Chris is very honest, friendly and accommodating. You won’t find a better, more reliable shop, in the area. His prices are great and his workmanship is excellent.
Somewhat new ownership by a nice, relatively young guy who remodeled the customer service area following passing of the previous owner. Eager to prove competency and satisfy its customers, it seems a both smart and convenient repair shop choice for residents in the southeast part of West Bloomfield and the northerly part of Farmington Hills in need of most car and truck services and repairs.

Excellent customer service. Honest and they go above and beyond. I had a situation whereby I had work done on my elderly fathers car. While i was out of town the car would not start. They went to his residence approximately 10 to 15 miles away, picked up the vehicle and drove it back to the shop. Turned out nothing was really wrong and they did not charge anything although that is not their normal type of service.
Most trustworthy mechanics I believe ever got my car worked on there never going anywhere else and they have really fair prices

Chris did a great job on my exhaust repair. The job was done quickly at a very reasonable cost. It was my first time there but Ill be back the next time I need any auto repairs. Highly recommended.
Found them based on the high star review and good feedback. Called a lot of places around town and they were the ones with the best ratings and prices. Had extensive work done on the muffler and a solenoid filter part replaced. They said they would order the parts right away and get it done as soon as possible. Two hours later it was all done. They even waited 30 minutes after close for me, so I could pick it up. Great team!

I needed struts for my Dodge Journey, and had called around to several places for an quote. These guys had great reviews and the lowest estimate for the repair, so I decided to try them out. Glad I trusted the internet (yeesh) and went for it. They got my car in next day, communicated clearly about what was and what could be going on, and my car was repaired very close to estimation. It drives like its brand new. Very happy, do recommend. Thanks!
I recently moved to Farmington Hills and needed a place to do some work on my car. By reading other reviews for Dynamic Auto Repair I decided to give them a try. I knew my rear shocks and my front right wheel bearing were bad and with almost 60K miles on my car I figured it was time for new brake pads too. They called me later to say my brakes are still good and I just needed the rear shocks and wheel bearing replaced. I was very pleased with their honesty and integrity along with the reasonable pricing for the work performed. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!
I was stranded in Farmington Hills and didnt know where to go, but someone in Advance Auto Parts recommended I take my car to Joe so I took a chance. I was very pleased with my experience, especially that they worked my car into their busy schedule and didnt jack the price up knowing I couldnt shop around. They did excellent work and were very communicative and prompt. I dont go to the area very much but I suggest using this place if youre in the area. I may end up going back anyway because Joes price quote for some other work I wanted done was the best quote I have found yet.

My van broke down about a mile from Joes shop. I called and they gave me the number of a professional tow company that came very quickly. Everyone at Dynamic was awesome and the part that they needed came within an hour. I was in and out of the shop within two hours total. I seriously recommend this place... they are honest and professional A+++

Cannot recommend this shop enough.I have taken two cars of mine to them to take on and finish jobs that I was unable to and the quality is superb. On top of that, it is the one place I can trust to not get ripped off.
Was driving home from work and suddenly heard a horrible squealing noise from my front tire. Luckily I was about a mile from Dynamic and slowly drove there just after closing. They quickly took my tire off and found that a screw had fallen off my caliper. It was replaced and was not charged for the simple repair. Dynamic saved the day!
Had my car towed here after it randomly stopped working. I called ahead and they assured me they could work on a hybrid. They ran a diagnostic on it and said it was my hybrid battery. They didn’t want to work on it because my car is a hybrid, and they were not trained on hybrid vehicles. I had it towed to another dealership. Long story short, it was only my air box, air flow sensor and a dirty fuel system. Thanks for trying to help though.

If wish there was 0 stars to review this .hity place. They were suppose to fix my power steering system. Only last for 2 days after. Very unethical and unprofessional people. They just wanna rip you off. When they found out what was my job, one of the guys went straight to tell thr rest to increase payment. Shame.

Arrived as a first time customer to discover that this shop is non-compliant with state mandate to wear masks indoors as COVID 19 is on the rise again in Michigan. Neither one of the mechanics are wearing masks in the tiny office when they talk to customers face-to-face. I elected to leave and, on my way out, discovered a sign in the window invoking the fourth amendment and HIPAA as a reason why people dont have to wear masks. I was looking forward to doing business with them as they are close to my home and the guy on the phone seemed friendly, but I do not feel safe on their premises.
They’ve fixed my car a number of times. Always great service. My mom even sold her car to someone who works here. The only place I go.

2021-09-10Quality and Honesty. Two best things you can find in an auto shop. Experienced mechanics that do good work and charge a fair rate for that work, but dont look to gouge you when its a small task. Ive went to the shop for two appointments. I had a large $ repair and got an honest breakdown of the issue, the cost and the approximate time it would take to repair. Second appointment, I was worried I had another large $ repair, but it turned out to be super minor and so was the cost. Ill be going to this shop for any repairs/maintenance I need. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

2022-02-04I appreciate these guys helping me out when I needed that asap. Prior to this shop, Ive visited a few shops around the area and all of them wanted me to wait 3-5 hours at least, even though it was 10 minute work. Super friendly and the best human to human experience Ive had.

2021-08-20When my vehicle developed a problem I took it to Dynamic after seeing all the good reviews. They were right on. Chris fixed my vehicle fast and at a fair price. Not like the other local shops Ive tried which overcharge and often under perform. Ill for sure be using Dynamic for all my family vehicles. Thanks again Chris.
