Audrey was very nice and great to deal with got us approved fast even stayed late to help us. We will recommend people there. I dont have a problem purchasing another vehicle through them.
Horrible service and they sale lemon cars. They take advantage of people who dont know about cars. If you buy, make sure to get the car fully diagnosed before you purchase it. Audrey is very unprofessional and she is a liar! I told her to fix a few things before I bought the car and she never did fix it. People please get your cars checked thoroughly before you buy! She takes advantage of people and she cannot keep her word.
We bought a truck from here a year ago..come to find out they cut off the Cadillac converter..it is illegal for them to sell a vehicle without one..Audrey never told us..we found out when we brought it to a garage a month or so ago..also..Audery designs cups..i had a special cup my daughter bought me for Christmas..i asked Audrey if she can make a special design on it in memory of my husbands cancer battle. I gave her the cup 1 year ago..and never got it back..ive called so many times and sent her text messages..she ignores you..she is not a honest person at all..never again will we do business with Ensleys Motor nor will we reccomend them to any one
Very nice people to work with. They stayed late to show me vehicles. I ended up buying a Impala from them. They had lots of great cars at great prices. I couldnt be happier with my new car and the service I received. I will be coming back here when my husband needs a new vehicle. Thank-you so much for all of your help!
I wouldnt recommend anyone buying a car from this place. I have a 2011 Dodge Journey that is no longer running after 2 weeks of driving it. She does not answer the phone not to mention I got pulled over in this vehicle and the police officer told me that my plates werent even registered to this truck. My sister got a car from here as well and 2 weeks later her transmission went out. Shes selling lemons and doesnt feel bad about it. I have 2 small children and now I no longer have a vehicle and I am at risk of losing my job!!! So thanks a lot Ensley Motors. I am in the process of taking legal action!
Beware- I test looked at and test drove a vehicle (chevy cruze) at this location, the owner showed me the car fax with all clean records. then I went and looked at AutoCheck for the same vehicle, it had structural damage.if you find what seems to be a good deal, I would take it to a trusted mechanic before signing any dotted lines
I have bought to cars from Ensley Motors and also have plenty of family members that have as well! Nobody has never had an issue with the vehicles they have purchased! I would recommend Ensley Motors to anyone! Great people and great service from an amazing family ran business!
They sold me a truck tht was unsafe to drive, the frame on the truck is no good Lincoln motors told me they had to know, i bought a Lincoln Mark Lt 2006 took it to CBA also for a second opinion they said the same thing so dont trust ENSLEY MOTORS Im in litigation right now
Not very professional, talked to a woman about a vehicle but she was too busy going to a football game. Texted her later to inquired about the vehicle and received no response from them and now find out the vehicle was sold. Would of it been too much for her to tell me someone else was interested or that it was sold. Oh well, my money will spend just as easily else where. Your loss Ensley Motors.
Really nice people my dad mom and me bought are cars threw them and would recommend them to friends or family I had my car over a year only thing I needed to replace was a battery and i put 30000 miles on it in one year driving it to Kalamazoo from gr for work every day so the car has done me good

Brought my brother here to look for a car. There was a couple out front with 2 kids trying to get a car they had just bought and it wouldnt even pull away from the curb. They said it just ran great during the test drive.... I hope my brother has better luck than them!
We got there at 5pm on a hot day (theyre open until 6pm) and the salesmen werent even there. The mechanic on site called them and they said theyd be back in 15 so we waited. We left at 5:55pm... and never talked to a salesman.
Bought a 2010 hhr there. Turned out to be a BIG POS. E-mailed them after 1 week asking for some help and still no reply. Wont answer my calls. Never buy from them.

2022-02-26Have bought 3 of my 4 kids vehicles from here. We have had no issues with the vehicles we purchased. The prices are great. The staff was helpful. We were able to have them checked out by our mechanic before purchase. We will be back when number 4 gets her license.

2022-02-25LEMON CARSHorrible service and they sell lemon cars. I came in about a month or two ago and got a car that I was told was working and had no issues. There were no check engine lights or anything. After a week or two the car started acting up and just finally stopped. Turns out the transmission had been shot. And it’s a Cvt transmission so the cost of replacing it new is 8k (6/7k just for the transmission itself) and that wasn’t even all of the issues. The battery is faulty and when I asked them to replace it (as they said they would) she stopped responding to me altogether. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them, the woman is never in the office and knows nothing about the cars they sell. They sell complete trash cars, all the other reviews experienced similar stuff. And the car was a 2014 with 51,000 miles so I didn’t think anything major would be wrong.

2022-02-24The people were nice, but, I bought a car from them 5 months ago and now have to have the whole transmission rebuilt for almost as much as I paid for the car. It’s not worth going through.

2022-01-08So I bought my daughter a car from here. Went to get the brakes fixed and found out the transmission was cracked and leaking fluid. Reached out to the owner and she said she would check with her husband about what they could do. 2 weeks later not a single call back and ignored several messages. I had to replace the transmission. They were no help.

2021-11-15Very disappointed. READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING A CAR HERE!!! Notorious for selling lemon cars. I took the car for two test drives down the road before buying. Seemed fine. Drove for one week, brought it to the shop, they were instantly worried for my safety and deeming the car UNSAFE TO DRIVE + nearly $2000 in repairs (warranty covers nearly nothing) the auto shop was angry for me and wondered who scammed me. I addressed the issues to Audrey and informed her I am pregnant and she couldn’t have been more arrogant towards me, almost annoyed I was upset even. Would never do business with this dealership again.

2020-08-12I can’t say enough great things about Ensley Motors. They are honest, hard working people that are a blessing to many including myself. I was in a car accident and lost my car due to it being totaled and Audrey got me right into my dream car 😍 I see a lot that many people are picky when it comes to their used cars by the reviews on here but we all need to realize ... used cars, are exactly that ... used. 2021-05-19When I went there I paid 4800 for a 2006 chevy Silverado with 225k miles, after driving it for the day I discovered a noise... and it was this slight ticking, okay it’s a 5.3 motor, they all have a little tick right? Well when I got home the motor was knocking and the check engine light also popped on for an evap code, going there they seemed really nice but the motor started knocking before I made it to my house?? I didn’t do anything about it because well I just bought the truck as is and I don’t think they would take it back.. now I have to figure out what to do now

2020-04-09I have bought several cars from Nick and Audrey over past 10 and I think that they’re good folks that try their absolute best to make people happy. There prices are absolutely more than fair. So I think the next time you’re looking for a affordable preowned automobile you should give their website to check or go out and look in person at the lot you will be Pleasantly surprised and over all extremely happy with your purchase
