My first time trying Dunkin hash browns and this is what I was given. Six burnt pieces . . . Never again!
Worker stated they arent serving coffee right now because they wanted to clean up and leave right at 9 pm. They are open until 9 but dont want customers.
Perfect stop for a coffee and treat. And great internet with cafe tables. Happy place, great service, and fun to see the pulls for a cold coffee drink too!!
$17 for a dozen donuts that were old and dry. Took one bite of one and threw it out of my window. Dont waste your money. Make the drive elsewhere.

I love the app and its always ready when I get there, which makes my mornings a lot easier.
I wanted something with peppermint in it and there was not peppermint shakes,so I decided with hot chocolate with hazel nut shot. Get to window,the owner was very friendly n let me know he did have peppermint hot chocolate and this kind man gave me a small one to try. He didnt have to do that but he did.
Arrived at 6:00 am or 6:00 pm, your order will always be quickly processed. Latte and Americano are always hot and taste the same. Avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches will be served hot, fresh with love. Head up to the management having the best team out there. All the team members have a big smile on the face. Everyone working there is always polite and happy to serve. I should say the best service and good store as compared to any other store..........BIG THANK YOU FOR SERVING FRESH FOOD ALWAYS!!!
I go there every morning for the same 2 drinks , medium coffee and large coffee so thats about 30.00 week. Lately my coffee has been bad. I will no longer get my coffee here. im so sad because this location is close to my work.
As of August 13th 2021 it is a new place and busy place. I hope the best for them. With a bit more practice they will be a great business, Im not trying to criticize but rather trying to help Anyone who reads this review To keep this in mind and give them a fighting chance. my bubble lemonade is great and I recommend it. But unfortunately I also recommend trying the coffee before leaving so changes can be made
For the most part, this location is fantastic. The baristas are fast, friendly, and make delicious drinks. You always get the same quality drinks and food regardless the time :). The manager at this store is super professional, customer friendly, and makes me feel as though my business is valued. I felt this on Friday morning when I came in to grab a drink I had ordered for pickup on the App. Dunkin is taking over again...watch out Starbucks!

First visit to this new location. Fast and friendly service! I tried the Strawberry Dragon fruit Refresher and the Sourdough Bacon and Egg sandwich and both were delicious. Will definitely be back soon!

Every morning we get coffee here for the life of me my order be wrong every day. I have called and they said they will address the situation. All this week our order have been wrong. This store is nothing like the one in St. Joe order always right. The manager has not done his or hers job making sure order are right. My business we be going to St. Joe

Got a latte and mini pancakes this morning. The latte was nearly room temperature and the pancakes were cold, stiff and tasted old and dry. Was in my way to work so going back through to have them fix it was not an option.
New business, quick getting the beverages out. However they are no chick Fil A when it comes to great customer service. Me and my husband came before we went to work and the gentleman at the drive through was not friendly, we won’t be back. We will continue to go to St Joe. We thought it would be easier because we both work in Benton Harbor! We will just drive the extra time and go into the st joe Dunkin donut instead, wish they had a drive thru.
I’m so frustrated with this location. They keep locking the lobby because they don’t have staff. If that’s the case, then don’t allow walk-in orders to be placed in the mobile app. I don’t have time to wait 10 cars deep to get my order through the drive-through. What’s the point of ordering in the app in advance? Shut this feature off if you can’t offer it!
I went through the drive through at 1pm today (9-7-21) ordered a sandwich and hash browns. I had a coupon for the hash browns from super book. While waiting for the cashier to put coupon in my bag of food fell on the floor (not sure if anything touched floor) then was told coupon was not available there, then they lost my coupon. As they are looking for coupon my food was sitting there getting cold. End of story I just left without my coupon or any food.
Bought a variety of a dozen Donuts. The Long Johns didnt even have the cream in them. 😡 They didnt have much of a taste to them either. Very disappointed.
This Dunkin store is fantastic.Lead supervisor **, an amazing person and is well coordinated with what the workers are doing. I like the vibe over there...best place for quick gathering and fun.Very immaculate place.
I have came here two times only. Both times produced a bad experience. They would not let us come in this Sunday so I went to st.jo and had no problems at all. My wife wished she could have left the man a tip. He was fast and friendly. Not this one in benton harbor. Steer clear of this waste of time.

Tried to go thru the drive thru and got asked 3 times if we knew what we wanted after I told them we needed a moment. Then the manager tells us to just come inside. We went thru the drive for a reason if we wanted to go inside we would have. Zero patience rude staff.
I put in the GPS Dunkin’ Donuts 2 popped up, 1 in St Joe and one in BeNton Harbor, I should have went to the one in ST Joe it was further away. I regret it, Getting off the highway to the rude guy which appears to be the manger. He seemed to be in a rush, this place SUCkEd won’t be coming again !
I stop by at LEAST once a week for curbside pickup and I’ve never had a single issue! Thats the reason why I would only go to this location. The staff is so friendly and they really go above and beyond! They are clean and awesome!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful place inside! Trouble is you can NEVER GO INSIDE! Drive thru only. Why? You cant get enough staff?? I will go somewhere that I can eat INSIDE and enjoy breakfast!
This location is very convenient due to 94 being right there. Very clean store and the employees and management are always positive, smiling and greeting everyone as they enter the store. Stop in and share the experience.

2022-02-23Ordered a hot fudge Sunday and got charged for the hot fudge but was served the smallest scoop of ice cream with chocolate syrup not fudge. If you are going to charge for a topping you should put it on there and who charges .99 for a cherry to be put on top. Dairy Queen is cheaper and has better quality. I won’t be back to this place as far as baskin-Robbins in Benton Harbor. I didn’t even say how rude the employees were. Save money and time and skip this place.

2022-04-12Extremely impressed by this Dunkin. The coffee tastes fresh, not burned. The employees we friendly and helpful and the store was very clean. Its been a while since Ive been to a dunkin in a while but this has convinced me to give it another try. I will definitely be going back!

2022-04-30The store is clean and bright. The location is good. The prices (of the donuts) are high for the size. The selection is not great and they run out of popular types. The quality varies, depending on the time of day. No senior discount.

2022-06-28If rating a negative star was an option I would definitely rate this store a negative 5 stars. Customer service was horrible! The young girls that were at the from counter did not greet the customers they were laughing at the customers and playing at the counter with nasty attitudes. They weren’t knowledgeable of the menu and made my order wrong. It was pointless to take the order back after spending several minutes trying to get them to comprehend what I wanted in the first place. Even after the horrible service I had to ask them what the proper thing was to say to a customer whom just spent money at their establishment and the one girl said have a nice day with a smart mocking tone while laughing. I would not recommend if you’re looking for quality service.

2022-03-14I just want to give a huge shout out to Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins in Benton Harbor. They are always so friendly. The store manager is so customer focused, it is fantastic. We had a great conversation while I was waiting for my mocha cappuccino blast. (It was perfect and delicious btw) He has been working pretty much open to close because they are short staffed.. He is so focused on making the customer experience great that he would rather work constantly than hire someone that doesn’t fit his customer centric mentality. I love it. Absolutely fantastic job!

2022-07-12Waited inside for over 5 minutes as three people ignored me and continued waiting on two drive through orders. I know I came in before one of the drive through cars. A fourth worker appeared from the back but also was too busy working to wait on me. Guess no one gets donuts at work today. I walked out and wont be back.
