Comment: This place will rob you blind! There was an issue with my bank and one of the payments to my storage unit was canceled! After I cleared things up with my bank the money was returned to them, but instead of paying $380 they tacked on so many late fees that my payment came out to $600! While the bank was clearing up that mistake, they wouldnt let me make the current payment because they dont accept partial payment. So even though the bank cleared up the mistake they didnt remove the original late fees but they added new late fees for the current month! So now I have to pay $800 which I cannot afford they put a lien on my storage and theyre going to auction off all of my things they dont work with you! Theyre a bunch of Thieves!

Comment: Pve this place or should I say loved it when it was under old ownership, the girl at the counter ignore me so well, for the first time in a very long time not since the 70s did I feel it was simply done because of who I am, Imwhile then product is superior and my fleet if vehicles all have their batteries, sadly I think I will be looking for another interstate battery store no matter how far I have to drive, rather than return and risk being treated Iike that again and having to feel lile that again and thats just too bad . In my business I train my employees to treat all whom we contact with dignity and respect, that was clearly missed on this young lady..Would normally give this place 5 stars back in the day ..

Comment: Avoid if you want your stuff dry and not stolen.I understand accidents happen, but this company has inconvenienced us, lied to us, and been absolutely awful to work with regarding insurance.First we had to move our entire unit to a different unit because the roof was leaking. I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience (we were up late the night before a cross-country move, with my toddler children up past bedtime screaming in my car for hours because I couldnt get a sitter.) Was told they couldnt comp anything without an insurance claim. Fine, Im understanding, we moved on. Then a week or two after we left the state, we were told that our units latch was damaged from someone running into it with equipment. There was nothing we could do from out of state. When we returned, the latch had obviously been cut and our unit was destroyed and all our valuables stolen. Again, not their fault but anyone could tell the latch was cut and they never disclosed that so we could file a police report. They also apparently have no video surveillance of indoor storage areas. Of course, even if they do, how would I know to ask them to review it since they didnt report an obvious break-in to me? Finally, we have been waiting on our insurance check for the stolen items to be mailed for months now. This experience has been a disaster, and Ill never get my sentimental guitar back. I wish I had never heard of this place.Its really clean though

I currently have a nonprofit with limited space and use E Street Storage to house our additional product and equipment material. Now renting from this company for over 2 years; I am beyond pleased with the quality of service this company provides. I sincerely appreciate their responsiveness and the way E Street conduct business. Not only have I recommended this company to individuals but to others business as well because of their outstanding satisfaction with services and low rates. The grounds, office, storage units and bathrooms are super clean and I personally enjoy Mike (Store Manager) friendly and courteous attitude. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come if need be. I would also like to add; on one occasion I needed additional equipment to be moved from one location to another and was able to reserve their rental truck free of charge by being a tenant at e street storage!!!!! Now that’s a deal!!!!
