I adore Dr. Dickson! He performed my ballon sinus procedure 3 years ago and I completely trust him. I recently saw him for acid reflux and again, he’s amazing. He listens and really cares. I highly recommend him.
This office has been wonderful for treating my son at a young age who needed tubes in his ears. All the doctors and staff made him feel safe and comfortable every step of the way.
Dr. Dickson diagnosed my cracked tooth when no other Doctors or dentist saw it. He listens. Very Happy with my visit. Staff was all very nice.
The doctor miraj took care of an issue Ive had for over a month. I had an earring back in my ear canal, went to the hospital and they couldnt get it out. They had my ear bleeding and throbbing in pain. But I did my first visit at the e.n.t with raj and he had it out in less then 5 mins. After going thru ear aches swelling and headaches he freed me I am forever grateful for him and will recommend him and Livonia location to anyone who needs. Thank you again
I went to see Dr.Meraj walking in the staff was nice and helpful however on the other hand Dr.Meraj is an other story. I had to wait for him 30 min pass my appointment time and I arrived 15 min before my appointment ,than when he finally came in first ting he looked at was his watch . I don’t think he even was 5 min in there. He was so in rush he didn’t listen to anything I had to say. My symptoms I have he was telling me the opposite feeling that I have and I kept telling him that’s not it. I don’t feel that but he kept insisting that’s it.I regret going there and I definitely won’t be back . I wouldn’t recommend Dr.Meraj to anyone.So please when you go there make sure you don’t schedule an appointment with him.He will waist your Precious time and money .
My appointment was at 3:00. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes before I was seen. I wasn’t late and did not expect to wait that long.Once seen, Dr Dickson addressed all issues. I had a couple questions once my exam was over and could tell he was ready to leave the room. Only complaint with him is, I felt rushed.
Great doctor and great office staff for my 2.5 year old who has been going there since 11 months. I only gave a 4 because no matter what time our appointment is they are running behind.

I went to see Dr. Taha S Meraj at ENT in Livonia for vertigo that I have been experiencing for 6 weeks. First, I was very impressed by the office. It was very welcoming and friendly. My appointment was on time with no waiting. I found Dr. Meraj to be the best. He was very thorough and really took his time to listen to me and fully understand my concerns . Next, he ran a full set of tests including a hearing test and some physical examinations to trigger the vertigo to make his prognosis. Lastly, the whole appointment took about 40 mins and I was sent home with special instructions to perform at home to help fix my dizziness. I fully endorse Dr Meraj and his staff at ENT in Livonia and plan to recommend them to family and friends, if ever needed.
Dr. Dickson is awesome. I came to him for a second opinion after suffering with a persistent throat issue for over a year. He quickly knew what was wrong and treated me and I feel so much better. I really appreciate him helping me and being willing to try a different approach. Total game changer for me!
I absolutely loved this office. I brought my daughter in for a reoccurring ear ache. I actually felt heard and there was a plan for treatment when a left. I would highly recommend going here.
Id like to thank you for getting me in on time , finally a 2:15 appointment ment something ,,,thank you for that , also the Dr was spot on with my trouble and took care of it right in the office ,. She went above and beyond by checking and addressing my other ear , which I didnt think anything was wrong with ,,,,I was wrong about that ...thank you Dr ,,, she also did a quick exam and had me out of there in 20 mins ,,,,can I give more than 5 stars on a review? My mother recently saw Dr. Meraj and was more than pleased. He did a great job of explaining what was needed and made her feel very comfortable.
Office is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctors are great. Definitely recommend making an appointment if you have ent problems.
The staff was very kind and Dr Lauren L Mu r r i l l MD was very nice she got right to the point she knew the problem and were working on it right now together and I will be seeing her again if you have pain problems thats where to go.
Positive: was able to get an appointment very quickly.Negatives: The doctor infantilized me during our interactions -- from consult to follow-up call. During the consult, she spoke to me quickly and when I asked if she wanted to hear the recording of my sleeping, she scoffed and said, I know what snoring sounds like. Cool. At the end of the appointment, she offered a half-hearted confirmation that it all made sense and then rushed me out to pull out the tube in my ear that had been in there since 2003. There was no concern that there might be any risk of doing this in office and she didnt take a moment to even address me or ask if I had any concerns. No room was even made for me to bring any such concerns up. I felt powerless.If youre looking for a thorough and thoughtful ENT evaluation with a doctor who wont throw you into a stereotypical box within seconds of meeting you, go somewhere else. The majority of the concerns I wrote in my paperwork were not addressed -- I am not confident it was even read prior to the appointment.After being rushed out, I requested paperwork from my visit (which is common for all other doctors and specialists I have seen)....I was met with utter confusion regarding my request and the doctor even rolled her eyes at my questions in her quick exchange with the nurse/assistant speaking with me. If youre a patient who likes to be involved in your care or likes to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.When I received a follow-up call, she scolded me for having a full inbox and told you might want to delete some things. Does she treat all her patients this way? Since when is she the voicemail police? I am not claiming I should not clean it up, I am questioning her apparent authority/supremacy over her patients.Overall, extremely disappointed that the reviews painted a very inaccurate picture of this office than what I experienced. I am sure all of these claims will be denied strongly, but I stand by it and will not provide this office any further false advertising. I truly wish my experience was different.

Doctor Dickson is a nice enough guy, some of the ladies behind the glass are very helpful and nice. That being said, they put you in a small room and forget about you. My first appointment...15 minutes in the lobby then examination room...was left there with no reading material/music/tv, and a small window that you cant see out of for an hour. Second appointment same but wait was thirty-five minutes in the examination room. Unexceptable, I wont be returning.
Dr Stranding did my tonsillectomy at age 38 I was a bit nervous about it. Everything went well and he never pushed it on me we tried alternatives against his recommendation just for my peace of mind and we ended up back at the original opinion! The office made it happen during covid and accommodated my needs as well! My whole family goes here and see’s Stranding and Murrill. Recovery for the surgery wasn’t great but I was warned of the process beforehand. Highly recommend these doctors!

My experience at this office was phenomenal. The front desk greeted me immediately and once I completed my new patient paperwork was called within just a few minutes. The nurse was very kind as well as the lady that performed the hearing test. When Dr. Murrill came in, she was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. It made my anxiety of going to an ENT painless.

Dr. Murrill has once again impressed me with not only her knowledge and bedside manner, but also with her sincerity and willingness to squeeze me in on short notice. I have personally seen her twice for my own medical condition (ears) as well as one other time for my 13-yr-old daughter (also ears).She has been informative and gentle throughout each appointment I’ve been a part of. Dr. Standring is the absolute best doctor I have ever had! He is extremely friendly, listens to his patients and is very knowledgeable. He did surgery for me and made sure I was comfortable before and even three weeks afterwards. I healed beautifully and had zero complications. Anytime I ever hear anybody having issues with their ears, nose or throat I always recommend Dr. Standring.
I had the balloon dilation procedure on my sinuses and eustachian tubes in January by Dr. Standring. The FIRST day my headaches were gone after suffering for years. And within three days I had immediate sinus pressure relief!!!! I could not be happier. I had sinus headaches almost every day for years, and at least 10+ miserable middle ear infections and sinus infections per year. It has been 2 months since the surgery and I still feel amazing. I wish I had heard about it sooner. The procedure was simple and done in office, and all of the staff were were friendly, informative and professional with helping me make this choice. Recovery was easy, only about 2 days of minor inconveniences but mostly was able to go about my day as usual. I have had many ENTs in the past try to figure out a solution and most told me I just had to deal with these issues but Dr. Standring was the first to listen and offer an actual solution. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ENT!!
Live Dr Dickson and Dr Seeker is a great audiologist! Plus new Livonia office is very convenient.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any physicians’ office. Waited at least 45 minutes over appointment time, each time I visited. Dealing with the billing department is next to impossible. Go elsewhere or deal with inconvenience and headaches.
Dr. Murrill is a very professional and thorough doctor. Wait time is very short & quick. Front and back office staff are great. Office is always very clean & rooms are always prepped for next patient & well organized. Excellent office & team. Definitely will recommend.
I recently had sinus surgery in December of 2019 by Dr.Murrill. I am very happy with her care and the outcome of the surgery. From the initial consultation, diagnoses and follow-up, Dr.Murill walked me through every step, providing me with options and alternatives along the way. As a result of her surgery, I am breathing more easily and freely than ever before. Dr. Murrill and her staff were there for me and made the entire surgical process an overall great experience. If possible I would like to give a 0 star.My left ear hurts so I went to see the doctor in the ENT Livonia location. The doctor spent 5 seconds to check my ear with only a small lens, and then told me your ear is perfectly fine! I said “My ear hurts, and it feels weird in there!” The doctor just keep saying “you’re fine! No worries!” It takes me $175 to take the 5 second check??? Are you kidding me? I think it’s a perfect way to do business like this, you don’t have to learn anything to treat the patients, just collect money and tell them they are fine!!!!!My ear still hurts now.Worst experience ever.
I had a very scary ear condition. Thanks to Dr. Murrill and her team I was okay within a week! Everybody at her office, including Dr. Murrill, was very nice and kind yet professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to others!
I saw Dr. Murrill for a throat issue and she figured it out in one visit. She was great! i would definitely recommend her for any ear, nose and throat issues. She was also great in her approach, listening and caring about my concerns.
Dr. Murrill was a very knowledgeable, professional and approachable doctor. I had chronic allergic rhinitis that caused me sleep apnea and she offered me treatment/surgery that actually improved my issues and quality of life, unlike many other doctors I went to that were just like weeeeelllllllll I guess you can try thiiiiiissssss etc. etc. Highly recommended.
My six year old is doing amazing since his surgery. He bounced right back and is sleeping more sound. The doctor was so kind and answered all my questions and concerns about the tonsillectomy.
Dr. Laura Murrill is amazing. I thought for years I had sinus issues turns out it was heartburn and I had weird symptoms. But since her help I feel amazing and a hundred percent better. I struggled for years thinking I had something different. God bless her...

10 min visit to tell you go use a nasal spray cost $225... I have a great health insurance and still had to pay $40 since even the insurance company believes theyre charging too much! I dont recommend them a bit...

Dr. Clark & Receptionist Ms. Theresa were Very Friendly& Welcoming 🤗🤫☺️.However the Medical Assistant on Call Derrick , 😒 NOT So much. 🥴I Consider myself a Friendly& Respectfully person and When Im Speaking to People ,I Show Respect by looking them in the Face/Eye upon being Spoken To, Derrick NEEDS to engage Practicing this for his Own Betterment🙂.

2022-04-04I had my eardrum covered from wax and lost hearing. I called in and Dana got me an appointment the same day within the next hour. I went in and Claire Nicholson PA-C got my ears all cleaned up. They are very professional, quick, and the best of the best. I highly recommend this place.

2022-03-15Claire has poor bedside manor very rude. MA & PA was in a hurry and dismissive. Claire acts like they only care about $$$. Claire did not take a moment to get to know me. I felt talked down to. Hope the office staff can take a vacation soon. Please take care of yourselves so you can offer better care to others. Not worth your time. Such a headache. Good riddance.

2022-06-08I was highly impressed by Dr. Murrill and her knowledge of Covid and of Covid-19 long haulers. She brought me great relief and comfort by telling me my abnormal taste and smell wouldn’t last forever. I know having a scope with a camera put up your nasal cavity can be extremely discomforting, but Dr. Murrill was gentle and talked me through the entire process. She never once treated me like I was crazy, like other doctors have when it comes to dealing with long haul Covid. She was honest, straight forward (doesn’t sugarcoat anything), listened to my concerns, and even encouraged me to join the UOM study I am currently waiting to hear back from. I was even given some treatments pertaining to my conditions and I already ordered the essential oil’s she suggested off of Amazon as soon as I got back home.The office staff working in the front were kind, patient, understanding, and had a great sense of humor. The office was easy to locate through my gps and had a nice big parking lot. Once inside, you could see the waiting area is constantly kept sanitized and clean. The entire facility continues to practice PPE measures and guidelines to keep everyone safe from spreading/catching anything.I know this may not seem like much, but I just want to say thank you for everything to everyone who works here. You all make a wonderful team! To be completely honest myself, I was really worried, distraught, and felt helpless prior to this appointment. After the appointment though, I walked out of your facility with a smile, hope in my heart, a positive mental attitude, and a new outlook on dealing with my symptoms stemming from Covid.

2022-04-13Dr. Murrill is great! During my appointment she was thorough and answered all my questions. I have been having severe sinus pain for several months and only after one day of her treatment plan I am already starting to feel relief. Dr. Murrill was friendly along with the rest of the staff. The Livonia office was also very clean and organized. Highly recommend Dr. Murrill and Ear Nose & Throat Consultants!

2022-04-02The clinic is organized efficiently. Staff are friendly and make an effort to make your appointment a positive experience. Dr. Standring is a phenomenal ENT physician! He is genuinely kind and caring in his interactions with patients. He also does a great job at explaining diagnoses and treatment options. I highly recommend going to this clinic for ENT health!

2022-03-26He was and Excellent Dr who help assisted me with my baby girl regarding her health issues. He was very friendly and polite he interacted with my baby girl on yesterday as well. Her original doctor is Dr Murrill but she was out today so I was happy with seeing another Dr on yesterday will be going back to see Dr Maraj and Dr Murrill 😊
