Comment: Our car was broken into with little taken. It was the damage to the door and the lock that we had to get fixed. I called our state farm agent and everything was taken care of. I did file a police report right away. State Farm set up the estimate and repair. Set up the tow truck as whatever the thieves did messed up some wiring. State farm set up our rental as well. When the repair shop scheduled the estimate for 3 weeks out, State farm moved the estimate for me to the local Dealership. State farm paid for everything except my cost share for the rental. Which was negligible. Duane Pascuas office is why I have State Farm.

Comment: I have been with State Farm since, forever. Specifically Duane Pascua. My family had insurance through them when I was a kid and I continued with them throughout my adult life. They are always there when I have a problem. They can answer any and all questions I have. They follow up on my claims, even though it’s not necessarily their job to do so. If I have a problem with a claim, I can call them and it will get solved quickly. They know my children’s names and ask about them whenever we talk on the phone. They treat us like family. Duane’s office staff is amazing and so is he. I would recommend him for any person who is looking for good representation for their insurance needs. They are simply the best.

The agent Duane is great, a real family man that puts your needs, and the needs of your loved ones first!!!Now...Ms. CARLA is Duanes office manager, and she is absolutely wonderful!!! Her voice is so calming when you call in a panic wondering IF your covered, and she is ALWAYS able to help! Anytime I have an issue with payment, coverage, or just need updated ID cars for a vehicle...shes always got my back! The best part is her interactions dont feel like a transaction!! She is always there for advice, asking how the family is doing, or just a quick and pleasant conversation.To summarize: Duane is great people...and Carla, quite simply you are ELITE!!!
