Bob was very helpful with the whole rental process. It was an easy process picking up and returning the bike. And, the bike itself was in excellent shape and a joy to ride. Overall, a very good experience renting through Eagle Riders. The only down side is the fact that the Farmington Hills Motor City Harley dealer does not participate with the Eagle Riders club and honor rental credits or discounts. I would probably rent more if they did honor this membership.

Back in August of 2019 we had a flight out to Detroit from Miami that would land us there around 11am to pick up our rental at 2pm. Our flight out of Miami was delayed 3 times and then cancelled. We rebooked our flight and it would now land us in Detroit around 6pm. Getting to EagleRider from the airport would now get us there around 730pm and they closed at 7pm. I called and spoke with Bob and he assured us that he would stay late and wait for us. The customer service that was provided to us was beyond exceptional. After we arrived, Bob helped us and got us going. We only had a 1day rental so we had to be back the next day to return the bike by 5pm and somehow we lost our key fob. Once again, Bob to the rescue. We got back here right at 5pm and now we had to call a locksmith to get the saddlebags opened since we lost the fob and the keys for those bags. We didn’t leave until 730pm and poor Bob had to wait an extra 2.5 hours after closing because of us. Im sure Bob was extremely frustrated and after all of that he was still very kind and polite. I can’t say enough wonderful words about his customer service. EagleRider, overall, has had done a great job at hiring such awesome people at all of the locations that I have been to but I have to say that Bob just goes above and beyond.

Awesome experience from start to finish. We even lost a key fob and were able to get bike going again to finish trip over the phone with our salesman at the dealership. Wish there were an extra fob or code and instructions given up front. Or the old fashioned way with a key in it to start it. Also charged for 2 days when picking it up Friday afternoon and had to be back by 5:00 Saturday. Only able to drop bikes at dealers opening times too. All in all much appreciated and worth every penny! 465 mil is in 27 hours.

Doesnt allow payment with Eaglerider credits. how are they even allowed to be an eaglerider location if I cant use the credits i ALREADY PAID FOR!! That was GOING to be a fun day, guess not. WORTHLESS

This is the place to go for all of your Riding needs. Renting a bike here is easy and well worth it! The staff are super friendly!
