These guys lost the sensor to my tire . then claim they didnt . rude as can be . need to learn how to treat customers and how to take care of customers property .
Super-fast service, can usually get in same day we call, honest about tire condition, no pressure to buy new tires. We have been going here for many years for repairs, to get snow tires on/off and to buy new tires at reasonable prices.

These are the nicest, kindest people youll ever meet! They are also the hardest working, in every kind of horrible weather. They work together like a well-oiled machine, with total teamwork. Very impressive. They are never cross or rude. They treat each customer as an important individual. Even when they are at their extreme busiest, they will still stop what they are doing to check your tires, put air in them, answer your concerns. My family LOVES Mattices Tire Service, Bad Axe. There is no place quite like it. They are legendary. You wont be disappointed.

2021-12-21Bought tires from these guys ever since I was old enough to drive... Doug, Nick, and Ed bring the same kind of service and dedication as the old owners did. Nick even helped me locate some bad parts on the ladies car when it was in for a tire rotation. Best place to get tires in the Bad Axe area!
