I will only ever rent from this location from this specific employee. He didnt give me the go-around and made everything very hassle-free. Thanks again!

Comment: Red Bluff Enterprise has been nothing but good to me, I have rented multiple times from 1 week to a full month. I have not ever had a single issue with any of the employees and they are always extremely professional and nice. I am glad they are getting back to the normal hours again, at one point it was hard for them with not having enough people causing the hours to be very limited, however it never really affected me. Anytime I have asked for an extension on a rental the process has been very easy, I just would have to run to the location and sign for the extension also the vehicles are always clean and if they dont have the one you reserved they usually upgrade to something better, if you end up in something your not comfortable driving as I did in a 4 runner I felt like I was gonna tip over on the freeway or something anyways I just gave them a call and took it in to the Redding location as they are affiliated and was given a different vehicle that was more comfortable for me to drive. Alot of people dont know the Redding and Red Bluff locations are really great locations and have some really amazing employees working at the both of them. If you communicate on things they usually dont hesitate to fix issues I learned from experience and these two locations are the only ones I rent from. The locations are both always clean and they double check the rentals before they sign them out to you to make sure they are clean. Theres also a 200 dollar deposit for the rental if your using your debit card it clearly states it when you sign the contract not sure about online but clearly says it when you sign at the location the 200 dollars is refundable they dont just keep your money they say 5 to 7 days or something it usually only takes about 3 or 4 for it to go back in my account.

Comment: I had an extremely stressful experience. Was not clear to me that I did not have to buy extra insurance. So gave my credit card number but thought my insurance would cover it; then got a call from Enterprise that my credit card would be charged (so far up to $440.79.) I was upset and was told if I brought the car right up there they would cancel the extra insurance if there was no damage on the car. Sadly there was a minor scuff and paint damage; I have no idea how it happened. Im a very cautious driver. So I had to be charged up to that day ($440.79) but they cancelled the extra insurance from that point on. Then I got an email that I need to file a claim for the damage. With who? Ive already paid a large sum for that insurance. Will I have to pay more, if theres a deductible? I had a rental because my car was smashed into by a hit and run driver on his cell phone.I returned the rental; too stressed to drive it; and am without a car for several weeks till mine is fixed.

Comment: The employees here are great! The operating hours, not so much. As the only car rental option in town, it would be much better if they were open until 6, and a half day in Saturday.

Comment: Needed to rent a car as our daily vehicle needed repair. Acquiring the rental was no issue. However when we needed more time (extension) thats when they began hitting us in the wallet.$200 initial deposit$445 for the weekAn additional $268 for added time which was fine.It was the unannounced $200 fee that they took upon themselves to remove from our bank that gets them a 1 star review. Not only did they take the money without inquiring if that was OK, they took it moments after thier branch closed. Willing to change rating if they make good. But definitely wont recommend them to people I care about.

Comment: Not only did I get the smallest car on a windy day to drive 2 hours away I was also over charged twice and got called the next day to tell me he forgot to charge me a one way fee of $50 so I ended up paying $150 for the smallest car they have for 1 day! Never again!

Comment: Scheduled a month ago to have a rental car available at the collision center bringing my own vehicle to be repaired however enterprise Rent-A-Car told me to go pound salt because they had no vehicles available when I spoke to the district manager Matt at the Reading store he said there was nothing he could do for meThey have vehicles available in Chico which is just a 10 mile difference in distance from the red Bluff satellite office but they will not deliver a vehicle knowing that my reservations are here they still said we don’t have an exact time or location for your rental

Comment: I had a pleasant experience renting a clean vehicle from this location. The person signing the car out to me was extremely thorough about the details of using the model I got. I was upgraded due to lack of the smaller vehicle I asked for. The only negative is the short hours available at this location and the difficulty getting through by phone as this small shop is often run by a single person. The website says no after hours drop off but that is inaccurate. They have the usual drop off situation with a key drop. I would definitely utilize this location again.

Comment: So we had our car towed to collision pros (5 stars for them) after an accident. Naturally, we also needed a rental car. So we walk in to this location, and inquired about a car. We were very frazzled, traumatized, and don’t live near Red Bluff. So as we tried to work through which credit card would work, and what cars they have, the man (Austin) gives me my cards back and goes “You people are taking too long and I no longer like your tone. I won’t be releasing a car to you today. Goodbye.” Now this is after we had been in a car accident. We were being denied a car rental, based on this mans (trainee were told) own opinion. We called his supervisor, and heard as he lied to them on the phone. He still felt he had power, but eventually backed down after several supervised phoned him. And we walk back and he goes “CAN I DO MY JOB NOW?!” And glares. We just stayed silent, desperately needing a car to get out of the town. Finally, he gives us a car. Only because he was FORCED too. And this man is the only employee there. Insane to go through all this for a rental car.

Comment: I am very upset with this comphany I called in a week ago and reserved a car for today through Monday and was told that very thing was fine and come get the car .so I go to get the car to find out that my credit card wont work just because it was not linked to a bank account so I get my son to go get the rent a car and was told once again that very thing is okay come get the car get up there again and then still cant get the car dam I have a funeral to go to tomorrow at noon I my self dont care if I say good bye to my two older kids dad he passed away and now my kids think it is all my fault that they cant go thank for a family disergreement

Comment: Reserved an auto three weeks ahead of time and was not informed of this additional $200. charge.During the process of recieving car I was told there was an additional $200. security deposit required before I could rent vehicle! What???And there is nothing posted at the location that an additional $200. fee/security deposit is required to rent a vehicle through Enterprise.I paid with a real credit card not a debit card. So I dont understand this additional fee; but it really put me out. I dont think anyone likes a surprise fee, even if you call it a security deposit! In addition to this, you dont need a security deposit since it was a one way rental!So just based on this one little hidden fee, Im not sure if Id rent from Enterprise again at this location.
