Comment: Julian and the crew at Elite were absolutely amazing! We had a lot of trouble with my insurance company. They were difficult to get a hold of and deal with. Julian was amazing and always kind and considerate when dealing with them. My Kia Sorento looks absolutely brand new. When I went to pick it up I couldnt believe how perfect it looked! They really took great care in fixing the inside and outside and I will definitely be back to get another ceramic coat when needed. I recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. They are the best in East county!

They were fair priced and worked as fast as they were able. They even tried to help me figure out how to black out my chrome trim, they recommended wrapping instead of them trying to paint. They didnt just try to sell me something. They were honest, and I really appreciate that. Thank you guys very much.

It did take longer than first anticipated but there was additional damage that they did mention could happen. Overall very satisfied with the work. And I have to say that they did an amazing job on my car it almost looks better than when I bought it actually I think it does look better than when I bought it it was super friendly service was quick it was easy I cannot say how pleased I was with them what is the best interactions I’ve had with my car yet with any company they are definitely five star highly recommend if you have any bodywork to go to their shop. If you look at the photos you can’t even tell that was in an accident

Comment: I took my 2019 BMW 330i in for a cosmetic repair to the front bumper after someone hit my car while it was parked. Adrian gave me a fair estimate on the repair cost back in 2019. I decided to get the repairs done now since I have to give the car back before the end of the lease. Adrian still honored the estimate even after nearly 3 years! Adrian and Julian did an amazing job taking care of my car. They not only fixed all the damages, but they also gave it a complimentary wash and detail, inside and out! To top it all off, they got everything done within 3 days! Im more than satisfied with their performance. I hope I dont sustain any future damages to my cars, I know who to go to if it does happen!

Comment: My Prius experienced significant damage after a Yukon backed into me. Allstate sent it to CoPart and tried to say it was totaled. I disagreed. I had a hard time finding a shop that would take it for repairs, they all quoted me a 6 week wait. Adrian and Julian at Elite Auto got my car in the day I called, and had it back to me in 2 weeks looking perfect. Highly recommend them!

They completed the repairs and the car was ready on the day they projected. They were in constant contact with me with updates and status of the entire repair. Comment: Look no further. I moved back from NorCal and ended up backing into my roommates car with the moving truck nearly puncturing the passenger side door panel. These guys did everything they promised and at a price unmatched by the competition. I honestly didn’t believe them when they said they could fix it without having to replace the whole panel and then to do it in 2-3 days... for roughly a grand. I’m serious when I say I thought it was too good to be true. These guys are to be trusted and believed, I’m very thankful for their expertise and honesty. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review but they earned my continued support and I’m sure they will yours too.

They promised me the car on Tuesday, and then said they didnt finish in time, so they said Friday. They didnt finish the car on Friday so they said Tuesday. They didnt finish the car on Tuesday, so they said Wednesday. You get the idea. Dont go here, look elsewhere.

They were recommended by my insurance because they give free loaners while your car is being worked on - mine was in the shop for over two weeks, so I really needed that!Im definitely a fan of the fact that they post pics of your car as it goes through the repair process, and you can connect that to your Facebook so it just pops up with your newsfeed every afternoon.Overall they did a good job, and while I hope I dont have to come back (because really, no one wants their car smashed up) if I do need to, this is where Ill go!

Being only 19 I was very unhappy to have to deal with the insurance and having to do something with my car and doing everything on my own but the staff at Elite were amazing and helpful. Elite was recommended by the company Esurance but this is a great car repair shop! Dont have any doubt in calling them if you need an estimate or car repair. The two ladies that attended me while my visits were very welcoming and generous even gave me a ride home when some issue happened with Enterprise and the rental car I was suppose to take out. Since that problem occurred they said that they would try to finish my car as soon as possible so I wouldnt be car less. The repair only took two days and I was kept up to date through out the process. Great service and they are definitely the first auto shop to consider if I decide to make some other repairs that my car needs. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Comment: It is unfortunate when you are involved in an accident. I was involved in two accidents within one month, both of which were not my fault. it is so stressful to try to work with two different insurance companies and get the car repaired. During the whole process Elite Auto Collision has been helpful, providing pictures of the progress of the work and answering any questions that I had.My process was difficult specifically because I had two different claims at the same time. One of the insurance companies was not as cooperative as I would have liked and Elite stepped in and helped me with the adjuster to get the claim resolved quickly. Their dedication to customer service goes above and beyond.I hope I do not need them to do any repairs in the future however if I need any auto body work done, I will definitely use them and recommend them to my friends and family.

Comment: I pick up my vehicle on Thursday, but I would have to say how pleased I am so far. They were quick to get my SUV in and getting photos throughout the repair process has been great! Nice to see my SUV and what theyre doing and when theyre doing it. Cost of repairs seemed fair and adding a complete detail inside and out prior to picking up my SUV is a nice benefit! I would say to give these folks a try! I even got my rental vehicle covered by Esurance through Elite as well! A newer Honda Civic in great condition and nice to not have to deal with a rental agency for it.

Comment: My wife was side swiped in a parking lot at the grocery store. We were recommended to Elite through Esurance, as they are one of the star repair shops. They fixed the car within a reasonable amount of time, as they did have to wait for some parts, but once the parts arrived, it was actually very quick. They had great customer service and were even fairly pro-active in getting us to pick up our car. Our work schedule around the holiday was a bit tough to work with. One note, they are not open on Saturday, even though the website and the sign on the front door say so. I still had a pleasant experience and the work was done in a timely manner and was still of high quality.

Comment: Elite Auto Collision Repair Center has done fabulous work for me three times. I guess that is a lot for one customer at one body shop in less than three years. I race a Corvette in a sports car series and occassionally their is body damage. Elite is where I have been taking the car. No matter how smashed up the car is, they always manage to get her all straightened out, the body panels aligned and give me a great looking car. The most important part is the fast turn-around since I usually dont have more than about two weeks between races.The flexibility and personal care aspect is what is tops though. Comment: July 16th, my husband brought his car to Elite Auto Collision, (per his company insurance) for bumper repair, and the service has been #1 from the start. The friendly staff got started right away, and has kept him posted on the progress daily. Everything has been great so far.

Comment: Today is June 27th and Elite Auto Collision received my car on the 11th. The estimated time to get my car fixed is June 29th and they are almost finished. So far, everything has been smooth sailing and the people at Elite Auto are sooooo friendly and I have had to do nothing. At this point I would recommend Elite Auto to anyone and this is before I have seen the finish product, which I know WILL BE GRRRRRREAT!!!Thanks,Kyle M.

Comment: Ive dealt with many auto collision repair shops over my 40+ years driving and must say that Elite is at the top of their game. They first stated that my car would be a week to repair but on the 3rd day I received call ? when I wanted to pick up my car. Due the fact that my car was not only completed but cleaned and ready for pickup.Thank You Elite!!!!!!
