My soul is sad . I’m editing my initial review from when Heather was the original owner - from 5 stars to 1. Went in after new ownership and the vibe was less than stellar. Not only was the greeting uninviting, the woman I spoke to did not have much knowledge of the items to purchase. What was special about Heather was that she lived and breathed the elements. She educated you on what she had in the shop and you knew what you were looking at. Right now it’s just a bunch of rocks to me. I have no idea on what I would be purchasing and unfortunately the staff doesn’t either... and they don’t even seem excited to find the answer. I loved going here and feeling exuberant after - and sadly -a lot of people who I knew that went here too -feel the same way. Honestly I wish them success because right now the shop is not thriving. Don’t waste your time... it’s just items and not an experience here anymore. I so wanted this place to be better ! :(
Elements is so much more than just a store! Elements has provided the space for a loving and wonderful community of friends and family to grow. Whether you want to purchase crystals, books, incense, or other spiritual items, or you are looking to learn and grow from the many classes offered, I cant recommend Elements enough! This store and the people there are truly life changing! Im excited to see what Elements grows into. Kalamazoo is truly blessed to have a space like this.
I have thoroughly enjoyed meditation with Matt. The group experience has been very enlightening. Through this experience I have been able to achieve a new sense of peacefulness and restorative healing. I strongly recommend exploring the many wonderful, life changing aspects of meditation. Matt has been a wonderful guide and teacher on this fascinating journey of self-discovery. If you are wishing to add valuable strategies to cope with everyday stress and anxiety I heartily encourage you to try meditation with Matt. The secret of harmony and happiness lie within yourself. Elements is a fantastic metaphysical store filled with such great, unique finds!! Aside from the retail store they have offerings for meditation, reiki, energy work and all sorts of fun and different classes. I am especially impressed with Heather’s dedication to children through her foundation, Empowered by Elements. Finding Elements is a gift! Amazing!!
The whole set up is Perfect, Great store, Amazing Vibes!!! It is definitely the place to go for your Healing needs!! Always has Awesome events, and the People and their community really makes you feel Great !! I found everything I needed! I WILL BE GOING BACK!!!!
This place is incredible! Good vibes, good information, good products, and an awesome owner and staff! Youll make a new friend the minute you walk in. Their events are interesting and fun and it is just a magical place that Kalamazoo has been in need of for a long time.
Every time i go into elements the people there are very welcoming & full of great positive energies. i am always able to find the crystals that i need! they have lots to chose from & very good prices. on top of that they have thirsty thursdays, where you can try different Kava teas & sample them. they have a large collection of crystals (raw & tumbled & shaped), tarot cards, incense & jewelry. i highly recommend elements as your choice to go to bc the employees are more than willing to go above & beyond on helping you & teaching you about crystals & their properties. if you haven’t gone to elements you’re definitely missing out!!
You can feel the positive energy when you walk in to the store. You will he greeted by smiling, positive, warm and caring people who want to help you find your bliss. They offer so much. Please ask about classes when you pop in.
Such a cute shop! I was able to pick up everything I needed and a singing bowl I had been looking for. The girls there were great also. When I’m back in the area I will definitely stop in again. 🖤📿
Very cute shop. There is something for everyone. Heather the owner is very friendly and is full of fun and useful information on all of the different items.. We picked out some spirit animals a wind chime and a money tree. Can’t wait to go back.

Walked in without a mask because were fully vaccinated, she kindly asked us to grab one and we walked out to do so, as we walked out she mocked us shouting Im vaxxed in the rudest tone. We left.

2022-06-25I had one of my most racist experiences in Kalamazoo to date at this store, which I have loved ever since I discovered it last year. I went in a few days ago and the person serving in the store, having made a big show in front of the new staff member about how they couldnt remember my name, asked me if the name I gave was my actual REAL name. I was SO shocked. Presumably they felt that my parents should have given me a name with clicks in it or with a profound African meaning. Whatever the case, they were asserting their privilege and right to ownership of space where they, whether they acknowledge it or not, were telling me that I do not belong. I was so embarrassed for them.

2021-05-10Great store!! went in for my birthday today and the staff was super friendly and helpful! (loved that the worker used “friend” to refer to me! very pronoun friendly!) they had everything i wanted to get and more! very informative and just all around seemed like great people with good vibes.

2020-06-13I stopped in after hours and thought I had to make an appointment so I kindly called her shop and she immediately met me at the store so I could browse even when I misunderstood the times. This place was set up beautiful and the owner is so kind and knowledgeable! I found a lot of crystals I needed to start Reiki. I am really excited to see her store flourish! They are new so check them out!

2019-12-29I absolutely love this place! I accidentally stumbled upon Elements about a year and a half ago and haven’t been able to stop going back ever since. It has been an instrumental part of exploring my spirituality and feeding my soul! I have made huge strides in personal growth thanks to the events and knowledge that Elements has introduced into my life. The owner, Heather is absolutely amazing and exudes love for everyone that walks in the door. Highly highly recommend everyone check this place out and seeing what it has instore for you!

2018-09-29I love the vine, and great customer service. Heather, was kind and sweet. She taught me a lot about the place also, gave me a tour of the place. Very spacious and comfortable. She even gave me insight of my life just by our conversation. I couldnt walk out the door, i just wanted to stay and grab coffee.. I will definitely give this store a 5 star, i couldnt find anything wrong with the place or the cash register person, Heather. I will come back! If I feel uneasy I could come here, and i know I will walk out of there with a different outlook and feeling.

2021-05-09Drove 30 minutes just to find out you closed at least an hour and a half early. Thanks for that?I understand it being Mother’s Day completely. Updating your hours would have been nice though. I wasted a ton of gas for nothing, so yeah that’s upsetting when you’re listed as open.

2019-09-17Whether you are looking for crystals, art, incense, candles, jewelry, classes (meditation, breath work, painting, essential oils, crafts, astrology, reiki.), or looking to connect with other spiritual individuals, Elements has a little something special for everyone. Elements is one of my favorite places to be, if Im having a bad day or feeling overwhelmed; its always nice to know that there is somewhere I can go that helps me learn and find new ways to balance out my energies. I love love love, Wednesday meditations! The other classes are wonderful as well; instead of connecting with yourself and going inward you are getting the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals...which is just beautiful!The owner Heather has such a beautiful heart, she makes you feel loved and happy the moment you walk through the door. Her hard work and determination is inspiring and beyond motivating to be around. Then youve got Summer, she has such a playful and fun loving energy, and has a beautiful span of knowledge, you can never leave her presence without learning something new. No matter who you get when you walk in the door at Elements you know you are only going to feel love, joy, and a weight lifted off your shoulders!Go give yourself some love by checking out Elements, you never know what you may learn or find there! :)
