Dr Williams himself is great. However the staff is always very behind schedule and rude. They take days to fill prescriptions, and they are unable to assist you on the phone. Plan on being there for an hour before you are actually seen for your appointment. It’s such a shame that his staff is who they are, he could be five stars if he had a more knowledgeable or caring staff. I will not be returning to this physicians office ever again.

Joseph Williams is my primary doctor for 4 or 5 years.I ask the doctor for medical history or a simple latter for my immigration processes and he told me he could provided in one week, that’s was back in June 2021. Today is October 11th and I still don’t have it! I contact his office many times and went there personally and fill a formal request, I was told that could take up to 2 weeks to get it. For my indignation I had to file my immigration petition without the medical records. Now I am at risk of having my green card denied.

Have been going to Dr. Williams for many years. Have had the waits everyone else has had at times. Am still very pleased as Dr. Williams is VERY thorough in his approach and gives his time to each patient as needed. I still do not hesitate to refer friends after all these years. I am very healthy and owe much of that to Dr. Williams good care.

The staff is so-so. Staff very unprofessional, but the care is fine. They are very rude!! Ive been in plenty of times, always kind, patient, and quiet with them, they are always very snippy. You might wait over an hour past your appointment time to see the dr, you might not; helps to ask when making an appt for the best looking slot, they judge it pretty well.He is NOT a sports medicine doctor, and i would call him more of an MD than a DO in terms of his treatment preferences and opinions. I would never recommend someone see him for sports medicine. He can do manipulation just fine, but hes pretty clueless compared to my new dr. He gave up pretty quickly and really had no ideas outside the box that he says he likes to think. My new dr did a very thorough examination and gave me physical therapy exercises to do at home. I told dr williams i believe i need physical therapy - he ignored that and suggested pain clinic and medications, none of which is a solution to my problem.I had high hopes for him for my sports injury given his background, waited patiently after several visits for some brilliancy, never happened. Very disappointing. Not thrilled about my bill for the visit where he gave up and suggested the pain clinic and medications to treat what is not causing my problem. Ive done most of my healing by my own research and work.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful physician. He takes the time necessary to discuss your medical situation and if I did have to wait for him, which I did not wait longer than 10 minutes, it would be worth it. He is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Visit 1 - Too much wait time, got to see the Doc after an hour. Was ok with it cause, New patient visits are usually longer due to paperwork and may be insurance check and all. I had enough time.Visit 2 - Too much wait time, couldnt wait beyond 50 mins and returned. Moreover patients with later appointment were seen before me, thats quite unprofessional and messed up in my view.1 star was because the doctor was alright, no concern with the way he listened or treated.wouldnt go back and keep waiting, got better things to do

Dr. Williams is very thorough and follows up on every issue. I have been going to him for years. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but its worth it to receive high quality care! Highly recommend!

Do not go here. Dr. Williams is proficient, however, his staff which are the major criticism in all his negative reviews run true as it does here. They are very rude and seemingly underhanded. They ask for cash upfront to fillout paperwork. They do not answer phones. If you are honored to talk with them on the phone, you will wait indefinitely. You will be treated poorly in the dated stuffy waiting room. You are not welcomed here. Save your time and money and go anywhere else in MI!

Have been seeing Dr. Williams for many years. Great attitude and he treats you well. This is not the 10 minute oil change lane...so yes you may have a little wait, suck it up.

Very friendly people! I got seen the fastest I’ve ever been seen at a doctors office and the doctor still apologized for my wait time. He was very upbeat and made me feel better about what I was there for. I plan to go back most definitely.
