Came in when visiting family from MI. Found this gem on Google and called for an estimate. The manager gave me a price cheaper than any other store I called. I have an Iphone 7 Plus and the front was completely shattered that the touch screen sometimes wouldnt work. The staff there had my phone fixed in 15 minutes! Also note that the price they quoted me over the phone is the price they charged me, no extras or fees. They also have phone cases and screen protectors, which is convenient. Overall, great experience! I recommend this company to all my friends and family from the Greater Detroit area!

Nice guy! Great service. Had to the back glass replaced on a Samsung S20 and it was done in less than an hour. Took a couple days to get the part, but we werent in a hurry. Reasonable price too!
I had a LG V20 that I dropped and had completely shattered the front screen and also caused the screen to constantly go out. The minute I walked into Gadget Drop Sterling Heights, Marco was very helpful and persistent on figuring what was wrong with the phone, how deep the problem was, and what he could do to fix it. Once the part had arrived for the phone, Marco did what he needed to do and now my phone looks like I bought it brand new right out of the store. As a small business owner, I like to support other small businesses. This place offers great service and fantastic prices. The staff is friendly, the technician/owner worked hard to find the problems, repair it quickly and at a good price. He offered different options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option (and the prices). You cant ask for anything more!
Marko was upfront on exactly what needed to be done and gave me a (very accurate) time frame of repair and was very personable and professional. Very fair price and made me feel like I was his only customer. You wont find another repair shop half as good in the area.
Phenomenal customer service! Went in expecting to need a new charging port, but Marco simply cleaned it and it’s as good as new. Honest and down to earth business! Good price, and had the part in stock, but the camera lens was a misaligned. Besides the camera lens being misaligned it was great and it was done very quickly.
Went to the apple store to repair a cracked screen, set up an appointment online and still waited for a good 40 minutes before getting help. When someone finally helped me they told me it was going to be $150 for a new screen. I started searching phone repair places while I was in the store and called and spoke Marco at Emergency Phone Repair. Right off bat I could tell he was very knowledgeable at his field and told me it would only cost me $70 to repair my screen and he also said he would throw in a tempered glass screen protector to prevent future damage ($30 extra at the apple store)Needless to say I rushed out of that place and headed over to get my phone fixed. It was finished in about 15 minutes! Top shelf service for a discount price!

I came in today to get my iPhone X screen repaired. He has some of the best repair prices in the area. He was very cool and friendly and explained to me in detail about which screen is best for my phone. I highly recommend coming here. He fixed my phone in under 30 minutes and he even gave me a free glass screen protector.
I dropped a screwdriver on the back camera on my phone during a furniture refurbishing project at the beginning of the year and shattered the glass. I went to Marco the day after and he told me there were two ways to fix it and which way would be more effective in the long run. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He did the job very quickly and Im very happy with the result.
I went to a few different repair shops around sterling heights and every place I went to, the employees didnt seem to knowledgeable about my repair issue. Someone told me about gadget drop and I couldnt be more grateful. The manager there was so helpful and clearly explained my issue with my device. My phone LCD screen broke and without the LCD working, I was unable to transfer the data to the new phone. I called a few repair shops and none were able to repair.... Was told that the phone was too complicated. I called Emergency Phone Repair and in 3 days my phone was repaired. Without the Emergency Phone Repair, I would have lost 2 years of contacts, photos, and data. This shop is now on my favorite list and my first to go shop for any repairs. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any cell phone repair shop! I had a completely damaged samsung galaxy s8 plus and I lost all my pictures, videos and contacts. I was making an insurance claim and had to return the phone back to the insurance company. Nobody was able to help me recover my data until one of my friends told me to go to gadget drop and see Marco. So helpful and friendly, Marco went above and beyond for me. He recovered all my pictures videos and contacts and didnt charger me a penny. I recommend gadget drop to everyone! Thanks again Marco!

Great experience! Was quoted a hugggeee amount of $$$ for a fix at a different place, was feeling very discouraged so I gave this place a call. He was super friendly and full of information, told me to come in and he would try something with my phone before diagnosing it. He cleaned my boyfriends charging port and found so much dust! It was all lodged up there. Did everything right in front of me too. My boyfriend ended up needing a new charging port which he ordered for and did for $60 when the other place quoted me without looking at it for $160.Had it done in a few days. 100% recommend

I came to emergency phone repair to get my iPad looked at because it stopped charging. The gentleman there noticed the charging port had so stuff stuck inside, probably from granddaughter. Took my Samsung tablet to uBreakiFix which is an authorized Samsung dealer. They couldn’t fix my charging port. They told me basically to throw it away. There is not use for you.Then I took it emergency phone repair. They fixed my charging port with no problem. This place is amazing, professional and they know what they are doing. Excellent service! I was referred to Gadget Drop by my boyfriend who had taken his IPhone 7 plus in to fix his screen, he had a great experience and when I broke my screen he told me to go there so I did. As soon as I walked in Marco was very attentive and got my phone started right away, he opened my phone to fix the screen and my home button wasnt working correctly so he had me wait until he got it to work but Unfortunately he doesnt have the home buttons to replace it (which Im pretty sure apples the only place you can get them fixed at) but he told me my best options either taking it to apple or insurance claim, as I was leaving he put a free screen protector on and also gave me a case so the phone would be safe until I took it in to apple. So I went to apple the next day or two and waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me they will charge me 170$ to fix it and with my insurance claim Id pay 175$ for a new phone, so I left and weighed out my options...Marco went out of his way to contact me and ask me how things went I explained everything to him. He had me come back before having to spend more money because he wanted to try and get it to work for me, he spent like 2-3 hours of his own personal time trying to switch and try different screens to connect the home button but soon realized the button had a break in it causing it to not function correctly, so he had put my original screen on which was cracked and blacked out..I left and I made the insurance claim, they told me I needed to delete the applecloud and disable find my iPhone thing...once again I had to go back in to see Marco, who without any hesitation switched my screen again so i was able to see my screen and so I could send my pictures to my email and delete everything else( bc I couldnt remember my Apple ID password ) he disabled it and checked it twice to make sure everything was off of it. It is amazing because most places after you pay for services and you leave they will charge you if you come back in. Marco is a great person who makes you feel like family and helps out as much as he can, also from my experience he goes above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend Gadget Drop in Sterling Heights to all my friends and family and everyone else. I will definitely be going there for any future problems I come across, Thank you again Marco!

This was the 7th or 8th phone screen Ive had repaired in my lifetime, never before have I been GIVEN a high quality gorilla glass screen protector or experienced such excellent customer service. This guy literally has no employees to ensure that the work done is of the highest quality possible not to mention his prices - good luck getting the job done anyhwere near as cheap (and fast) as he does it. Best phone repair in metro detroit that I know of and like I said this is the 7th or 8th place Ive used because I have never been happy with the service or quality of the past places I went to. Hopefully I never have to replace a phone screen again but if I do I know I can come here and get it done in 10 minutes, WITH A WARRANTY and the best pricing possible. 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My charger port was not working and the owner was 100% honest with me and cleaned my charger port for no cost!! I could have went somewhere and got completely ripped off with someone trying make money saying it was broke and saying they replace it while just cleaning it. This is most definitely someone running an honest business to help people while making a living.. which is very rare these days. 2022-03-16Like everybody is saying, go see Marco, he’s great at what he does! My iPhone 11 screen was cracked and I couldn’t use my phone for 3 months as everybody’s pricing was so expensive, but when I found Emergency Phone Repair and found the exceptional price of just $100 for a IPhone 11 screen replacement I was on it. I loved how friendly and professional he was! I was out the door in 25 minutes with a brand new phone again. I would highly recommend anyone to come HERE before anyone else for your electronic emergencies!

2022-03-19My name is Kyle, I’m a young kid. So I was pretty nervous about bringing my phone into a third-party store. I brought it to Apple and they said it would be $250+. That is way too expensive for me. I met with a guy named Mark, he’s very professional at what he did. Took my phone and was done in less than 25 minutes. I recommend anybody who’s nervous about bringing their phone into a third-party store or wanting to do an alternative to Apple, this is the place to go 100%! Everything was very professional. I will be coming back if I ever break my phone again

2021-05-06I drove 30 minutes from home to get my phone fixed here—the reviews said it all. My iPhone XRs touchscreen had stopped working the night before, despite showing no signs of damage. Marco saved my phone + all of its data!! And I was able to stay at the shop while he fixed it. I am so thankful for his service, and happy to contribute one more 5 star review!
