Cleanup was good. Offered a restoration service of carpet that was below the quality of previous condition and without a true plan. They ordered materials without approval and when we refused his service they used a collection service to try and leverage payment. Ended resolving by compromising payment before affecting credit for materials never received nor installed. Poor communication and not professional.Restoration definition: the action of returning something to a former owner, place, or condition.DRT failed to hit the mark in our situation.
Great Quality of Service !! I contacted DRT to get crown molding installed. Allanzo and his team are very professional and I definitely recommend them for any of your house needs.

2021-04-21DRT came in and completed the mold inspection and renovation of the foyer of the church. They did not waste a day or time in getting the work done in three days.The work on replacing the old wood and painting was left in a good state and the church cleaned without any of our staff having to lift a finger.If youd like good work done, heres a company that will not try to skimp you out of your money

2021-06-11ONCE AGAIN, The DRT TEAM showed up to Mount Olive Church and created a space for a Safe Use Water Fountain.We keep using them because they are insured, clean working, punctual, and dependable.

2020-10-15DRT Disaster Recovery Team was chosen by my insurance company so I didnt know what to expect. Alonzo came out to the house, inspected the situation and told me precisely what needed to be done. They were professional, dilligent and always on time for our appointments. 2020-10-17Alonzo Wallace, the owner, provided great service to our basement after a storm and being flooded from the City sewage system. He was on time and very efficient in removing things damaged from the water. He used high efficient and effective equipment to remove the mold and water from our basement. His restoration cost was very affordable in comparison to many other companies. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Job DRT!

2019-08-10Alonzo and the DRT team did an excellent job on the work in both my basement and bathroom. They were very professional, timely and extremely clean. I’ve had a lot of work done on my house here recently and DRT, by far, was the most clean and professional as they completed their work according to plan.

2020-01-17Alonzo and his team came with in an hour of my phone call and went right to work on getting things under control. Throughout the process he explained how the things work in great detail, his knowledge and professionalism was very impressive. He also work directly with my insurance company agent in handling paperwork and making sure that the process went off w/o a hitch. He also help with suggestions on reconstruction and how to prevent and be better prepared economically so if this happens again your cost would be greatly reduced. 2017-10-26Mr. Wallace came to the appointment on time and listened to my water leakage disaster. After I finished he had very specific questions and analysis of what needed to be done to repair the room. His professionalism and succinct description of the process to repair encouraged me to follow-up with DRT-Disaster Recovery Team. The job was completed as described prior to starting. The repairs were perfect. The crew was polite and cleaned up the mess after each day of work. Thank you DRT!

2017-11-05Had some drywall work done on my bathroom, DRT was professional, fast, and experienced. Did the job right the first time and kept communications with me about the process throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them!

2017-10-26We had a disaster when we found a leak in ceiling that required mold remediation and how no clue of what to do. The leak cause damages to various areas in our kitchen that affected the ceiling all the way to the floor. When we were connect to DRT all our worries were alleviated. I was highly impressed with how DRT handled the mold remediation from the beginning throughout reconstruction process and replacement of the floor tiles. I would highly recommend DRT’s services to anyone that has water damage caused by a leak in their home structure, a big two thumbs up!!!
