Rick, my ELG agent, continues to impress me with his knowledgeable and work ethic of always returning my emails and phone calls promptly. Comment: I needed an insurance provider that covered short-term rentals and was unsuccessful in finding any on my own so I contacted ELG. The first option was a provider that had very bad reviews. Casey, at ELG, then provided me with another quote from a more reputable insurance company and we purchased a policy. Communication with ELG was easy and quick.

The process to double-check my coverage limits desired were adequate for my needs, then switch insurance carriers and place coverage was quick and easy. I worked with Michael throughout this process and highly recommend him and this broker.
