Comment: My husband booked online and booked for a Nissan Rogue. He got a Subaru Outback. Enterprise shared that they do not guarantee the same car booked online and the Outback is just like the Rogue. Funny they both are different models and different names. They did this the last we rented a car! This is the last time I will be dealing with Enterprise!!!

Comment: Reservation means nothing in Enterprise Rent A Car Organization. The branch employee call you a few hours prior to pick up or when you get to the branch to pick up the car that they have no car for you and we are SORRY.Apparently enterprise rent a car knows that their web side reservation has no idea if the branch has the car or not they just simply do the reservation on the customers expense.Shame on enterprise rent a car for wasting peoples time and ruining their plans.They always thank me for being loyal customer but no loyalty from enterprise rent a car .They never see my face again even if I have to walk.

Comment: The staff is awesome, Isaac is very professional and helpful. Were frequently renting cars, unfortunately We had a bad experience with the staff at enterprise office on Main Street in Visalia. So from now on well definitely rent our vehicles from enterprise at the Airport Enterprise in visalia.
