Its not bad. I still had some stains on the pants they cleaned for me which wasnt awesome, but I feel like they tried.

A locally-owned family business that recently opened a second store located at 6056 W. Maple Rd., West Bloomfield, MI - the store whose services I utilize. Excellent quality of workmanship, clear attention to detail, and extremely customer service-oriented. By way of example, the store is open until 6:30pm on weekdays, and it is difficult for me to get there by that time. But with only a phone call to the store and like, 2 minutes of advance notice, the owner will stay open late so that I can pick up my dry cleaning. While Dubins prices might be slightly higher than some of the usual suspect-type, big-box dry cleaners, I find that my bill is always entirely reasonable and commensurate with the high-end services that Ive received. Plus, I have complete trust that my clothing will never be lost, ruined, or come back to me in any form less than perfect - and that kind of trust is priceless.

The best cleaners ever! The quality of their work is superb but the customer service is even better! There customer service is second to none! This was my first experience with them and I was immediately impressed with the overall feel of the store. They had a very nice coffee and goodies display their customers. As customers came in, i heard them address them by name! Which tells me they have regular/repeat satisfied customers that theyve taken the time and effort to appreciate. I even saw the owner walk an older ladys belongings to her car. Totally impressed. Then I went back to pick up my things and drop off my hubbys things. I had quite a few items and wouldnt you know it, the owner carried my things to my car, secured them with a seatbelt (my garment hook is way in the back, why I dont know) and opened and closed my door!! Now thats what I call exceptional customer service!!! In a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 20!

Relatively new in town so we tried Dubin because of all the rave reviews. I dont get it. We are not difficult customers so I will explain the 2 stars.1 Star for cleaning without damage.1 star for prices consistent with other dry cleaners in the immediate area. No star for delivery on time. Requiring a return to the store 1 hour later than scheduled is really not acceptable.No star for even an occasional quick turn around. There are many 24 hour cleaners around here.No star for overall excellence.The search will continue.

Dubin is the best!!! Sam & his family are so friendly and are so refreshing to see in the morning! They are able to clean anything! They have taken in MASSIVE car silks from me all the way down to my fiancés clothes for work. I would trust them with any type of clothing/materials. Check them out!!

I bought this amazing jacket and was sooo in love with it. But in a few weeks it became dirty and I decided to wash it. Inside Label told I should go to Cleaners, but It looked like I can just wash it myself. Of course I destroyed the color...it was all in blemishes .I cried 2 days , then grab it and came to Dubin cleaners. And now it looks like a new!!! I just cant believe It how is that possible!))))they are really magicians!

Great service, very timely usually 3 days or so but you can specify if you want a quick turn around. Automated computer system, you get an email when your clothes are ready to be picked up. Your information and preferences are saved in so you basically just give them your garments and they know what you are expecting. Im going here for my cleaning from now on.

I dont typically write reviews, but in this instance I have too. My CEO is in town and got food on his coat 1 hour before his meeting at GM. I called around looking for any place that would clean on the spot or within an hour regardless of price. Sandy at Dubin came to my rescue. He cleaned out the food on his sleeve and did it in only 15 mins! I just called around and spoke to him and he bailed me out. For sure my company and I will be returning here!

Pick up and delivery was timely. Everything cleaned and stuffed with paper. The cost is worth the highly professional service especially for my special pieces. ☺
