Comment: We needed a rental for more than a month due to our car in service center.The insurance booked with this location.All cars here at this location are torned off and in bad condition. Breake issues, AC leakage, oil not changed for long time, with minimum 40/50/60 thousand miles on them.We were in a Car for a week which had suffocating smell and smell was getting stronger as we drive more. Still we tried to drive that car for a week (by keeping windows down, keeping coffee beans in it and what not). Branch manager told me that i m a picky customer as a response, when i tried to exchange that car.. It was VW Atlas, plz give me the same VW atlas in good condition and i will drive happily. Its not abt being picky, its abt the condition of your cars. You guys are giving trash cars with 60K miles and with issues and than put blame on customer that you are picky.Another comment given by the manager was - its a rental, you are not buying the car..if its rental do you expect me just survive with anything you give. You are not renting it for free.Enterprise has no respect left for the customers, its just worst company to deal with.People reading my review...if you try to exchange car from any other enterprise location (except the one you rented) you will get these scripted answers from everywhere.. we are out of cars, - ---although customer care tells you that location has plenty of cars of same category you are trying to exchange. Still they bluntly say they are out of cars, and you can see many cars in the lot yourself.Another scripted answer the cars in the lot are for our customers, --- are we not enterprise customers, if from different enterprise location?Another one here only car we can offer is economy etc. - once they get to know you are driving 7 seater, they will offer you smallest car to put you in tuff spot.Then why enterprise market that customer can exchange from anywhere in US from our any location. When their practices sounds totally different.

Comment: This is one of the worst experiences I ever had, after spending 20 minutes waiting on the phone they hung up so I started all over again, then after they answered the phone and I was requesting a ride to pick me up they transfer the call to corona branch I dont know why, after waiting and calling back and forth finally they sent someone, after I arrived to the office the lady asked me to wait till the lady will come and show me what cars they have for me, I was entitled for luxury car and I called them a week before to prevent this kind of excuses, anyway after waiting waiting the lady who picked me up is the same lady showed me the cars, all cars avaliable is not even midsized cars, anyway the manager promised me to swap my car and its been more than 36 hours not even a call, and when I call them the only thing we dont have cars, enterprise does not have cars ! One of the biggest companies doesnt have cars, I totally dont recommend this branch for anyone go somewhere else.

Comment: Finding a ride that’s reliable, fun, and meets the overall standard isn’t easy, but thanks to Enterprise of Riverside that standard gets met every time. Small location, but what they lack in size they meet in quality, quality cars, and quality service. The beautiful ebony queen receptionist is informative, professional, and candid making the entire transaction comfortable and simple. This location requires a $300 deposit via banking institutions such as Chase, Wells Fargo, etc, in addition to rental fees and card must be under same name as primary renter. You’re allowed to add an additional approved driver with no charge. Highly recommended! 10/10

After speaking with and Enterprise employee over the phone before I got there I thought I was going to have a good experience however once I got there it seems like it was the old bait-and-switch. The price they quoted me over the phone doubled by the time I got there and they wanted to put me in an entirely different car. All I had on me was Cash and nothing was ever said to me about that you dont accept cash. Due to my experience with the Enterprise Rental Car people at this location I cannot seriously recommend them to anybody.

After I return it the office was empty than female drove up and said sorry no one is here after I request I ride home two miles down the street she said she could not because their was no one their but her after calling Uber and waiting 45 minutes they were no shows. Seen three employees from enterprise office pull up in different cars I ask again after being outside in the the heat for 1hr1\2 ask her again she told me told me it would be a additional 30 minutes she was rude unprofessional no courtesy at all to allow customer to stand in the heat outside for almost two hours under a tree after spending over $500.00 dollars with them. I will never rent from that location again.Angry Customer

Comment: The Enterprise located on Magnolia Ave is the worst location. Overall, Ive been renting through this location for about 2 years. Once they changed managment to Pablo and Alaendu thats when everything went downhill. They refused to work with me. They refused to waive the deposit fee. Ive talked to the coporate office about it and they told me that I would have to talk to the branch that I rent through. After all the years Ive been doing business with them and striving to build a relationship with them, you would think they would at least attempt to work with me. I was working on finishing up my two BA degrees and of course in need of a car to get back and forth to college. These two have the worst customer service skills. They never return my call in a timely manner. Im constantly given the run around between the two of them. As far as its a constant he said, he said situation. One manager would say one thing and the other manager would say something else. Everytime I was suppose go to the branch they were hardly there.

I said pretty good other than a long wait when car had to be picked up. Comment: Ive been an Enterprise member since 2005. This particular location in Riverside (La Sierra/Magnolia branch) is convenient for me but there are other locations nearby. The staff is courtesous & friendly and the cars are new models. I usually can get what I want and Im happy about that. The time it takes with a reservation and people waiting is about 15mins. I try to get in no later than noon because most people are returning cars so if you want to upgrade you have a better chance/choices. Basic office setup there are three/four computers, open floor plan with seating, a restroom, nothing fancy but clean, because you know its not a restaurant...your in/out.

Comment: Try to never rent from this place, i rented a car from this place and they give me a car with expired registration and I received a violation ticket. When I returned the car they told me they will take care of the ticket but they never did and sent the violation ticket to my address.After several months finally I receive the notice that the DMV will impound the car if I don’t pay the ticket. I visited them again and explain the Situation but they refer me to enterprise management. I called enterprise customer service and they inform me that this local store needs to take care of it and they never take the ticket out of my name. I didn’t receive the ticket due to parking violation but expired registration and i wasnt at fault at all. Finally i paid the violation ticket but will never trust these guys. Only a bunch of liers are running this place

First the car was filthy inside and out...only 1/4 of a tank of gas. Was damaged all over car, like I was driving a beat up car! I have rented from Hertz & Dollar got a brand new car, full tank of gas that is what I expected...The car smelled dirty, so sprayed it just to drive it. I will let autoclub know...When we returned it we should pay nothing, she charged my Husband over $6.00 in sales tax on something out of our deposit. No our rental is payed for due to being hit in a accident, when I called she said oh I will pull your invoice and request a refund bye, no bye! WHEN...SHE SAID 3 to 5 DAYS. OK I WILL CHECK. SHE KNEW IT SHOULD NOT BE DONE..the whole experience was awful. Enterprise use to be a really good rental company BEWARE....I I wonder if the CEO CARES ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! Turned car in on Dec 29, 2018. I decided to add to review after reading reviews, I see Enterprise posting to comment, many people comment about dirty car’s, yet as you can see as of my post NOTHING BEING DONE, THE CALL THAT LIP SERVICE! Reviews bring business. Someone must not care, how sad!

Comment: The last time I rented from this location 7 months ago it was great but now they have changed managers and employees and they are not helpful. Adriana help is and couldnt get the card to go through. She kept pushing buttons and saying its the computer. Ive rented enough to know how it works. Some people just dont want to work, if thats the case then go home!!!!! She was the only one working at the time, go figure leave the person who cant figure it out alone.

Comment: I rented a car from them last week to only have to return it early because the car had hazardous brakes. The brakes were so bad to the point they were hitting metal on metal with the rotors. Took the car back told them about the problem. They didnt seem to car about my safety at all and just simply asked if I wanted to return it. So I returned the car and went and called corporate office. Talked to the regional manager on a Saturday. And he seemed concerned and told me he would get back to me by Monday. Well today is Wednesday and Ive yet to hear back from him. So at this point Im over this place that put my life in danger.

Comment: Worst customer service ever. I Reserved a car and had my Owen insurance to cover the rental. Despite insurance coverage is optional, I was told that I MUST purchase an insurance or cant rent the car. I was Within my right to refuse purchasing the coverage, but I was given an ultimatum to purchase the coverage or cant get the rental. Has anyone experience a similar problem? Please share to help others avoid this place....

Comment: Absolutely worst place to rent a car from! Calling to set up a rental, no problem getting a friendly person to answer the phone and help you. Once you have the rental, good luck getting any help at all. Called to change our drop off date over the course of the entire day we called 10 times, left 2 messages and got absolutely NO HELP. No one called back and when we finally got a manager they didnt even apologize for the lack of response. Calling to make sure vehicle is closed out and get an email receipt sent, NO HELP. No one will answer the phone at the branch to help. Call corporate or any other number for Enterprise and they either cannot help or they will get back to you. I would highly recommend staying away from this rental company or at least this branch specifically.

Comment: I rent from this location frequently as it is convenient to my home. What staff they have are courteous and helpful, however they always appear under staffed. Their vehicles are rarely clean, inside or out, but Im not buying the car. However, maintenance is another question. I have rented vehicles with service lights on, low tire pressure etc. My last rental had an Oil Change Required light on the entire time.Having said that, I have managed to make it through my rentals without breaking down on the road but its just a matter of confidence in the vehicle.
