Comment: Wow!! This company added a clear bra with color on our new Tesla Model Three Performance. They took their time paying scrupulous attention to every detail. The color, rainbow emerald green, combined with the clear bra was a new process that they applied and was exactly what we wanted. It was a complicated process with all the Tesla emblems that had to be protected. Being a small business person for many years, we really appreciated the customer service from the owner, Craig. An Example: if you look very closely at how corners terminate between a 90 degree angle, a small, uniform radius is cut by hand - the radius is accurate, not jagged. this detail reflects the excellent work done here. radii help to prevent peeling by adding strength. Craig was very helpful and Id recommend his shop all the time.

Comment: I brought my new Taycan to Billy at Elite Clear Bra on recommendation from a friend.It had gotten scratches in what looked like the paint just above the front spoiler. Billy quickly assessed the damage and gave me options of how to fix it… I went with the cheapest which was replacing the ppf with a patch, thinking I would get it completely redone later. Billy did such a good job, I can’t even see the repair! I live in Los Angeles but will only be using Elite for any cosmetic work needed, they are truly car guys and make you feel that your car is all that matters!!

Comment: Craig is awesome. I got a PPF done on the front full body and rear bumper of my 2023 Lucid Air Pure, and topped it off with ceramic coating on the entire body. Here are my observations of the auto detailing shop:1) Exceptional customer service. Craig is very responsive over the phone, via text, and in-person. He also serviced my car within a reasonable amount of time. I had to come back to the shop to get some touch-ups done to the PPF, and he was able to address all of my concerns. Craig was super patient and very accommodating.2) Superb detailing. In my mind, this kind of job requires one to be very meticulous. Craig and his team did nothing but pay attention to the details of my car. He even made some observations of my car (to be clear, not caused by the shop) that can use some additional paint touch up down the road.As a first-time user of PPF and ceramic coating, I am nothing but impressed with Elite Clear Bra. I am a neat-freak myself, and Craig respected my concerns related to the car, and did very well to respond to my questions. I will definitely come back for other cars to be detailed!

The car already had a matte (magno) paint from the factory which is why I went with the Stealth.Sandra at Elite Clear Bra has downright exceptional customer service! I had the car shipped directly from an out of state dealership to Elite Clear Bra. I live in Northern California so I couldnt be there to accept the vehicle. The drop off needed to happen on a Sat morning, and Sandra woke up early and met the driver at 8am on her day off! She inspected the car to make sure there was no damage and accepted the delivery of my new car. Wow!Throughout the process Sandra kept me updated with the progress they were making. It was really cool to see all of the step and how it all went down. Since I was flying into SoCal to pick up the car and drive it home Sandra even offered to pick me up at the airport. If that isnt amazing customer service I dont know what is.All of this even before you take into account what I hired them to actually do, protect my new AMG. Elite Clear Bra does flawless work on the car itself. The Xpel Stealth wrap is perfect. They wrap all corners and curves making the wrap almost invisible. They removed the necessary items off the car to make sure the wrap protects every inch of the car. Some places will not remove tail lights, door handles, etc., but Elite Clear Bra does it all.Ive had the car for a month now and washing it is an absolute breeze. Comment: Terrible ExperienceBased on all the 5-star reviews and the introduction, I chose Elite Clear Bra to get my new car entirely wrapped by Xpel.I got an update from them one day before the pickup date. I arrived there on time to pick up my car, but they’re still working on it.After getting home, I noticed stains all over my interior and I can’t remove them. They told me that’s just a few drops of water. I stopped by the next day to let them clean up the stains, it turned out to be something else, not just water/baby soap (they used to put clear bra on). They were not able to clean up only using the regular stain remover. Finally, they cleaned up the stains using a more powerful stain remover and they don’t know what the stains are.In the past 5 months, I went back to them 4 times to fix different issues, large bubble in the film, bubble on the wrapped edge, and peeling edges.Last time, they trimmed the peeling edges and told me it’s normal for small pieces to have peeling edges. I also sent pictures to verify with Xpel, the Xpel representative told me this is an installation issue.Last week, I found 3 loose clips/screws and 1 missing at my left front wheel inner fender. The service advisor and technicians told me it’s not normal. After noticing the clear bra, they told me it’s the company who installed the clear bra put the wrong clips/screws back to the car which caused the problem.Recently, I found 3 more peeling edges.In the company’s introduction, they mentioned “the highest degree of service”, “confident”, “most experienced technician” etc. My experience is totally different from what they promised.

Sandra took the time to walk me through the Clear Bra treatment, what to expect, and got me in quick! I sought out getting the clear bra to protect my car from getting beat up from freeway driving. It’s my first luxury car, but not new...2018 BMW 430i. Craig does cars worth 6-figures, but he treated me and my car like if it was a $200k car. Another way of saying it, is that he made me feel like a high end client and my car was 200k vehicle deserving of white glove treatment, ha! He will extend the wrap a bit to avoid have any paint not covered. Comment: After reading other online reviews and doing some research of my own I decided to take my 2019 Porsche cabriolet to Elite last week for a full clear bra and also ceramic coating. I am VERY particular and did a lot of research to make sure the film was great quality and also the workmanship. I picked my car up a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with the work. Comment: Just recently bought an Audi A6 and wanted some good protection from rocks etc.. Went online and saw the numerous excellent reviews of Elite. Spoke with Sandra a couple times to go over what I needed and what I didnt. She was fantastic going over all the information and did not try and over sell anything. Dropped my car off in the morning and picked up earlier that same day. They did an excellent job and you cannot even tell it is on the car. Did the hood, mirrors, rockers etc.. I could not be more pleased. They also did a fantastic job on tinting my windows and helping me to pick the right shade so as not too dark and not too light. The right front rocker had some slight bubbles after the original work but they got me in right away when I called and was in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. Would refer them many times over for the work and overall great experience!

Comment: After a front bumper replacement, I had to have a new clear bra installed (and the old clear bra parts removed) on my Cayman S. I received the premium installation - the finish is excellent all around and I love how everything is wrapped around the edges and runs behind the headlights (my prior installer had not done that). Sandra and her installation team were pleasant and got the work done on time. I will definitely return next time I need a clear bra installation (and recommend this place to others).

I then went to check out his work on a Tesla he had in the shop. Everything looked good, and I set my appointment two weeks later the day I bought my 2017 Nissan GT-R. Today, I picked up my GT-R from Elite Clear Bra and the quality of work Craig does is amazing. Hes very easy to talk to, and seems to care about his work and his customers. I would definitely bring my car if I decided to put PPF on more areas of the car (I did the premium package and Craig even threw in the A pillars for me). Comment: Buying a new car buying is such an exciting experience. So when I wanted to protect my new baby, Scion FRS Monogram, I called multiple places and Craig was the only one that called me personally and told me about what he offered. I got to know him and felt at ease that he would do a great job. He mention he primary uses Xpel for the clear bra and wraps the edges around the hood and fenders. The Scion badge was taken off and place back on after the clear bra. Thumbs up there!From the experience, I learned that Craig is a super hard worker and very accommodating. After picking up my car at the dealer, I arranged a time to meet up with Craig. He was prompt and showed me around his shop. He does clear bras for expensive cars! Like Lambos, Audi R8s, and an Audi was sitting in his shop which was his previous project. After I saw his work and the quality of Xpel, I was sold that he would deliver.I chose to go with the Partial Front Coverage vs Full Front Coverage. If you can afford it, I would go with the Full Coverage as there wont be any transition between the clear bra and hood. With that said, the Partial Coverage looks great and you have to be very close to see this transition. A few feet away you can hardly tell there is even a clear bra.Craftsmanship is great. No bubbles, lint, edges wrapped super cleanly. After dropping off my car, I went to a birthday party. I later found out my friend knows of Craig and started raving how he does great work and is one of the best around the area. I knew I was in great hands. He even added extra protection at the door cups. I dislike those fingernail marks with a passion. They are the biggest eyesore.In Summary:I had a very positive experience with Craig. He went the extra mile and blew my expectations. I would definitely come back here in the future. Craig is a very hard worker and is great with what he does.
