Comment: This is the second time I’ve attempted to rent a car from this location, and the second time they fail to inform me they do not have cars. I received a call from an associate early in the day and he stated he would call me if they did not have any available cars, he never called me back. This location is awful, go to Hertz, I promise you it will save you so much time than having to deal with incompetence

Comment: Had an appointment to pick up my rental only to have the worker ask me for a proof of my residency and all sorts of stuff. He wasnt even friendly. Ive never had to deal with all that and ive rented with this company for years. Point is... I didnt get a car and I had to wait for a ride with all my stuff! Next time, let your customers know what you need so were prepared and not have to wait for a ride!!!!! And have a better customer service!

I know rental agencies now (in general) are experiencing inventory shortage...but I really wanted to thank Brandon for providing such a great customer service and keeping me updated on the incoming car availability. I also witnessed him assisting other customers while helping me out, and really truly it is hard to find such a great and friendly personality and excellent work ethic nowadays. I went to this place to rent car, the front lady name Athziri told me to reserve in advance instead of walk in, I went back home and I did reserved my car after 3 hours I went back to pickup but she told me it doesn’t mean you reserved now you will get it, I asked her it say my car is ready to pick up she start yelling at me and said I told you we don’t have any car at this moment you need to come back after 3 day’s. She is unprofessional and very rude person. Never ever go back to that place.

Comment: First off the location is horrible its in a crowded parking lot with the grocery store and multiple other storefronts food places like a strip mall. Getting in and out is horrific. Second even after making a reservation over the phone for a specific type of vehicle that Im considering buying, I wanted to rent it first before hand. I had a confirmation number they didnt have the car, the whole experience with Enterprise was a nightmare from the beginning of the reservation speaking with the rep whom didnt quite understand anything I was saying, to trying to follow up the next day being hung up on by multiple reps but this specific location is the worst and let me tell you why. It appears that COVID has taken a toll on the quality of employees and customer service and workers in general but specifically this location. Ive never seen a disregard for customer service I tried to call them about 15 times in the morning to verify the car would be ready they never picked up once I got in there I understood why, there was one person in there that refused to answer the phone while standing there as consumer I watched them ignore the phone ring over and over it was ringing off the hook then a second person came in they didnt try to assist me a third person was there just sitting eating chips listening to music while there was a lobby of people. It was nothing but three male sloths working there that refused to give any care at all to customer service. There were things they didnt notify me about prior to getting there which if they would have picked up the phone I could have found out. I started voicing my concern and advising I was not satisfied with the level of service the young boy behind the counter argued with me back and forth and then when he could not shut me up the sloth thats eating food the obese guy in the back turns the radio up super loud as if to drown me out so I could not be heard. This location is beyond disgusting, unprofessional, it was dirty in there all the boys were dressed in dirty clothing, dirty hats and on top of that I was there for an hour and a half never left with the car and watched them ignore their phone the full hour and a half !! there were other customers in there that were experiencing the same customer service failures that I was. Never again will I ever ever use Enterprise Ive been using them for years Ill have to source another rental company because this situation caused me to lose time, money, energy and all together frustrating & infuriating from the beginning to the end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you want service failures and to be treated like your renting from a Frat house environment from the dirty store front, the unkempt illiterate workers and them not acknowledging a RESERVATION made 3 days prior. Save your time, money & energy & go to another company. They are the WORST on every level. I can tell this is a privately owned location RIDING OFF the Enterprise established Brand because when I said I eould contact Corporate they basically Lol at me reporting their behavior. Go to ANOTHER LOCATION IN RANCHO AVOID THIS FRAT HOUSE🤮

Comment: We rented a 15 passenger van from this Enterprise location through Costco. Our experience was excellent. I called few days before to make sure that we get a specific van and they accommodated our request. Pick up and drop off was smooth. There was some extra charge that I saw on my card which they took off once I addressed it at the end of the trip. Customer service was excellent. Definitely recommended!

Comment: The car was fine, but we left an important notebook in the car. Within half hour my husband went back to see if he could get it. They said it was out having the oil changed. My husband asked if he would call the oil shop and he said no, but that he would call us when the car was returned. After several hours he hadnt called. When I called him, he hesitated and then said no one found it. We know we left it in the visor. We wont rent from them again!

Comment: Jake at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car was great. If I had a business, I’d try to steal him away to manage mine. He was efficient, courteous, and always moving. The car I reserved wasn’t available & he mentioned that he left a message about the car being at another location. I did not get that message, so he promptly gave me another car. The gentleman that got the car ready apologized for the delay as it did take longer than expected for him to sanitize the car. However, he did a great job and was also very courteous and kind. Check-out was a breeze as well. Jake got me checked out in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this location (Daycreek and Highland).

Last car we rented the windshield was extremely dirty and there was still trash between seats and crumbs in cup holders. Also, rates are extremely high right now. We asked if we can trade it for another one and we were happy with that car, but on return in it the site where we got the car was close and i was not notified. I tried to return the car on time but was close to running out of time them called customer service and they said to drive to another site close to there go drop off the car. I was not to happy because i had to add more gas to return it with the correct amount of gas. I would rent again but would like more communication with the site where I get the car.

I rented for the weekend for my anniversary trip to laughlin ended up having to extend the rental due to repairs on my own vehicle. Comment: I reserved a car with Enterprise For Monday morning at 8 am. When I arrived there were 4 people ahead of me. I was told they had no cars available and that I could return home and wait for a call back when the car was ready. This is bad service from this company. I reserved a car 3 weeks in advance, and this was the best offer they had? I explained that I needed to be on the road and did not have time to wait. I asked if I could go to another location and pick up a car. I drove 10 minutes away to pick up a Jeep. When I arrived the Jeeps tire thread was on the low side, so the rep. found us a Nissan Maxima to use instead. Overall customer service was ok, but upset that a car was not available to me, and I had to drive out of my way to pick one up. Next time I will use Budget. I usually do, but I chose enterprise because it is closer to home. But after driving to another location, it became an inconvenience. Dont do it.

Comment: I come here all the time, because it is 3 blocks from my house. They have no customer service at all. They are not friendly at all. They do not even smile. Except for Christopher Falodun he is exceptional and superb. When I dropped off my rented vehicle he greeted me, was extra polite and friendly, he smiles and our entire transaction and my experience with him was smooth, quick and hassle free.Also #Enterprise keeps a $17 paid tab under my record as if I still owe it...When in fact now that I think about I dont even think I rented a vehicle from #Enterprise in 1998 I was 22 years old then

Comment: 2 years ago I rented a car for 3 days but I only used it for 2 days and they returned it to me one day, the truth is they didnt think I would leave. To return it for one day and I had paid for 3 days, the person who helped me was very kind, I dont remember his name and when I delivered the car, another person also helped me, just as kind and respectful, I was delighted with the service.
