Melissa at Elite Rooter was able to schedule me that afternoon, and within 1.5hrs Daniel was here to help me! He was able to help guide me to fix the clogged plumbing but also pointed out that it may be time for me to retrofit the old sewage piping. Comment: Yesterday I was experiencing flooding as it was raining when my sump pump failed. I also had a sick baby at home and it was 5 PM. Daniel from elite Rooter peninsula came out and so kindly and responsibly checked out my sump pump system and with a quick fix of the tube he was able to make it all work. After all of that, he didn’t even went to charge me to come out. I am beyond thankful and so appreciative of his time sensitive response and willingness to help. On top of this quote to perform further service was the lowest of four that I received. I think his work is very cost competitive and really impressed me beyond that as well .

This seems to be the game theyre playing – starting with small requests, then insisting on replacing the entire sewer and charging a substantial amount. They pulled the same tactic with me a few days ago, but I opted for a more affordable option. After digging a big hole, my worker informed me that nothing was broken, just some hair blocking the sewer. We could have simply hired a pumper company. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency to ensure everyone is aware of their deceptive practices.

The lady named Ashely is very rude, mean and unprofessional. She does not know how to deal with customers. She makes decisions based on her poor knowledge without looking at the problem. I had hired this company to fix the broken main water line last year. First thing they wanted to perform a lot more work than just fixing the problem. Insurance didn’t want to pay for that work. Then they were convincing me to make monthly payments to get that work done but I refused to do that. Few weeks later my husband noticed our sprinkler system was not working. He noticed the mob has some kind of glue like material deposited on it and made if fixed /tightened. I called this company several times to come and take a look, they don’t want to even look at it and said it’s not our problem. I had few handyman came took a look and said whoever worked on the system they did something and they need to fix it. I called them several times to send technician to take a look but they refused by saying it’s not their problem. When I needed the itemized bill for insurance the office people didn’t know what I needed. They wanted me to talk to the technician who worked on the job. This company is very unprofessional and poor management. Luckily their techs are great and doing good job. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could have given them Negative Review.

Comment: I was very pleased with Elite Rooter. Our issue started with an overflow shower. Based on reviews and discussions with several plumbing companies, I selected Elite. My appointment was set for next day with Adhemar. He was on time and very professional. After I told Adhemar that every now and then we have this same issue with our toilet, shower and/or kitchen sink, he took it a step further to try and identify root cause. He went under our house (crawl space) to check out the drainage system.Joze, the manager, came to look at the drain as well. They shared a video and pictures of the drainage under our house, and informed us that we needed to replace the entire drainage system. I appreciated that they educated us on how the drainage system works.Although I had trust in Adhemar and Joze recommendations, I needed to get a second opinion. We asked a family friend who owns a plumbing business (30 years) come out and do his own analysis. He confirmed the drainage system needed to be replaced. Due to a very tight crawl space for the work that needed to be done, it would be a very difficult job that he did not want to take on the work. He also shared that he even would not be able to beat Elite’s price.We moved forward with Elite. Adhemar and his team came out to do the job. It took 3 days to compete the job. Each day, the team was on-time, Adhemar was always on-site overseeing the job. Every now and then Joze would check-in to ensure everything was in place.When the job was completed, Joze did a final inspection and walk-through with us. He also took pictures and videos of the work completed under our house.Amazing work completed! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.I will definitely use them for any future plumbing and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Comment: We worked with Adhemar C. and David H. who were absolutely professional, highly responsive, and skillful. They also patiently walked us through every step and options of what was happening in our project, where they needed to replaced the collapsed sewage clay pipes, which were also disconnected from the sewage line; and reconnected the new one back. It was a complicated affair, and they dealt with every step of it with thorough analysis, using top grade heavy duty equipments. They made major repairs within a short period of time and got the sewage line back up and running.They took care of the water leaks underneath the house, where it was hugely flooded (disposed all the water), replaced the damaged sunken sump pump with a higher grade one, and placed it in a better location, inspected area for hazard, and routed any ground water from the sump pump directly into the sewage line instead of the front lawn like it did before.From underneath the house they also did a full lateral /vertical pipe inspection to make sure there aren’t any damaged or leaky pipes, and repaired the ones that needed it.The home had other issues that pertained to the interior structure of the home and they were quick to refer us to a set of reputable companies that helped us handle all of those logistics quickly, without me having to be involved with explaining the logistics, which was tremendously helpful.I am impressed by their white glove service and felt assured that everything was done right. They recorded every part of what they did in details, in a report, where it also included many pictures and videos taken during the various stages of the processes to document what was done. The photos and videos were helpful in revealing just how much was accomplished and the high level they operated in, using the best equipments available. We are thankful to have chosen them to handle this massive project.

They proceeded to fix 2 of my clogged drains, but then told me the 3rd would require extensive work for $1,700. I declined. I was able to call another company that fixed the issue for $200. So, I really think they were just trying to get more $$ me or didnt want to work that hard to fix my issue.

Comment: David was super courteous and friendly. He was explained what he was going to do and made sure to protect the area around the pipes in case anything leaked out. He made sure the blocked pipe was clear and water flowing before he left and never acted like he was rushing through the job even though it was getting late in the day and I’m sure he wanted to get home. I’d recommend elite plumbing for blocked pipes and great service at a fair price.

Comment: I had a reocurring blockage issue due to an odd sewage setup. David, Matthew and Pablo went above and beyond to diagnose and clear the block but it became a difficult ordeal because of the layout. I called on elite rooter because they will give you an honest diagnosis and did everything in their power to help me, including consultation on how to solve or prevent future problems. Appointments were quick and easy to setup. I met with the techs on different days but each one was professional and knew what to do. David also spent an enormous amount of time in the heat to ensure that the clog was gone. He brought a lot of great knowledge about plumbing in general and did more than I could’ve imagined. Matt also provided advice and great insight on the situation as well even though he was not onsite. I appreciate the amount of dedication the employees have to solving my issues and would have no problem referring this company for their excellent service.

He was honest up front about the cost and expected time it would take to complete the task and when something came up he would give me constant updates to ensure I was aware of what was going on.Even when he had to do additional work along the way, he didn’t change the quote and still stuck to the time frame. I called today to get my water heater worked on and they said they don’t service the fresno area and haven’t for some time. Not sure what happened there. They should update there google listing. Why be located in fresno and not service the area.

Comment: With Elite Rooter and Pablo Diaz on their team make a dream team! His service was excellent and guide us throughout the process to make sure that we are fully satisfied with his service he is providing! I have worked with many pluming companies and all they want is all temporary fix and not explaining the issues why we are having this problem. But with Pablo he explained everything if we just unclog the drains this can come back in no time! I guess some plumbers just want the ongoing income instead of fixing the actual problem! Now I have peace of mind in the home I live in and I highly recommend working with Pablo and his team!
