I can’t say enough great things about Eller. They are always on time and polite. They always make sure that the job is done right before they leave and clean up too! I have used them for years for both plumbing and HVAC and will continue to use them. A special shout out to my favorite plumber Nick who has done an amazing job the last 3 times we’ve needed work done in our new house. Thanks Nick and Eller team!
Nick from Eller Services is great. He has done a lot of plumbing work for us and has always been pleasant, efficient and thorough. We have recently come to appreciate him even more when we were told that part of our kitchen wall need to be torn out to replace an incorrect gas pipe that was used to install our pot filler by our kitchen remodeling company. Nick was able to identify the problem and fix it without damaging any of our walls. We highly recommend Nick.

Eller Services (Joe and Ari) did a great job getting our furnace up and running again when it stopped working overnight when it was below freezing outside. From start to finish the whole company was great. The receptionist that took our call and scheduled us was professional and gave us several notices when the technicians would be heading over. Joe came and got our furnace running again so we had heat for the night, unfortunately there was a lingering issue causing the furnace to stall and not heat for more than 10 minutes at a time that we only discovered several hours later. So, we called Eller Services again the next day. That time we met Ari who found the problem and gave us recommendations on what to look for and how to fix it ourselves next time. Both Ari and Joe were phenomenal and took time to explain what they were doing and hung around after the job was done to ensure the furnace was working.Ill definitely call them again for any future work.
This company is great! I was told there wasn’t an available spot until noon but I needed the earliest possible. They were able to get someone to my house at 8:30am. It only took him 45 minutes to find the issue and get the furnace up and running. Very nice people and the price is affordable. Definitely would hire them again. No complaints.
We were desperately needing someone to fix the water line to our fridge so a broken one could be turned off and a new one delivered. Ben came out very quickly and replaced the old line and gave us some advice on a few other questions we had. Eller saved our day.
Eller Services is my go-to place!!!! They’ve replaced my furnace, my air conditioner AND my hot water heater. They are always on time, always professional and they get the job done right the first time. They have officially gained a lifelong customer!
Professional, On Time, but expensive!I had a toilet leak. Eller Services was recommended by a carpenter I have used. I called, made an appointment for the next afternoon between 2:00 - 3:00 pm (very convenient and, to me, shows they have adequate staffing). Nick came just before 2:00 pm - ahead of schedule. Good Start! Nick correctly diagnosed that the wax toilet ring was leaking and quoted me a price of $189 (plus the $69 plumbing service call). Seemed very high to me but since Id already invested the $69 service call, I authorized Nick to proceed. Nick replaced the worn and cracked wax ring with a new double wax ring, new floor bolt kit, water supply line, and put everything back together again in short order. He had to go get the caulk sealant at a supply house since he didnt have the right color with him (almond) and returned in about 30 minutes to finish the job. Did a great job but at (in my opinion) a high, expensive price (material cost approximately $25 - $30). Will I call Eller Services again? No based on my update. UPDATE: toilet wax ring leaking again less than two years after replacing. I used a different plumbing company who told me the wax ring was installed incorrectly. A pretty simple job to screw up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ELLER SERVICES.

Was not the lowest cost (for full system furnace/air/humidifier and thermostat), but after checking every angle Im glad I went with Eller.everyone (Ari (salesman) and Carl, Dave and Terrel(installers)) was polite, efficient and thorough. Attention to detail was superb (used drop cloths to keep everything clean and did great cleanup). Would definitely recommend Eller to anyone looking for furnace/air.
I have used Eller Services on a number of occasions. They always arrive as promised and do great quality work. They are my go to company for plumbing work of all kinds.
SERVICE HAS BEEN DROPPING LIKE A ROCK AT ELLER HVAC. two years ago, Eller got a 5, one year ago it dropped to a 4, this summer they get a minus 2. We have been Gold Club Service members since 2017 and were happy. But then in 2019 it took Eller 2+ months to order and replace a squeaking motor in our furnace. It took 9 more months to get the humidifier pad they ordered. This June 2020, they did AC annual startup service and 3 weeks later our AC failed. Ellers emergency reply for gold club priority service members was 2-1/2 days in 90 degree heat. Another company provided same day service and fixed our AC right away, also found a dirty filter which was supposedly cleaned in June!! SO Eller is not able to service their service club members, they are understaffed, and unable to handle high volumes like their competitors. Admin staff not great, Management not caring. Goodbye.
Over the past 3 years Ellers team performed heating and a/c seasonal inspections, furnace repair, hot water heater installation, and most recently replaced the garbage disposal. From initial call for appointment set up, previous day reminder, through estimated time of arrival, Ellers office staff is courteous, professional, and accurate. Technicians Ari, Lyle, and Nick know their stuff, answer my barrage of questions patiently, and clean up after work completed while providing quality craftsmanship. Thanks to all of you at Eller!
*update from 12/21/19 - Our furnace was off this morning due to the switch accidentally being it off since it was not mounted on the furnace or labeled, and when I called, Ava informed me that “the technicians will not come out until you remove the bad review online”. Despite paying for the appliance in full and having a warranty that was 2 months old. She also went on to call me a “very upset woman” who they could not talk to and told me to call back the next day during regular hours. I ended up receiving a phone call from Regan who sent out a service guy named, Matt, who was beyond great and apologetic for his company. So even more so, steer clear of this company unless you like being exploited and blackmailedOriginal post:I had a furnace replaced today by this company. They had called to ask if Id be available at 8am instead of 11am for install, I cancelled my my plans and said yes. They called at 9am the day of to tell me theyd actually be here at 11am. Fine. The service men showed up at around noon.I had been quoted for a Trane furnace. About 30 minutes into the service men working, they told me they were leaving and would be back in 20 minutes, they were grabbing something from the companys base around the corner.When they were done, the service guy told me they had to install a different furnace due to sizing. They never asked me beforehand if it was even okay. Not only that, but the furnace they installed was NOT a Trane, but a Tempstar. The service papers still read that a Trane Ameristar.I called the company immediately and requested an explanation, the service men came back and I asked them point blank if a Trane was better and more expensive than a Tempstar and they said YES.So not only was I given a less reputable brand furnace without my consent, they also had given me paperwork for a furnace I didnt even have. I called to demand an explanation and not one of the customer service reps could explain why this had happened. Amanda was especially rude and unhelpful on the phone telling me she wouldve noticed it was a different furnace when doing warranties. But I cant help but think if I hadnt called them, they wouldve still charged me for a brand name furnace and I wouldve never known the difference.I also inquired why I was quoted on a furnace that was too large when the worker was in my house taking notes and measuring for a furnace. Or why the option of a Tempstar wasnt offered in the first place.In the end they took $100 off saying that was the difference in the brands and added 10 years extra warranty. But I will NEVER use or recommend them again. If you like companies changing contracts without consent and horrible costumer service and apparently poor measurements, then this is your place!
I love Eller Services! Theyve been out to my house several times, and each time the technicians whove come out have been professional, punctual, courteous, and experienced. I trust the techs here--if they tell us we need a part or something needs to be replaced, you can bet thats the case. Ive found their pricing to be competitive, their turnaround time quick, and their office staff goes above and beyond to be sure were satisfied. Weve had them do heating, cooling, and plumbing and would recommend them more than highly for all the jobs. In todays world where many times technicians dont take pride in their work, its a treasure to find folks who do. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Couldnt be happier with their work, their flexibility, and their prices! They installed a new water heater last year, and today I had them do a laundry list of repairs on pipes, shut offs and outdoor attachments. Consistent, quality work, and good natured employees!
No matter what we threw at them, Eller Services delivered. From our whole-house iron filter and replacing our hot water heater down to helping us with the RO filter at our kitchen sink, we always had a knowledgeable and friendly person helping, both on the phone when making appointments and during the work at our home. We always tell friends and neighbors to give them a call.
I had Eller Services out to my home to quote some renovation work. They showed up for the walk through and said they would get back with me the following day with a date, time and cost. I sent them 3 emails and called several times without a response. Meanwhile i found another company to proceed with the work, however it still cost us about a week of time. I would AVOID this company. To this day (1 month later) i still have not heard back. WASTE OF TIME.
Highly recommend. Great local, family based company. Had to replace a large 22 ya old system. Out to quote in 2 days and completed within a week. Trane makes an awesome product. Service and equipment was explained in detail. I’ll update as I use the system.
Another excellent service was provided today. The technician, Joe, was thorough and explained everything that he was doing in checking and cleaning our furnace. He respected our home was very efficient. I also was pleased with the discounted charge for the service.
Furnance went out on a Sunday they were able to promptly get things fixed. Great experience.

Absolutely Amazing Man, I just had Joe come out and fix my furnace! To say an Angel walked through my door, does not even explain this Man! If anyone ever needs any Furnace/ A/C / plumbing please callEller ! This is my second experience with them, he succeeded in Service and genuine Honesty! So hard toFind nowadays !!! Only one I will ever call!
Our AC quit working. When they first came out to look at it they said the motor was bad and the line was blocked somewhere. Said he couldnt do anything for us that day. No charge. Basically we needed a new motor or a whole new unit.We opted for a whole new unit but when they came out to install it, they said the control board on the furnace was bad and that needed to be replaced, or the blowers wouldnt blow. Third time they come out, they replaced the control board BUT they discovered the entire furnace needed to be replaced because our humidifier had backed out a bunch of sludge into the furnace and fried everything inside.Honestly it all stemmed from poor worksmanship when the house was built and the original unit was installed (about 10 years ago). In the end, we are happy with the service we received, we are glad they worked us through this entire process and explained everything in detail (my husband works a lot so I had to deal with much of this without him). Kevin is very knowledgeable. The guys were very honest and reasonable. Even the lady I spoke to on the phone was very patient and professional with me (I wish I remembered her name).I just wish we would have known from the beginning about the sludge and that everything was going to have to be replaced versus this drawn out process. Why didnt the first guy catch that? Never saw the first guy again. But my air is working now and I know I wont have problems come this winter. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another problem!
Eller Services was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to respond when I called for an estimate. They were very thorough and kept us informed of what they were doing and cost the whole time.
This company is the real deal with integrity and professionalism. The staff showed up in a timely manner and did a thorough job until we were satisfied. Nick their Rinnai techician( is one of three trained techicians in our state) was professional,knowledgeable,and took time to help us understand how our tankless water heated worked compared to a traditional one. Our city inspector also commanded Ellers work.
Had Eller Services out to look at my hot water heater. Pilot light would not stay lit for longer than a day at a time. Service man came out and told me it was the Thermocoupler Assembly and that it costs $350. Also told me the date on the hot water heater was 2003 so it could let loose at any time. (too bad the hot water heater was not installed till 2006, he did not know this) So he tried to sell me a new hot water heater for $865. Not sure if this was a total or just materials.I went onto State Select Water Heater website and bought a brand new Assembly for $77, Installed it in about 20 mins and have not had an issue since.Would not recommend a company that tries to cash grab at all. Eller also got me for $69 for a service call.
They came out. Here for 30 minutes. Told us it was dirty and left. Wouldnt work the next day. A worker took my girlfriends credit card info even tho it was already taken care of. Beware! Use the 150$ on someone thatll actually fix what you need fixed.

Carl Stephens led the installation of our new Trans furnace and air conditioning system. He is very knowledgable and courteous. After his review of the current system, he was able to come up with a duct plan that took up less space which was very helpful. The inspector noted that it was a very nice install. A/C went out on a 90 degree day. They came out the same day and had it up and running again within a hour! Great service and very professional.Ari was the technician he is very honest and I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family!
We woke up to NO heat this morning. We found Eller through a google search and called them immediately. They were quick to respond and scheduled us immediately. They put us at the top of the list for the morning, and were here by 8:30am. They even provided a coupon! Ari was very informative about what was wrong and what he had to do in order to fix the problem. Cannot comment on the price, as of yet... due to the fact that we were new customers with an emergency, they said they would send us the bill!
Very poor service , scheduling and quality very bad service. Technician has no experience , mis wired Air conditioning and unit didnt provide cold air , in addition the fan to cool compressor didnt turn on.

2022-03-13I highly recommend Eller Services. Last night I had a no heat issue. I searched for 24-hour services on a Saturday night (8p) while the temps outside were drastically falling. Eller Services was the only company that answered their phone. I had 8-9 different companies I had called based on a Google search for 24-hour emergency service. Eller’s technician was at my house in less than an hour. He found a communication issue between the thermostat and furnace (the thermostat was on but no longer functioning). Replaced the thermostat, inspected my furnace, and provided cleaning service to the flame sensor and other components. The tech had was on-site for about an hour and a half, was friendly, and very informative. Great experience and will always call Eller for all our future heating and cooling needs.

2022-05-11We hired Elller to install a back up sump pump. We have had work done by them previously and we thought they did a good job at a reasonable price. For the pump installation they provided a free estimate, were reasonably priced, and gave us a 10% senior discount. They came when scheduled, and completed the work in a couple hours. There was one glitch, while working they spilled a can of pipe cement, and when they were done the glue smell was so bad we did not want to go in the basement to review the work. We asked them to come back the next day after the basement had aired out for inspection and payment. They said their office required them to insist on payment before leaving. I spoke to the people in their office and explained the situation but they still insisted on being paid even though we couldn’t inspect the work. They offered an additional $100 off the bill to cover the cost of removing the carpet stain. We agreed, paid the bill and scheduled a worker to return the next day for inspection. He did return the next day, and during inspection a missing pipe hanger was discovered and he fixed it. We are disappointed in their insistence on being paid without us being able to inspect, but we are happy with the work, and we would hire Eller again.

2021-12-08The people at Eller Services really care and put the customer first! I called about a dozen places to try and get my heating system fixed on an 18 degree winter day and Eller Services were the ONLY ones who returned my call. They came to my house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, made sure I could temporarily keep the house warm and even offered to bring me heaters to use! They ordered the part I needed and the very next morning, at 9am sharp, they arrived and fixed the heater boiler system. They went above and beyond and treated my family with compassion and respect. Thank you Eller Services for keeping my family warm this winter and many winters to come!

2022-05-13They went above and beyond to repair my A/C on a 90 degree day, I had a different company come out first and told me I needed a new $1300 blower motor replaced but they werent willing to do the repair because they dont work on Trane furnaces so I call Michelle and she convinced me to have her tech come to the house and diagnose the issue before I have her order me the motor which she told me would be free since its still under the factory Trane warranty, i would never have known, tech named Matt was here first thing in the morning as promised and said the blower motor was not installed properly 2 years ago and the wringing was incorrect, he fixed it and in 30 minutes A/C was blowing cold as ice lol all they charged me for was a service call. This is how an honest local business operates and I couldnt be more grateful for them!

2020-12-17By far the BEST service and responsiveness I have ever received from any company. We woke up this morning to find that our 22 year old furnace was not working. A quick phone call to Eller in the morning and they sent a tech out immediately. Carl Jr arrived at my house quickly, had the proper part for repair and my house is heating up again all within an hour of our call for service! I can’t express how lucky and thankful we are to receive this kind of service and repair so fast. We most certainly will always use Eller and we’ll have them install a new furnace soon as we are able to get by for now with the original. Thank you and Merry Christmas Eller Services!

2021-11-10Carl Jr. is our furnace technician. He is prompt and knowledgeable, and we woudnt trust our furnace to anybody else. He explains everything clearly, and is always able to solve our problems (our furnace and a/c are in one outdoor unit, and this in itself can have its own unique problems).He is the BEST, and is a pleasure to have in our home.The office staff at Eller Sevices is also a pleasure to work with.

2021-05-20They did a great job replacing the AC unit in my attic. They also took care not to track dirt everywhere all over my house and cleaned up the work area so it looked exactly as clean as it did when they started. This is common courtesy but not all people take the time to do this. Also the office personnel was easy to work with and helpful. Thanks!

2021-12-16Have used them for a bad thermostat and a bad ejector pump. The ejector pump has been a tough case to work on, and have been back a few times to make sure they fix it right. Michelle was very helpful getting folks out to work on it!

2021-02-12Eller Services installed a new furnace and whole house power humidifier at our home. Carl and his guys were very professional. Carl came back to check the humidifier and program my digital thermostat He took time to explain everything to me. I have already recommended Eller Services to a couple friends. I will be calling them for my new A/C
