Comment: I rate this Enterprise #1 in price, customer service, cleanliness of vehicles, and overall positive experience. Ive rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and Ive had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. Its free to reserve and you dont need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others dont compare and most companies dont offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader.I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. Thank you to the entire team for making my challenging days better with your kindness.

Comment: Rented my first car with a debit card. Got where I’m going and back safety. It was so much fun driving it and returning it felt like a breakup. The employees are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend having coverage on it just in case if anything happens you won’t get charged for it! They do take $300 when you first rent it but return it back into your account when the car is return. I highly recommend this place!!! I will be coming back again!

Comment: I reserved a truck at another location and was told it would have a trailer hitch unfortunately it did not. Nobody else had any trucks except for this location which is 40 minutes from my house. I spoke to Chris told him My situation and he immediately made sure that I was taken care of he held the last truck for me even though He could’ve rented it. He is man of his words he turn a bad situation into a good one I highly recommend this location and everybody there they are super nice guys Chris, Ronald,Cedric I dealt with with Chris but they are all really nice guy and go the extra mile for their clients. Anyone of them will take care off your needs. I wish all stores had this kind of customer service. This is my new location for truck rentals I don’t care if it’s 40 minutes from my house it’s well worth the drive for this kind of customer service and to deal with really nice people I can’t praise them enough. So if you need to rent a truck go and see theses guys. Thank you Chris for the awesome experience.

Comment: So far we will see if its still that good when I turn in the truck I rented. But love it a 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 4X4 Dually had less then 900 miles on it. Still Brand Newbie its close to 1500 miles.

Comment: The staff at this office is very professional. I called a week before I needed a box truck. They made sure that it would be available before committing to me. I had to unfortunately cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. I rescheduled for three days later, and Boris was very accommodating. On the day of my pick up, Boris called me to ensure I was still coming in. He processed my paperwork quickly, and I was on my way within 10 minutes... AMAZING!!!! Returning a vehicle seems like a hassle, but the staff at this location makes it quick and painless. This is a great location to rent from, and I will always come here for my truck needs.

Comment: Love the rental, didnt like that I couldnt get dropped off 2 and half blocks away after returning the rental. I was told that I couldnt get a ride 2 and a half blocks away. Because it was the policy. I understand that the company whats to protect their employees during the pandemic. Is it so hard to drop some one off 2 and a half blocks ways in the back seat of a a car or van or shuttle. I walked in the hot sun, but would have preferred a nice comfy ride in an an air conditioned car. This wasnt an airport or a a busy traffic area. It was was an old fashioned customer courtesy that I would love to experience once more.

Comment: Ive been renting trucks regularly here for over a year now. And while the faces in the office mights change, it doesnt matter who is helping you because everyone Ive worked with here is professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.The trucks have always been in well maintained condition. Cleaned and serviced regularly with the papers to prove it.The one time there was an issue with a missed reservation, they found another available truck and even drove me out to the other office to get it. Then accepted it back at their facility so I didnt have to worry about taking it back somewhere else.
