I called him several times throughout the day with questions and he was always very responsive and answered all my questions.Unfortunately, he was not there the next day when we went to purchase the vehicle, but Marquise helped us with the sale. I had requested Marquise because he had answered the phone once or twice and was so polite (yes, maam) and friendly, and I was very happy I did as in person he was very professional with a joviality about him that made him very likeable.He answered all my questions, accompanied me on the test drive, and was very efficient on the paperwork, with the help of Christine, who was also topnotch with her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.All in all a very pleasant and fun customer experience. Alex Gregory form Enterprise Car Sales in Concord took a lot of time from the very beginning to find out what my needs, likes, interests, dislikes and concerns were when my need to buy a car came up. We connected both on a business level and a personal level… Which was nice.He sat down with me to discuss what features were important to me in a car, and then showed me four options that I could test drive at that time that fit in with what I had described to him. I test drove those four cars and eliminated two possibilities right away.I went home and did some more research on my own as well as quizzed, friends and relatives about the two cars and asked what they thought. I also went back to the Enterprise website and looked at cars that were more expensive…( more than I wanted to pay) …I could’ve gone back for another test drive, but I chose a specific car after I had resolved the issues in both cars that I had concerns about.This was the easiest; no pressure; no bull; auto buying experience that I’ve ever had. It was a fun experience.The price was the price, and there is no pressure whatsoever for me to purchase a car. I did pay cash for the car ( although financing is available) and it was nice to do that without the car sellers playing games with the price because I was paying cash.The process of signing the paperwork and processing the purchase through DMV was very painless and quick. It was just a fantastic car buying experience, and I will be purchasing my next car… If there is a next car… through enterprise as well.One thing that was very fun that I really appreciated is that after the car purchase has been solidified and the paperwork signed And they were escorting me to my car, they pointed out a copper bell by the front door, which they told me to rain as loudly as I could (Which I did) and all of the employees got to their feet and cheered! That was a fun celebration of purchasing a new car!

Comment: Last week on Feb 21 I had an appointment with Alex Gregory to look for new used cars.I was interested in seeing 3-4 cars I had seen online but as soon as I saw that grey Hyundai Kona I knew I had to have it. I did a test drive and loved how smooth the drive was but to be certain I was making the best decision I decided to test drive another car.In the end the Kona felt lighter, smoother to drive and more compact which is exactly what I was looking for.Alex was very knowledgeable, patient, calm and answered all of my questions. Kerrys attention to detail, low pressure and high quality customer service was exceptional! His knowledge surrounding the inventory hands down allowed for one of the most seamless test driving experiences. Ultimately I did not purchase a vehicle from Enterprise however, my experience with Kerry made my decision to purchase elsewhere a very difficult one. She asked the right questions and her sales style was relaxed, confident, no stress, and she wasn’t pushy. This was not your normal car dealer experience.We were not able to visit the Concord lot right away (due to an upcoming vacation). She contacted us soon after arriving from vacation, which was perfect. Long story short we bought a truck. They had to bring it down from another lot but that was ok. He has a great way about him that was very reassuring as we made our decision. He accepted our family discount (as my daughter Sophie works for Enterprise in San Francisco). Then he went very far out of his way to personally pick up the car from Redwood City in the early evening, so we could get the car yesterday (and stayed late to show us the car). Comment: Looks like I was going through a midlife crisis (LOL)- so I decided to check the 2020 Mustang convertible out at this dealership. The car wasnt on the lot, and Jaylyn Burns was the sales consultant who helped me through the whole process. Let me tell you this- the process from applying to driving my 2020 Mustang home was an easy peasy! Because the car wasnt on the lot- Jaylyn offered me several options- 1) apply for a loan while the car is being delivered, 2) apply for a loan, and have the car delivered to my house, or 3) come back on Monday morning. I chose #2, but we ended up doing option 1. I arrived at the dealership a little after 1:30p and drove my new car home at 5pm (I had to wait maybe 30-45 minutes for the car to arrive). Then I had Eliot Denoncourt, a Sales Manager to help me with the DMV process.Jaylyn, Eliot, and the other manager (I dont think I was introduced but a nice lady) were all very professional. They know their stuff (paperwork, vehicle itself, and the process). Because Im Deaf and fluent in ASL- they all were extremely patience especially when it comes to communication- writing and typing back and forth- clarifying everything. They all made sure that I was taken care of (if I needed anything to eat or drink- Jaylyn offered me some candies).In conclusion- YES I LOVE MY MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE CAR!

He provided good information setting up the test drive and throughout the experience. Throughout the experience, he did not attempt to upsell me into any other more expensive vehicle. He did provide opportunities for me to add value to my purchase experience by explaining various benefits such as the overall warrantee, tire and glass coverage, even verifying with my auto insurance carrier that Enterprises glass coverage was more complete than my auto insurance carriers coverage would be. Overall, Id say my car purchasing experience was a pleasant event. And I got to meet other representatives at Enterprise and ring the bell!

Comment: I have gone through the full spectrum of car buying experiences over the years, from new car leases to purchases from various dealerships to direct pre-owned purchases on craigslist. My experience with Mariah and Christine today at Enterprise Car Sales is probably the easiest, quickest, most informative and most pleasant I can recall. They really packed in the value. For example, I walked in pre-approved from my Credit Union and they were able to beat my rate by two percentage points through their partnership with Patelco Credit Union. They run a smooth and highly competent, no-pressure operation at Enterprise Car Sales. If you are looking to buy, you might want to check them out.

Comment: I was told by multiple dealerships that I won’t be able to have a Car register on my name, but I will need a cosigner and a down payment of 10 grand! Luckily, I received a call from Jaylyn since I do a lot of rentals with enterprise I told her my situation and she told me to come down to look at some cars that will fit what I’m looking for! All I can say is she was amazing. She help me with a great down payment with a beautiful 2020 Hyundai accent 🤗💕 perfect for what I was looking for! She was very sweet and patient I loved her energy she went above and beyond for me, she even drove to Santa Clara to pick up my car since it was in a different location! Comment: Kerrie was my Sales Consultant in Concord and he is kind, knowledgeable, a good listener, and patient. I dropped by the lot just to window shop because I planned to buy a car soon just not that day. I am always wary of car dealership practices and trust was not present. Kerry never pushed too hard nor became frustrated from my indecisiveness. I eventually saw a car that I absolutely loved as it fit my family’s tall height requirements and it was priced below blue book. Enterprise doesn’t haggle prices so it was take it or leave it. Yet, Kerrie never made us feel disposable. He was attentive and explained every purchase well. I purchased my car that day. Although, a day later, I noticed some issues with my new vehicle’s steering column and coolant levels dropping and told them about it. The store Director named Elliot assured me they would handle it via my extended warranty which should cover those items. He was just as amazing as Kerry! All of the employees that I met there were professional and really nice. I was so weary of the pressure of sale people and finance managers I nearly given up hope of having a decent conversation with a salesperson. Then I went to the Enterprise Car Sales in Concord, CA.MY EXPERIENCE. I was met by salesman Victor Lucatero. He and I discussed my business, the needs I had and the price point for which I was looking. Victor immediately understood. He found a couple vehicles that fit my need. He did NOT try to get me into something beyond my price point. He was careful to follow my guidelines. I looked at the vehicles he recommended and I immediately liked the vehicles he showed me. Each vehicle was exactly at the price point I needed. Throughout our discussions he was courteous, professional and sincere. We actually had a civil conversation. I needed to leave for a meeting but told him I would come back. He did not try to keep me in the dealership. He did not try to haggle the price with me. He did not force me into looking for something way above my needs and price point. Absolutely no high pressure selling.I thought I was dreaming. The next day I met with Christine the sales manager. Leon helped me through the process, showed me different cars that I hadn’t thought of looking at, and stayed in contact for the month long process of trying to find my perfect car.Once we found it, Leon broke down the process, told me what to expect and how to go about making it happen. Comment: Here’s the thing: buying a car has a storied history of requiring deceit, mistrust, and scheming. Some car buyers are into this. I am not. If you also are not a sociopath, then I recommend buying a car here.I paid the price for a car that was the price the car was listed for. There was no dickering back and forth, I was never asked to wait for an hour while the associate went and spoke to their boss and came back with a different price, I was given lots of wiggle room around the lease term/down payment/etc, and when I opted out of certain extra features, I was not pushed to change my mind. The whole process took a few hours and was painless.Did I pay more for the car in order to NOT have that stereotypical car-buying experience (i.e. a “no-hassle” fee)? Maybe. Do I care? Not in the slightest.So big, big props to Leon and Christine for being easy to work with, developing a rapport with me, treating me like a human, and letting me drive a bunch of cars before I made a decision.

When we got the second vehicle home for my mom she didnt drive it right away. It sat past the 7 day return policy then we went to take it for errands. I started feeling something on my legs.. itching then biting me. Then my arms, then my moms legs. We couldnt believe her new car was INFESTED with bugs!!! When I called KERRY AT ENTERPRISE and asked what we should do to handle this problem, that this bug problem was serious!!!His answer was to get bug spray and then air out the vehicle!!!Being that we had just purchased 2 new/used vehicles from him that were previous rentals that were supposed to be Covid -19 cleaned!?! This car had a BUG INFESTATION, unbelievable!I brought it to Kerrys attention before this review to give him the chance to make it right...but he didnt! I only had a trade-in but she set me at ease and told me they would love to work with me.The car I was interested in was ready for me to view and test drive. Gladys is the best!Went to my 1pm Sunday appt. to meet Gladys about the possibility of buying a new car.I had my doubts due to how some sales people push their agenda on the customer.My experience with Gladys cast those doubts aside.I was early for my appt. She got my attention and walked me to her office.We talked about price and type of vehicle I was interested in.She grabbed some keys and we went for a walk. We chatted and laughed about our families.Second vehicle she showed me was a Nissan Frintier 2018 4 door v6. In that first phone call Gladys, my sales rep, collected information on what I was looking for, sent me links to vans in my price range, and set a same-day appointment with me. She also sent me the link to apply to finance the vehicle. When I arrived at Enterprise, Gladys was even better in person - friendly, professional, accommodating, and excellent with my young children! Mentioned three times a post-factory upgrade with assurances I would be contacted. Never happened. All my paperwork was ready to go and I bought the car in less than an hour. But I was forced to wait a month while the car was converted from a rental into a sale vehicle. Then when i finally bought the damn thing the rear under mat is soaking wet with cleaning chemical.Also, Dear Enterprise corporate: make sure people actually have a good experience before you send them an email telling them to leave a review. P.S. You dont give customers a full tank of gas and maybe someone should rethink that policy. Seriously. They only sell cars that pass their inspection, they usually beat blue book pricing, and they always give an extra 12-month/12K mile warranty. They also have promotions throughout the year, such as $1,000 over your KBB trade in value, and year-round rate discounts with certain lenders. So, when their website featured a fully loaded 2017 Cadillac XTS with low mileage at an affordable price, I hurried to the brand new Concord location to see if they could help me get my dream car. Cristine, Scotty, and the rest of the team provided superior customer service and made the entire process seamless. They were there for me from start to finish, and the entire process was faster than I imagined. No pressure, no dealership games, just good people wanting to help you. Chuck wasn’t there that day, but he’s always super helpful and knowledgeable. If you are going to buy a used car, Enterprise Car Sales is the only place you should consider buying from.

Comment: My car had scratches on it an they have never followed through with me to get them buffed out. Car was not clean when I picked it up, alignment was off horribly, tires were 2 different brands with different tread depths, I was told the tires were the ones advertised to learn they had put 2 cheaper brands on the front. Never followed up about tires when I was told they would, then got the run around about the tires. My salesperson was nice until I brought up the mismatched tires....then walked away from me without offering to help the situation. Horrible week trying to get the correct tires on my new Camaro. The district manger was no help, at all just talked like a used car salesman to me trying to talk me out of the correct tires. I was talked down to like these men knew more than a Woman possibly could about tires. I had to finally contact Corporate. They took car of it, which I was happy about, but the District manager had to give me one last call to get the final word in after Corporate contacted him. to tell m exposed the fact that they strive to be e he was basically doing this as a courtesy! A courtesy? Are you kidding me? How rude. It was false advertising !! Why should I, as the paying customer, have to spend so much time and effort for something that should have been right to begin with? I lost sleep over this all week and it is a good thing that Corporate took care of this because I was taking this as high as possible. I would have expose the fact that they are a bit shady and the cars are not as maintained as people believe they are. I love my car, but I would never go back there again to buy simply because of the lack of respect I experienced and NO apologizes from anyone in the WC office. They almost lost the deal within 7 days and tried their best to save some $$$ to cut corners on cheap tires. Still not completely satisfied and wish I had not paid the $250.00 transfer fee from just an hr away. I should have bought new off the lot. . I still have scratches that will probably cost around $300 to get buffed out. I wont have it done at Enterprise.
