Comment: Walked in with no appointment and said I wanted to sell my car. Sold my car an hour later at exactly the same price I got through the online valuation (in Good condition). My check arrived by FedEx the following week.I was in and out in less than half the time Ive spent at Carmax which, to be fair, will cut you a check on the spot. But this is Enterprise, not a fly-by-night operation, so I wasnt worried about the check not coming through.

Comment: This Enterprise Car Sales dealership is an amazing place to buy a car. I heard of Enterprise Rental Cars starting to sell cars during the pilot program days, and they do not disappoint! Essentially, with their system you can find any vehicle youre interested in because they have a national database. If they dont have it near you theyll bring it to you for a fee, totally worth it if you have to have a certain vehicle! But even so, this particular location goes above and beyond with service. Daniel picked the best car for me based on my search, and Pat & Baby stayed late finagling financing companies so I got the payment and interest I wanted! They have many options for financing, so you dont have to worry about that too much, just try them. I was fussy, rejected some financing options, and I put them through their paces for sure, but they were super nice. They let me test drive and look at many options. They helped me stay late with snacks since I hadnt planned to be there so long. They helped me unload the rental car I had into the new car, and then took the returned rental car (my insurance paid for the rental when my car was a total loss), all in one stop. It was a great day. We had so much fun talking, and everyone there is so nice. They were super patient with me, and very caring about me being a disabled vet and not able to walk the whole lot or stand too long. I have a lot of loyalty to my favorite dealerships over the years, and theyve just been added to the most trusted list!

I was first contacted by Mel, who has the best energy and she was completely responsive to all of my asks. She quickly sent me options and I swear I felt like it was working with my bestie. When we went in to purchase the car with two little kids in tow, every single person was so sweet and friendly and more than accommodating to the wiggly little ones. I walked around with Uriel who was patient and helped me sort through a few cars I liked, answering all my questions and encouraging me to test drive to make the best decision. His energy was also awesome - chill in the best way and so friendly. Because of him, I walked out with my dream car that I never thought I could afford: a 2021 audi. The price was incredible and he got me a great financing option even in this tough market. I never felt any pressure to buy the car or protection-based add ons. And then Uriel went the extra mile to gas up the tank & wash my car!! What a gem! Oh and lets not forget about Drew, who helped me out with the Dmv paperwork. And Leon, who was kind to me while I was waiting in the lobby and treated me to a diet Pepsi (which I love). Great guy! This was, by far, the best car shopping experience Ive had, from the first phone call from Mel to getting the keys to my beautiful new car from Uriel and driving off the lot. Love this place. I got to ring a bell celebrating my big purchase! Next time I buy a car, Im going here. And you must go too!!

Comment: Had the best Experience purchasing a car from Enterprise San Leandro. I found them through my credit union and my experience from start to finish was a 20 out of 10. Their website made it easy to find the car I wanted, apply for financing and make an appt for a test drive. I submitted my appt request on a Sunday evening, I received a confirmation on the website and via email then I received a follow up voicemail the following morning from Bill. When I returned the call, I spoke to Mel K., confirmed the car I wanted and my appt time. When I arrived, was greeted immediately by Mel who had the car ready to go. Mels positive, welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills made the test drive and paperwork smooth and comfortable. The staff onsite (didnt catch names) were great too. I was offered cupcakes from one of their birthdays, then got lost looking for the restroom and someone stopped eating a meal in the breakroom to guide me. I know that being nice comes with some job descriptions but when people do it and are genuine about it, for me, it eases my anxiety. I dont normally write reviews online but these folks here, deserve one. I base where I spend my money from customer reviews. Enterprise being a perk from my Credit Union was the review I used to purchase from them. If my Credit Union lists them on their website, I trust them. Now that Ive experienced their service, I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car or on the fence about considering Enterprise. I drove off with my car one hour after arriving. Out of the 5 car purchases in my life, this was the best service Ive ever had.

Comment: I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima from Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro two years ago after the catalytic converter in my 2007 Honda was stolen. It was a very nice car. Then a woman ran a stop sign and crased into my right side and my insurance company totaled the car. I went on-line with Enterprise and saw a 2021 Nissan I was intrested in. I went into Enterprise Casr Sales on Friday, August 11th and was able to do the preliminary paper work to purchase the vehicle, which was completed on Saturday the 12th and drove off with the 2021 Altima. Enterprise was very helpful and there was a minimum of fuss. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Enterprise. I also have helped my son to purchase two vehicles from Enterprise and well as helping a close friend to get one as well, which she is still driving and is very happy with. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone needing a vehicle and desiring a high quality vehicle that had been used only for rental or lease.Ken Shaw

The car was clean, few issues that they made note of and are taking care of post-purchase.They worked through financing, as we were waiting on our settlement check and couldnt be without a vehicle. They were congenial, kind, accommodating and made our Saturday afternoon purchase easy. Although we walked in with financing, they worked to get our percentage rate down by OVER 5% compared to the financing we had already pre-approved, using their lenders.Id purchase again from them, and encourage everyone looking at used cars to check out Enterprise. The warranty that accompanies the purchase and the high quality of service the vehicles we looked at had, were better than other dealerships selling used vehicles.

We were given time to decide between two cars and ultimately chose the best one for us which was a bright shiny red candy apple MAZDA CX-5 that only had 14k miles on it.Financing - the financing portion was very simple. I told them I wanted to go through the same credit union again and they did not try to get me to go through another organization. No pressure.My only un-happy face came when we waited a long time, maybe 40 minutes for the car to be detailed/cleaned but were not given an estimate on time. As I sat in my living room I heard a loud crash, and the voices of a few my neighbors; I then ran out of my home to find that a vehicle had crashed in my 2018 Dodge totaling it out. He dilated on how well he had been handled when purchased a year-old Ford 250 Transit Van from Enterprise. He emphasized how happy he was with trade-in price he received for his Toyota and urged me to talk with Enterprise.I did so and the rest is history. I drove in with a car on its last legs, received $9,000 for it in trade and drove out with a 2020 Range Rover Evoque.Throughout the process I felt ZERO pressure and was told I could return the car in the next seven days if I was for any reason less than perfectly happy with it. Comment: After driving around on Grace and Mercy for a year to be exact, I went online to look at there inventory as I have done many times before, I figure if I am going to purchase a used car Id rather it be a rental (at least I know its clean and maintained well). I kept my search local and got a response shortly after from Paul in San Leandro. After giving him my Want List with more than challenging credit he called me back and left the door open for me to consider other options from the car I picked out. I went into the office the next day and was shown some great options but still had my Want List in the back of my mind. Brianna stepped in and told me what she was going to have brought over from another lot so I could test drive and reluctantly I said yes. The car was a 2019 Volkswagon, Sportwagon. There was a lot of stress communicating with the insurance company of the party at fault, even to arrange a rental car for the several weeks it took to get an estimate on the damage. The folks at Enterprise Car Rentals were very supportive and very helpfully referred me to Enterprise Car Sales in San Leandro once I knew I needed to buy a new car. I didnt even know Enterprise sold cars, but once I spoke with Bri and Jose I was so impressed with their service and responsiveness, I was sold on the idea of buying from them. It was a relief to speak with people who were always pleasant, helpful, upbeat, and supportive, rather than adversarial. Jose was very helpful in setting up test drives and communicating with me even on his day off work. He also drove through traffic to a city several hours away to transfer a car for me so that I could test drive it. He never pushed in an uncomfortable way, but was always helpful and listened to what I was asking and wanting. Comment: Got a deal through my credit Union to purchase a car through Enterprise. I was contacted by Tim at Enterprise and I told him my price point and what I was looking for in a car ie. Hybrid car for commuting. When I arrived the car was already ready for me to look at and test drive. Tim was extremely helpful and friendly and there was no pressure to purchase the car like at a normal car dealership. That was something I truly appreciated.When I was ready to purchase, Mark the sales manager was ready with all documents and information I needed. He broke down the entire loan process+ gave us information about the other things they offer for the car, again, no pressure just facts.The whole process took under 3 hrs and I now have a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid!!!. Thank you Tim and Mark, you guys are Rockstars.If anyone is wondering if they should come check out the cars at this location, I recommend it!!

Comment: It was a nice experience searching for my car at enterprise. Each one of the sales representatives worked very professional and with patience. They tried their best to fi d me what I wanted in my next car. Although, I got a nice car. Not very happy with the color but they did what they could do best. I do not gave 5 stars just for couple of reasons.Numver 1. I went back to the premises and I didn t see the nice faces anymore. Sadly while they are trying to sell they all nice and smiley. Then a customer who bought $20k car go back and s treated as any newcomer there. Number 2.Is that my car has couple of problems to be fixed and because I couldt bring it on time on the schedule day, they have not have the courtesey to call me and rescheduled another appointment.

Comment: I went in to Enterprise one evening after Id worked all day, and already been to 3 other locations looking at cars that night. Needless to say, I was exhausted! But the staff made my whole experience so pleasant...i was immediately offered a beverage, and eventually even offered dinner! Devin was very professional, helpful, and upfront/honest with me about everything I needed to know about purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. Once I had a vehicle picked, Devin took my info to LaToya and that woman worked miracles getting me into a new car that evening! They really did work with me, and my unique situation. I never once felt like they were bothered or annoyed by me and my imperfect credit or less than perfect situation! A few days later there were some obstacles with the bank financing my loan. I went back in after work that night, and again LaToya went above and beyond to help me keep my new car. All of this was done without their own wallets in mind, since they dont work off commission! They truly just want to help regular people with regular problems get a car, and thats why I have nothing but great things to say about Enterprise Car Sales! I absolutely love my new car, and plan to make any future vehicle purchases at Enterprise! My friends, family, coworkers, etc have all been told that the San Leandro, CA Enterprise Car Sales is definitely the place to go when looking for a used vehicle. Thank you all so much!!

Comment: I had a great sales experience with Enterprise, the asst manager Felix and Devin were very courteous. I didnt want to spend the money on a brand new car and suffer the few grand lost in depreciation driving it off the lot. I found the car I really wanted and turned out to be at the San Leandro location while I was looking. They car is in perfect condition and I am very happy. A small hiccup with Chase Financial but everyone was patient. I would highly recommend buying a used car from Enterprise. They sell only the top 1% cars from their fleet. The others go back to the manufacturer lots. something to think about.

Comment: When my wife and I first went in we were greated right away by the sales rep Noe and the good thing was we were referred to the San Leandro location so it was closer. After comparing the vehicle we bought with one of their competitors who was actually a $1000.00 less but because their competitor said they were using the vehicle for car rental still and I had to wait a week, well I was turned away immediately. I am a praying man and trusted Jesus throughout everything with this purchase but also everything about these guys at Enterprise San Leandro was awesome and professional..David the Leasing manager and Noe took real good care of us and we got an excellent package deal.. If your looking for a good car get one that is on Fleet sales because you may get a much better deal. We did. They didnt haggle us or treat us as if we didnt have our decision made that they would just brush us off or shuck and jive.. Comment: My experience with Enterprise was good but a little questionable in a few areas. The funding was qick however, it seems as though my credit was ran over 15 times but, I must say I was looking at 2 other Enterprise car sales locations so as a hole it was ran over 15 times. Unfortunately, that decreased my credit score and that inquiry stays on my credit report for 3 years. The other concern and issue was that when I received my car it didnt have the car manufacture mates and a few other items werent taken care of however, working with David he smooth things out but, La Toya is a typical car sales person with no apathy to the buyer. The only thing now is replacing the manual with the correct manual for the car and everything will be taken care of, yeah!Thank you,Gus Parham

Little did I know that same experience would be mine, placing me in the drivers seat. The experience was just wonderful. They were very professional. They worked with me with what I had and I was able to drive away from the lot with a 2013 Hyundai Accent, a wonderful shade of gray. My cousin returned a beetle there on Friday and we called at the same time to rent it for Monday and were told they had two white and blue so we call on Monday and someone else was working there and said they NEVER carried beetles. Which is BS. Then they said let me research and never call back. Finally after 45 minutes I call and she gets upset that I called her that I didnt wait any longer saying I said I will call back.Dont waste your time here!!!I also asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager was on lunch and wont be back in 2 hours which is pretty much when they close!Horrible horrible service!!!
