The pharmacist guy who worked last night and tonight does not communicate with what medication your being given. I get here and I am getting medication that I dont even need. Would be nice if I was asked if I needed them before the pharmacist man filled my medication. But than on my end through text messages it told me that I had 3 medications and when I get here I have 6???? Yeah no communication what so ever, very poor!!!!

Which I could put zero. Our dog takes phenobarbital for seizures and its very strict how and when he takes it or he could have an episode. The pharmacist here is the worst Ive ever dealt with. Im not one to personal attack, but not only does he consistently not show up (multiple times weve gone to pick up theres a fill in pharmacist who cant even release the medication we need), he just doesnt seem to actually emotionally care. That and he lies when he doesnt want to deal with anything. Called today to find out about our prescription that we put through the automated system and said it would have to wait until the 18th, and he said it had been transferred permanently to another location. Last time we came in there was a fill in pharmacist that had to send us elsewhere because they couldnt dispense it. Apparently it was permanently switched, to which he adds, sorry, once its been transferred it cant be transferred back! So I call the other pharmacy, oh thats been transferred back its grayed out in our system okay so what the heck is going on. They have to call him themselves to figure it out. He also lied for a while saying that GoodRx doesnt work with pets. Dude, they even have a pet section you greedy.... UGH its my dogs LIFE. This man shouldnt be anywhere near anything that involves compassion for others. Hes difficult, rude, and a liar. They also miscounted our meds at least 3 times that I can count. PHENOBARBITAL IS A CONTROLLED DRUG, IF THE INCORRECT AMOUNT IS DISPENSED YOU CANT GET IT FIXED UNLESS YOU FREAK OUT AND FORCE THEM TO DO IT AND THATS IF YOU CAN GET IT DONE!!!

They didnt have the medication I needed and it was time sensitive so they called around for me to find out where they could get it in order to help me! I was pleased with the service because it wasnt any problem of theirs. Over the top thankful for the help!

Horrible that the phone lines arent answered! 4 days my husband called for his refills! Then I call and the same for a hour after work at 6 pm! I finally call and press the number for general question and get a rude female! I asked for her to please transfer me to pharmacy and could I have corporate #? Yup .... I was hung up on!!! I have been a loyal customer as my family for decades! Shame to 4001 Davison rd store! Clean up shop! And yes I did call corporate..

If I could give zero stars I would. They could care less about you and your family. It takes several days to get your medication. Sometimes they fail to mention to you that insurance doesnt cover your meds so the dont ask you if you want to pay for them they just let it go. Some people have seizers or other complications when they miss a dose of medication. what bothers me is the lack of care for the customers needs. Several times there is only one person working and you cant ask questions on meds because they rush you through and say I have a line .

I have waited 2 days for my meds because they didnt have time to fill it. My pain meds were filled two days late. I asked them to call another store and transfer my perscription to that store if they have the drug. They said they could not. I tried to call and have it sent but the new law prevents them from telling me if they have the drug. I have been a customer for years, I worked at rite as a teen. Im done, moving my things to walgreens.

The pharmacy is AWFUL! I would give a ZERO star if I could. I have medicine I have to have so I go get it and they are closed early and NOT one time while I spoke with them this afternoon did they mention closing early😡I got out of work and was there at 8:07and they were closed 😡 had they let me know I could of had someone pick it up for me or transfer somewhere else. they normally close at 9pm now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my medicine I NEED tonight😡ugh time for new pharmacy! This isnt first time Ive had issues here, but it WILL be the last!

The woman at the front counter -Angela, I believe- is rude. She argued with me that my doctor didnt send over the prescription and got an attitude with me. I informed her I brought it in myself so I know for a fact they got it, the pharmacist came over and found the prescription immediately but it wasnt done by the time they said it would be even though it was over three hours. I had gotten a call earlier in the day to tell me my second prescription was out of stock and would be in the next day, Angela told me it was deferred and Id have to call my doctor. So after I was done waiting another thirty minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be done I asked for clarification about my second prescription. She said we told you itd be in tomorrow, with and attitude and I said uh no you told me to call my doctor that it had been deferred. And she still kept her attitude. She was so rude and argumentative and had a lot of nerve considering she was incorrect. I wonder what will happen tomorrow when I go back for the second prescription shell probably claim Im not in the system again.

Not only do they not fill my prescriptions when they say they will, but if you try to call to check on it, they put you on hold and never pick the phone back up. I was just put on hold to be transferred to the pharmacy, but I could still hear the lady that answered the phone messing around for an additional 5 minutes AFTER being put on hold... I understand there may be more traffic due to covid vaccinations, but knowing that, maybe it would be a good idea to make sure you are properly staffed so your regular customers can get their medications refilled when they need it and do not have to wait on medication that is necessary for their everyday health. It is dangerous for some people to have to wait on medicine. The drive thru is a joke. They give you a minimum of 3 hours for a prescription to be ready but then it isnt ready in 3 hours. Ive had to wait 2 days for my prescription to be filled! That is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Called to find out if they have my medication in stock and was told they can’t provide that information over the phone I would have to come up there which is a total crock because I had called five different locations prior to calling that location and was told if the medication was in stock or not. The person I spoke to was purposefully difficult And impossible to deal with not very friendly and terrible customer service skills highly do not recommend
