I was freaking out inside ;) and Doc.Roche walks in,leans over and smiles and says are we ready?I half smiled back lol cause I was in mid thought of running out and that moment I saw on his eyes that he knew what I was feeling without me saying and that I was in good hands and I gave 100 of my trust to him and his staff :)Now Im on my 2nd week post laser lipo and bodytite and already went back for my quote for breast augmentation :) :) :)Dont hesitate set up an appointment now!!! I specifically said I did not want implants I wrote it on the paper before my consultation and I told him on the phone I wanted a lift omit reduction only instead he put that I wanted silicone implants and said 17,000 that’s a ridiculous price even if I was to get implants smh never again I want my refund from my consultation no one contact me back
Had a total of 9 Zerona treatments a couple years ago within a two month period, and had ZERO results. I followed all instructions to a T; I drank tons of water, and ate very healthy as I always do. All I was trying to do was reduce a few small areas of cellulite on my thighs. By the way, I am 5 0 tall, and weigh 115 pounds. At the end of the nine sessions, I voiced my displeasure to the clinician who gave me the treatments, and her response was Oh well, not everyone sees results...would you like to book another session? After spending hundreds of dollars on these treatments, saying I was unhappy was an UNDERSTATEMENT!
The staff members at Bloomfield Laser are very competent and positive. I drive a long way to this office because their service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon.
The staff is great, but the results are not. They admitted the results weren’t what they had hoped, but now have the nerve to ask me to pay AGAIN to have surgery AGAIN and go through recovery AGAIN just to get the results they promised the first time around. DO NOT spend your hard earned money here.

2022-02-21Dr. Roche did such an amazing job on my surgery. I have spent years and years researching physicians and he did not let me down. He was so welcoming and very professional throughout. The safety measures during this time is very reassuring without sacrificing anything from my consultation or experience. To make it even better, he has the best office staff I have ever had the pleasure working with. Jenny, Janine, and Tracey are phenomenal and make this experience 10/10. I would recommend anyone to them and don’t think I could go to any other office seeking the quality I have found here.

2022-01-26For many years now I have wanted breast augmentation. My apprehension of waiting so long was purely for the fact that I had never had any surgery/anesthesia in my life. I consulted with several surgeons, both in office and via Zoom/phone. During this unique time with a pandemic, I completely understood why most visits were out of office, to ensure patients, staff and surgeons the least possible exposure to Covid. Dr. Roche and his entire medical staff, put me at ease and made me feel the most comfortable. The pre-surgery plan was well outlined and easy to follow, this was great because other consults had an insufficient plan in my eyes. I took it upon myself to ensure I was in great health on the inside and out prior to my surgery, which made my recovery and results absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Roche and his office and send a giant Thank you for making me look and feel fantastic.

2022-01-26Did an over the phone consultation for breast augmentation and Dr.Roche was very rude and unprofessional. He also sent me a pamphlet trying to persuade me to get implants stating that men only want women with large breasts. Was a very uncomfortable experience and felt shady. Do not recommend.

2021-07-20Dr. Roche, Jenny, Janine and the rest of his staff were absolutely magical! By the time I went in for my surgery I felt like I personally knew everyone in the office, although I had never met them in person!I had a date in mind for my surgery and they accommodated me and even opened up a previously closed date!Everything prior to surgery was handled electronically, via text, email and over the phone- communication was MAGNIFICENT! All documents were signed electronically and when changes were needed they sent edited paperwork right away! All of my questions were answered promptly and accurately!Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy well in advance and the pre-surgery regimen was thorough and easy to understand. The lab messed up some of my lab work and the office called right ways did that the situation could be rectified.Surgery day was a breeze! Everything took less than half a day and was safe and clean.There is no need to go to Miami or out of the country for surgery when there is a diamond in the rough like Dr. Roche here in Michigan. If there was an option to give an extra star I would. Dr.Roche and his team are amazing!*Note: I am 8 days post-opp and I loved my results after day 1!!. I’ll be back to update my review later!

2021-06-12I first went to Dr. Roche for a consultation for rhinoplasty. He assured me that he would be able to get the results that I had wanted and the process would go smoothly. He made me feel confident and assured throughout the whole process. After I got my surgery I wanted to go back and tweak a few things after I had healed enough. Dr. Roche was more than accommodating and got me to the exact goals that I had in mind for myself and I am thrilled with the results and I am barely two weeks out of surgery . On top of that, his staff is unbelievable. The women there, god bless them, are phenomenal. They answer every question you may have and they take their time and make you feel so comfortable like you’re family. They are the sweetest women you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. That being said, Dr. Roche is fantastic. He is a surgeon of high caliber and skill. He gave me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this wonderful man and his wonderful staff. My whole family has now gone to him and had multiple procedures done and they could not be happier as well. Dr. Roche and his staff are truly deserving of every bit of praise they receive.

2019-12-18My experience with Dr Roche and staff has been seamless and amazing since day one. I lost a lot of weight and had some stubborn fat in my abdomen and hips that just wouldn’t budge. 1st of all the staff is awesome and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Roche is a very practical and to the point man. He makes you feel comfortable but he makes sure you have realistic expectations about surgery not turning you into a super model. Great bedside manner. They are super thorough preparing you for surgery so you know what to expect. Surgery was way easier than I thought. I took a Friday off work and went back on Monday. It took a couple months for the swelling to go down but now I could not be happier with my results. I have curves for the first time in my life. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Side note: they forgot to apply my consultation fee to my surgery and to make up for it, Dr Roche gave me some amazing pain cream that was worth over double the cost of my consultation fee to help me get through the healing process. I think the people who left negative reviews maybe didn’t give their bodies enough time to get rid of the swelling? It does take time and you will not see results overnight.
