Comment: I have to say I haven’t had the BEST in person customer service in years! Monica the manager on site, exactly knew the size of storage to recommend after a few questions, perfect size for my belongings. Next, I notice my unit door didn’t have lock pad guard. Monica called Rene, on site maintenance and upgrade my lock and install a guard in minutes!!! Wow! I’ve been rent storage for years never had this customer service. I recommend this storage location. They will work with you! Times are rough and tough, they made it easy.

Comment: I apologized for now doing my review earlier but as I promise here you. I want to thanks manager Monica for always following the company procedures and explaining to me as well remind me. This was my first time in my life that I needed to rent an storage to put some of my household stuff and because I became homeless leaving on motels, friends and my car. Monica is very understandable and goes beyond 100% to help you. I want to thanks her for helping me with the paperwork to finally find a permanent home. Also I want to thanks Eileen for been another great assistant and employee of TNT Management. I am so appreciate for all the help Monica and Ileen provided during my time as tenant of El Monte Store It Now. I highly recommend it.

Comment: Best value after shopping around. Was originally going for a 5x10 but it was a better value to upgrade to a 6x13. Free move in truck which is actually a full size truck. Its a small/medium sized box truck, I believe 14. Pick up the truck in the morning and you can have it until closing if you need to.All in all a great place. Assistant Manager Susana will help you out in any way.
