I ordered flowers for a memorial service for my cousin and was blown away by the gorgeous arrangement! Id have expected lesser quality and was very happy with the the arrangement, it couldnt have been better! Thank you Dynasty Flowers! I know where to come next time!
Mike got me in and out with a couple of custom tulip arrangements. Super sanitary place, great service, and the price was more than reasonable. Ill be back for sure!
Closed at 6pm on Valentines Day.... wow. Otherwise, good people and products. But, seriously, there were rows of unsold Valentine’s Day stuff and multiple cars coming and going. As I drove off I noticed someone inside working with a customer. Apparently business is good enough to pick and choose. Yes, stated business hours are until 6pm but use some common business sense. One of the best floral shops in the area, healthy plants and flowers, reasonable price. My delivery was quick and everyone was happy with the arrangement!
I ordered flowers for my mother and she never received them. The owner Aaron stated I delivered them personally My mother was at Michigan St on the time and date of delivery. I had to call the bank to get my money back. I will never buy from them again. They left the flowers with someone unknown person and expected me to pay for them.No star for me~

I have visited this place for the last two years on mothers day and other occasions. The guy who works here is very rude and disrespectful to customers in particular black customers. Last year I witness a black man come into his shop for a pick up and the guy working told him he was confused and didnt know when he wanted his carnations. Then he told this customer he doesnt need his business to go somewhere else because he is too busy anyway. So i figured maybe it was just a misunderstanding with that customer. Only to visit this location on Saturday and the same guy disrespecting a elderly black lady because she wanted to allow him to finish with the customer he had in front of him. His response wasI can do two things at once and this kind lady said no its okay I can wait until you finish with the client ahead of me. The worker gets mad and again tells another black woman that you know what we dont need your business you can go elsewhere because we are just to busy anyway. She kindly waited and didnt respond to him. He then told another worker you are gonna have to help her because Im not. It was very rude of him and very embarrassing. Needless to say this shop will never receive our business again or the business of my family, friends, co workers again but Im sure its not needed because hes to busy anyway. After reading your response of excuses I decided to elaborate more. No matter how intense or busy the business is you must understand its just that a business. If every year you know that its busy or overwhelming hire additional staff or dont take the orders. And as a favor no your not doing any customer a favor you are offering a service that they are paying for. And that should be a very pleasant experience. However because this business has failed to deliver exceptional service and feel like they are doing there paying customers a favor to fill the orders that they have taking money for I again along with my friends, family, co workers and whomever else will no longer support this business because we dont want favors just good customer service and respect. 2022-07-19Dynasty did my wedding party bouquets and boutonnières this past weekend and let me tell you, I was blown away by them. I sat down with Sue one day to show her some inspiration of what I wanted and swatches of my bridesmaid dresses. All of them were different shades of purples, pink and floral. She matched some ribbons to them thinking it was just to help her match the flowers but when she dropped them off at the chapel the day of my wedding, I couldn’t believe each girl had their bouquet wrapped with ribbon that matched their individual dresses almost perfectly! And then I was surprised that my bridal bouquet was so heavy! But I’m not complaining because it meant it was so full and beautiful. The colors were absolutely perfect and the flowers held up all day and night. I also appreciated the extra help Sue gave us by staying and helping the guys put on all their boutonnières and she help me add the charms of my grandparents on my bouquet. I would 100% recommend them for any of your floral needs! They were super reasonable too. Sue you are the bomb!!! Thank you SO much!

2022-02-09Two beautiful flower arrangements were created the same day for me to pick up myself to deliver to thank hospital staff in Warren, since right now the Shop doesnt go inside hospitals but I was allowed by the hospital to take them inside myself. Beautiful fresh flowers, the people loved them. Dynasty Flowers is great.

2017-09-13They did such a beautiful job on my wedding flowers! The centerpieces were lovely with bright colors. No wimpy flowers here! My husband will stop here and get a bouquet for me sometimes and they always last a long time, definitely good quality flowers and very decently priced. Will continue to go back!
