Comment: Buying a car from Enterprise was so easy. I spoke with Brandon (Green Bay Fan) on the phone and we did pretty much everything on the phone. When I came in I walked the lot picked out 3 vehicles I liked and in 20 min my paperwork was started and I was approved for the car I picked out. They work with you if you have bad credit. At the dealership I took it to the technician said enterprise never did the tune-up as well I am terribly disappointed!!!!’I have not had this car for 3 months. I am so disappointed they lied took my money my and left me with no answers and no options!!!in the cold with a useless car !! I can’t even use this piece of junk!!! And they won’t take it back ! Unfortunately, 2 weeks after we took possession, car stopped moving.It happened today 08/14/22.I will tow the car to my house and then we’ll go from there.Although Service was great and the sales persons were nice, I am not to sure what will happen after I contact them tomorrow.Definitely, we are not happy, car is 2020 Hyundai Accent and it was CPO. I will update info starting tomorrow.Update: contacted both Enterprise Dealer and Hyundai Harbor. Again, customer service is nice in both ends, but I haven’t get the car checked, I am waiting for appointment on August 23 2022.Since I don’t know the outcome, I decided to contact a Lemon Law firm Los AngelesCA… I am following their advice. Hopefully, I don’t have to go that route.

The streaming line financing service on site is efficient and it is conducive for anyone who has a busy schedule.Felix provides excellent customer centered service. He is courteous, professional, dedicated, patience though out my car purchasing transaction. Although, I must have changed my mind at least three times and taking two days to make my final decision to select the Subaru, I Never felt pressured from Felix or any negative feeling from the sales office when I took my time to make decision on purchasing the best car for me and my family.Felix feels like a friend who seeks to protect and watch out for my interests when I make my selection of cars. Felix patiently answers every question and concerns while I decide which car to purchase. For example, I was debating if I should purchase an Infiniti Q50. A car that has to be transferred from Washington and paid $2000 transfer fee OR I could purchase a Subaru OUT BACK that is on the lot. He presented options and asked me questions like what is the main purpose of the vehicle? Who else is going to use the vehicle? He checks the Car Facts, history, and MPG and other factors. His expertise and knowledge in car inventory help me to make better decision on purchasing the Subaru.The General Manager Eric gave me an excellent trade in value when I traded in the Kia. The trade in price of the Kia is over and above the standard estimated trade in value I researched. Working together with Felix on finalizing the purchase, Eric has been very accessible and supportive throughout whole transaction. He tirelessly working with Felix with my changing mine options. As I finally made my decision for the Subaru, Eric immediately contacted banks to shop for interest rates and I got a great rate to finance the car. They have done nothing and I am out of a car until it is fixed and I now have to Uber to work.Update- I just learned that the car has $8500 worth of damages which they say are not covered by warranty.Update- I found paper work from a place the car had previously been worked on that proved that the damages were there before I purchased the car. I will now be reimbursed for my down payment and any payments I made towards the car.

From the first call I made I received a quick response from Eric who was always accessible, knowledgeable and communicative through the entire process of selling my car and financing a new one. I’m still blown away we managed to get Everything done on one afternoon. It was seamless!Felix in sales helped fine the right car and went above and beyond. Example, when I told him my 8 year old daughter does me like change as it causes anxiety for her…he said ‘Well you told me your cats name is Felix, and he is a black and white cat…let’s call your new black car Felix and I will deliver it to your home. The cars they sell are mostly cars that were used in their rental fleet for a few months, and they’ve been maintained regularly by their service maintenance personnel! All paperwork was done at a table outside with cleaning materials readily available and used by employees and by us. I almost lost out on buying the car I was interested in, but Aubrey managed to find what I was looking for. The young lady that was leaving (Im sorry I didnt get her name!) let me know that the Kia Soul SHE was about to leave in was DEFINITELY a good choice! So I took a test drive (poor Aubrey had to listen to this old ladys life story lol!) and I fell in LOVE with this car! I went in, READ all the paperwork BEFORE signing, (which probably took more time at the end of the day), but instead if making me feel bad or RUSHING me, Andrey actually COMMENDED ME for doing so! Comment: Had a good experience here. I initially only went to test drive 3 cars, because my car was a total loss, I had a Enterprise rental and they suggested their car sales. I ended up leaving with a Camry. I then brought it back and switched to a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, 23k miles.They have lots of young staff, that are personable and dont try to pressure you into anything. My sales associate was Aubrey. If you want to check out some cars, call and make an appointment with her. She is real cool. The only small knock is they dont haggle on prices, but their prices are pretty reasonable. They provided Carfax, you can actually check them on their website before you arrive. All their cars are Certified as well, and you get a copy of the certification inspection.You have 7 days to drive the car, and if you change your mind or want to switch to something else, you can for free. If you want to switch again, it will be $200. They provide their own 12 month/12k miles warranty in addition to whatever is left on the manufacturers warranty, you get 1 year free roadside assistance. Some people shy away from buying rentals, but my last car was a rental and had no problems. Rental companies keep up the car, get it serviced when they should, etc.

Comment: Freddie made my car buying experience super-easy and stress-free. Hes a low-pressure, honest salesman. The finance manager, Phillip, was great, too. He explained everything and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales on Cherry in Long Beach.The only negative was there is a door ding on my passenger side door that I saw before I bought the car, but I forgot to ask them to fix it. My guess is theyd probably do it if I called and asked, though, since they were so helpful with everything else ; ))

What I laked about Steven was that he took the time to ask us on what kind of car we were looking for and what did we want and did not what in the car. Once we told him, he showed us several cars until we found the Malibu. What we liked about Steven was that we had found a car in another lot of Enterprise which was one hour and half away and Steven was willing to take us there. The Finance Department was great also. I was a bit worried as my dad is elderly and I didnt want him to get taken advantage of. However, from the moment we walked in the experience was A-1! The entire staff was so friendly and pleasant. They asked my father key questions to help him find the right car for him. No pressure and no price gauging. The prices were completely reasonable and did I mention there was no pressure. Christopher Jackson was the representative that assisted us and he was outstanding!! The deal was made and my father was happy. The paperwork was simple and completed quickly. When we walked outside there stood a new car with a bow on it just for my dad. All I can say is if you are looking to purchase a car and want great service, well Enterprise is the place to go. The first time I found the car on their website and went to Long Beach to see and test drive it. The vehicle was extremely clean and in great shape. My 2nd purchase was even easier. I e-mailed them what I was looking for and they had one. When I reviewed the vehicle, it wasnt perfect. They searched their inventory across Southern California and found multiple vehicles that were near perfect! They brought the best one in after having the manager of the other Enterprise car sales dealerships personally inspect the vehicle. I got a great car, less than a year old, in perfect condition. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I NEED A CAR

I went there on a Sunday and looked over the lot. I was surprised to see all the great cars on the lot.I went home and looked on internet and thought I could do the best at Long Beach.I went back -dealt with a lady named Cynthia --when I went home to think about carsshe called to let me know the car I was thinking about was at another location and she would have it brought to LB location for me to check out.Well she called again ot tell me that she was on vacation, and a young man namedChristopher would help me. I was very impressed that no one dropped the ball.Later that evening he called to say the car sold!!!!I was so sad, but I went over to the lot a few days later and found all new cars andthat was when I found my Ford Fusion Titanium.I had been looking at the Cal W. lot but prices were very high--so my husband and I did a test drive . LolWhen I walked into this car dealership I only planned on looking around and had no intention of buying that day. However, after telling the associate all the things I wanted in a car he helped me to find a car even better than the one I had in mind. So that day I purchased my first car and Ive been happy ever since.The sales associates here are very attentive to the needs of their clientele. The whole entire time I felt that they were a lot more concerned with what I wanted than making a sell. You cant beat the prices or the customer service here.

Comment: Customer service was great but just do your research if you buy a car from them. Got sold a 2020 chevy malibu last year and everything was fine at the outset. They showed me a laundry list of checks they made before selling her to me but within months I had to replace the batter (which wasnt covered with either warranty) a pcv valve replacement which also wasnt covered. Knock sensors outta pocket and at least one other repair within 15 months. I just sold her back to the dealer 2 months ago at a loss after dropping 7k down for a lemon. So just PLEASE do your research and dont rush to buy.
