Our son just got his license today, I called the office and spoke with Elisa she was extremely helpful answered all of my questions. We were on the phone for awhile as I wanted to make sure that I added the policy that met our needs and she did that. Elisa truly embodies the Statefarm mantra “like a good neighbor Statefarm is there”, when talking to her you don’t feel like you’re talking to a representative it feels like you’re talking to someone who truly cares about helping you. I recommend Efferem and his team to any one that asks. I’ve had both home owners claims and car claims and although filing a claim is never something you want to do they take the headache out of it. There was only 1 experience where there was a lack of response (mostly my fault for waiting last minute) and Efferem picked up the phone and called me at 9pm at night with a resolution! Wow!!! After that any questions or concerns I’ve had Dulce has been able to get me the answers or quotes needed, quickly and efficiently with options to choose from. When my car was totaled State Farm was there to walk me through the process from start to finish and cashed me out on my car within 1 week.
