The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Bijlani is an excellent doctor who really takes her time to talk with you and makes sure you understand everything. Im so glad that I chose her for my medical needs. I just love her!
I HIGHLY recommend Dr Bijlani! I have been a T1 Diabetic since 1986. I have seen many different doctors. Dr B is a rare find. She listens to her patients, she is compassionate and is VERY knowledgeable. I spent years leaving dr appointments scared and ashamed of my bloodsugars. I leave Dr B’s feeling hopeful and healthy. She truly does make me feel better:mentally and physically. Probably more than that, she makes living with diabetes easier (and thats a tough task!). I know, whatever is happening with my health, Dr B will be there with me. She truly cares about her patients and it shows!
Dr. Bijlani and her complete staff are kind, caring, professionals. Dr. Bijlani has taken care of me for over 20 years. I couldn’t be happier. I would happily recommend Dr. B.
Dr. Bijlani is wonderful. I drive 30 miles to see her, and thats not because there arent multiple endocrinology practices closer to my home. Dr. B was the first endo who accepted and applauds my low carb method of management of my Type 1 diabetes. Other doctors told me my A1C at 5.0 was too low and that you must be having hypos. Dr. B. evaluates my CGM data and know that I have flat, healthy lines on my Dexcom.I never wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby and she sees me promptly in the exam room. I appreciate how respectful she is of my time.I love talking to her; shes incredibly bright and so kind. I actually look forward to my visits with her every six months. How many people can say that about their doctor? Five stars really isnt enough here. :-)
My father has been seeing this doctor for 20 years, always scheduling appointments early in the morning due to his work schedule. The staff at the front desk rudely informed him he is no longer allowed to get an early appointment because they are getting too busy. They refuse to accommodate to a loyal patient. Even after contacting the doctor herself, she said she couldn’t accommodate. Now he needs to find another endocrinologist after 20 years. Terrible treatment!!!
It is truly unfortunate that I have to write such a negative review for this office. The doctors themselves are caring and do a decent job! However, it is the people you have to talk to in order to make an appointment that makes this place so off putting.I called over eight times and left multiple voicemails over the course of the entire day. I called with an urgent matter as a type one diabetic.When the receptionist answered six hours later which was one hour before closing, she treated me with complete disrespect and lack of regard for my well being.If you have any respect for yourself or loved ones you will stay far away form this office and deal with people who care about you and your well being like you deserve!Needless to say I will never return and will be reporting this establishment to The Michigan Board of Medicine! To hopefully prevent others from having to be refused medical attention in a time of need.To the practice, DO NOT TAKE ON PATIENTS YOU REFUSE TO HELP, AND MOST CERTAINLY DONT TREAT YOUR PATIENTS POORLY THEY ARE THE LIFELINE OF YOUR BUSINESS!
Dr. Ramakrishnan is THE BEST and the staff is AWESOME!! She takes the time to explain everything and helps you to understand all treatment options and ensures you are comfortable before executing a treatment plan. I love her bedside manner and level of knowledge. I feel confident in her ability to help me resolve my issues. Thank you!!
Known doctor for years. I have personally sent her people. However, when I missed my appointment due to me not calling the office within 24 hours of the appointment, she charged me $ 50.00 for no show even after seeing her the next day and paying my copay of $30. Total visit $80. Lets just say, go somewhere else where doctor actually cares about your health rather then their business of making money. They do not care that you work 12 hour night shift and unable/unsafe to drive to MD for 900am appointment
I was seen by one of the other doctors in Dr. Bijlani’s office - Dr. Ramakrishnan - for a lump in my throat that was not getting better. She spent a few minutes with me to feel my neck, look at my thyroid levels from recent blood work and told me that because my levels were “normal” she wasn’t sure why I even made an appointment with her. Four months later I found out the lump in my throat was thyroid cancer, thanks to a wonderful ENT who actually listened and took me seriously. I would not recommend Dr. Ramakrishnan to anyone, but I cannot speak on the care of Dr. Bijlani as she was not my doctor.
Dr Bijlani is the type of Dr that genuinely cares about your health and condition and listens to you. Can’t imagine why anyone could give her a review of anything less than stellar. She is terrific and professional!
The Dr. seemed friendly and was willing to spend time answering my questions. However, the front desk staff need some kind service training... or the office needs to hire better staff that are not naturally high strung. Patients do not need to get stressed by these people before and after they see the doctors. Something should be done.
I like her but you dont really see her, you see the Nurse Practioner. Oh but they bill the insurance full amount. Also, for thyroid she only focus on T3, and then tells you your too fat and should pay a large amount of money to join her wait loss plan. Its a scam.

This place is the best! They are not pill pushers and know what they are doing and not only help your symptoms, but fix the problem. Some of the doctors even knew some herbal supplements to help with my condition and that was the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place!
The service here is horrible and the staff act like they are to busy to even acknowledge patients. There are many other qualified Endocrine and Diabetes Specialists in the area, I would suggest finding another doctor with qualified front desk staff.
Doctor is great and I have never seen anyone clean a waiting room like they do here at this office.

Dr Bijlani-Endochronologist is very thorough. She covers all bases and answers my questions. Very kind and attentive.
At first they wouldnt fit me in but my father asked again and they gave in. I stop coming here overall because everytime I came here, all I got was like 7-10 mins with the doctor and shell send me on my way. Felt cheated for what Im paying for.

I like the Dr. but quit the practice due to rudeness of the staff on the phone. I AM NOT GOING BACK AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE .

2021-02-01Ive been seen Dr. Bijlani for a little over a year now and every time I have an appointment with her she has been nothing but kind to me. She cared how I was feeling and doing after my surgery. She is very responsive to my emails, she answer my emails in a very timely manner and I am very appreciative of that .I have not had one issue with office staff at all. They welcome me when I walk through the door and they are always on point when Im ready to check out with payment and to schedule my next appointment.Natasha C

2019-12-25Dr. Bijlani is very smart, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. These qualities are rarely found in one person. She listens, cares, and looks beyond the diagnosis to provide a personalized treatment plan. I have lived in different cities and had to go to many endocrinologists and she is by far the best.The staff in her office are also amazing and very friendly. I had a couple of medications that required insurance authorization and they showed perseverance and appealed with my insurance until approval was obtained.

2020-02-08I have been seeing Dr. Bijlani for many years. She is one of the most compassionate individuals Ive ever encountered in the medical profession, and she has treated me with tremendous respect from the first moment I met her. Dr. Bijlani never rushes me during appointments - she is willing to answer every question and examine every aspect of my health to ensure that I am receiving the best possible treatment. She is very responsive to messages sent through the patient portal, and I get my lab results back very swiftly. I have found the nurses and techs who work in Dr. B.s office to be very conscientious and friendly. I couldnt be more delighted with the treatment I have received, and I would entrust anyone I care about to Dr. Bijlanis care.

2017-09-12Outstanding Doctor! Dr. Bijlani has been my Endocrinologist for the past 13 years after my thryroidectomy. She is so reassuring and personable and truly cares about her patients. I drive almost an hour for my annual check-ups to see her and have referred her to my colleagues at work. Shes the best!

2016-12-04The best doctor!! So caring and quick to respond to your needs. I would recommend her to anyone that truly has serious thyroid needs. She brings absolute professionalism and real patient care. Anyone who would give a negative review to the staff is not considering how busy the office is. They have all been wonderful to me and I have never had an issue getting an apt. You must remember that specialists dont have wide open calendars and if they did....there is more than likely a reason.

2021-03-01Ive been a patient of Dr.Reshma Ramakrishnian for a few years. She is extremely thorough and caring. I am so happy I found her. The office staff is always so nice and ready to help/assist. I highly recommend Rochester Endocrinology Clinic!!

2013-06-13Dr. Bijlani is an intelligent, insightful, and caring doctor. She listens and talks to you, she understands and helps you.She has a great staff that are there with prescriptions, test results, referrals and whatever you need, in all matters of health.Because of insurance and address changes, I have had many (I think Ive had a total of 8 doctors) endocrinologists over the years. I have now been with Dr. Bijlani for over 8 years and I dont want another doctor. Ive been a diabetic patient for 32 years.

2019-12-10When I went for last appointment, Dr. Bijlani agreed that she can prescribe me the the medication for my neuropathic pain and just let her know when my refills are over. And I called her office one month prior and they were asking me to leave messagclinic es, and nothing happened. At last when I insisted on talking to doctor, then they told me doctor is uncomfortable prescribing medication. A doctor have every right to refuse to prescribe, but she have the very duty to inform the patient. At least her office can inform me and didnt bother to do until I insisted. And the clinic manager is the most unprofessional women Ive seen who was denying me my care at a point.I was really happy with dr. Bijlanis treatment. But when a patient trust doctor with life, breaking that trust is worst a doctor can do.

2020-02-03I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Bijlani. I have been seeing her for the last 15 years for my type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism. She has walked with me every step of the way. Her knowledge, expertise, care and compassion have been stellar. I couldn’t recommend a better endocrinologist than Dr. Bijlani.
