The staff here is great! I had an appointment with DeShawn and when I arrived he greeted me at the door with a smile. He walked me through the process quickly explaining everything. I was driving home 2hours later in my new car. He checked on me the next day which I felt was nice. I will recommend others to check this location out in the future.

Last week, my car broke down. I brought it in to enterprise to trade it in for a new car. My sales rep, Joshua Harris, was very friendly, and didnt try to push me into making a purchase. I felt that he truly cared that I get what was right for me, and he had great customer service. 100% would recommend enterprise for any future car purchases.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. They make the car buying process so much easier compared to going to one of the big Three dealerships. My sales person this time was Jasmyne and she was AWESOME and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on the lot. From start to finish, this was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. HiGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!! We were in the market for a new vehicle. We shopped around to various dealers, but the dealers were far too pushy and the prices were way over priced, with high mileage and older vehicles. We decided to try Enterprise because we saw on their website a vehicle we liked. We made an appointment with Ashley Watson, and right from the start she was awesome. Firstly, my salesperson was Taylor and she is absolutely amazing!!! This is my first ever car and if I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t do anything different. From start to finish she was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns. When I purchased a vehicle from enterprise they didnt inform me of all the damage to the vehicle hopeful that I wouldnt have a problem. However it was clear when things work or only worked part time there was a problem. It became very clear the vehicle was flood damaged when mildew started showing up.

I was in the market for a car and was referred to Enterprise by my Mom. She rented cars frequently and was told about their car sales. I owned a car that was payed off and thought that it would be great to give my mom my car and buy a new car. So I was hooked up with Alvin at the Farmington Hills, MI office. It was the best experience I had ever had buying a car! I got a fully loaded 2015 Chevy Equinox with only 12,000 miles on it. I even got the color I wanted for an unheard-of price. The warranty is awesome and you also get free roadside assistance. I was so impressed with the way I was treated, like family. I will definitely buy a car here again!

Alvin was very friendly and competent. I enjoyed working with him. The process was very quick and efficient. I was able to get a loan through Enterprise after my credit union denied me. However, I felt through the entire experience that everything was his decision. He showed me only one vehicle, and explained how this vehicle was equal to the sedan-style that I preferred. I pulled out of the parking lot thinking what just happened to me? I drove away feeling like, yet again, I had a major life decision dictated for me by a man. Which is my own fault for, yet again, not putting my foot down and standing up for myself.That all said, I will absolutely consider Enterprise for future vehicle purchases, and recommend them to others.

Was searching for a vehicle on several websites, including all the major car rental companies. Made calls on several and found that other sites either didnt provide accurate detail or their customer service reps werent customer oriented. The rep from Enterprise assisted with my search, and when I had issues with locking in a vehicle from another regional sales office, she worked to resolve the issue. The entire process of finding my vehicle, having it delivered to the local sales store for a test-drive, and finalizing the purchase, was extremely easy and stress free. Definitely will use them again in the future.

It had my two must-haves (remote start and leather interior) and was the EXACT make and model I asked for. And the mileage? Super low! To the tune of only 8K miles!People think Enterprise Car Sales only is selling stuff they dont want or has been driven in the ground. NOT TRUE. Pricing is fair and transparent - no haggling necessary. Vehicles have been inspected and come with a warranty! Ive purchased from dealerships on the past and this experience was the best. Jasmyne Owens was a great sales rep. She was courteous and polite. They had sold the vehicle I wanted at first. I came back to get it the following day it was gone. Her team tried to assist me and was nice but I told them that I wanted to only deal with Jasmyne because she was so helpful and thorough the day before. She was not at work and called me from her personal phone and told me how sorry she was and that she was going to personally look for me another car and the next day she called me and told me she think she might have a car I want. And she did and I bought it that same day. Excellent sales rep who strives to please her customers. Really was pleased with her .

Just when i thought i made a great choice. Already a small problem. My alarm wont work from my automatic key. Rather its a easy fix or not. 2 weeks with this Nissan and something goes wrong just that quick. Wow. I have called their office and left a message and email the sales man Reginald and sent him a text. No responses yet. Lets see how long it takes for them to respond in anyway. Where i live there is a car theft ring. Hopefully it will still be parked until they reach out.
I was completely satisfied with the costumer service at this Enterprise location as a whole, and thought Chris (who initially helped us) was fantastic, and when he was busy the next time we stopped in, he referred us to Marco Issac, who is absolutely amazing! He spent 5 hours patiently helping us find the right car and made sure we could fit it into our price range, and he even laughed at our jokes! BUYER BEWARE: Make sure your trade-in vehicle is taken out of your name! It should be illegal for Enterprise Car Sales (Farmington Hills, Michigan) to leave your trade-in vehicle in the name of the original owner when they dispose of it (auction it off, whatever)! My purchase of a Nissan went smoothly at first as they assured me they would take care of all the paperwork on my Hyundai 2006 trade-in vehicle. A few months after I thought all was well with my Nissan purchase, I received a certified letter from South Metro Towing in Fulton County, Georgia, asking me to pay for over $400.00 in towing/impound fees for my trade-in vehicle that I trusted Enterprise Car Sales to transfer title out of my name. They must have left it in my name and passed it along for auction or whatever they did--for me to still be liable for that vehicle months after I traded it in in good faith. What if someone had hit someone with my ex-vehicle instead of just abandoning it to impound? When I contacted Enterprise they said they would take care of it and refused to send me paperwork I requested that would show they received my vehicle as a trade-in. They claimed they gave me the paperwork, which is not with the sale contract I received. After the manager at Enterprise, Farmington Hills, assured me he took care of it with South Metro Towing in Georgia in September 2019, I received a Judgement Against Abandoned Motor Vehicle from the Fulton County Court in Georgia in Dec. 2019 with South Metro Towing vs. ME!!! Again I say BEWARE BUYER IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE at Enterprise Car Sales. It has been an incredible mess for me to clean up and it’s not over yet. The Court in Georgia said they can’t do anything for me and the car will probably be auctioned off again. All I can do is hope someone has the integrity to transfer the title as Enterprise should have done to begin with. I still have not received any paperwork from Enterprise as my proof that I traded in my 2006 Hyundai when I purchased their Nissan. Edit added: After posting my review I was contacted right away by Stephanie from Enterprise Car Sales and she has been very helpful in getting the trade-in situation cleared up. Im grateful for her assistance and impressed with this companys speedy response and efforts to provide good service. I can truly say the people at Farmington Hills Enterprise, beginning with my salesperson, Jasmyne, the manager and Stephanie with Customer Care have all been great to deal with.

My entire experience at this location was ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations especially after the Warren location delivered such subpar customer service. I visited this location to try to finalize the purchase of a car that i had been approved for and Naijhae jumped right in to make sure I didnt leave there unhappy. She assisted me with so much professionalism, transparency, and even allowed me to test drive the vehicle (this is my first foreign vehicle). With her asistance along with Amir (Car Sales Manager), Tesia (Assitant Sales Manager) and Marco (sales manager) I was able to close the deal and I left feeling like a very satisfied customer and I would definitely reccommend this location to purchase a car; the team definitely did their due diligence with me and I am sure they will with other potential customers!

I went to another dealership which shall remain nameless and the salesman treated me as if I was not worth his time he literally told me to come back another day. A friend of mine told me to call Enterprise in Farmington Hills and I did and I spoke to Darnell and he made an appointment with me later that day, I went and before I even went in there was a young man putting a plate on another car in the lot he greeted me and he was so nice he took me inside to Darnell who was waiting for me. the experience that I had with him and Sam was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, they were very attentive they took very good care of me the transaction went very well and I was in my new car within a few hours. My wife and I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 15K miles. We literally couldnt believe the car wasnt brand new. The process was seamless and the financing was painless. Jasmyne and Taylor tag teamed on the process from start to finish and both were highly competent and friendly. I went here because I was referred by my banker. When I got there I looked around the lot and did not see anything that I liked, so my sales representative and I looked online. I finally found and a Chevy Equinox a Chevy, and I went through paperwork for her to put in the order for the Equinox to be shipped to Farmington Hills. During this process a finance manager, or I was told that he was a finance manager, walked into the office and made some very aggressive statements in an attempt to get me to take a vehicle directly from their lot. I explained to him that I did not like any of those vehicles, and he continued to aggressively offer me different makes and models that were immediately available on the lot. Initially my salesperson said that we were writing up an order to send over to my banker. That turned into the finance department has to write up the order and send it over to your bank, so he would be in touch with me in a couple of days. I then asked for the worksheet that my sales representative had worked up on that day in order to keep track of everything that was agreed to on that day including the price etc. I left her my email address and I did not receive the worksheet. I called her later that day and I started the conversation by saying that I must have forgotten to give her my email. She then stated that she had my email and repeated it back to me. So I then asked for the worksheet again. It was never emailed to me. By the end of the next day after 3 p.m, I had decided that I was uncomfortable with the deal and did not want to conduct business with them. I moved on and went with another company where the staff seemed to be more reputable and responsible in terms of satisfying customers wants and needs. The way the finance representative acted and the fact that I did not receive the email just did not sit well with me. I then called the office and stated that I wanted to cancel the order. The manager who answered the phone said okay well see what we can do about getting you your refund. Then he put me through to Ashley the sales representative. She then asked me why Id decided not to move forward and I just told her that something came up and I just decided not to move forward. So today is August 7th 2020 and I see that my account was actually charged the 600 and some odd dollars for the shipping for the vehicle. However when I spoke with them yesterday the charge was actually pending so apparently the charge was not refunded. I then called back to Enterprise today. I spoke with Deonte. He then told me that Amir Raheem and Leticia Smylor were busy in a managers meeting and would not be able to speak to me. He also told me that Ashley was my sales representative and that she needed to call mesme because shesshe be the one to speak to me and that she was not in yet. At this point I feel like I am getting the runaround. And I think that Enterprise really needs to check the people it hires because certain people at this site are extremely shady. I need to see a shipping receipt that illustrates that this vehicle the, Chevy Equinox, was actually shipped on August 6th 2020. I also would like to see a copy of a policy from Enterprise car Sales that states that you cannot receive a refund on your shipping cost. Do not make any deals with this particular branch of Enterprise car sales in Farmington hills.

The process of purchasing the vehicle went smoothly. Afterwards the process of securing a copy of the vehicle title and a temporary license tag left much to be desired. My temp tag expires today, 11/26/2020 and I cannot drive my car tomorrow. How can I expedite the process of getting a title to me?
I was injured in an accident the week of Thanksgiving and not my fault. Rented a car from Enterprise and had no energy to go to car lots or dealers. Mark D. showed me 3 cars in my price range,met me at the door very nice !! and I was done test driving all 3 in an hour and a half. One was just right😊 and Im very happy with my purchase. ( and the price)! He also pulled up each car to the front door so I didnt have to walk too far. We went over various vehicles that they had on-site and comparables to ones that could be transferred. I recently went in to purchase a Jeep Compass on February 17, 2021. I put down a deposit of $2,000 and was told this would hold the car. After the deposit was put down they told me the car needed to be serviced for an AWD malfunction. Here it is March 16, 2021 and the Jeep is still not fixed nor have I been given an update. Will never do business with this place again!
I cant speak highly enough about my experience here. From the very first interaction, Thoa was warm, welcoming, and professional. I arranged to test drive a couple of vehicles, and within two short hours was walking out with paperwork signed and keys in hand. Because of Covid, were struggling with finding a car after a drunk driver smashed our car that was parked on our property in front of our house. The insurance company put us in a rental through Enterprise and after hearing our plight, Regina from their Grand Blanc rental office referred us to their sales office. Anton Pecovic was awesome! He was able to get us in a better car than we had before for a much better price than what we were paying. We will definitely go back for our next car purchase!

I was tired of looking around through bad car dealerships, I lucked up by a recommendation of a friend on Enterprise Car Sales, and they found me a car that I can afford with a little down payment and low monthly payments. The car is great, low mileage and very clean. James was very informative and did not pressure me and I drove off the lot the same day. They can get you in a car even with bad credit so if you are struggling to find a quality dealer stop going to those bad-lots.

I recommend no one to Enterprise Car Sales. I was sold a lemon car that was recall. I tried to go back to them and I got the runaround. My car has been return three times for the recall. At the recommended place they told me to take it to. I was discriminated against and I was even told that I had to pay $130 for the recall. But I have relatives that work for Ford Company and they explain to me that on a recall I paid no money. The reception is who handle my case was very rude and I left with tears in my eyes. To this day my car still run the same. And I just put my car in Gods hand until this situation is handled. I would never recommend no one to this place. I really felt I was being discriminated against on to reasons but I refuse to go there anymore. I tried to take it to another facility to get it repaired but because of the Enterprise and varsity my problem is still the same. Be cautious

Very straightforward car purchase. It took me 30 minutes to try the car, do the paperwork, and leave with my new car. They are a bit persuasive (read pushy) on upselling you the warranty but if you get the higher milage version, it is worth it for the peace of mind.

I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. We purchased a van in March and have had problem after problem. They do not maintain or check to make sure vehicles are in proper working order. The van was sold with a crack in the windshield that we had to have taken care of (very inconvenient). Within a couple weeks of purchase the driver side sliding door jammed and so that was another repair we had to deal with. Now the other door is jammed so yet another repair. Marco made promises such as giving a gas card for the trouble and letting us use a loaner as necessary, but no gas card was received and he complained about the loaner, saying he would have to pay for it himself. It has been a very unfortunate experience and we very much regret having purchased this vehicle from them.Edited to add: I also emailed [email protected] which will likely result in nothing, but our experience is worth other potential customers knowing about.

After making an appointment to see a specific car i was advised that vehicle that was advertised was not available. I did test drive a different vehicle and purchased in cash. There were some minor issues with the vehicle and i was advised by the sales rep Dion that everything would be fixed, which included a burnt out taillight bulb, scuff mark to the bumper and the drivers side headlight had gouges. After keeping my vehicle for 5 days it was returned to me and the headlight was not replaced. I was then advised Dion would personally take care of the issue and after the 7 day trial was up, Dion advised me he was not going to have it taken care of. Highly dissatisfied with the whole experience!

Thoa was so lovely she got me everything I was looking for and for her to think about me even when I didnt know how fast I would get approve for a loan after teying to go through them made all worth my while.. The only thing I didbt like was my credit got pulled three different time because I received letters from the bank a day ago stating I got denied but over all she was polite, driven, sweet, and easy going she made sure she went over the top to find me a car and for that I just appreciate her so much. I would definitely go to her again if I came looking for another car so I hope yall keep her around and I hope she stick around for a little while. This car makes the 4th one that I have purchased from Enterprise. The 1st 3 were purchased at the location at Farmington Hills and this one at the one in Warren. To put it simply, if the buying experience was not good, I would not have gone back. There may be better deals, but with the guarantee and the way I was treated each time, there is no better place to purchase a vehicle. Sienna was my sales person and I was not sure which car I wanted when I arrived. She was patient and at no time, hurried me. When the time comes to buy another car, I will go to Enterprise and Sienna!

Great deal. Very nice staff. But one of the remotes didnt work, and is required for the attached key to work. No remote...key cant turn over the ignition. Security feature. They tried replacing the battery before we left, but that didnt work so they were supposed to send someone to our house to fix it. A week later, nobody has made it out, even after I left 2 messages. We didnt know the key couldnt work without the remote, so my wife was stranded with two kids at the house all day.Additionally, my temporary plate expires tomorrow. No plate in the mail today. Its been 2 weeks.--Update--Said they FedExd it Friday. Still not here Monday. Temp tag expired yesterday. Should have been taken care of a week ago.--I want to like this. I really do. But I cant recommend it.If you just cant beat the price, give it a shot. But be prepared for some headaches and pretty much no follow-up or returned phone calls after you drive off the lot.Grade: D-

My car was totaled in an accident in December. My insurance was in no hurry to pay off the car and they would only cover 5 days of rental fees. Alvin Phillips called me and set up an appointment to come in and view the Enterprise Car lot on Grand River. They got me approved for a better car at an even better rate. I just would like to say at Enterprise on Grand River in Farmington Hills, MI Marko Issac and Anton has the utmost customer service, and that there customer service is far beyond any I have experienced it is well organized and above all if you have any questions you do not get thrown on the back burner your treated like a customer should be treated, Im very satisfied.
Well my experience at Enterprise was/is the worst. I will attempt to make it short. I was referred by my parents as they had purchased a car from here in 2011 and it is nice. James Nettles was my sales man. I asked to test drive the Sonata, he pulls around a Malibu(red flag). Meanwhile, he gets the Sonata I test drove it and didnt like it. So he suggested the Nissan Altima, test drove it and approved of it. On April 30th is when I took the car home and all of a sudden I hear a popping noise in the radio. I take it back on Monday, May 1st so James could hear it, he didnt here it so he suggested take it the Nissan dealer so I made an appt for Friday, May 6. Meanwhile, my sister is riding on the passenger side and the unlock button doesnt work. Notified them and also the air bag light was coming on. Told James about it so he suggested that I bring the car to them and that they would take it to the Nissan dealership to have them check it. I was given a rental during this time in which I clearly deserved, because I am inconvienced(The rental was crap, I thought I was driving a stick shift). On Friday, May 6 the Nissan dealership calls and tell me that they found nothing wrong and that it can be picked up. James stated that Nissan told them that it is a security lock on the passenger door that can be taken off. I go to the dealership on Saturday, May 7 which is the final 7 days to return the car if there are any issues or problems. Get there James had notified me that he wouldnt be in due to sickness. So Darnell helped and he was awesome. We test drove the car to see if the problems were fixed and low and behold THEY WERENT! The same things that were wrong with the car in which I reported and Nissan claim werent wrong Darnell saw and heard. (Common sense if the car in being taken in due to the customer say the unlock button doesnt work you would think they would take the SUPPOSE TO BE SECURITY LOCK OFF)!!! Darnell offered me to test drive another Altima it was a 2016 no issue NO SECURITY LOCK ON PASSENGER DOOR what so ever. Darnell reported the problems to Semara and she also saw. Semara offered to take the car back to Nissan herself on Monday. At first I said ok then I got in touch with James and told her dont bother I dont want it and that I would be in on Monday, May 9th to return everything and to get my refund and trade-in. Get there Monday take care paperwork give then a $200 restock fee that I feel should be given back due to all my running back and forth, getting off work early and I only drove the car 4 1/2 days didnt even put 1,000 miles on the car, oh thats another thing the mileage wasnt even accurate it was 300 miles over on the title. Im waiting on my trade-in and they come with some BS stating oh we have to get your key for your car tomorrow, because the key (of my trade-in) had a RECALL on it!!! Um excuse me if it was a recall on anything I would know before you and it wouldnt be on a key it would be the ignition!!! So end of the story they most likely had to call a locksmith to re-key my ignition, because I gave them 2 keys for my vehicle when I left it, 1 for the door and 1 for the ignition which had gotten busted before and it wasnt the original ignition. I had taken my car to the Chevrolet dealership in Southfield when I received the recall notification for the ignition and it couldnt be done, because it wasnt the ORIGINAL IGNITION. So Enterprise Car Sales have left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never refer anyone to them.
I had a wonderful experience here! The car sales man is not your stereo typical car sales man, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I give this a 10/10 rating. Check’em out!
The experience was pretty good I went to rent a car the sales associate told me that you sell cars I set up an appointment and went to the dealership did the paperwork they brought me a vehicle finish the paperwork and I left with a new car. 2022-06-23In my 54 years of driving, Ive only purchased 8 cars, all but 2 used. This one through Enterpirse was by far the easiest and smoothest. I recommend it to everyone now. Not only s the system flawless - so easy to look over many possibilties in what is supposed to be a tight and overpriced market - the cars look to be in good shape and any flaws are demonstrated. Add to that a super agent in the form of Anton, coaxing us to come in early to assure our best selection, patiently listening to our needs and advising accordingly, and seeing all aspects of the transaction were carried out. Give that boy a raise!

2020-10-16My experience at this Enterprise location was amazing. I am a first time buyer and was looking for a newer used car to finance, and was quite disappointed when I tried going to a Ford dealership not too far away and said they would only finance a 2015 Equinox with 121,000 miles. I knew I couldn’t be super picky, but that just wasn’t what I was looking for at all. My dad convinced me not to give up and go to this Enterprise location since the option of cars to choose from was in my price range, and seem to be pretty new and well taken care of. Well I have thanked my dad every day since then! The car I picked and Enterprise financed was a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with 40,000 miles on it. A much better deal! The car needed nothing- just some minor inside detailing before driving it away. It was so perfect for what I needed-a SAFE, newer car with not a ton of racked up miles on it since I’m a soon to be first time mom and need something pretty reliable to transport my child in. It was a total upgrade from my 2006 Pontiac G6! I am super happy with the result and Anton was so friendly and kind to do business with! Thank you guys SO MUCH from the bottom of my heart, your entire staff’s customer service was wonderful and I felt at home and comfortable from the moment I walked in! THANK YOU!!!!

2018-11-07We got a 2017 Dodge GrandCaravan with low mileage and such an easy time getting financed. They have wonderfully knowledgeable people who are kind working there. 2021-10-14This is our second car purchase from Enterprise. Both were delightful experiences.We bought our first one about 3 years ago, a Hyundai Accent with low miles and a great maintenance record. It served us quite well until it was totaled Sept. 02 2021.With our insurance pay out in hand, we set out for a replacement and decided to give Enterprise another shot. They didnt fail us having presented us with a beautiful Mitsubishi Outlander. Again with low miles, a clean maintenance record, full warranty and delivery service as we live nearly 200 miles from where it was located. This is a fully loaded vehicle (except power seats).We did some financial shopping on our own with some pretty good rates. However, Enterprise was able to get us an even better rate. They called us 3 times, each time with a better rate from highly rated financial institutions.If that isnt great service, I dont know what is. The car is fabulous, drives excellent and has features weve never had in a previous car.
