Comment: They are not recommended at all. First, they changed their price. The front girl(I will find her name and will post it) is not professional but very rude to customers. She increased the price that I got from the other agent in 10 mins ago. Just saying that the other agent made a mistake. The worse thing is that she gave me a defective car. In just 20 mins driving, I got the engine light on and had to go back to change it with another car. It was very dangerous because whenever I stopped at the traffic light, the car was badly vibratedFinally, I got a Nissan versa at the end. Please check the inside car. It is dirty and also smelly. I wont recommend Westminster Enterprise Rent a Car and the front girl at all.

She goes above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever received at this Enterprise and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Chana is an amazing employee, she cares about her customers and wants to make sure that everyone is happy. She took time out of her day to make sure I got what I needed and truly cared. Comment: My husband and I have been very disappointed in this location customer service and will now start using Hertz for all our rental needs from here on... They said that they will refund me all my money, even though I do understand that we did use the car but one of the managers said they will refund me the money because we were so unsatisfied with their service this time. I had someone call from the corporate office and said they will not be refunding me the money bc we did use the service and did rent out the car. And yes, I understand that but then dont have one of your managers tell me that they will refund me the money then. We have been coming to this location for a while now and has referred several people over to them. But no more!!! We are done with the run around and saying things and not following through. This is not good service!!! WE ARE DONE!! Goodbye Enterprise HB!!!!!!

Thats a Great plus, as I have been ignored at some other branches. Malik checked me out and he was super personable. Had a great conversation, he made sure that scratches on the vehicle were marked down and got me on my way. I would definitely rent from this location. He even sent a text to ensure everything was going well.

Comment: Excellent service! Matt was great in accommodating me at the last minute. He hustled to do what he could to help me out while he was super busy and hooked me up with a discount since the car I was looking for was out of stock. Only reason Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because Enterprise only takes one form of payment for out of state visitors, which is a credit card. Not sure if this is a state or company policy but it caused some inconvenience. No fault to Matt! He did everything he could to accommodate and helped me out a lot, which turned into a very good experience.

Comment: I already had reservation to rent a compact car 5 days before i came to pick up the car. When I came there, they said that they dont have any compact car in the inventory right now. If I wanted the new car, i needed to wait 15-30 minutes. Otherwise, they gave me the car which they used to pick up the clients with some scratches on it. I said i can wait. Like 5 minutes later, an Asian guy who is Sam said that i needed to wait an hour. He’s kind of want to force me to take that car ( it shows through his voice). They said different things at the time. Bad service.

I was able to get a car asap and when I had an issue with the car, I brought it back and without hesitation they switched my car out and offered me 2 free days (mind you, I had not asked for anything). The free 2 days was nice but that’s not the reason for the review. They are very knowledgeable and are exceptional when it comes to customer service. Will definitely return the next time I’m in town!!

Us consumers are VERY PATIENT AND SOMETIMES JUST RUDE...IVE WATCHED THEM HANDLE SOME TOUGH SITIATIONS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS MADE THE GUEST FEEL SATISFIED IN THE END AT THE WESTMINSTER LOCATION AND FLECHER JONES MERCEDES LOCATION. Always a loyal guest to Enterprise. Just a thought, but just maybe those angry caca mouth individuals are hostile because they are guilty of something AND/OR JUST MAYBE THEY JUSTStink as a human being.😘

Comment: I went to this store April 11 to rent a car when I was greeted by a tall blonde sales person, Erica. I requested an economy car when she asks:do you live in Westminster?No, I live in Huntington BeachCan you show me proof that you live there like a payment bill?An odd question to ask but I understand that it could be policy. However, my CA license recently expired and I was going to rent on my foreign, at which point im completely refused service even after mentioning that I had a 2month rental from the same location. I told her that I will send my girlfriend which she approved. As I was leaving Erica say “sorry, DUDE.” Disrespectful.-Quick pre-context, I am a black FOREIGNER, my girlfriend is a German/white FOREIGNER. Before any assumptions are made to why I was even stereotyped, this was my outfit: Gucci glasses, ALMA MATER sweatshirt, Ralph Lauren pants, Nike slippers and name-engraved Burberry wallet custom made in London.2)My girlfriend shows up an hour later and is greeted warmly by Erica. When she provides an address Erica remarks Oh its great that you have an address. The issue here is that my girlfriend has no means of verifying that she lives in Huntington Beach since shes visiting me. Yet, Erica let my girlfriend us an address that’s entirely on my name without checking.Furthermore, my girlfriend was allowed to book the car with a foreigner license (similar to mine) and a foreign prepaid MasterCard(my foreign Visa, not prepaid, was not even swiped to prove it is a credit). My girlfriend got the car.3) we went there an hour later because she did not receive a receipt. When we entered first I was not even acknowledged about my rental situation while my girlfriend is warmly welcomed. As she left Erica said she emailed the receipt but my gf said she was never asked for an email.4)Upon receipt we noticed that the deposit was $260 when I was told that the only deposit they require is $200 (after I asked if could pay double to rent on my foreign license). After which I was told that there was a lady who could not pay her deposit and the minimum Erica offered her was a $60 deposit. I am assuming that whatever that lady was missing was added on my girlfriend’s deposit. Basically, accounting fraud5)Upon returning the rental on Friday I was sitting down when Erica asks me: So did you figure out your license stuff?umm,noSo how are you going to rent a car?Absolutely rude customer service. When I told I am returning the black Jeep remembers my gf name with a look of confusion. I am guessing that she was expecting “my black gf” to rent the car for me, its 2018, deal with it. Furthermore, after has already clocked out Erica gets in her car and parks right in front of the Jeep while I was taking out our personal belongings.6) Granted Tony and the other guy working there have been nothing but helpful and respectful over the phone. However, Erica’s service/preferential treatment/bias is unacceptable. Little background for Erica next time you assume: you probably wouldnt guess I come from a wealthy, Ivy league family where respect is key. Never assume you are better based than solely on prejudice. Enterprise should follow Starbucks lead in providing Racial Bias Training to their employees. Disgusting.

They did a good job of explaining our options and the process moved along quickly. The suv we liked was a bit dirty and they offered to clean it for us which they did. They had us in and out of three in no time.

Though they didnt have a lot of cars he gave me several choices and then with a smile took care of the paperwork expedient. The reservation was re-confirmed and yet the car was not ready when I arrived. The excuse from the manager was...its a busy weekend. Then, when I returned the car, they asked me how satisfied I was with the service. I told them I was not satisfied. They offered me a free tank of gas if I would give them a good rating when the survey comes out...WOW, My mouth just dropped.

Comment: Really said to say this but Ill never come back here again even though me and my girl friend rent cars from enterprise alot. First, the customer service is not good. I call to customer service to ask the extra fee if I return the car late because the traffic was really bad. We know we couldnt return the car before theyre closed. Thats why we called in ahead of time. A man said that if we can return the car at 7:30 in the next day, they wont charge extra fee. So we woke up very early in the morning. When we were there, they charge me hafl day fee for the late return ($25). Then I asked what if I keep this car until 5pm. A man said It would be $31 extra fee. I think just $6 difference, so I decided to keep the car until 5pm. It was very funny that when I return the car at 5pm, another man charged me $50 because I was late one day. I was very confuse and asked him why you guys said differently everytime. He ask me who did I speak with in the morning and through the phone. I was absolutely trust enterprise from the first time so I didnt ask their name. My girlfriend live near this place and have a car, why should we keep the car for a whole day and be charged $50 instead of $25. I think this is my bad experience with this enterprise. I will ask their name and record the conversation to proof to them if I have any complains. We usually rent cars at garden grow enterprise. This is the last time I come here at Beach Blv enterprise. The customer service here is very bad in my opinion. Cheap price not always good in any meaning. If enterprise want to ask me about this one, just contact to my phone number. Really bad experience.

Comment: There are 2 locations of Enterprise office: BEACH BLVD and WESTMINSTER BLVD. I used to come to Brookhurst Blvd in Garden Grove but since I found out those locations I changed to them right away. They are only 1 mile from my house so its really, really good for me!I come there almost every week and know all of the employees from the manager to the officers, even the car wash worker. They are so friendly and take good care of me. I hope I write their name correctly: Tony, Gabriel, Rachel, Michael....other 3,4 guys I dont remember their names. They treat me like their family member.Always ask me how is your trip, the car running ok?.... if I told them some noise in the car, they said sorry and take note to take care the car right away.I like them very much! their services are excellent!
