Ricky and cristian always make sure I’m getting the bike I need, and Vanessa and Greg making sure I get the deal that won’t make my wife choke me in my sleep! Same goes for the service department. I ride my bikes HARD, the techs get me back on the road right away! The service writers keep me in the loop and make sure my bikes well taken care of.Everyone at el patron is always friendly to me and my family when we come through, and treat us like their own family! Make sure you ask for Kyler!My husband and I travel all over the country and we stop at every Harley Davidson shop along the way. We collect the poker chips. Out of the hundreds of shops we’ve been too, this is now at the top of our list. We went in for a chip and they had a couple 48’s for sale. My husband has been wanting one for years now to customize.We were met by Kyler, a sales rep there shortly after we walked in and when I say he made sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted to stay in, I mean it. He went above and beyond for us. And the best part, he actually listened to us and what we wanted. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to talk us into something else and went to work for US. We’ve been to shops where we’ve been brushed off entirely or they tried to push us to what they wanted to sell not what we wanted. There was none of that with Kyler. He treated us like a friend.This was our 9th Harley purchase and 2nd in the last 6 months so we are no stranger to the process. Since my husband and I were traveling and not intending on buying a bike, they were even nice enough to store the bike for us until we could get what we needed in to haul it back when we were ready to make our way back home. We live in Missouri, so it’s no means an easy trip, but we will be doing all our future purchases through El Patron and will be asking for Kyler every time. Thank you for being so awesome to us Kyler, you have customers for life with us and will be referring anyone we meet wanting a bike to you.

Comment: Brought bike in for a few codes that kept popping up, they had it in at the exact time it was scheduled, they completed troubleshooting did repairs and completed a couple recalls plus completed a couple repairs of known issues the bikes have had to keep it from having those. All done in 6 hours and had the call to come get the bike same day as I left it. All repairs were covered under warranty. They also provide free coffee and good staff to talk to while you wait.Cody was my service advisor, legit, knows his stuff, understands the issues I described and annotated them in the notes for the tech to see and understand my issues.Devin was my tech, if you have a Pan America, request him, he has worked with the factory engineers and assisted with finding solutions. Good man and good to talk with about your scoot.They got me dialed in for a trip to Mexico 90% in the dirt. And the bike was 💯 reliable and man whats blast

Comment: I spent quite a long time looking to upgrade specifically to a Low Rider S. I did look around at a few different dealerships in town but couldn’t quite make any of the offers I got work. While most dealerships got impatient with my purchasing process Sebastian and his team at El Patrón Harley stuck with me the entire time answering every call and text with an optimistic and friendly attitude. Never felt more comfortable or less pressured to make a purchase. They really do make you feel like family there and I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. They had several parts in stock that other HD dealers would have had to order for me and their clothing/accessories department has a much better selection as well.Derrick at parts is like a mind reader anticipating my needs and answering questions before I could even ask. A little miscommunication about a part I had purchased ended up being a blessing in disguise. He showed me the advantages of the part I had vs the one I thought I wanted, though he was willing to do whatever I wanted to make me happy. He also advised me on performance parts I was considering with no pressure, again just trying to educate me so I could make my best decision. Their parts and performance displays are well done giving me many ideas on what I may do to my Harley.All the the ladies I met at their clothing and accessories department are super friendly and helpful. They were quick to check on any style, colors and size I was looking for. Their helmet selection is some of the best I’ve seen, not only carrying a lot of helmets but helmets of higher caliber than most other motorcycle dealerships I’ve been to.If you own a Harley, this place is worth a visit, regardless of where you may have purchased your Hog.

I was helped out by Billy right away and I had intended on getting an 08 Dyna Street Bob but he showed me around a few different options all within my price range and got me onto the one I ended up purchasing. If you want a motorcycle for sale price+ tax, tag, and title then that is what you are going to get. No hidden fees and no markups. I went to Escondido, San Diego, Coronado and even all the way to Loma Linda. El Cajon Team does not that Ive been to those places at all to look for my bike. I dont have lots of money for down payment and I still owe money on my Sporty ( which I love dearly but I gotta grow up sometimes ) and they work their buts off for me to get the bike even gave more what my bike is worth. They also gave me things that I didnt even ask for it ( I dont want to give details but lets just say WOW ). Even after I sign the paperwork, they still giving me things. I am so glad I am part of this El Cajon HOG. I went to Riverside Harley Davidson and San Diego Harley Davidson and did not have very good experiences so my last attempt with Harley Davidson was by going to El Cajon Harley Davidson and they blew my expectations out the door. Best motorcycle buying experience I have had to date. Do to my credit I was not able to get into the exact bike I had my hart set on but El Cajon Harley Davidson showed me options that may better fit my budget and we found a bike that filled in all the boxes and I could not be happier. I am truly grateful that El Cajon Harley Davidson got me out of the bad financial deal I was in on my old bike and they sold me on the riding style of a Harley Davidson. I think I have become a Harley Davidson customer for the rest of my riding days. Cant wait to start customizing the bike in a few weeks with El Cajon Harley Davidson, I am hopeful there parts and service department will make me just as happy as the sales and finance team did. Comment: Amazing staff. So helpful and want to get you out riding without rapping your hard earned money out your wallet. And who can beat the free tire install? I bought a fresh set of rubbers recently and not only were the tire less than many other harley dealers around town with no install fees. Thats savings. (100-200bucks cheaper than any other HD dealer in town)

Comment: I went to El Cajon Harley, just to look at a 2018 Road King that I saw on their web page, without any intention to buy it, but 4 hours later, after looking at all of the new and used bikes, I ended up buying the one I came to look at. Gabe and the Sales staff were very patient and helpful and even gave me what I asked for on my trade in, without even seeing it until the next day. (I did not misrepresent its condition.) I ordered a Tour-pak, color matched from the factory, and opted for an extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc., and even with everything managed to keep the payment and interest rate within the parameters that I wanted. Since then, I have purchased a lot of riding gear, etc. there and everyone there treats their customers well, even when I had an issue with my service, it was resolved quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. Its been almost a year now, since I got the Road King (my 1st Harley) and I have to say the new M8 motor, and new suspension, plus the Rushmore improvements, make for an excellent bike. I never thought I would ever buy a Harley, due to vibration, reliability and price, but Harley has improved their bikes so much over the years that the quality is stellar in the new bikes. (Mine is a 2018) Also, the price was $6,000+ less than the 2017 Road King that I had looked at from another dealer in the area, that I wont name. After getting used to the bike, I LOVE IT! Ive had every kind of bike imaginable, and still have a few others, but if I ever had to sell them, and keep just one, this 2018 Road King would be the one Id keep! THANKS! ...to everyone at El Cajon Harley!

Comment: I got in an accident with my Ultra Classic 2007 model El Cajon Harley-Davidson big hit at $12,000 but they want to replace everything that was even scratched on the Chrome or anyting until the insurance company decided that they was going to claim a total loss I took it across the street to Performance Chopper they completed all the work it rides perfectly and they did it for 6400 I will never take my bike to El Cajon Harley again.

Comment: Real nice location. Small selection of bikes but staff is super engaging yet not pushy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great feel in the shop and retail area. Great sales racks full of good deals. Wife and I had a night to visit Here while picking up some local gear. Would definitely consider or recommend someone in the area stopping by this location.
