Elements Massage in other cities:
Do not waste your money. The owner is a crook. The contract is ridiculous and you must cancel in writting. If you do not they will steal your money. After a verbal cancellation with the manager. I did not notice for three months of charges. Disputed it asking for a refund for four months. When that did not work, I thought I would just use up these three over priced massages. The owner then stated my paid massages had expired after two months. They force you into the contract to get a reasonable priced massage and screw you like a lawyer would.DEALING WITH ELEMENTS MASSAGE HAS BEEN AN UTTERLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
They are. Very clean and Covid-19 safe. Staff very welcoming and professional. My therapist was well experienced and even gave me tips i’m stretching my calf muscles each night to help eliminate muscle cramps. Very pleasant staff from the receptionist when you walk in the door, therapist and set up in the room was very calming and relaxing. Staff was pleasant and polite
Amazing experience, cant wait to come back. Autumn was a very pleasant otp when I set up my appt, upon greeting and check out. Billy was a great masseuse, very insightful and attentive. Great pressure as well. Ive frequent many in the area and needed a last min sports massage and I couldnt have been more pleased.
I tried this place because one of the girls that work there is my patient and told me about it! And I am grateful she did, my first message was with Kasey and she accommodated based on my job and when adjusted the pressure perfectly. It was clean and relaxing. The girl at the front (I didn’t get her name) was so sweet and informative!
I joined their membership program, but eventually had to cancel during the pandemic due to a change in job situation. I had some leftover massages, and was told they would expire in 30 days. These were massages I had already paid $90 each for. They were not willing to accommodate me by extending the expiration date. I didnt feel comfortable coming in and getting a massage during this time of COVID, and cant believe that a company focused on wellness isnt willing to work with their customers, especially at a time like this. The massages expired, and even after talking to the manager I was told there is nothing they can do, so I just lost out on the money or getting to go in for those massages. Its completely unacceptable. There are so many great massage studios in the area, find a different one that actually cares about keeping their customers.
Had a wonderful massage here. Everybody was nice, establishment is clean and cozy, rooms had tons of shelf space and hooks for belongings, and the massage itself was great! The massage therapist I had was friendly and professional, and was open to direction but also allowed me to just relax and not talk. Will definitely return :)
Hesitant to share that Olivia is the best MT I’ve ever known... because I want my normal spots to still be available (lol). Really though— she’s the best. Highly recommend— I’m not well-versed in massage therapy, but she seems extremely knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. Elements = 10/10!
It was so simple to schedule a massage online and even get an appointment the same day. They were also quick to return phone calls and verify appointments. I love that they offer 2 hour massages!! I may never go back to a shorter massage...ever! Definitely recommending to my local friends. Keisha also gave me the BEST massage that I have ever received. She was super attentive to the areas that I was struggling with, and gave the perfect amount of pressure to really get rid of my problem areas. Feeling a million times better and will be back soon!!
Not good. Pretty bummed because I had such high hopes. I scheduled a prenatal massage and the table did not have the cut out for the belly like the place I had gone to when pregnant the first time. They did not disclose that information when I scheduled. I had to lay on my side with my head unsupported and basically made a pillow with my hands. The therapist was very nice, but talked a lot, and even burped without saying excuse me. At the end when I was paying she quoted me $79.99 for the massage when I was told earlier this morning that it would be $69.99 (apparently there is a $10 up-charge for prenatal even though they don’t offer a prenatal massage table.) I was pretty disappointed by the up-charge because I didn’t even get to experience all the benefits of a regular massage because of my pregnancy, the therapist even said so himself. And, an additional $10 for the lavender oil that I opted to add to the regular oil. That wasn’t a total shocker, but I think it would have been appropriate to add the price next to the option on the paperwork so there aren’t any surprises at the end. $100 total unpleasant experience, and honestly will never go back.
Erin is fantastic! I went to see him when I had extreme lower back pain from an old injury. I was having difficulty sitting, getting up from a chair and walking. The day after I saw him, my back was so much better, although still sore from the massage, I was able to sit more comfortably and get up from a sitting position without having severe pain.
My husband booked me a prenatal massage for my birthday. I had been having some pain in my hips and my ankle for a while, and we took advantage of a special they had for a first time visit. My massage therapist was Mike. Mike did such a great job with my ankle and swollen feet that my husband and I are considering putting the prenatal massages in our monthly budget until I give birth. The receptionist was very kind and attentive! I had an all around great experience at this facility. From start to finish.
I just had a wonderful experience at this location. Jeff was amazing and took care of all my tense areas and worked out some knots in my back, shoulder, and neck. He is very in tune and worked with me in finding the areas that were causing me discomfort. He is the best massage therapist I have ever had.The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Kudos to Elements! I have my next appt scheduled in two weeks.
The therapists are very timely! Unlike many other massage parlors, my massage therapist has come to the lobby to get me on time EVERY time. I truly appreciate that as I always seem to have a problem with starting on time at other massage parlors. The therapists are knowledgeable about the body and take note of what I ask for before the massage starts.
I just had a fantastic massage from Keisha! Im 10 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery and everything around that shoulder was bound up. Keisha found so many muscles that were knotted up I couldnt believe it. I didnt have to steer her at all, she just found them. She was also very pleasant to talk with. A very nice woman. She only spoke when I chatted her up, otherwise she just let me relax. I will go back for the next massage for sure! Thank you Keisha!
No clue who are these 30 sth people who gave 5 stars: either family of the owner or they have no clue what a good massage is.In terms of the place: 1. It was too cold, good 3 degrees. 2. They wanted my credit card details in advance. 3. I asked for deep tissue massage, but got sth really miserable. The guy had no clue about human body at all and how to massage. He was just doing one routine he learned. Could not adjust the force depending on part of the body 4. I asked for massaging my feet but he was touching them as if he could not see and tried to guess what he holds. 5. He burped and it was smelly. 6. At the end I was lying for like 30s while he was cleaning himself from the oil. Then he just knock me on my legs and said its done - so I was stuck in all this oil. In good places you get cleaned either with a warm towel or at least with tissues. 7. I paid $70 for 1h, but normally it is 100.In summary, 2 stars because I do appreciate that he did not hurt me. Never will I go there again!PS. There are places within 15 min ride from Birmingham that offer much better massage and cost $60/h.
My two friends and I always get massages on Mother’s Day. After the three of us exited the Elements massage rooms, our comments were, “Now, why is it that we don’t do this more often?” All of us had an amazing massage with professionalism and care. We visited the Birmingham location, and all will be back for more. Thank you Bradley, some of the strongest hands in the business.

2022-03-22My experience at Elements was great, from walking in and talking to the front desk, to Jessica who did a great job during my massage and made me feel comfortable. The aromatherapy was an added plus to the experience. I would recommend her to friends :)

2022-03-04Had an appointment for a 90 minute massage with Martin , when I arrived for the appointment was told Martin no longer employed. Even though the appointment was confirmed two days prior, they did not get me in with another therapist or call me prior to reschedule. I am a member with this organization which I have canceled. Very unprofessional.

2021-10-31My recent visit, was my first time at the Birmingham location the experience was nothing short of amazing. The manager at the front desk was very pleasant. My massage was hands down the best, Marjorie is new at this location but she’s knows exactly what she’s doing. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service. Speaking from a mother of an infant I would say my massage was worth having some much needed “mommy time”. I can’t wait to go back!

2021-12-30The masseuse, Martin was professional, skilled, and considerate. Definitely one of the best massages I have had. I was getting my massage at the same time as a friend but my original masseuse canceled. The studio receptionist called me a few days prior to assist me in getting scheduled with a new masseuse around the same time.

2021-01-13Katy was amazing! She was very thorough with questioning, made me feel very comfortable, and perfect with pressure! I could tell she was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on what to do about my lower back! Ive gotten my fair share of massage and she has been one of the best! The girl up front was very nice and accommodating too. 10/10 experience!
