Great agency to work with. I switched to them for my personal and company policies and the process was very smooth. I deal with Justin and I felt he was up front, quick, and very knowledgeable. He found many options that were cheaper and found many that were similarly priced, but better coverage compared to my other policies. Quick response to phone calls and texts. Something I didnt have with my previous agency. Highly recommend them, especially Justin.

What an amazing office. Justin Vance hits service scores out of the park every time you interact with him. The office staff is nothing to shake a stick at either. When I had a very detailed and specific question, not only did I get an answer that they knew the answer but went the not 1 mile but 10 and pulled the fine print for verification. Justin is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had a relationship with. DS Johnson make insurance a personal relationship; truly watching out for your family!

2021-07-30What a great experience! I was hesitant to talk to a real person about my insurance after having done everything online. After being referred to the agency by my bank, one quick phone call resulted in significant savings on my home and auto insurance. Derek was polite, professional and very knowledgable. Immediately taking all of my trepidation away. He explained to me the different aspects of my existing ensurance, where I could find savings and items that are specific to only Michigan. 2020-10-10Best insurance agent around. Derek knows his stuff and always puts his clients first, he tells you straight what’s best for you as the client. I can text him anytime of day on any day of the week to make changes to our many policies and it’s done within an hour. We use him for business, personal and life insurance and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else then Derek, his family and his team.

2020-10-08I have a hard time understanding insurance it stresses me out. I have had some poor experiences with other companies. I’m beyond HAPPY I was told about DS Johnson’s and Associates. I can confidently say they put their clients best interest first. They are upfront and honest they don’t give sales pitches just to get you as a client. My agent works hard for me, he gets back with fast, he takes time to explain when I don’t understand. Without hesitation I Will recommend DS Johnson and Associates.~ sincerely one happy client.

2020-06-12This Insurance Company is the finest in the Adrian area. Derek is the finest man you will ever meet. He is as Honest as the day is long. And hes just a nice guy to know and chat with. Hes been in the business long enough that he knows ALL of the ins and outs. I cannot recommend Derek high enough. With the changes to Auto Insurance coming in July, you may lose your Agent. Just call and ask for Derek, and tell him Mike and Mike sent ya.
