2022-01-18From start to finish at the Detroit Airport, the transportation service not only help me exit the airport when which I was lost but then transported me to my Passport appointment, took me to several sights waiting for my passport and then returning to airport same date was early for pick up , , great communication, excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

2022-06-25Metro taxi charged $30 to go 2 1/2 miles from the airport. Such cheats, no meter with standard prices. We took cabs all over Boston and never paid that much. I guess Detroit doesn’t have rules to protect consumers. Learned our lesson. We won’t use them again.

2021-12-07Dishonest grifters!Was charged nearly DOUBLE the rate posted on their website upon arrival and was pressured into paying while pulled up at the terminal. The clearly stated rate of $75 on their website suddenly turned into $120 when I arrived at the airport! The driver mentioned gratuity and poor weather - it was snowing, and I was planning on leaving a 20% tip anyway, but not 55%! I never shouldve paid the full sum, but they already had my card info, and I had to catch my flight.The cars were clean and drivers were punctual but if you care about honesty or value, youd literally be better off calling an Uber.

2021-10-05Our driver was kind enough to confirm our pickup a day ahead, which was great as our return flight had changed. Car was very clean, driver was polite and drove conservatively. Easy to spot them at the baggage carousel. Will definitely use again.

2021-09-11I landed late on a Friday night, Uber/Lyft prices were outrageous. I called this service and absolutely 5 stars! The driver was great with communication, arrived promptly within 15 minutes car was clean, provided water bottles and great customer service. Highly recommend for your travel needs!

2021-08-10They straight did not show up.I had reserved a cab to the airport the night prior, they took my credit card information and assured me that all would be well but if I didnt hear from them by an hour before pickup time to call them. I was in rural MI at a conference and did not hear from them + lost track of time.When I called 30 minutes prior to pickup to confirm, I was told that I should have in fact called an hour before hand and unfortunately theyre unable to get me a driver now. Dont worry, you wont be charged. There were no Uber/Lyfts around as it was a rural area. I ended up scrambling, hitching a ride to ann arbor where I had a Lyft driver meet me and take me to the airport.Incredibly unprofessional, save yourself the time and stress and book with someone else (unless you want to be glued to your phone prior to pick up to call them, precisely one hour prior to pick, to remind them to do their job).
