I called Isaac after reading reviews to install a new tub and shower in my master bathroom. When he came out to do the estimate he found that I had critter damage underneath my home. He was able to not only repair the damage, but he worked with my insurance and got the repairs covered. Isaac and his team replaced the shower and tub in my bathroom as well as the insulation under the house. They were professional and Isaac kept me informed through the entire process. The work was done in a timely manor and they did a wonderful job! I am so glad I called them and will continue to use them for any home repair needs in the future. I highly recommend them if you need repairs done in your home!
I can’t say enough good about this company. Isaac and his crew are fantastic to work with! You couldn’t ask for a more honest, respectful, polite group. PEOPLE DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE...Isaac was great to work with. Came out even before the insurance approved anything and had his crew here to strart the process. Its great to see someone take pride in their work, something that you dont see anymore. Isaac and his team were amazing!!! We had water pipes burst and Isaac was out here immediately and fixed the issue. They did a wonderful job with the work they did. Isaac,Chad and James were great team they repaired my water pipe from PVC to pex and insulated and repaired my vapor barrier under my home. Isaac was great came out to inspect damage and came back to meet with insurance adjuster to confirm everything with adjuster. Chad and James where efficacent they didnt waste time getting the job complete. Well done guys will be using you again for skertting replacement in the fall.
I came in contact with Element Restoration on a referral from my dad.As he had some critter damage (Racoon) in his crawlspace, under his home, he advised me to get a free inspection, which I did.I met the owner , Mr Isaac Davidson and felt at ease with his knowledge & expertise .Plus once he found distinct critter damage, he offered to do all the leg work with my insurance company , calling, adjustments & getting his fees paid.Well to make a long story short, he did the work in a very timely fashion.Sent me pictures of before DAMAGEDand after, totally restored COMPLETE and barriers, insulation, future invasions prevention toolsHe even shot & sent video.My only work in the entire issue was paying my deductible & signing over the insurance payments to him , truly nice to meet a contractor with integrity .One final note as a follow up from his original November Work.I had some pipes freeze due to this artic blast of -15 and moreSo I called him to see if it was in his wheelhouse of expertise?It was, he sent a crew here today at 4:22 pmby 4:45 I had all water systems flowing & working

This company needs 5 more stars to make it ten and I would rate it 11. Isaac and his crew are extremely professional and go above and beyond what is expected. They work with you instead of for you and they do theyre job perfectly. I highly reccomend them. I am in the process of having more work done.

After getting a combination of runarounds and no return calls from several other mobile home services, Isaac and his crew came through with flying colors! They recently did crawlspace, roof and drywall repair to my manufactured home. Isaac worked directly with my insurance adjuster to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very professional, friendly and courteous service from his entire team. Ill be using them again in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Isaac is an extremely honest contractor who truly cares about his clients which is something thats hard to find nowadays! I had an extremely bad dealing with another contractor leading to me hiring him and he went above and beyond to get us taken care of! He takes pride in his work and definitely has his customers best interests at hand. I will definitely be recommending Isaac and Element Restoration to all of my friends and family and using him for all future work done to my home!
My experience with element restoration was amazing ..I lost my fiancee lost year. I know you have never done work for me but I have called 4 times to get a quote for some work that I need done! Once I spoke with issac and told him the issue! He said to text him my name and address because he was heading out of town so I did ! Then tried calling him 3 more times and left messages and no return call! At least have the courtesy to return a call! Had a bad experience with another mobile home contractor and thought from the reviews you would have been different but I guess not!
Had a bad clog in the drains and they were able to clear it out for me. Nice group of men to work with. Will recommend them to friends. Most likely will hire again in the future.

2021-05-15Element Restoration just completed a major restoration project under my home and I have to say how impressed I am. From the time Isaac came out to do the original inspection to the time the job was finished both he and his crew were professional, polite and personable. While doing the work, Isaac noticed a couple of other issues that had nothing to do with what we contracted for but gave me the option to have them repaired while they were working, which I did. Everything looks great. If you are looking for an honest and dependable contractor, look no farther. Thank you to Isaac and his crew for turning a disaster into a great experience.

2020-09-04We contacted Element Restoration to repair some insulation under our home. Isaac was able to show us that the damage was more extensive than we expected (demonstrated with photos) and helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim and completing the work. The job began immediately after the claim was approved with a crew of great guys. We couldnt be more satisfied. Thanks again, Isaac. Great to have an honest go-to company for repairs and renovations.

2020-10-06I couldnt be happier with the immediate response to the water damage and mold that occurred in my mobile home after a pipe under my home broke. Isaac and his crew took care of the repairs in a timely manner and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repair work done. They were very professional and courteous. Chad supervised the rest of the guys and kept in contact with me daily while the work was being done. Great job!!!

Element Restoration went above and beyond our expectations.Isaac and his team are wonderful! The team was very responsive to our needs and respectful of our home from beginning to end. If an issue arose Isaac advised us of the situation and took care of it right away.Anyone who has had to file a large insurance claim for their home knows it can be very stressful and emotional. Isaac was very knowledgeable and worked closely with the claim adjuster to ensure that we were able to get everything that was needed to be covered included. We literally were able to get everything covered but the kitchen’s sink because of his help!Thank you gentlemen for taking good care of us. God Bless!

2019-02-09I contact Element Restoration after I had some pipes break in my home after the polar vortex. Isaac came out that same day to look at the damage and helped me deal with my insurance company. This was the best service I have received from a mobile home repair company. He was upfront about pricing and honest about what needed to be done. His work crew Chad, Shane and James worked 2 days on the repairs and did a wonderful job. They answered all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company. I really wish I could give them a 10 star rating. Thank you everyone for all your hard work!

2015-10-17Best experience with a mobile home contractor I have had in 20 years. Isaac worked directly with my insurance adjuster and did the work for what they agreed upon. He even completed the work before I received the check from my insurance company. Isaac also found and fixed a problem with my sub floor before it became a bigger issue, and the rate was very reasonable. I then hired him to replace my roof and I am very pleased with the work. Its really nice to have a contractor you trust to not only do the job right but also be reasonable and easy to work with. I will use Element Restoration for any future repairs I may need for my manufactured home.

2019-08-05I called Element Restorations and immediately was called back. Isaac came out the following day to look at the critter damage. He took pictures and soon the job was written up and the insurance was contacted. He was very professional and helped during the whole process. Even though the materials weren’t ready, the person doing my job made a special trip out to fix the air before a heat wave. I really appreciated that. He could have waited but that was amazing and I thought very nice of them to do. I highly recommend Element Restoration to anyone looking for repairs.

2016-07-19These guys are so professional, courteous, quick and they clean up after themselves!!!! They did plumbing for me and restored my insulation and water barrier underneath the mobile home after a water heater leak as well as replacing part of the floor. They did an excellent job. I have worked with many companies but these will be my go to guys from now on. Isaac and his crew are awesome!!! Finally a mobile home service that are reputable and honest. Dont hesitate if you have work to do. Just call them. You wont be sorry
